Justin is fantastic and he knows what hes doing! We needed help completing a sliding glass door install we started and we needed our huge picture window replaced. The quality of his work is excellent and the finished product is exactly what we were expecting. Very professional and he wants things done perfectly! I cant say enough! The whole experience was just fantastic and we will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend!

Justin just installed 2 storm doors for us, and did an amazing job. He was able to very skillfully address the challenge that our old home presented, by custom adapting the door frame, so that we could use a standard storm door, rather that having the significant added expense of a custom sized product. The result was perfect. We look forward to having him replace several of the windows at our old house, and have every confidence in his skill and quality of work. Once again, he proved himself to be a very skilled and experienced professional. Great work by Justin on our home! He replaced 7 windows, 3 doors, and 4 sets of new door hardware. Totally complete and clean within a weekend. I would 100% recommend Justin. Justin replaced three windows for me and he also recommended the windows which I am very happy with. I already notice a difference on these last few chilly nights. We had The company JWM windows install new windows in our house very professional, did a great job so impressed with the work he did on Our house. I would highly recommend him to anybody. We live in New Paltz and he drove an hour and 20 minutes to install windows In our house. And a reasonable price.
Justin replaced a LR window that had a broken seal in my house. He swapped it out for a beautiful triple window with grids. Justin made sure I was pleased with every step of the job- even with interior trim moulding and also sent pictures of different options for my approval. While at the house, Justin even went out of his way to fix another window I was having issues with and offered to come back if it had problems again. I’d recommend JWM to everyone!

I got 8 bedroom windows replaced by JWM and I am very happy with the result! The windows are a huge visual upgrade both outside and inside the house. All eight windows were installed in one day. I will use JWM again when I replace the rest of the windows in my house.
Exceptional work! Quality work! Took the time to do everything to perfection on a Saturday … because I’m a daycare business it was the only time I could get work done…. They showed up with a smile and left with a smile… they took time to make sure we were happy and everything was perfect! Will definitely use his service again!!

In fact i had to make a google account to do this. 3 things stand out for this business 1st the work is impeccable 2nd priceing is more than fair .We had 3 doors and 2 windows installed, every time i open and close my front door i think of this young mans attention to detail ! lastly kindhearted , my neighbor who he didnt know asked him to come and look at something on her home he finished for the day at my home and went over there not only did he look he fixed the problem and didnt ask for anything in return stating it was no big deal he had the things to help her from an old job he did just that helped and wanted nothing in return ! can you remember the last time a stranger helped you ? just because! WE WILL BE CALLING THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!! thanks so much we love the look of our new doors and windows!

2021-12-29Justin is the kind of professional contractor you want to work on your home. He was fine with replacing just one window for us. No pressure, and the price was fair and the work was quality. Justin and Kevin came when they said they would, and we couldnt help noticing their attention to detail. They cleaned up as if they hadnt been here. Nice work, gentlemen. I would recommend them to anyone needing windows or doors replaced.

2022-05-27If you’re thinking about hiring Justin and his team, do it! With that out of the way, here is some more detail about our experience with JWM windows. We’re a young(ish) couple with 2 kids in a house we love but don’t love but intend to be in forever. When we found out we needed new windows, we were eager to replace them without breaking the bank completely. The first couple of quotes we got (from the big companies) would have broken the bank completely—to the point where we might as well have used the money as a down payment on a new house. JWMs quote, on the other hand, was super reasonable and way below the competition. Did that mean that we got bad service, or low quality product? Absolutely not. Justin is super responsive, his team is professional, and the Harvey windows they install are high quality. We’ve already had several neighbors ask for JWM’s number and have gladly provided it with an enthusiastic recommendation. I highly, highly recommend JWM windows!

2021-06-23Justin and team just completed my second window project. In 2020 they replaced the 1970 vintage windows on my ranch home with new replacement windows. The entire project went smoothly from measuring the old windows and openings, evaluating and selecting the various replacement options, removing the old windows and then finally installing the new windows. All steps were completed professionally with attention to detail along the way. This year Justin and team were out at my place again to replace the old glass patio door in the master bedroom and install a new screen/storm door for the front door. Again I am super happy with the results. Justin and team are my first call and recommendation whenever anyone asks about window and door projects.

2021-01-26Ive worked with Justin on two separate occasions, once to replace 17 windows, with new interior and exterior trim, throughout my house and the other for two storm doors and an entry door. Justin and his crew were excellent on both occasions. They got the job done quickly but more importantly they did great quality work and were highly professional. Justin was also very personable and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had about the projects. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to my own family and friends, and if I end up with any more projects of my own Justin will definitely be the first person I call.

2021-01-22Justin installed 23 windows in my moms new house. Couldnt be happier! He is an honest, kind and skilled craftsman! Everything is perfect and the price was very reasonable. Communication is fantastic. The windows were perfectly installed and work flawlessly. His trim work both inside and outside is meticulous. 2020-12-02Great working with Justin! Excellent customer service--very attentive to our needs and our feedback. Worked around our schedule and was extremely responsive when we had questions during the estimating and planning phase. Superior attention to detail. Really cares about his craftsmanship. JWM replaced every window in our house--31 of them. I wish they did more than windows because wed hire them back for more jobs if we could. I strongly recommend them for your next window job.
