You walk in and the people at the register are very helpful. I did not know how to put a meal together for my son who is 7 and they let me alter the kids meal which was awesome on their part and they were very very patient. They actually wanted to help you and serve you. That was awesome
Terrible. Their chicken had the smell of a poultry farm. I ordered a 12 piece bucket and there were 3 pieces that smelled like that. I never give reviews bad or good but this one was a special kind of bad.I do t know if that branch is doing something wrong or the whole company but that smell was disgusting and I’m never stepping into a KFC ever again.I wanna sue them for serving us chicken with that smell.
Worst customer Services.They not only messed up my order, half of our order was also missing. After messing up the started arguing on ph that you ordered incorrectly. I was asking them i want to speak to a manager. The supervisor on duty was not ready to hear me out n hung up on me repeatedly I was very disappointed. This is not how you treat customers. They really need training. Or they should be replaced with other employees. This is not ethical! This location sucks! And in desperate need of good management. I will never visit kfc again.
Went here after a long hiatus from fast food chicken joints. Tried their new chicken wings which were terrible. Their previous hot wings were much better in comparison. This new menu item was a over breaded chicken wings coated in sauce. It was more a soggy battered chicken. Will definitely not get this again.As all over their stores have undergone a make over, the prices have increased to help pay for the make over. Many of their food deals are gone and the value meals are really not value priced.They did away with the 6 piece chicken only deal, its now about $13.00 for it.While the staff is good and the decor well maintained, you get a better deal from Popeyes if you dont mind the drive.
Worst customer Services. The cashier and supervisor was so rude. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal for $6.99 with a single drum on the side. They messed up my order. After messing up the cashier started arguing that you ordered incorrectly. I was asking them i want to speak to a manager. But the cashier was misbehaving, she was continuously saying you are wrong. Why did you made a wrong order. The supervisor on duty and cashier both were bot answering to whatever i was saying. I asked them the size of drink. They ignored me. No one has ever insulted me like the kfc employees did. I was very disappointed. This is not how you treat customers. They really need training. Or they should be replaced with other employees. Yelling at customers is not ethical ! I will never visit kfc again.
The girl at the front counter with glasses who claims shes the manager named Juana as per our receipt needs to get herself trained again. She talked to my wife and I with disrespect. My wife and I were inside deciding what to order and she was disturbed by us not ordering at the crack of her whip. Then after ordering she tells us she out of extra crispy and if we would like original. I had someone outside in the car I had to ask if she would prefer it. After I reentered, I was speaking with my wife and she starts interrupting, I told her to wait as Im talking to my wife. She got upset and said if I would prefer my money back. I ask her if she had a problem? She then again tells me what I perfer or a refund. I requested a manager and she tells me shes the manger. WOW. We took our order and left and will never return again. I write this review and hope KFC headquarters reads this and straightens this person out.
This was my first time coming to KFC in a long time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I wanted to get an 8 piece, but the lady suggested that I get the $20 fill up because you get the same amount of chicken with an extra side for less money. She did not have to tell me that, but I am glad she did. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was cared for. The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was craving. I would recommend this restaurant.
I recently ordered a 4 piece chicken combo meal,Aug. 17,2020 at around 7:30pm. i asked the operator if i can do two thighs and two breasts. he said yes but there will be a $1.39 extra charge or something around that price. so me and my wife said yes because we were gonna share it. when we got home we saw that one of the thighs was the size of a CHICKEN WING! we felt cheated, it may not be the operators fault but that was unacceptable.
I stumbled on this store because Zorns was packed and I was in the mood for chicken. I havent been a fan of KFC for years but I figured with all the advertisement lately, Ill give them a shot. It was a great move. Chicken was truly tender and juicy. I had the 2 piece original, all white meat. Full size breast, not like they use to split them and a nice wing. Mashed with gravy was hot and tasty and enjoyable. Biscuit actually lighter and fluffier then Popeyes. I will use them again, for sure.
Crispy chickens werent crispy at all. They were all so soggy and too salty. There was too much oil on all over the chicken which means they didnt drip oil for enough period of time. The biscuits were also terribly soggy and I could taste raw flour from my first bite. I would never try KFC again.
Twice Ive come here during regular business hours only to discover after awkwardly talking to the drive through order system that they were closed. I understand not being open during a pandemic but would it have been that hard to put a Closed sign on the door? Or at least take down the signs saying you have to wear a mask inside that would imply they were open despite covid? Its especially bad because in my experience their drive through staff doesnt closely monitor their customers so having to say something to get help is the norm.
I walked into this location on 7/16/2017 at 8:45 PM and requested a freshly fried bucket of chicken from the lady behind the counter. She refused to put any new chicken in the fryer even after I said I was willing to wait. I didnt want the chicken that was sitting around because she told me it had been there for 2 hours! I as a customer ended up walking out without any food because the lady did not want to cook any fresh chicken. Very Bad Service.
Honestly it was kind of gross. Some will say that KFC is always that way but a decent KFC experience will give you fresh fried chicken for whatever its worth. On this occasion at this location is was a greasy, soggy mess. The service was unspectacular so I have to think no one working there cares much about anything. Needs some management attention I suspect.
Its KFC, if you dont want KFC then dont come here and if you do then this is the place for you. No issues in the drive-thru and glad they finally patched those potholes, but I took off a star because instead of a soft, gooey, chocolate chip cookie I received a prepackaged cookie. It didnt quite ruin my meal but it made me sad.
Always fast and friendly service, however missing a few items in my order and nobody picks up the phone. not gonna cry about a side of corn and one missing drumstick but I certainly wouldnt drive back for it either, just a little more attention to detail would be nice.
Ordered from counter on hempstead turnpike in levittown/Bethpage 8pc meal ,extra lg side wedges when got home was missing the extra side and the meal wasnt correct they gave a 8pc filler up which was only legs and thighs call up on phone spoke with supervisor George who said he would be there to come back and he would correct and compansent me for the inconvenience I told him I would be there in 5 to 10 min drove back got there in 9 minutes to counter employee maddy to say George just left he said give wedges and for my trouble a individual cake (1.99) cost more in gas to get there and wouldnt correct the chicken cause he didnt say to I recommend you check your order piece by piece before leaving there or drive to the kfc in wantagh on Jerusalem ave and wantagh ave instead much better store and service
I entered their Levittown, NY location on 1/15/17 & waited on line like everyone else. I was the last person on line. After waiting around under 10 mins, it was my turn. I was in the middle of placing my order when someone who was seated walked up & wanted to add on to his order that he already got. Instead of telling the person that he would have to go back online in back of me (there was no one else on line, I dont see how this would have been a problem) the counter person proceeds to cancel out my order (I didnt realize this at the time) & take his. Right as I am in the middle of placing mine. There was no apology, no please give me one min, clearly nothing from the other customer. Just took his attention off of me & decided to help the person who had already had his order completed. After waiting around another 5 mins, I was allowed to finish my order. Only at this point, not realizing that I had to start over again. I questioned why I couldnt finish placing my order when he took the other person & he just shrugged it off. I asked to speak with a manager & I was told that there was no manager available at the moment.I went home & did the survey on the receipt about my experience. I had selected that I would like to be contacted regarding my experience. I received an email on 1/19/17 with a general form apology & it stated that I would receive a voucher within 7 to 10 days. To date I never received any voucher, nor have I been contacted yet. Ive contacted KFC corporate & the store numerous times since & no one has gotten back to me. I called their customer service line on 2/17/17 & was told that there was no case in the system for me. They said they could open up another case for me & I proceeded to tell them about my experience again. I was then told that someone would contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. I then contacted them again through Facebook & was told that a voucher was sent out on 1/23/17. You know, on the case that was supposedly not in the system. Nothing ever arrived at my house. I was also told again, that someone would be in contact with me. Again, this never happened. Ive called & sent messages to KFC every day since & no one has taken one min to return a call. This is beyond unacceptable & really bad business.
KFC has really gone down over the years the 2 pieces of chicken was so small the Palm of my hand was bigger .This time they actually had original the service was pretty quick but the quality of the food is terrible like I said its really gone down over the years its a shame.Dont know if I would Return when Taco Bell,Burger King,McDonalds, are all in walking distance and I think theyre better.

