Drove all the way there to be greeted by an atm only. The bank its self was not talking people. The branch members barely could answer any questions when you called inside.The third person I talked to was able to give me answers. Thank god for him.This was my third experience with this branch over 2 years..... this was the most important visit and it was the worst. Pandemic or not there is still a way you speak to people. Only 1 out of 3 employees could maintain. Tuh
I opened an account about a couple months ago and I most write a review. The staff at the New Rochelle branch is very helpful. Every time I enter Robert or Mary is always willing to help. I had an issue with online payment and Robert went above and beyond. It is great to have courteous staff when you enter an establishment. Thank you again.
So by the reviews this is by far the worst bank with horrible customer service and all I keep seeing is more and more bad reviews in which the company replies and does nothing some people get a title under their belt and assume they are Superman and forget that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity ! Now I’m sure half of the managers or employees who treat customers horribly can’t step in Gucci in Manhattan without being judged 😳! Oh your a manager ! So why are you here you can’t afford us ! How would that feel not good at all ! So buck up get some new customer service in service
I have bank account at KeyBank. Nice manager over there . But security guy locked my car when I leave my car in the parking lot less than one minute. Finally I paid for 45 dollar. This’s second times. very disappointed. I know Some people who can leave car in the parking lot more than 8 hours every day. It’s not fair
On Saturday afternoon, my friend and I used the keybank ATM and then got some food from the restaurant next door, when we came back in 10 minutes or so, the car was booted. The man charged $50 to remove the boot. I called keybank and was told that after banking hours, this is not their problem. This is a way to discourage customers after working hours. It was a very unpleasant experience. I know Ill never use this bank again. If they dont allow parking, why dont they put a gate there or charge for the parking? this is a sneaky way springing on people.
I have been trying to get my unemployment monies.and no.one will assist me.no card has arrivef in three weeks.i waited on phone for 3hrs and 5 min and was told ,that they were having. difficulties and hung up.on.me.The attorney general should get involved..I callef back to days later and was told make a appointment ,if iWould like to come in and speak with a rep.Im still.not sure if they will issue a new card.
This branch has the worst customer service ever they don’t know how to talk if you are not from the area locally they won’t open ur account. Lol so it means they only serve there neighborhoods. Robert rennis is shouldn’t be working there. Raises his voice at customers no scene of talking nicely
I would like to share my experience with the Banks 800 number and the lack of knowledge and common sense of the representatives there. My phone car loan payment was directed to a checking account at a bank that I did business with when I took the loan out 5 years ago. Since then, the bank was taken over 4 1/2 years ago by another bank and I have been banking with them ever since.I recieved a phone call that my current payment was rejected by the bank for Insuffient Funds. I tried to explain to the representative that the former bank was taken over by my current bank and that I have been dealing with the new bank for 41/2 years. No one understood the dilemma. They kept insisting the old bank was my bank! Needless to say I got no where until I physically went to the closest banch, 50 miles away, from my home ! It was then I got the matter straigthened out. Once my loan is paid off, Key Bank will be off my radar. The employees who are hired from this foriegn country need to be trained better or employment needs to be brought back to the USA.I will never do bsnking with Key Bank EVER!
The Service at this particular KeyBank location, in New Rochelle, N.Y. is Outstanding! The Professional team is managed by the phenomenal, Mrs. Amoy A Moo, she’s the ultimate example for her team and clients. Worst bank ever. i had this loan from niagara, that recently merge to keybank. until now, im having trouble with my car loan. i never had problem with payments not unless my account was transferred to keybank. it took forever until i got my updated statement. then when i came to this branch to ask for assistance because i wanna cash out every single balance i hv on my account, she still told me d balance computed in months of installment. she should be able to compute it without all interest in months remaining coz im paying it in full now.she said she cant help. then who can help?!
I use this location often. Have found staff to be above average. Short wait times. I travel from bronx, to use this branch.Once every while, I see persons who expect personnel services, do not like to wait at all. At which I am so surprised. Only time I have to wait more then few minutes, is because of issues related to my end.This is why I am writing this today. It needed to be posted.P.s. believe me, if I was not happy or satisfied I would post that also.
Not Happy at all, One of the personal banker’s at the New Rochelle Branch, put me through the run around in a serious & sensitive situation, had my daughter come in with me on my behalf & gave her the same thing not pleased at all with his so-call Professionalism, the Branch Manager should really have him retrain on how to be a real Professional, & I highly recommend that u don’t trust him at all, Thank you for a waste of time, Mr. Robert Ennis

2021-12-12I scheduled an appointment to visit this branch on a Saturday to open a business checking account and a credit card. No one called me to confirm my appointment and when I called the number listed no one answered. Left a VM twice and no one called me back.Got there with all my documents and was told that there was only 1 banker (Robert) and he wouldn’t be able to assist. Keep in mind I was traveling from Brooklyn NY.Robert came out and attempted to speak to me but in mid conversation went to assist someone else. Guess my business wasn’t worth it.

