Woman taking my order was rude and seemed to be in a bad mood. When I drove to the window, same person was there and was unfriendly.This is the second time. The first time, I was given wrong food and they implied it was my fault that I ordered wrong.Going somewhere else for lunch from now on.
The chicken had an awful bitter after taste. The Root beer ran out of syrup. The mac n cheese was gross. We were very disappointed. We thought this would be a good quick dinner, but it was disgusting.
Did Drive-thru. Food was good and hot but the person working the window did not listen and made me feel like I had no idea what I wanted and totally put out when she figured it out. Will go again but hope I have a different person working the window.
And down the drain another fast food joint.Visited at 7:51 pm on 09/16/2021. It’s a fast food, we get it. But when they get the order wrong and don’t even apologize it’s ridiculous. I ordered the chicken breast fill up. When I got home I noticed instead off a chicken breast I got a chicken thigh. I immediately called and a young man answered and told me I could return to the restaurant to get the chicken breast. I pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to pull up to the window. They asked for my receipt which I had and handed it over to the cashier. Then the must ridiculous and funny thing happened, they asked me to give them the actual chicken thigh( which I had with me because I don’t eat thighs) I took out my biscuit and fries and handed the cashier the box with a chicken thigh. My husband said, give it to them in the hand, Lol. Yes, you read that right... They asked for the piece of chicken 😂😂😂 I’ve worked in the restaurant business I know for sure the chicken would be thrown out. I didn’t want the thigh which is beside the point, but they didn’t even attempt to apologize or offer to add another food item after I had to drive a second time to get my correct order, the one I actually paid for. I stopped to check my order and at least they got a chicken breast the second time. I don’t need to say HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I’m a frequent customer. Too bad the one local and good chicken restaurant in Brockport closed. Please check your items before leaving not only will they get the chicken mixed up but they will ask for the meal back and not apologize. Shame on you Brockport KFC.
I was pleasantly surprised coming her, the people were super friendly. The restauraunt was spotless, and the food was hot and fresh. Some places, like this location, just cant be beat.
Terrible meal experience from the Brockport, NY store. We purchased meals to go. The young man handling the drive through was testy when it took us time figuring out what we wanted. When will drive through business catch on to the fact that placing the menu board in a visible place might actually enhance customer service, as well as the time it takes to serve people? The meal order was $19.85. When opening up our meals at home, we found our meals were not correct in content. My soft drink was watery, the original chicken box meals were absolutely horrible. The chicken was over cooked and it had a horrible after taste. Both the white & dark meat were dry as a bone, yet at the same time it was so drenched in grease, it literally dripped out of the chicken. There were spots on the chicken breast the batter was so thick, the coating was not cooked fully. We ordered a side order of coleslaw, surprise...... There was about 1/2 of a full container of slaw in it. Now, I think that the average human expects some grease with KFC, BUT this literally gagged me. Both my husband and I were ill for the better part of 2 days. On the positive side, the mashed potatoes we received were better than they have been, and the biscuits were their usual delicious. My husband did enjoy the side of honey barbecue wings........ But I think the general population of KFC diners would not be happy with paying $19.85 for a couple of biscuits, 1 soda, and 6 tiny honey BBQ wings. This store is new, we were excited for it opening in Brockport, but this certainly has dampened our enthusiasm.
If youre on the road and want to drive up, dont go to McDs. Too much fat. Go to KFC. The chicken sandwich was good.
We ordered a 12 piece meal with three of the pieces being extra crispy. Got home and we were shorted the three extra crispy pieces and didn’t have enough chicken for dinner. Called the Brockport store and it was not handled to our satisfaction. Disappointed customer.
I had one of their chicken bowls, and for $5 and change, to me it wasnt worth it. I remember when you were able to get the same bowl and it would be biggerThe bowl I received hardly had any corn in it, in fact, I could count on 1 hand on how many kernels I had. Im pretty disappointed on how much I paid for how little food I got. I could of gone to Wegmans and picked up a rotisserie chicken AND corn for less.
WAY too much ice in the drink. The spicy chicken tenders were awesome but I only got 4 instead of 5. Maybe thats why I got an extra biscuit? Idk theyre just playing by their own rules. Just a bit too spicy also. Still great. I was told they dont have chicken wings. Would like chicken wings.
Good stuff! I havent had KFC in a long time but this place just opened in my town so i had to check it out....wow! Ive been missing out i guess cuz the chicken sandwich i had was delicious! i got the Georgia Gold sandwich with extra pickle and the potato wedges & it was all awesome. The service was fast and friendly. The only weird thing i can say is that they dont have ketchup out for the taking but when asked they gave me a handful so that worked. This place could be dangerous to have so close to me. Thanks for coming to town KFC!
Pedro makes it worthwhile to go inside and order in person. He is what customer service should look and sound like. KFC always great food and combo fill up is a real deal.
Dining room closed for eat in yet could still go in to order which seemed an odd option. Chicken wasn’t as good as anticipated and once again reminded why we rarely eat KFC.
Was so excited to have a KFC in Brockport. Purchased an 8 piece original bucket with meal. The chicken was not very good. Seemed like it was overcooked. It was dry and didnt have much taste. Very disappointed. I will try again, but if it isnt better I will stop in Chili to get it again in the future.

