Called K & B commercial cleaning based on a referral from a friend. Spoke with Kevin and he was able to get me scheduled quickly. Him and his crew did a great job cleaning out all the dry vents. His Price was good and he left no mess which was impressive considering all the dryer lint. I will now be using him annually for the dry vent maintenance.

I contacted K&B to clean my residential Viking hood after searching for a service company for weeks. I was impressed right off the bat! Kevin answered the phone in a warm and friendly manner. He then immediately came out to my home for a free estimate and evaluation. I now have a safe clean hood and couldnt be happier with the service I was provided. Kevin even climbed up on my roof to evaluate my exhaust system! As a new resident to the area, I was comforted by K&Bs knowledgeable and friendly service.
I had the pleasure of doing business with this company just recently. Besides being friendly, efficient, and affordable, they were able to point me in directions with questions I had, that had nothing to do with the hood cleaning! I have been in business for 32 years I have had the rudest business people who are dishonest cleaning my hood system.I finally found the perfect company .He told me he would be there and he was . He gave me advice , was honest and worth the price . Let go of the old guys that find cleaning our exhaust a nuisance and change. Give this company a call commercial or residential

As one of the owners of Barnwood Restaurant in Catskill for over 22 years I have to say that after many many years of having our hoods degreased, Kevin and his team have done the best job yet. Super professional and extremely knowledgeable about this profession hands down we would recommend him without any hesitation. Every step of the way Kevin kept us informed. When he left, you couldnt even tell what happened. Squeaky clean.

2021-06-03If I could give a zero I would. We unfortunately went with the cheapest price and boy did we get what we paid for. Absolutely terrible company. Do not use!! They cleaned hood and it looked ok but didn’t do the duct or fan on the roof at all. They only cleaned what could be seen. Kevin sounded like he knew what he was talking about but if he does, he simply doesn’t care. I had to have it redone by another company. I only went with him, reviews and because of price and the other company that came up was too busy to get to us in time. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about. Maybe they were posted by him. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

2020-11-30We bought a new home that had a commercial stove and oven that looked like it had never been cleaned. After watching a couple YouTube videos to learn how to clean it, I decided I needed professional help. I was thankful to find K & B Commercial Cleaning. Kevin and his team were great. Kevin was responsive and good at communicating and I felt like I had a new stove when he was finished.