2021-06-08Staff was friendly to me. I saw they had parking after I spent 20 minutes looking for parking. The driveway for key bank is not immediately noticeable. I did find it uncomfortable when a customer arrived and asked to speak to a banker and was told to call the bank to make an appointment. It struck me as odd because the teller who told her this was flirting with a gentleman who worked as a banker. The customer was very upset and I left prior to her explaining why however once you saw there was an immediate need taking a few minutes to calm a customer is the exception to the by appointment only rule. Especially if you had time to flirt with a coworker.

2021-08-06Robert Rennis is the most unprofessional bank rep that I have ever encountered in my life. During my schedule appointment yesterday, he refuse to open a business account for me because according to him and the branch manager we cant open a business account for you because your business is not within distance of the bank . I felt that my visit at this branch was very discriminatory and Inhospitable. I already filed a complaint against him with corporate. I just want to inform the people out there that Robert Rennis is a very rude rep and I would have given my visit a half star if I could.

2021-08-10The branch manager Monique Mendez was awesome. She took the time to come to my workplace to talk to me and employees about the services she offers. I’ve never heard of keybank and based on how professions and kind she was I will be moving my relationship to keybank. It’s a bit of a task to move everything from one bank to another but because of the exceptional service of Monique I don’t mind. 5 stars!!!

2021-03-27Don’t come here unless you have absolutely no choice . My spouse visited with a service animal and a male African American bank was very rude and discriminatory due to having a device animal come into the branch he seemed annoyed on first sight rather than welcoming and kind. No one should feel that way entering an establishment. We tried getting his name but the staff would not tell his name(I believe it is Robert Rennis from name tag on desk... )The teller on staff and security were kind.

2020-10-22My card was recently skimmed at the banks drive thru atm and was used to make multiple unauthorized withdrawals totalling almost $2k.My account was flagged once there was a third attempt to withdrawal another $1k.I have filed a police report and was informed by a detective of the New Roc PD that the atm had been compromised with this device that steals your card info, pin number included. The matter is still being investigate to my knowledge as of 10/20/20.Please be careful when using the drive thru atm as you never know who is standing by with one of these devices or if the machine itself has been compromised.I am baffled at the fact that banks in this day & age with the amount of technology available wouldnt take the proper precautions to ensure the safery of their customers accounts/money & that a device like this can be easily placed on their property undetected to gain access to that information.Further more, it would be in the banks best interest especially for their customers safety to have the proper precautions/measurments in place to prevent accounts from being compromised and their personal information stolen and used to commit fraudulent actively with their hard earned money. I shouldve skipped using this drive thru atm once I saw that it was constantly out of service but as stated in many other reviews the service is terrible and the tellers are either incompetent or just hate their job.Be careful!!

2021-02-05So we’ve been having an issue with the ATM not giving 20$ bills but 50$ bills instead. So my family member went to the cashier to get 20$ & inform her of the ATM giving 50$ and she responded with “They give 20$.” And guess what the ATM still give 50s no 20s. She had to leave the store in frustration because there was a line to the lady and cannot complain. Worst Service ever.

2020-06-04Waited 20 minutes just to cash a check and eventually left because I wasnt going to waste any more of my time. Literally one other person in the bank doing business when I was there yet your branch has multiple employees. Obviously customer service isnt a priority here. Ill go to White plains from now on. This branch SUCKS !!! Not the first time Ive been treated like Im not an important customer here either

2020-02-24I guess it should come as no shock with the below average rating and reviews of this establishment that I would encounter shady business as a customer of theirs yesterday. An encounter that other customers in some reviews already present here have dealt with as well as i can see .. It seems as if a rude and entrepreneurial gentleman in a Chrysler sedan (license plate SLS 378) places and detaches boots at his own peril and own prices since in another review here he charged someone $45 dollars yet I got the weekend special of $50 all because i stepped away from my car for 3 minutes as the bank inside was closed and I come back to find my car in a boot and a sticker on my windshield with a number of a towing company on it but low and behold I didnt have to use that number. The reason for not having to call that number was because that gentleman in the Chrysler sedan gets out of his car and tells me its for customers and I pull out my bank card to the bank and tell him thats exactly what i am and I was there to make a transaction at the drive up ATM. Now you would think at this point as a customer he would have some decency in him to realize his error but there was no going back with him and to make things even more comical that number on the window no need to call it cause the same gentleman tells me he installs and takes it off the boot?! To make matters worse I call up customer service and after I get in touch with a rep and give them my information I’m explaining what has transpired they hang up on me lol.. So I just ended up leaving a voicemail instead and told him to take off the boot and when asked for a receipt he says there’s no need for one because there are cameras on the premise which to me makes no sense but then again nothing about this location makes sense as it seems as this is the way this establishment treats their customers inside and out the building...
