Great store. decent stock, clean and everyone is so friendly.Im a personal shopper (genieupgrade.com) and I love when someone requests their shop to be done here. I even started shopping here for myself.
For a moderately-sized supermarket, its usually well-stocked with mostly reasonable prices. The bakery, deli counter, fish, and dairy departments are always clean and appealing, with a friendly and courteous staff. Ive never been disappointed by their butchers work, nor have I spent the better part of my adult life waiting to pay for their goods. Were lucky to have this neighborhood grocer in our neighborhood.
I’m just make a call right now , to check if they have a specific baby formula , the man who answer the phone very unprofessional, i didn’t even said the brand and right the way , dama ID “ yes we have it “ please!!!!!!
Friendly customer service and great prices
Very rude workers. Dont say hello or thank you for shopping here,or even help pack bags of groceries. The older Indian lady was extremely rude not helpful In anyway!!!
I like going to Key Food because its near by, small and no lines. Last night the cashier greeted me which is nice and very unusual. Not just at Key Food, it seems the cashiers at most stores think they are doing me a favor by ringing up my items. Nobody (ok very few people) say thank you anymore. Am I wrong? Am I supposed to thank the employees now?
The prices here both anger and confuse me.But having grown up in the area and hearing local gossip: We cant blame them, the rent prices and that shopping area are atrocious apparently.

Key Food in Levittown is the best supermarket! From the Store Managers, Front End Managers, Cashiers and everyone else in the store, they are all amazing. I have a gluten allergy and since the day they opened they have a large white tag that hangs down on anything that tells you it is gluten free item. If they are out of an item, ask them and you will have it in 48 hours. I eat fresh so I am in this store at least three to four times a week and I have nothing but love for everyone at Key Food in Levittown.
Ive been shopping here for years. People that work here are nice and I find always great amount of imported goods.
Had a bad experience while shopping here. I was waiting on line when a cashier called her friend who was shopping to go in front of me and then the friend went to get something else and I went over and she told me she was closed. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never go back

Great customer service. They have a lot of merchandise even thru this pandemic. It has a parking lot. They also take empty cans, plastics & glass.

2 occasions in a month where I get meat and its rotten. This place is simply for package products not from freezer or deli area. Sad I have to go 5 min more to stop n shop but never av issue there. Ill take the trip. Rotten chicken and salami REALLY!!!

Very tiny supermarket. Very tiny aisles. Check circular for their best deals, otherwise there products are marked up a lot.
More expensive than wal Mart or stop n shop, but its close and convenient. Plus the lines arent as long as either of the aforementioned stores.

2021-12-28I’m a long time customer, lived in the area for thirty years. Was in there tonight, (the height of the Omicron holiday surge, 2021), and got into a brief “discussion” with one of their unmasked employees. Sorry, with everything that’s going on right now I don’t need someone breathing on my unwrapped food. Would have left one star but it’s been a decent place over the years.

2022-01-16Stop in here, usually early Saturday morning, on my way to pick up bagels from Heavenly Bagels next door. Good place to pick up the incidentals I forgot to buy for the weekend. Usually thats bananas, avocadoes and cold cuts from the deli section. Always friendly staff, and plenty of parking outside in the lot.

2022-02-26Key Foods has changed hands and is under new management. I used to depend on them for some Peruvian foods but I am not certain they will continue to sell them. Also used to buy some wonderful Arepas there that they dont stock any longer. Vegetables seem to be seconds and not as fresh as before. Okay for a quick trip, but not for our regular shopping.

2021-07-17I was there on Friday. Their food variety and sales ore great.I bought 2 cases of Poland spring water for 5.99 each. There is a big sale on water.The workers are helpful and the place clean. But their bathrooms are deplorable, as they are closed to the public. The area is filthy, and the sink is partly off the wall!I recommend going to the Italian restaurant/ pizza parlor. Their food is delicious and these group of stores together make a great practical place to shop. Also there is a discount card shop in this group w Key food.

2021-05-15Every single time I go to this grocery store the people at the service deli acknowledge me and help me immediately. I am always in and out very quickly because they work efficiently. You can watch them cut the meats and cheeses. You can see them change their gloves to make sure they are clean before helping you. There is always a manager to help. This is definitely a great grocery store!!!

2020-03-13I havent shopped here, but asked if they can deliver to elders around me during this virus. Awilda, the store manager was SO understanding, SO helpful and even bent the rules to help our community situation. I may just start shopping here now, even though its farther from my home,because of how thoughtful they are. What a caring manager, really makes you think back to when the community used to help each other.
