I understand that some people that walk into this location arent the nicest, but a couple of times I have ordered here, its nasty attitude from the spanish girl cashier. Seems as she hates her job. Bad attitude and service
Due to the covid-19 stay, your distance covid-19 rule and regulation at every business and until further notice this store allows a limited amount of customers to come inside, the place does need a sporadic cleaning in the inside ordering area but other than that the food is always hot and delicious and double-check your bag before leaving the premise because youre guaranteed to leave with a missing order.
Bad food, bad team. Employees have a real nasty unprofessional attitude which has become a habbit at this location. I understand that everyone deserves an employment opportunity, but there is a lot of people with manners and common sense in need of a job, maybe if a change on the team happens, the business will improve, and someone that really need it can make a living working respectfully at this location.
I am so happy to have a Taco Bell in the neighborhood. Sometimes that’s just what I need in my life.The food is exactly the Taco Bell or KFC that you expect. My complaints are that the service is usually very slow, and the dining room is rarely clean. Some of the staff are friendly, and others have that look that says they’d rather be anywhere else.
This KFC is one of the best in the city. The employees might be a little spicy but thats Harlem. Theyre working a bad job. Give them a break. Have always been kind to me
I actually never got the order. I put in an order through seamless.10 minutes after my order was put in seamless called and canceled the order saying that the resturant is already closed. This is after my order was recived and was in the making. This is terrible management, and poor costumer service if nothing more. I will also report it to KFC management. since it now is litteraly too late for me to get food from anywhere
Every single time I order from here there’s always a issue with my order not being right and this week was even worse because I got raw under cooked chicken.
Its finger lickin good as per the Colonel Sanders .. but this location is slower then snails. Theres a Tacobell inside that you probably need to order from while waiting for your KFC or youll die from starvation. Im kidding... but not about the customer service at this location its horrible. Its as if the employees have a well get to you when we get to you kind of attitude. If you order from The KFC menu and the Taco bell menu at the same time be prepared for your Taco Bell to be handed to you 1st and then 10-30 minutes later receive your KFC. Which means your Taco Bell will be cold .Yes thats how long you can be waiting for fast food My food on this particular visit took about 13 minutes it was Not crowded just the way this location functions. On a positive note my KFC was pipping hot ( which I appreciated) since my nacho fries from Taco bell were cold.. (try those nacho fries😉 they have potential)
I had a surprisingly good experience here recently. Tanya, the cashier was very warm and fun at the register. The food prep staff did a good job and even took the time to display all of the different sauces available to me.
I just order from seamless a $20 meal deal they had none of my sides not even a biscuit and I paid over $30 for 8 pieces of chicken! When I called to correct the issue they didn’t answer their phone purposely!
I think everything is good here. I never had a problem with anything. Food, service is good. Place seems pretty clean. The only bad thing I can think of is sometimes the place has a huge line and only 1 cashier working. Especially on the weekends and generally after work hours, the place is full. Overall good experience.
Don’t order from here . Customer service and restaurant sucks ! Made an order on Uber eats they completely forgot 90% of my order and they always NEVER make sure anything is correct close the restaurant or hire new management
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. Its run by teenagers who work with absolutely no sense of urgency or purpose. Not only does it take forever to receive what you ordered, but once you finally do it will undoubtedly look nothing like it is supposed to. Yes, it tastes fine, all the ingredients are there so obviously the flavor profile will be correct, however it looks so disgustingly thrown together that its almost inedible (not to mention soggy). I thought tacos were supposed to be crunchy?
It was crowded and even though they have two registers only one cashier was struggling to handle all the customers. They didnt have cookies, they prefer you wait for 30 minutes for the cookie instead of giving an extra buscuit. The employees looked overwhelmed.
Small location but always clean. Food is usually good. No gastrointestinal issues ever after eating here. Street parking is easy to find.
The most unhappy people with the worst laziest service ever. the chicken tastes the same, thankfully. they always forget part of my order. they never smile. they dont give a damn what they do. they are just children running a lemonade stand with the radio on LOUD. the worst. but when youre hungry and broke..... you end up there. sucks.

