I dont know what happened I guess its hit and miss. But today absolutely dreadful. I always oder 2 soft shell tacos, popcorn chicken and a Fri. Fri are always on point but the chicken tasted old and the tacos were skimpy and there never right. I have to go up every time.
If I could give a zero star, i would... This is hands down the most ridiculously managed fast food place I have ever seen. Every single time I have gotten food from here, my order has either been wrong, missing items, under or overcooked and I am convinced they just glat out refuse to order any sauces for inventory cause all 8 of the last times ive been there, i havent gotten any. And you flip a coin if they are gonna have the cookie thats supposed to come with your meal. I honestly dont know who owns this place but it cant be corporately owned because others in the area are great. Stay as far away from this place as you can
Went to Abbott Rd location about 10 minutes ago and my friend’s order was wrong. He ordered chicken with 2 sides of mashed potatoes. Got tenders and an order of fries and mashed potatoes. I didn’t get my sauce and found a long black hair on my tender. I am completely grossed out! Tried to call, but they never answered.
I was so disappointed with quality of service and quality of food. I have made many other purchases at this location and never had a problem. A friday evening I purchased online the 16pc family meal crispy with the mash and gravy and coleslaw. When it was delivered it was not what I ordered. The chicken was original not crispy and the skin was missing and looked mangled. It was an abundant amount of wings and 1 breast pc. I was sent all mash and gravy instead of what I ordered. I paid $40 something for this $60.10 with delivery. So disappointed with yall. I tried calling for 10 minutes straight nobody answered the phone.

Food was cold. When I called to say that they forgot to add the condiments, a worker told me to come and pick them up. Im not even near them. She didnt seem concerned at all that about my order. Hung up on me. I did not treat her rudely but rude tone of voice was what I received on the phone. I ordered by Uber Eats.
While on vacation, my best friend and I stopped here nearly every day. The staff was just absolutely excellent. They were friendly and caring. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not always as great as the people working, but it was still worth the visit, every time.
The prices were fare and when I ordered my food the cashier was so kind and respectful to me I was my second time going there my food came out quick and fast and it tasted like it just came out of the fryer the chicken was juicy and not dry it was definitely worth the money I would recommend this place to any one who is looking for a quick bit to eat
Went to the union rd KFC around 730pm their fryers were down for cleaning. Told me no chicken for atleast 25 minutes. I then tried the Abbott rd one.. nothing but wings available.. old dried out wings.. going to Popeyes next time
Th Abbott Rd location is not good. I ordered the 8 piece standard bucket and got the legs and thighs. There was hardly any meat. It was all breading. You got 2 stars only because the potatoes and biscuits were good. Never going there again

Went to grab something quick came home late, the potatoes looked like they were soaked in grease. The chicken looked as though they were last batch picked outta the garbage. I will be calling for a refund and will never go again.

Just left it’s Sunday at 10pm I Wanted a mash potato bowl KFC would not answer the drive-through so I sat in the drive-through at least 3 to 5 minutes before someone answered me then they told me they only had chicken and mashed potatoes and that’s it they would not serve me a mash potato bowl it’s 10 o’clock you are open till midnight what are you going to serve other customers mashed potatoes and chicken? Are u serious...make more food why is their nothing made you close in 2 hours.
Ordered 2 buckets with 3 xtra sides per bucket asked for 2 large Sierra mists and chic chip cookies ended up with u extra side the drinks tasted straight line club soda water. Ended up with extra crispy chicken wen I specifically said ORIGINAL. I even said it again wen she asked if that completes my order . now I called and called to no avail dies anyone answer the phone????? I finally decided to stop there on way home from work and was told to just call and speak with Andrew I think. Well no answer once again is the re another number for this kfc.
I usually go there around the same time but this time on one was answering in the driveway. There was another customer in front of me who drove off. When I went to the window, she said they were changing shift so no one had the headphone on for over a minute. I know someone is suppose to have the head phone on all the time so they could have at least said to hold on. Also when I asked if she can take my order now, she said no I come back around and I wasn’t going to do that when there was 3 people behind me. Thank you for the bad service
Why do I have to wear a mask when I pick up but the employees dont have to? The f bombs coming from the kitchen is really unacceptable. The empty dining room only makes it that more obvious. There was one young man working the counter with a mask covering his face and mouth. He was actually working. Waiting over 20 mins for 2 craving boxes and a 3 PC chicken meal is a bit annoying when you are hearing your staff use such foul language.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Only 4 stars because they replaced the potatoe wedges with French fries. Kinda what made KFC original now its just like everywhere else.
Nasty attitudes and even if you repeat your order 15 times they tend to still mess up but have no problem parlaying in the parking lot passing joints

