I have been coming to this place for the past 3+ years for my eyelashes and occasionally for my manis/pedis.I will always be a loyal customer to this business ! Both Kuban and Bella have always taken care of me so well for the past years ! My lashes look so beautiful and last very long! Don’t look further ! This is true little gem in the upper East side !Meant to leave this review ages ago! Go support this business 👏🏼

My favorite eyelash extension salon in the city and also in general compared to other eyelash places I have been (LA, Chicago, etc.). Bella & Kuban do such an intricate & fantastic job. You will not be disappointed coming here... I highly recommend!
The service was hasty and rushed. There was no welcome or greeting, the employees seemed irritated and judgmental of certain clients. When we submitted this Groupon, they charged us an additional $20 which was not aforementioned. Typical upper east side service, I also watched them turn down a young woman who was guaranteed an appointment earlier.
Very shoddy job done by the aesthetician. She tried to upsell every possible thing except for the deep pore cleansing trwatment that I had taken the appointment for. When I told her that she didnt really do the exyraction as much as was required she started grumbling that my skin was too sensitive (which I had already told her) and that she had given me an extra mask treatment which I had never asked for. I wanted the deep clean treatment. She really ruined my experience and charged me $80 for it.

This place is incredible! I’ve been getting my lashes done here for a few months. The lashes are super high quality and priced fairly. The lash artist is SO sweet and listens to what you want. The whole place is super clean & relaxing. My favorite part is how fabulous their customer service is. Organized, friendly, and always on time. They take card but prefer cash payment and tip.
This was a friendly and professional boutique salon. The space is simple chic, yet inviting. Thank you for such a relaxing experience. My skin feels hydrated too.
This place is AMAZING. The service is great. Im guilty for not pampering myself as much as I should but ever since I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, I have returned to do my manicure and pedicure. Although there are many nail salons closer to me, I choose to make the trip to Kamilias because of the welcoming feeling I received. It is well worth the extra travel time. I also bring my daughter with me and they treat her so nice. Wonderful staff and great services offered. A Hidden Gem.
The work they did on my nails was impeccable! I got gel manicure and regular pedicure. Perfectly lined up nails, no missed corners with color and no cuticles what so ever. Going back for sure.
This place is great!.. I walked by on 89th street and went in for a manicure and pedicure. The salon was very clean and cozy. The best was the brand new massage chairs while having my nails done. I noticed a lot of people coming in for facials and eyelash extensions so i went back the next day and tried eyelash extensions for the first time. They were wonderful. Im so glad I found a little piece of heaven in my neighborhood.
Came here for an extraction. It was great, really helped clear up my skin.
Only been here for basic nail stuff but they do a great job and if you’re a regular get your nails done gal (I normally do my own), they have a membership that is an amazing deal.
This place is great. I almost hate to give it a review because I feel like its my little secret. Ive been here twice for a mani/pedi. They are very thorough, really seem to care about the health of your nails, arent just concerned with getting to the next customer like some places nearby. My gels have lasted about a week to two weeks longer than other places. I would highly recommend Kamilas.
I love Kamilas’s. The entire staff and family is wonderful. I’ve had the best facials that made my skin glow, then the eyelash extensions are the best around. The manicure/pedicures last and they take great care of you.
They charge 100 $ for eyelashes and truth be told it is not worth the money there’s no need to lie about this way over charged !!!!! Honestly i feel like my lashes looks exactly the same way I came !!!! I am not happy with my lashes at all 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️🚨🧏🏾♀️ All I my eyelashes basically came out !!! For 100 dollars they should not be coming out thanks a lot skin care
Today I experienced eyelash extensions in Kamilas. I think it is one of the best places to get your lashes done. I am allergic so they offer me a hypoallergenic glue and mink, silk lashes which dont damage your own eyelashes. Technician was very organized, explained me what will work best for me. Can wait for my refill in two weeks!
Very calm atmosphere. I was referred to this place by a sephora employee and I brought my best friend and my sister here for us to get our mink eye lash extensions. I absolutely adore the people who worked here cause they are so friendly and patient. Loved this place so much I visited 3times in two months.
