I spoke with Jaime. She made the process very easy, she quickly provided a quote and explained the coverages. She was able to get me a better policy for less money than my current coverage. I recommend giving her a call for your insurance needs!
If I could give Justina and her staff 10 stars I would! While I live in the same state as my agent, she’s located about 5 hours away and that doesn’t matter. They respond like they’re right next door and waiting for my call. LOVE Justina Tozzi and her Allstate agency!! I wouldn’t think of working with anyone else…
I loved my experience with Justina Tozzi when purchasing homeowners insurance. She was so patient and walked me through every single thing I needed to know. She has also been supportive since them, and her team has reached out whenever anything small needs attention. You really feel the personal connection this office has with their clients. In a world were historically customer-service focused businesses are looking to focus on profit and stop serving the customer; Justina Tozzi and her staff are the perfect blend of old school, hands-on service, professional level staff who always respond, mixed with technology and tools that make the workflow process seamless. Justina Tozzis Allstate office is the place to contact if you are looking for insurance! I deal mostly with Rebecca. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Very informative in ways to save and things they offer. Definitely give them a call!!
Overall I am satisfied with Justinas agency. We always hear back promptly from them. They help us navigate issues with our interests in mind, which I personally find rare with insurance agents. I dont find them particularly salesie and I have rarely had them push a service that I dont need. From an experience I had 20 years ago and with a diffrent Allstate agent, I am not a huge fan of Allstate as an insurance company and was extremly hesitant to go that direction when we left Amica and Geico 5 years ago. I am always tempted to change insurance companies based on my experience a long time ago, but Justina and her staff have made it a tough choice to leave because their service is so outstanding.
Justina Tozzi Allstate Insurance is a wonderful hands-on company that I highly recommend. I regularly receive follow up phone calls from the office and everyone I speak with there is professional, knowledgeable, patient, thorough and just generally nice. I appreciate having this relationship with regard to insurance coverage and feel they do very well in actively mitigatingsome of this inherent stressors that can accompany handling business this way.
I received a letter in the mail from Allstate about being able to find a quote perfect for me, and decided to give them a call. Ashley answered the phone and she was friendly and warm. She transferred me to Eric to be helped and he was welcoming. We talked about different policies and he explained to me how liability, comprehensive, and so on worked. I know it’s his job to be friendly but his customer service skills are incredible.
When it came time to get a car insurance policy for my new Honda I did not hesitate to have it bundled in my Allstate insurance package. And what gave me the confidence to do so was the excellent care that Justina Tozzi and her friendly team at Allstate Insurance in Beacon, NY has provided me throughout the years. Tozzi’s team walked me patiently and thoroughly through all the necessary paperwork.

Justina Tozzi and her team helped to ensure I was taken care of not only during the claim process, but post claim as well. I was in a total loss accident back in 3/2018. Went into my checking account with NO warning and took out $648 because they raised my homeowners insurance without telling me. I’m very angry and they won’t return my calls. I’m being told Justina is on the phone, and then left for the day. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.

She is extremely responsive, able to explain policies with clarity, and does not pressure you to add anything to a policy~she lays out the options and then gives you a no-pressure opportunity to decide what is right for you.
