Great service, I highly recommend!!!Professional and reliable service. I was locked out on a Sunday afternoon, I called KeyMe - paid for service and within 40 mins the technician was onsite working on my lock. Very pleased with their customer service they explained the process and made me feel comfortable. I’ll use them again!
I was very pleased with the communication of both parties. All questions were answered clearly. The charge was explained before the arrival of the professional. He contacted me immediately to arrange the visit. While he was here, he changed the cylinder and explained how the latches worked.
Tecnichian arrived in efficient timing,job was done very quickly and professionally. Customer service is very responsive. Great all round company. My experience from beginning to end was way above expectations. Thank You Guys.
Marion discusses the details with me last night including description of lock and pricing. Alex, the locksmith, called at 9 am to confirm 10 am appointment. He arrived on time. He replaced the broken lock in a timely manner. I tested it before he left. He was professional and efficient.
No one to assist. Everyone keeps saying “hold on until the technician calls” or “I just got on my shift” but they’re just reading from a script, they don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t care about their customers who are locked out of their homes
I used one of the kiosks in Brooklyn NY. It was very user-friendly and even though they didnt have one of my keys in stock to copy at the kiosk, they mailed it to me within 4 days.
Didnt need cash. Didnt have to wait until someone gets to the key cutting machine. I literally walk up, stick my key in firmly, tap the type of key I want, swipe the credit card and BAM, out comes my key perfectly cut.The options to keep the key digitally it excellent and very convenient. I have not tried the app yet but if it works as well as the machine, Im in.
We had a lock emergency with our poor cat locked inside and they were extremely responsive, understanding, and speedy. Life savers!!!!
Alex was the tech for day. Very professional! Explained things and answered my questions well. The whole experience...all the way from the customer service rep Tom.

2021-11-13Geo was very professional, responsive to any questions, and ensured that the lock worked perfectly fine. I am very satisfied with the service he provided. KeyMe was the first locksmith company that I called and I received a lock installation on the same day. Also, a big thank you to Gad, who was patient with me & explained the pricing & service, which was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company to friends/family and will call again if I need further services.

2020-10-10Very fast response, calm nice professional help. The whole process from calling the number to getting into my apartment took less than an hour. The price was very reasonable as well. Getting locked out of your apt is one of the worst experience ever but KeyMe remedied the situation very fast with ease! KeyMe anytime! (I hope I do not get locked out again but you get it! )

2021-02-18Got locked out taking out the garbage while barefoot... the representative over the phone was intensely empathetic to my problem and was able to send a locksmith to my apartment in about 20 minutes. I am very grateful and will certainly be calling them next time I’m in need of a locksmith!

2021-09-21Got a perfect replica of the original key in less than 5 minutes, which works just fine. The only thing I had a little issue with was the price, very expensive for a simple brass key.

2021-03-24Decent folks, kept their word on price even after unforeseen issues with the job that resulted in additional costs. To make a long story, rather than pass on those additional costs on to me, the customer, they ate the additional costs to keep their price they originally quoted me. They seem to pride themselves on making every customer a happy customer.