The only reason that I’m saying that I don’t recommend eating here is because we came here on the 4th of July and there was only 2 people working. The assistant manager was absolutely amazing trying to go between helping the cook and taking orders. And not only that , customers are being so rude and talking so much smack. I am disgusted with management and can’t believe that she was the only one here working. She doesn’t deserve that at all.
The KFC in Brockport is always courteous, smiling and patience with the customers whether inside or at the pick-up window. Try it you will be happy.
I get off work at 9pm an have went to KFC makes 3 times now wanting to order a bucket of chicken there is blonde that is first of all rude an they tell me there out of chicken now I understand they close at 10 but you could politely tell the customer if they would like to wait 15 min or so for them to cook a fresh batch instead of saying were out of chicken like really this is the only chicken place in brockport where else are people going to go. They need to resolve this issue because with just the money they make off me makes me wonder how much money they are losing by not serving chicken for tree he last hour of service.
Went there around 9 930pm, ordered tenders bucket was told out of strips. I tried to order regular chicken bucket instead and was told out of chicken. Poor customer service skills and just pure laziness in whoever was working.
Never tried KFC till they opened in Brockport. That being said the food tasted above average and mildly priced in terms of fast food. If the chicken was cripsier Id say it was perfect. Definitely try the famous bowl!
Consistently good, my only issue is the people at the drive thru need to listen better. a third of the time you repeat what I said back to me and then give me something I didnt order.

Was there at dinner time. Eat in No original chicken at all. I went back to counter and it took 5 minutes before I got anyones attention, they were all in the back fooling around ,And asked for butter, which they didnt have any.. I wont be surprised when they close down again due to lack of service and supplies

Poor service, college students had backpacks on four tables and sat together at one on other end of seating area. Food was dry and not tasty.
Orders are often wrong or parts entirely missing and the employees seem to always prefer to be somewhere else. Needs better management as this place runs worse than the Brockport McDonalds.
I love KFC, because of Colonel Sanders. I love that Brockport KFC. The crispy colonel sandwich taste great. I love the building, I love the drive thru. One of the greatest KFCs in the Rochester, NY areas. 😊👍🍗

2022-04-27I just went to Drive thru & order 3 pc tenders, when I got home, I opened my box was 1 tender normal sizes and 2 little pieces, not even a size of my thumb. I’m very disappointed how management can serve this to customers, I’m a new customer but if I am spending my money on your business at least , I expect quality food and correct portion. I called the store and no one answered the phone . I will try corporate number.

2021-12-24I dont know why I submit myself to such punishment. I always say Ill never go back there. Yet somehow my brain tricks me in to thinking that maybe itll be better this time. First we decided to eat there inside. The tables were all dirty. My wife ordered the pot pie and that came out barely half full and the crust was hanging way off of one side. I cant believe they serve it to you looking that pathetic. I forgot to take a picture of that for the review. The chicken breasts I had were ok at best. Extra crispy is actually extra greasy and had no flavor. We ordered 2 large sides of coleslaw to take home. They came in a separate bag cuz we ordered those to go. I figured how could they have screwed that up. Much to my surprise when I took them out of the bag to toss in the fridge, those were only half full as well. I added a photo of that. Is this what I paid almost $5.00 for?? Never again will I visit the brockport store. Id also like to add that we frequently visit the Albion location. We have never had a bad experience there. I shouldve drove the extra ten minutes to go there.

2022-05-17I stopped after work & they offered me a 10 piece bucket of chicken (Original and extra crispy for $5.00). I wish I knew that drive-thru guys name because I have never experienced such kindness, courtesy and professionalism as he surely was. That just made my night a whole lot better.

2021-12-21So on December 17, 2021 at around 8:45 pm. I drive to this KFC in Brockport, NY. I was forced to go to the drive thru because the doors were locked. I pull up and place my order for a 10 piece feast bucket. I requested it extra crispy. I was told they had no xrispy chicken. I asked if they were allowed to cook chicken, I was then told all the fryers were off. Now, this location doesnt close until 10 pm. Im kind of wondering why, at 8 45 pm, all the fryers are off? I will be contacting corporate to see if maybe they have an answer for me.I canceled my order and left with nothing because I wasnt going to be forced to purchase something I didnt want because they chose to turn the fryers off at 8:45 pm. I wont be going back to this KFC. Thanks for a wasted trip.

2022-01-20Portions were very small ( looked like they were trying to save food for the next person who would come along. They ran out of crispy chicken. There was no one in there and it took forever for us to get our food.