2022-06-27I bought a chicken set from KFC. The chicken set includes concello, mashed potatoes, gravy, chocolate chip cookies, and a drink.When I got home, I know that they didnt pack the gravy and chocolate chip cookies. It was far from home, so I couldnt go back. I had KFC chicken which was really tasteless and unpleasant.

2022-02-06I was going to write a horrible review for this store bc I was trying to customize a bucket of a 10 piece family meal about 3 weeks ago. The guy that was originally on the mic didn’t comprehend what I wanted… “half crispy half original but I wanted two breast in original, Two breast In crispy and the rest drum sticks..” easy enough right? We’ll he tried to understand than finally said we can’t do that! I got so frustrated I finally just said “forget it I’m going to The other KFC”… But I was already in the drive-through line, so I had to wait for the car in front of me to pay get his food and go… As I was passing the window a man opened the window and stopped me from going. It was Dave the manager… Or at least I think he was, but he wanted to explain that it wasn’t that they couldn’t do it, it was just that my order was confusing. So I reiterated my order to him and he said “that’s it?!?” and I confirmed. They’ve since then provided me with excellent customer service… Today I went back, and asked for the same exact customization, and Dave without hesitation said “hello Elaine, I remember you!” Lol Dave went above and beyond trying to satisfy a customer… I give this restaurant five stars because of DAVES impeccable customer service! Thank you Dave for making my experience with your store always pleasurable from three weeks ago until now… you always have such an Infectious positive personality. Welcoming and friendly… I hope I always get you on the mic!

2021-12-13First off, this review is strictly about this locations issue with condiments. For whatever reason, they absolutely hate giving customers the sauces they ordered. And if you order through grubhub, the will purposely not put any in the bag, and through grubhub they charge 47cents per sauce. Which is illegal for any establishment in NY to charge for condiments. I reside 5min from this store, and the next time I go in, I am walking behind the counter and getting the sauces they owe me. If theres an issue, let them call the local authorities to see if they can help.

2021-09-18At nite its tough to see where the speaker is to give your order in the drive-thru. Also check your oder carefully when you get it, the kids working there sometimes forget things. Overall I like KFC, especially the potato bowl

2021-05-31Made a order at the driver-though Told the person I wanted bbq and honey mustard.... puts honey and ranch in the bag. I head inside women working the line gives me a hard time because I have to “pay” for the sauce. I explained the person who handed me my order made a mistake and they was not having it. All around rude and disrespectful staff. The fries are hard as a rock, chicken was soggy, biscuit was cold and my soda was 85% ice.I will not be returning this this Location.