Lady at the front desk was nice. Figure it’s best to lead with the positive. I’ll take the hit on coming here for a massage. Get what you pay for situation. If you book one, this is what you have in store:I was in from out of town for my birthday. Wasn’t asked ahead of time if there were any sensitive body areas pre-massage. Room was very bare bones. Massage table felt more like a hospital gurney. Not very comfy. The spa music would cut into a commercial every 15 minutes so that was distracting. I’m not convinced the woman who gave the massage was licensed just by the way she conducted the massage and handled the hot stones. No temperature questions or warnings. 60 minute massage and no time devoted to my front side, which was odd. And when she was done she just said I’ll see you downstairs and left. Um, huh? I’ve had enough massages in my life to know how a good one works.The pedi was good; however, being told callous work and nail correction would be an up charge and being asked to set the timer on my phone for a 10 minute leg massage were odd.Basically if you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience, this is not the place.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Came here for a Gel Manicure before my bday and traveling. I ended up paying an extra $4 to get the new hybrid gel which is supposed to last 3 weeks, longer then regular gel. One nail chipped after 2 days, by day 4 half my nails were chipped or peeling off like tape. Cleary a horrible product. I went back today, day 5, to show them how bad they were and get them redone. They said I MUST pay $10 to get them redone. I argued and argued and the snooty manager said she has to pay her workers for the hour of getting it redone so it was non-negotiable. So I paid for a 3 week manicure, got a 4 day one, then had to pay AGAIN to fix it. Horrible people who dont care at all about their customers. I will NEVER be back. GO ELSEWHERE!
I got a groupon for the shellac mani and regular pedi. I don’t know what the girl was going through but she was in a bad mood. Very rushed work and spoke to me in an impolite tone. I don’t need her attitude for a service which I should have enjoyed. I’m not a clean freak but there is no plastic bag in the foot washing machine. And they just use water to slightly clean the tools. I was worried about fungus when I was doing the pedi and I’m using epson salt water to soak my feet now.
Had the mani/pedi for $25, gel removal for $5. Not great. My nails still have old polish after paying extra for gel removal. They were shaped unevenly (no shaping the white of the nail) and not cleaned underneath either. The pedi had a messy nail shape and texture of the coat. Also not that hygienic... The soak bowl was kept the same for both hands even with bits of dried polish in it. The cuticle clippers weren’t periodically wiped off. Not worth the price or the groupon imo.
The tried to start late and end early . Other than that, the facial was pretty good.
Ive been going to Kamilas skin care for a while now. I always get amazed with the results. My eyelashes are so short but after getting them done they looked full and natural. I walk out with perfect lashes after when they get them done. Great costumer service!!!
This is a woman run business, mom and daughter, and they really care. I usually get a gel manicure from Kelly ( owners daughter) she is calm, diligent, and really does great work. This isnt the type of salon that rushes you or up-sells you, which is hard to find. They also do fantastic and affordable oxygen facials and carry some of the best skincare lines. Love you ladies!
Found this great place just be searching for facials close to my house and so glad this was the closest. So relaxing and enjoyable. The technician was great and accommodating, Janna. Cant wait to go back for the next treatment and may try some new things since I felt so comfortable there.
Extractions were very good. However I have had way better Spa facials. No shoulder or head massage. Oil was used. Not enough water aside from the steam. Location is nice. Maybe their more expensive facials had more to offer.
I went in for an acne facial. I was five minutes late and I was greeted with “you’re late” instead of a “hello”. From the moment I entered, customer service was poor, but I paid for the facial on Groupon so I decided to stay. I had no breakouts and minimal/if not no skin issues. The facial itself was painful, the woman was using some tool to pull what I’m assuming is dead skin from my face. After about an hour. I paid $15 tip and left. When I got home I realized, the kind of horrific nightmare I’ve brought on myself. My face was swollen, bumpy and bleeding all over. I washed my face and went to sleep and the next morning I woke up and I kid you not, I witnessed the worst breakout I’ve ever experienced. There were about twenty pimples all over my face, I completely freaked out. I naturally have oily skin and whatever products they used must of clogged my pores. I immediately did an Aztec clay mask to cleanse my skin, much to my disappointment the face mask didn’t help. I am very angry and don’t know what to do. My face looks like a teenager’s worse nightmare except I am an adult. I had to go to work and meetings looking like this. I’m hoping time will fix my skin because there is nothing else I can do. Please be cautious and stick with a spa that you know and can trust. I wish I never went, I only bought the deal because it was $50 instead of $100 and the spa looked decent from the pictures.
Ive been to many facial places, Kamilas is by far the best. Ive gotten a facial with Janna. She is very friendly, explains each process of the facial and her hands are so gentle, which makes you to fall asleep. My skin after facial looked glowing and healthy. I highly recommend to go to Kamilas. I cant wait to come back for another facial!!!!
Me and my daughter had our first facial at kamila, I feel very comfortable with the lady that did my facial...she do a review of my face and told me what I need ...I did as she say and was happy 😊...however, the person that do my daughter facial did not do a review and only extra blackheads from my daughter nose...I daughter was not pleased with the service ...
The Employees will try to pressure you to get more other stuff done too so they can get more money from you. The lady who did my facial today was Rushing because she had other appointments too. Not worth it. Because i bought it for 60 mints and she only did 45 mints (not even). I wouldnt go again.

