Made the call to kaylees Towing and the response time was better than expected. The employee who responded was very knowledgeable and courteous. The appearance of the truck was clean and nice. Would definitely use this service again.

Had a break down on the side of the road super late at night and of course I couldn’t get any other service to come out and help but Kaylee and her crew were right there as soon as I called! Even brought Malibu the cute furry friend to help keep me calm while they loaded my car on the truck:) Definitely will have them on speed dial for the future !!!!
This company will rip you off they charged me a whooping $207 to jump start my truck that was 3.2 miles away Im really disappointed , the driver was professional and on time so props to him.

2022-06-13Fast professional service. The estimated time of arrival of the truck was accurate and a lot faster than I expected. The operator changed my tire quickly and advised me about next steps. Then, their head office followed up with a printable invoice that was texted directly to my phone. It’s no wonder this company is whole star ratings above their competitors.

2022-01-06Very friendly on the phone and the driver called ahead of time and arrived at the estimated time. The drivers were very friendly and quickly solved one of the issues and was able to jump the car so that he could drive it up the ramp and then secure it. Will definitely use Kaylees Towing again for local calls.

2022-01-28The dispatcher was super nice and helpful. The tow truck driver was a bro🤙🏼 and the price was on point. He went above and beyond to not make me feel like a dumba** for getting my car stuck. He gave me a ride, dealt with my horrible dad jokes/complaints of hunger, and pulled my car out of the snow like a champ. Super grateful!!!!!!

2021-08-22Our tow-trailer broke down on a Sunday afternoon along an inconvenient spot along Rt 81. Little did we know until that moment, that our AAA membership would be of no help in the situation. Kaylee’s answered the phone immediately and was on-site within 20 minutes. We were greeted and treated with friendly professionalism while the trailer was quickly loaded onto the flatbed and towed the 20+ miles home. Highly recommended and will refer to others whenever the opportunity arises!

2021-08-26I was dropping my niece off to school at SUNY Cortland. When I pulled my car out I hit the crub giving me a flat tire. I called a few towing companies in the area wanted over $100 to fix my tire and a 2 plus hour wait.I called Kaylee towing unbelievable service 15 minute wait and low cost.They are so friendly and professional.I cant thank them enough and I truly recommend them.I would use them again without a doubt.keep up the excellent service and thank you again.
