I cant recommend the services of Kensington Traveler enough! I reached out to Kensington Traveler to assist in planning a bachelorette weekend with my girlfriends to the Caribbean, and I am so happy I decided to seek their help. Cindy and Brenda found us one of the most beautiful resorts Ive ever been to, and it was within our budget! Every aspect of the trip (airfare, airport transfers, and securing the best rooms in the resort!) was taken care of without any stress. I look forward to my next adventure with the assistance with Kensington Traveler Services!
We just returned from an Alaskan cruise booked through Kensington Traveler Services, and it was incredible! Cindy and Brenda were right on top of everything and it all went off flawlessly! We had a large group, some special needs as in equipment rental onboard, and everything was ready to go when we embarked. This was my husbands first cruise, and we for sure will do it again! Thank you Kensington Traveler Services!!!
I cannot say enough about the level of service these ladies provide! I just came back from my second cruise handled by this agency. I thought the first time was a fluke but these agents are on top of every question you have and any snags that come up are immediately handled. This agency will be my first choice for future travel.

2022-07-02I am sitting at the airport in Grenada already missing the best vacation week spent at Sandals with our very dear friends. It was an epic week that not even a tropical storm could ruin. All staff were genuinely welcoming. The only slight disappointment was our walkout beach room which I found a bit cramped and dark. We intend to return next year but will save up for a butler room. After seeing the extraordinary service our friends received, there is no doubt this is the way to go if you can afford it. Do take a tour of the island, because there is so much natural beauty to see. The food was the best we have had at a Sandals resort and we plan to meet our friends here again next year. I promised myself to get the courage to jump into the falls next year on our tour. We will also leave our travel plans to Kensington Traveler Services who made this journey effortless and even handled the transportation from our home. I will dream of beautiful Grenada tonight and for some time to come!

2021-07-13What a great experience!! I had the pleasure of exploring 9 different countries in 2 weeks thanks to Cindy! She set me up on a tour that guided us all through Europe with a great group of individuals! My favorite destination was Paris, France where we had plenty of excursions; visiting the Louvre museum, Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe and plenty of great dinner destinations!

2022-03-24My Wife and I used Kensington Services for our honeymoon and we couldn’t of asked for a better service! Cindy made the whole process super easy, even when we kept shuffling between an elopement and a traditional wedding. It seemed unpredictable with Covid times. We stayed at the Secrets Maroma in Riviera Maya for 9 days. We will definitely remember this moment forever!Thank you Kensington traveler services for making our honeymoon soo special! You exceeded our expectations and we look forward to using your services again for future trips!

2021-06-21Kensington traveler services was absolutely amazing in helping us to plan a seriously last minute vacation. My friend and I came to the team only two weeks before we wanted to go to Jamaica and they were able to make it happen so quickly and easily! 2021-06-24I LOVE KENSINGTON TRAVEL SERVICES! She made our honeymoon process so delightful. We were back and forth with several options and she was patient. We were honest about our wants and our needs and Cindy pulled through accomplishing EVERYTHING on our list. She is very diligent in responding back to all the questions we have. She even stayed on top when finding the best deals for flights while working with our busy schedule. For the COVID rules, she made sure to be our reminder when to take it and also educated herself to teach us about what to do to get into Hawaii. When I say she was on top of her game, she really was. THATS WHAT YOU NEED FOR A VACATION- to have someone else do all the logistics and for you to be vacay-ing!We were in Maui from 6/1-6/9. It was lovely/beautiful/amazing/wonderful/etc/etc/etc. On our last night, we ran into an issue with the hotel. We messaged Cindy and she managed to get our resort fees, parking fees and our dinner from the hotel comped due to the issue.We love Cindy and we know if you book through her, she will ensure the greatest quality when it comes to your trip.
