Need more focus from the cashier they always in the phone talking to each other .not paying attention to the customer .Not providing the customer with key food card to collect there own points and getting free product from the key food member cards.All points going either to employee cards or management card.
The employees were very nice and helpful,the only downfall is the limited space and ackwardness of the isles its difficult to get around in there specially with a shopping cart.
Its a little small but very clean and well run. The females behind the boars head counter let me sample some of the cold cuts I would be bringing home. A way to a mans heart is through his stomach.
Clean place. very well set up but small. good stock with wide selections of products. Not very cheap but better than trader Joes (what isnt).
The folks at the deli were super friendly. Nice and welcoming. Girl at counter was more concerned about her water than helping out.
Very clean and neat establishment, all Iles and products on shelves were very neatly faced , friendly staff not too busy , comfortable setting, way better looking then most of the key foods Ive been to.
They never pick up the call whwn i want to know something about their products.Rest is ok.
My neighborhood grocery always get my fresh veggies and meats here. Excellent customer service.
If disabled, you cant get in, and parking lot is on the next street crossing 2 streets. Aisles if you can walk in, are extremely thin. I wanted ice cream so bad, I will feel the pain tomorrow for this. Very upset.
Best store have ever visited! They have everything you may need from a supermarket. The place is also very clean!
During this pandemic I must say this supermarket is fully stocked even if they run out of something the very next day it’s in stock. Stay safe out there everyone..

During this Epidemic these guys removed all the sale tags from their inventory and are selling at full price to their loyal local customers....need I say moreShame on you Guys this is a time when we need to come together as a neighborhood and here you guys are capitalizing on a surreal moment.

Manager is racist. My mother walked in with a bag without being told to leave it at the entrance. She was followed all around the supermarket. Manager confronted her asking to check her bag. Gave him the bag and he yells saying All Hispanics are the same, they rob.
Store is clean and always stocked. But the cashiers are not pleasant. Some of them dont greet or look at you. Very rude

I like to visit this supermarket for the amount of products they offer, also for the good organization of all the products, its excellent customer service, the kindness of its cashiers, good prices. The place is not very spacious but they offer many varieties of things compared to other supermarkets in the area. My wife likes to go shopping in this place because we find everything we need to buy. It is also easier to go and use the WIC that the city offers in this place ... They offer free parking for clients on the other side of the street they have a private parking area.
This is my place to buy. I like it for the variety and its prices. The place is always kept clean and there are good staff. They also prepare different meals and the prices are cheap.

2020-09-16I love this place. I have three supermarkets within walking distance from my house. I have walked the 18 blocks to go here instead. Ive dealt with the woman in the deli section numerous times (wish I could recall her name) and shes fabulous. All the employees that I have come in contact with are always friendly and helpful. Most importantly the place is always clean.

2020-12-22Oh my goodness. Key food has been a favorite of mine. I was so happy when I stumbled upon this store in Queens. The prices were great compared to other Key Foods, the hospitality was even better. The two gentlemen that helped me find the pasta selection and the cashier Alexa were so polite. 2021-03-23This is the Supermarket I come to frequently, even though I live closer to another one. This place usually has what I need for a good price. Friendly service and the deli dept. Always hooks it up right! I will continue to support this store as long as I live in this neighborhood. The only small little pet peeve is the aisles are a little small and narrow so a big guy like me sometimes has to side step thru in order to give way to other patrons. But other than that I always recommend coming here first before I go to another supermarket in the neighborhood.

2017-09-16This location is very well maintained & managed. The manager is happy to special order items that are not in stock. On numerous occasions he has ordered organic items for me as well as specialty foods from Italy & Canada. He even ordered Ille brand coffee drinks which are not common in this neighborhood. Their cut fruit is always fresh & cut on-site. The deli department is always well-stocked & fresh. I particularly like their homemade roast beef. This is a good place to get sandwiches & heroes.

2017-01-27Good enough and convenient for the locals. Lacking in the freshness of produce and meats. You will get pretty much whats needed here and for a small space its surprisingly well stocked. Full deli and delivery are some perks.
