Food was not the best for our passover event ,matza soup was salty and chicken marsalla was not good.little disappointed,the ambiance was terrific.
A beautiful hall we rented for a function. Great acoustics and beautiful architecture.

2021-05-09Key Hall is a great venue and a hidden gem in the Capital Region. Being a Mazzone Facility means great service and food, and you are provided with both a day of coordinator, and a bridal attendant. Pictures outside of Proctors are very cool, as well as the vault and other areas around Schenectady. It is very comfortable inside and not too cold in the winter or hot in the summer. Cocktail hour is spacious and the high ceilings and lighting make for a lot of cool pictures. There are 2 hotels within walking distance and Id recommend Key Hall to any couple looking for a unique venue. There is a bridal suite in the facility and a very cool ceremony space which you can see below.

2020-02-11From start to finish, the Mazzones staff for Key Hall at Proctors went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Andrea Cole, our event coordinator was absolutely fantastic from day one. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made all of our decision making throughout the entire planning process an absolute breeze. The day of our wedding, the staff was attentive and handled anything that came up without needing to bother us with any issues, if there were even any! Kiersten, our bridal attendant was everything we could have asked for and more - she catered to our every need and made us want for nothing all night! Key Hall was my dream venue and the hall itself is an absolute beautiful place to get married!

2019-10-09This place is really historic and has a simple flavor of how things used to be. The food was but good but having a meeting there with mics it was a terrible ideal the echo really bad and forget a music. In saying all of that I would go there again.

2019-02-11Went there for a wedding reception. Had steak for dinner. It was tough and full BN of grizzle. The salad was very small and had mostly greens and barely any dressing.

2019-07-15Nice old bank from the 1900s, used to be a key bank before it moved next to the train station, vintage vaults that open, great place to go donate blood at their blood drive that was held here two weeks ago.