I -Hoping they get my order right this time- ordered once again 2 Orders of 2 breast and one wing with two sides and a drink for each order. Horrible service from some female employees, @ last visit ordered honey BBQ wings...when I got purchase home hardly any sauce on them...definitely none on the back of the wings...this location is the absolute worse!!
Really bad kfc, I worked 7 years back in California and what I learned was to be nice with the customers, this place has no clue about customer service, the two ladies working this afternoon are very mean and not just that one of them left me talking by myself when I asked for hot sauce, pls teach them how to treat customers , they really need that.
Luckily, I didnt have to deal with their weekend lines. There were only a couple of people ahead of me. The space is no larger than a takeout counter, so when a line accumulates, it can easily go out the door.
If I could give it zero stars I would Ive been coming to this location since I was in high school so 2009 or 2010 and its the same disgusting issue. Whenever you receive your food its sloppy does not look edible or throughly cooked, get sick of it every single time. I just decided never to come back to this location. The employees always seem like they have an attitude and dont want to be there let alone serve the food, for all this nonsense I rather just go to the Taco Bell on 14th St union square and know that my tacos are going to come out looking like actual tacos and actual edible food. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Depending on when you go you either get great friendly service or apathetic over everything service. Its fast food so cant say its amazing, but considering I travel 15 blocks bc its a taco bell/KFC and the collars one to me, make your own judgements.They arent stingy in the taco bell sauce which is a plus, and dont judge if you ask for more. The KFC is good, goes pretty fast so you arent getting old chicken from hours ago. Also the prep and food preparers have never messed up a taco bell ordered that substitutes beans for meat. Important to us bc my gf is a vegetarian. The inside is decently clean, Ive eat in a few times and the take and chairs are clean. The floor and drink area could use work but its not horrible. Its N.Y. street all.
Have passed by numerous times to maybe one day enter and purchase some breakfast. This location is never open for breakfast. The times Ive passed its been up to 11:30am and the gate is half way open and no lights on. Either the employees are lazy, arrive late or dont care about this location doing good. Best to just stop false advertising the breakfast part and stick to selling regular menu stuff. SMH
I order from this place regularly on seamless and they have never once gotten an order correct. When I ask for extra biscuits, they charge me for the extra biscuits and then deliver NO BISCUITS. They deliver with NO SAUCE at least 90% of the time. Do yourself a favor and order from a different KFC
For a quick fast food bite to eat look no other than the combination KFC/Taco Bell. They do sometimes take a little bit to get the food out to you but you can always count on a quality product.

For staters the tasting of the cake is what has this business still open, otherwise would of been closed years ago. The owner herself has no manners nor doesnt know how to treat client they have no work/professional ethic, there highly rude & un organized in person and through the phone the owner (Angela) & staff was giving their back to the customer & eating cake with there hand in front of a few customer , it was disgusting the only descent person there was the guy taking the order other than that I will never order from again, dont care how supposedly good the cake is. The place need to be clean by a professional company Angela is highly unprofessional & ghetto. Its nyc theres thousand of other bakerys ! I dont recommend this place to no one!
Didnt go for my usual grilled chicken. This time I went for the Taco Bell cheesy gordita box deal. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And it was a lot of food for about $7.50

Personal here are so wild and with a nasty attitude also signs all over reads as open at 10:30 and open always after 11 just wonder if franchise have supervisos who control that and the quality of service very sad for that restaurant

2021-09-07My order is regularly off by at least one item because the cashiers dont really listen. They just start punching buttons assuming what youre going to say. I get crispy when I ordered original, mashed potatoes when I ordered baked beans, hot wings when I ordered barbecue. Not the end of the world, but its annoying, so now I check before I leave the restaurant.

2018-10-19This place is pretty bad. It is understaffed and the drink machine does not work half the time. The cookies feel like they are made of cement. Not a good KFC site. I couldnt even get a receipt because the receipt machine needed to be restarted and I was told that 30 minutes ago.

2021-04-25The food is usually good and service is friendly and on point. I say always check your bag before you leave to make sure all you ordered is in there. Sometimes they get an order wrong but it gets really busy.