Clean, peaceful and really good gel mani-pedi that lasts for days. Take their time and do not rush you out. Come all the way from west side! Do call ahead and set up an appointment.

2022-07-05I made an appointment this morning at 11:15 for today at 5pm for a mani pedi. When Iarrive, a women points to out back. Another woman comes out & I ask her. She says appointment, dont know about that. She proceeds to start someones Mani. I ask her if someone is coming, shrugs her shoulders. I ask again who would know of my appointment. She says manager. I ask to speak with her. Gruffly, says shes busy. Nothing more. I even have confirmation on my phone, sent me a message. Shocking a business functions like that. Jostled my whole day to get there on time.I arrived 5 minutes early.So, I leave distressed. No one in my neighborhood available.I come back at 5:20.Manage came by offered a complimentary neck massage. The girl that did my nani, pedi was rough. Paid by card, handed her a cash tip, she snatched out of my hand, never a thank you.She tells me 5 minutes to dry, but takes off chatting in the back room. I walk out to get her, she tells me to sit and wait for my complimentary massage. Walks away. I ask can you please remove this cotton. She bends down, never assures toes are dry, rips off, leaves me sitting there. Waiting & waiting. After 20 minutes, totally disgusted I left.These girls are nasty and abusive. Shocking I had to pay. I am reporting beyond this post. I will never go back there.. Smudged my toes with pulling cotton off... This is the 1st mani pedi I have had since pandemic. Nasty and abusive..Never again.2 days later polish coming off..

2021-08-18I got a gel manicure abs regular pedicure and both came out amazing! They had a ton of colors to pick from, and my nails came out perfect. The atmosphere was also relaxing, and they are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back.

2021-06-26I have recommended so many people to this salon because I truly think they do a good job, but my last visit there was sub-par. I waited 30 mins to be seen even though I had an appointment. The girl got some polish on my purse while she was doing my pedicure. I never complained once. I got a gel manicure on Thursday and before I left for vacation on Sunday 5 of my nails were already chipped. I had a gel manicure done before at Kamilas and truth be told it lasted 2-3 weeks. Im not sure what happened this time. In addition, I sent an email to the salon documenting this and saying it was unacceptable and no one had the decency to email me back or call. This is not acceptable.

2021-09-17Just left Kamilas and Im already figuring out when I can come back. I had the most amazing facial. My technician was so kind and patient as she explained what my skin needed. I didnt feel like I was being sold something I didnt need. I left there feeling refreshed and excited for my future skin treatment. The entire experience was relaxing. Im excited to go back!

2021-03-09I had an amazing experience at Kamila’s, I’m so glad I found this salon! Kelly did a fantastic job on my pedicure and gel manicure! She was so attentive and wanted to make sure that I was happy throughout my time. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she mimicked it to perfection! I really appreciated that she took her time and went above and beyond to get it just right. I don’t live in the city, but I would definitely come here if I lived close by; I love this place so much that I will probably be back any time I visit! Thank you, Kelly, for making it an amazing experience!
