After about 8 years of bring my van & car here. Stopped buy to ask if they would help me with a EV problem I was having with my 2000 Camry with only 84k mileage (great condition). Was told by them my car was to old to repair. I had a auto repair years before and never though of auto to old to repair. I was surprised but not life ending I keep other excellent repair shops on speed dial. What did surprise me was his wife telling me sarcastically go Google when I was leaving the office. No soup for you 🤣🤣🤣 the end results was I repaired two of the EV problems myself and the two star was for the sarcastic go Google remark.There no call for that when your in a business.🚫🚫🚫

Ive been a client of Keaney Auto for years, they never disappoint.My car was recently rear-ended and I needed to get this fixed as soon as possible since its my only commute to work. John and Susan worked diligently while keeping me informed every step of the way. I was also connected with one of their contacts and was able to use a rental car in the meantime. My car was ready within a week and it looks even better than before.Go to Keaney Auto for all of your car needs.

Best shop ive ever dealt with. The owner is friendly and helpful, if they werent already so busy Id love to bring them more jobs! I wish more businesses still operated like this one.

My mother was treated very unfairly by this man and his wife. They never call us to update us and tell and get nasty when we called. Bad service all around They kicked us out after many many years of coming here. Dont recommend to anyone. Dont waste your time and hard earned money.Update and response to Owner:Nothing inappropriate about calling to see what is up with a car. You both were beyond rude and had an attitude for absolutely no reason. We did nothing wrong. Your staff have no idea how to run a business if thats how you act when someone calls and then kick them out. You decided not to do the work but when we arrived you had the tires off and the car on the lift. Why would you do that if you were not going to do the job. Obviously for malicious reasons. Once again.... Highly do not recommend!

Had a great experience today at Keaney Auto. I took a chance after reading other reviews. My alternator broke on my 2007 Honda this past weekend. I had it towed to a local dealership, but opted to have it done at Keaney Auto instead after reading some online reviews. Im so glad I did. Not only did I save over $300.00, I found a great garage I intend to use from now on. It was really nice speaking directly with the owner, and getting straight-forward information. They really took care of me. I highly recommend this place.

** UPDATE - Jan, 2020 **I wanted to add another 5 star review for Keaney Auto Yonkers - Its been 5 years since my first review (below) and I stand 100% by my original commentary.In addition, Keaney Auto have continued to shine with unparalleled customer service, integrity and are a rare find. Just last week, our CEL (Check Engine Light) and another system light appeared on the dash. With a quick call, John, the owner had fixed me an appointment that morning with alacrity and solved the issue onsite that day. John saw this and immediately offered to drive me up to their office on Tuckahoe road himself! To me, that speaks volumes about his integrity & character.
