Ordered 4 sandwich combo, Got home and only 6 pieces of chicken, in the box. I should have checked the order in the store. This is why I havent had KFC in years. Oh and if you call they dont even pick up. I like the staff though they were nice. I just didnt have the time to drive back.
Ordered food today 16 pc chicken potpie box 2 sandwiches the meal was suppose to come with 2 sides and Cole slaw well i got over charged got only 8 pc of chicken 1 sandwich no biscuits 1 side and over charged for the order will never order from KFC again sucks i had to order pizza for the kids when they wanted chicken 43.00 dollars for this food down below again never ordering from them again
Not always fresh chicken, sometimes dried out breasts.Not much , the chicken is greasy the breasts are still dry and the new chicken sandwich is not what you see on TV its a lot smaller and dried out...And theyre more interested in the online order that people who come in the store some things never change too bad go to Popeyes...
First off the little old lady that is the manager is horrible.. not very nice and would not take my order through the drive through because she had no patience to take a big order.If I could give this place zero stars I would. The tall African guy at the register is so nasty and rude. He spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner when ordering my food. Then forgot my fries, so when I asked for them he was mad. He does not belong there.
I got dried up loose corn, I got gravy when I chose no gravy, no plates or condiment when I chose them. Grubhub like always great, but KFC likes to keep their food till the end when the FDA has regulations about how long you can keep food out. I paid enough to be able to get a decent meal.
The poster clearly advertises the $5.99 sides as optional add-on but the manager refused to sell the chicken without adding the sides. What a bunch of crooks.Then I checked my receipt and they charged $6.99 for those $5.99 sides. I posted pictures for everyone to see. Why hang up a promotion that you wont even uphold?
Id give it zero stars if that was an option. The manager was working the drive thru. Spoke broken English and understood less. Out of Coleslaw. Very rude. Went inside to discover order was wrong. Missing potatoes were just tossed at us across the counter. Can negative stats be an option.
Seriousness and responsibility in any business is essential. If the information on the service hours says a certain schedule, it must be respected, the schedule says closing at 10 at night, I arrive at 9 and 10 and only with a voice of reluctance they tell me its closed. very very bad
Very disappointing. I ordered the 8pc original the $20 deal. So disappointed with the texture of the chicken - very hard and dry and was not KFC seasoned. How does that happen at KFC? How does the original recipe go from tasting like the original recipe chicken to tasting like the chicken prepared from someones home that doesnt know how to season chicken and over fries it causing it to be dry. Very very disappointing. Apparently corporate is not reading the reviews because there hasnt been a change in food quality at this KFC location.
Order taker didnt tell me you have a choice of side dishes with the $20.00 dinner basket.She gave 3 orders of mashed potatoes. And one gravy. When I returned home my wife asked me how come there was only 3 serving of mashed potatoes and nothing else. I said she didnt give me an option of having a choice. I dont know if she was working alone but it took awhile.Kentucky Fried Chicken isnt the same like when I was a kid. I guess the Cornell gave out too many franchises and quality when down hill like all the other franchises. Any how the chicken was cold and greasie , biscuits were hard . I remember when my daughter was young my wife and I would buy a bucket and then had a picnic. I guess that was the good old days when quality counted.It unfortunate now I cant share the same experiences with my grandchildren.Thank you for letting me rant on.Michael
Past two experiences have been poor. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but would not go there ever again. Food is terrible. Portions were small, and staff have attitudes. Not my kind of place to patronize. Will try other chicken places on the island, because this place has gone down the tubes.
I am completly disappointed with our experience today. We placed an online order for pick up. 2-12 piece tender meals with sides. According to the email I received, our order would be ready within 30 mins. My husband arrived to pick up our food and the staff was rude, unorganized and our food was cold. We had to toss our tenders into the air fyer and heat up our sides. We are NOT happy.
The food and the service is horrible. Nothing personal against anyone who works here but it was not a good experience. Understaffed, visibly dirty in the kitchen area. The servers shouldnt be cleaning the floor with napkins and then going back to serving. So I took the L on this one. Didnt even eat the chicken because it looked so dried out. Like I said nothing personal just needs to be retrained and extra hands. Hopefully things get better for future customers because I definitely wont be back.
