My experience at Karinas was very pleasant, punctual, soothing and clean. The team there are all very friendly and welcoming. I bought a set of full lashes and got many compliments on them with no other makeup. I look forward to my appointments for the relaxation as well as glamorous lashes.
I have been getting lashes at different places in NYC for quite some time now and actually came across Karina with a Gilt City voucher. I knew it would be good just based on the reviews I read but when I came I was totally floored. The studio itself is beautiful, modern, and chic. Marina, who did my lashes, was completely on point with what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable with discussing the different options. I got a full volume set and it literally lasted 4.5 weeks - no exaggeration. I thought after I went here I couldn’t afford it again and went back to my old place.... the lashes literally fell out in a matter of 10 days. I realized that if I just went back to KarinaLash I would be paying less with what I got and how long it lasted. This is my second time back and I will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend Marina and any of the KarinaLash team!!!!!
I love Karina Lash! I feel at.home as soon as I walk in and Victoria greets me with her warm smile. The atmosphere is elegant and serene, so getting my lashes done is truly more of a spa experience. My regular technician is Aiza. I love her caring process. She applies the extensions artfully, and they last a long time. I highly recommend this little oasis.
I went to this place for my first facial with them last week and can’t get over how happy I am with the service! Nina gave me a Deep Cleansing Facial, which I experienced as thorough (in terms of extractions etc) but gentle. I left with calm, happy skin and a few days later it’s even better.They carry the biologique recherche Line which I an a big fan of. Lina, who is the spa manager, gave me wonderful advice on which products to use and I left with great products and a very generous amount of samples.I made a follow-up appointment and already can’t wait!
The Keratin Lash treatment was just what I wanted. I have naturally long lashes but now that theyre curled up, they can actually be seen. Nice lashes make me look more polished and awake and now I wake up with them. No curling or mascara needed. I will definitely be going back.
These are by far the best lashes I have ever gotten either in NYC or Sydney and Ive been to many many places. They have barely shed but maybe two lashes since I got them and that was mostly my fault. After a shower they dry and fluff up beautifully. Theres no irritation, no clumping and the shape Aiza advised I get suits me much more than what I was getting.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. First off all, my and friend and I ran late and they were SO accommodating and lovely! It was honestly to most fantastic facial I have ever experienced! Maria is incredibly knowledgeable and just absolutely a vision in looks. Her skin was magnificent which really put me at ease. The products were so decitant and she explained everything in detail on how it would effect my skin. She taught me the importance of what she was doing and I really left feeling better about taking care of my skin. Specifically I had the 90 minute fire and ice facial . We got to meet the owner and namesake of the spa and she was absolutely stunning and even more welcoming and lovely. I also had my lashes (keratin lift) done and that really exceeded my expectations. Over all I will be back again and again when I visit. Thank you for such a wonderful experience
I had a great experience here. My lashes look great and last a long time. The tech listened to what I wanted and fully delivered. I dont like the look of spider lashes and I prefer to have fullness and the look of always wearing mascara. I have been to quite a few different lash places and this one by far is the best
I got a gilt certificate for full eyelash extensions. Ksenia did my extensions and she did an amazing job! I have never received so many compliments, people were asking me if those were my eyelashes, they looked very natural, exactly what I was looking for. I am going back for a touch up this week, will try to post pictures after :)
Theyre so competent. Every time I go, I get great service. The prices are steep, but justifiable. Great products. I recommend Aleksandra in particular.
Love coming to KarinaNYC location in Greenvale. I have been coming for 3 months now and I am seeing amazing improvements in my skin. The ladies are always friendly they make sure to know you and call your on first name Basis . On my first time coming they even followed up with me to make sure i was using my new products correctly . The Space is clean and calm very spa like. I will continue to use Karina and all her staff for all my lash and skin care needs .
I come here for my facials. I love it here. Jana is my go to person. She is patient and communicates as she is working on the facial. If a pimple hurts or I react she asks if i want to continue or stop which i appreciate. The place is clean,private and very calming.
An amazing salon! I got two deep cleaning facials and already seeing the positive results. Maria was very professional, I appreciate her rational advice and provide samples of the products to test before to sell a full bottle. Which illustrates the Karina NYC doesnt pursue a profit, but really professionally conduct their esthetician profession.
I had a great experience at KarinaNYC lashes. My lashes have lasted longer than any other place I have gone to. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great eyelash extensions!