Fresh, hot food. Order correct which is good because most fast food places screw up the orders! Not a very long wait for drive thru. AND they actually were still serving mashed potatoes and biscuits at 9 pm. Usually finished serving KFC anytime after 830! A win win tonight. YES!
It is poor service times and confusion that makes this a 3 star location. These places are a bit silly being combined with Taco Bell. However it is the customer base that truly ruins the experience. The people combined with poor design make it difficult to move around and retrieve food served. People who feel entitled stand in front of the service counter and soda machine making it impossible to get service, food, condiments and soda. Nearly a fight every time I’ve visited due to these complications. Other than that the already prepared foods are kind of hard to mess up. This means employees don’t need to be particularly skilled or intelligent at all.
I ordered kfc chicken bowl and crunchy taco supreme. Received my order without the taco, when I asked for it I got rudeness from the employee and when I got back to work with the taco it was terrible! Spilled in the bag...not the wrap the bag! And the stuff inside...ugh! Wasted my money.
I love KFC but this location is the WORST! Literally every single time I go here they either mess something up, or forget to give me something. On top of that they are extremely slow to get peoples orders out. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes, sometimes its faster than that but usually I have to wait about 20 minutes, sometimes even a half hour! They run out of everything.. Ice for crying out loud! This is a KFC taco Bell location too and they have the same hours and theres been more than once where they decided to stop servicing over an hour early! They stop cooking when they feel like it its ridiculous! Drive to another location because you will not be happy. I live down the street and sometimes I even want to drive somewhere else
Love KFC but whoever is running this place is running it into the ground!!!. They NEVER have chicken. Stop in at random times several times for the past 2 months and I just give up! Today its over an hour wait if u want any chicken!!

The service at the drive thru is great. However.. the amount of food that they give you for the price is awful. $10.00 for 19 pieces of popcorn chicken in a share bucket is ridiculous.
The only reason Im giving them a 2 star is because they have a very nice staff. But so much more was wrong then right.I spent a little over $27 and first of all when I got home the order was wrong now mind you I live in blasdell which is about a 15/20 minutes to get there so going back was out of the question. Then I start to eat and omg I was so disappointed..it was dry and all breading. Im a cook and have been for 25+ yrs. This was way to over cooked. Idk what happen to our beloved KFC threw out the years all I do know is that I am so very disappointed and probably wont ever go back. This is a very sad day for me and my family. 😒
The restaurant was filthy the restaurant was filthy. By 5:30 p.m. They had run out of some of the chicken especially the original lousy service. Very disappointing. I contacted headquarters and they responded to me by telling me that thank you for the information and nothing else. By that response I can assume the lack of interest in customer service and making sure that their customers are taking care appropriately.
KFC is not bad once in a while. I usually will grab a chicken meal or a mash potatoe bowl. It hits the spot when your in the mood. They give you enough to fill you up as well.
Everytime we go here to eat no matter what time it is we always get told they all out of chicken and KFC part is closed! Last week we got told they were closed and they close at 10 but the sign on window says drive-thru for KFC is opened till midnight and dining area closes at midnight we than pull up to drive thru window watching 3 employees standing there eating.... Tonight we got told that KFC was closed and they ran out of chicken at 9pm lights were off at drive-thru couldnt see nor read menu!
Chicken was soggy and I ordered extra crispyThe we pepper had literally no flavor and they forgot my chicken tenders. I 100% recommend you go anywhere else not worth it
This KFC although small has the best flavored chicken of all kfcs in Buffalo area. It is always tender and fresh out the fryer.
Theres no reason i should be sitting in the drive thru for a half hour waiting with only 3 cars ahead of me. Absolutley ridiculous. And the food was cold already when it was handed to me at the window.

Ive been working the fast-food industry for over 30 years and this is about the worst place Ive ever seen I dont understand how at 8 at night they can run out of chicken when theyre open until midnight and not plan on getting anymore this is happened on two occasions in a week and a half

2022-02-14I ordered a 3 piece meal through Uber eats with this Kentucky Fried Chicken they sent me a piece of bit off chicken and a chicken tender that was broken in 3 pieces that was utterly disgusting and very old. When I call the restaurant they were very rude and Disconcerned with the order they sent, The lack of concern with the food being bit off of an it being covid its very concerning and alarming for me about this restaurant I dont suggest that anyone eats or orders from here unless you want to be subjected to getting covid from some of the employees that are biting off the food and sending it out........ Disgusting is all I can say.

2022-05-22This location is lacking in many ways. Their drink selection for sugar free options is horrible. Food is always missing from our order,or they dont have any. Only location Ive ever been to an been told they have no chicken. How is that possible? Last visit we seen large rats running around. Needless to say we havent and wont be back.

2021-12-19$68 for what was supposed to be 2-8 piece dinners with 2 sides one bucket has 6 pieces and what looked like fried skin. Only got 2 sides (shorted the others) and biscuits were rock solid. Girl behind counter wanted to argue with me and was rude. When she goes to get the fries while outta site whatever she did had other workers laughing and screaming. Had to toss all into garbage because I know what happened pure trash there condemn that joint now

2022-03-16KFC is good for a quick lunch as long as youre not there for the drive-through at the usual lunch hour. The food is the usual KFC quality.
