Dr. Post operated on a pituitary tumor that I had in 1991 when he first came to Mt. Sinai as Chairman and has continued to follow up sending prescriptions every few years for MRIs and reviews the scans of my medical condition. His surgical skills are excellent and he is a unique doctor, brilliant, caring and puts patients health above all else. His office staff is efficient and friendly. There is no praise high enough to thank Dr. Post and I am lucky to be among his patients.

I haven’t even left the office yet and I am SO grateful that I was able to see Dr. Kalmon. As a performer in a high impact show, I was nervous at the lack of information other doctors had. Dr. Kalmon was extremely knowledgeable, calm, professional, and addresses concerns with ease, honesty, and simplicity. Go see him - your brain deserves it.

Excellent doctor. I met with all the top cerebellopontine angle tumor surgeons in the NY area. I found him to be the best in the meetings, and after selecting him to perform the surgery, the result was much better than what any of the doctors (6 of top NY brain/head surgeons) I had met told me I should expect.

Dr. Post was a blessing in my life. He removed a tumor from my brain in July 1999, and I have not had any issues since then. May God bless him and may he continue to help all who need him. I was 48 years old.

Was diagnosed with lymphocytic hypophysitis and needed surgury which I did couple days later after consulting with him. He performed transphenoidal surgery on me which was the beginning of my diagnosis. I am so thankful for him, he is highly experienced, knowledgeable and personable, easy to talk to, all open ears... so thankful..i feel so much better! His staff is also efficient when trying to get a hold of someone!

Dr. Post is the best neurosurgeon out there for pituitary tumor. My surgery and recovery were over in 3 days. I had problems following up, Mt. Sinai is a big hospital. However, Dr. Post is the best choice you have for pituitary tumor.