Ive found my forever lash place! I love Ksenia at KarinaNYC. Shes friendly and knowledgeable. Her lash extension not only look great but they last over 4 weeks. Ive received so many compliments. Ive recommended her to all my NYC friends.
I explained the girl I wanted a full look and I will pay the full price even though I needed just a filling. Also she saw I had my previous lashes were longer she didnt bother asking what length I wanted and did a few touchups which made no difference than what I had. In 2 days they start falling off. Staff is nice but I wasnt happy with results even I paid the price for full set.
Marina was professional, and Very sweet. I got what i came for: a lash lift and curl. My lashes are naturally long, but very straight, esp. After having individual lashes on and off for a few years. Shes going to help train my lashes....Make Mels Lashes Curl Again (funny not funny) 🤷🏽♀️
Marina always does such a wonderful job on my lashes. She makes sure they look totally natural, and arent sticking together or poking anywhere. The room is clean and relaxing, and everyone there is helpful and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
I just had a keratin lash lift with Marina and it was fantastic. My lashes look gorgeous, the treatment was completely comfortable, the facility is adorable and Marina was sweet as can be. Go see these ladies ASAP.
Olesia was great. I have been to several lash extensions salons but this was by far the best experience. Quiet peaceful private space.I wanted classic very natural lashes and that is exactly what I got. Highly recommend
BEST FACIAL OF MY LIFE! After two awful facial experiences at other places I had given up on the idea that I would ever get a facial again, but when I had an impromptu video shoot coming up and my skin was looking a mess I decided to look up the best place for a facial in NYC and KarinaNYC popped up. This place is a 5 star experience from start to finish. It exceeded my expectations and my skin has never looked better. Its been a month since my facial and Im still getting compliments on my skin because they gave me a regimen I can follow to have gorgeous glowing skin. You can 100% judge this place from the reviews and from the gorgeous skin on all of the women who work there. I cant even describe how gorgeous and glowy they all are. Dont waste any of your time or money anywhere else.This is the place!
Awesome experience. I got eyelash extensions and the esthetician catered to my desired look perfectly and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would put a photo on off my lashes but Im too lazy to upload one from my phone.
I did my eyelashes here and they lasted for a really long time. I’m in my 5th week and I still have about 40% of them and it still looks nice! It’s a little pricy but since they last a long time, I would recommend the place.
Clean setting, lovely staff. Quality lash extensions. Certainly not the cheapest but well worth the price. Been having my lashes done here for 2 years, incredibly happy with the service here.
I had the best facial— really just overall experience— at @karinafreedman. I’ve tried a bunch of places and this is by far the best. After my 90 minute facial the receptionist and my facialist sat and discussed the best product choices for me for about fifteen minutes. They really knew what they were talking about but also weren’t up selling me at all. I would highly recommend Karina NYC. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else.
Nina at Karina NYC made my skin look likeIt never did before! I constantly do facials and stick to strict day and night skin routines but Nina took my skin to a new level of GLOW. The product line they use, biologique recherché is unbelievable and so effective! Definitely coming back :-)
The full lash set that Ksenia did for me was so beautiful! She did exactly as I requested, giving me a little bit of drama but overall a natural look. She was patient and kind, and the overall spa environment was relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely be back :)

There is a few times in life that a service is so much to your liking that it is nothing short of genius. Skincare is my religion, but more often than not I find myself in a position where I involuntarily neglect my skin due to circumstances out of my hand, when it is so important to keep it healthy! After having travelled to China where air pollution is a serious problem I found myself in desperate need for a rejuvenating facial.In only one single 90min session Ksenia (Master Esthecian at KarinaNYC) was able to restore my skin to a healthy and beautiful glow. I absolutely cannot wait to see what she can do for me in the future, as she has won a new regular customer.

The lashes are amazing. Expensive but worth it: they last a v. long time and look bananas beautiful. Also, the environment and the staff is just so peaceful. Worth every penny.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a reaction to the lash procedure causing my eyes to hurt and be all red right before a big event. They didnt seem concerned or care, and said they would call me the next day to check up on me. They never called. No refund. Nothing. Very disappointing.

2022-02-18Got facial and back facial with Alex. She was great! She is real and honest and she will tell you how it is. That’s exactly what I like.This is a results oriented place. If you are looking for a relaxing pampering with aromas and soft music I would go else where but if you want real results for your skin then this is the place to go!

2017-05-24LOVE my experience at KarinaNYC so far! Everyone is so friendly - on the phone & in the salon. It was my first time getting extensions and they were very patient with me going over all details. Going back to get my second set today after 4+ weeks of my first Natural Lashes set. Lashes did not fall out quickly. You honestly cant even tell my natural lashes from the extensions - a great way to get a little longer life out of the 1st pair. Great job!

2018-08-18What a wonderful experience!This place has great respect for time,excellent customer service, and very clean and relaxing facilities.I came about 10 min before my appointment for a eyelash extension refill and was seen almost right away.My stylist Ksenia made the time fly by engaging into an easy conversation, which instantly made me very comfortable as I didn’t have to focus on my eyes.She was quick, efficient, and easy-going.It’s been a week and my eyelashes are in place making me look like a fairytale princess 24/7.Recommended!

2021-10-28Wow, not what I expected or paid for. The esthetician greeted me with a scan up and down and then started late and ended early. My one hour facial was 45 minutes. She did an ok job but rushed. She said she would recommend products but didn’t. $300 for an unenjoyable and average facial is not something I recommend. There are so many great options in NYC - this is not one of them.

2017-05-10I got my lashes done here by Marina a few weeks ago and I am so thrilled with the service that I received here. My lashes were noticeably longer and thicker than my natural lashes, but you could not tell that they were fake. They were absolutely perfect. Its now been 3 weeks since I got my lash extensions done and they still look good. I got lots of compliments on my lashes and recommended everyone to KarinaNYC!

2018-03-08There is nobody I trust more than Ksenia for my lashes. She has truly transformed them from broken and thin to dark and voluptuous. The spa is gorgeous and the moment you enter you know that you will be pampered. My favorite treatment is the lash lift keratin treatment which gives my lashes a natural plumpness and lasts forever. I seriously have not bought mascara in months! The treatment is painless and actually super luxurious-I always fall asleep 😴 Don’t miss out on this great spa-it will leave you looking and feeling like a million bucks!

2018-11-14I am SO happy I came across KarinaNYC! I got a full set of lash extensions applied by Olesia. Ive only had lash extensions done once before this, so am still a newbie to the experience, but Olesia was so delicate I actually drifted off to sleep during the process!!My lashes came out beautifully and I have had minimal fallout of the extensions (had much more at the last place I had gone to) - they still look amazing a week later. I even had my makeup done for a wedding last weekend and the makeup artist asked where I got them done since they looked so great. I will definitely be back to KarinaNYC for more!

The spa is clean and relaxing and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend KarinaNYC, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my lashes!

2019-06-20I had keratin lash lift with Ksenia. So glad I trusted good reviews—the whole experience was super comfy, so much so that I fell asleep. The result is amazing! The salon is clean and elegant. I would definitely come back and ask Ksenia to do my lashes again!