First of all got a FACT this place is OPEN and Has Never closed They have essential employees there and they are going strong they have great chicken great employees dedicated cash customers they have always been there for ever and they were great place to go they don’t have an open dining room but you can carry out and go to Drive thru. The place is absolutely beautiful and the employees I want to phone the kind respectful and they really do move fast
Ive gone here three different times and the quality of the food is questionable. Management ought to be ashamed of themselves. Do the job in which the public expects, good food... KFC has been around for a very long time and she be a respected establishment not only that they should remain the same as it has been... however every time I give KFC a chance I get disappointed. Its quality is not the same. The chicken is either dry or old...one time the mash potatoes were spoiled and the gravy was old. I will be making a report of this thru the website as well. I do not want a coupon or a sorry...DO BETTER.
Seriously the worst place to get any food from. Ordered through Uber eats and they take their time with the order then multiple drivers apparently weren’t able to get it and still says “Wrapping Up”. Called the store over 10 times and no answer and then finally after basically waiting the whole time 20 minutes AFTER they close they cancel the order
Order my food online once it said “finishing up come pick it up” I head to the restaurant went to the drive thru waited for 6 minutes no one spoke thru the speaker so I drove to the window sitting there for 8 minutes no one comes to the window I had to go in the restaurant and I told the I was picking up had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food the workers are very rude and unprofessional uses foul language and speaks to customers very rude and aggressive I wouldn’t recommend maybe just door doordash put their service is poor
The staff is courteous and efficient, but the food is not what KFC used to be..., it needs to go back to basics. I ordered the chicken crunchy style..., it was dripping oil, almost burnt crust, and too salty. Additionally, they no longer have the good ole potato wedges, they replaced them with the New fries, which also were too salty for my taste.
The food is up to par as far as KFC goes. The cashier Kim was extremely nice. She even offered up samples of the new French fries to try to draw in more customers for that product. If you do go, Make sure you check to see if you get every item that you ordered. Today I ordered cold slaw as an extra side. I did not get charged for it but I did not receive it. I would say 95% of the time they get your order wrong in some way. Also they do not offer drive thru service the last 3 times I went, you have to get out of your car and go inside and wait on line. I would have given 4 stars if the drive thru had been available.
Ive been coming here for decades. The Cornell chicken sandwich is where its at. Although, on my last visit. I went through the drive thru and they had the nerve to say that they dont have enough chicken for my order. How can that possibly be when all u serve is chicken? .... long story short. I ended up in Popeyes.
The food was ok and the two piece $5 Fill Up Box is value for money. The service at the KFC on forest avenue is extremely slow. Went in with just two people ahead of me to order ant it took almost fifteen minutes to get to the cashier. Then the wait on the food is ridiculus. How would they manage if they had an influx of customers?
KFC is my Comfort food! Whenever I was on long business or pleasure trips, they were always available and Open no matter where I traveled.Their food taste great! Love those biscuits!!And my family uses them for almost All our Occasions, which helps Everyone get alongGood because of this...no mess, no fuss!The Staffs were always pleasant; and since their facelift, the place looks great.
Worst drive through I have ever been through. Tracy does not know how to speak to customers. She is telling the employees what to do over the speaker while taking the order. Then instead kindly asking if I want to wait 10 minutes for the hot wings, she says theres no hot wings. You need to wait. No etiquette. No class! Pure ignorance. Put her in the kitchen to cook. she shouldnt be dealing with people.
The most by far THE MOST HORRIBLE KFC RESTAURANT EVER!!! Came in at 8:10 pm to drive thru and was greet like Usual then I asked the server to give me a second before I decided on my order once I did that the server automatically told me that the drive-through is closed instead of telling me the moment I got there I wanted to leave at that point but decided to go in anyways there was one more customer in front of me it seems as though there was only one working there he took 20 minutes to do the order in front of me Anne Hathaway almost 45 minutes in total from the minute I got there to the minute I left the chicken was over done dry and look disgusting to be honest I did not eat anything from my wife did horrible horrible horrible service and food. Don’t eat here
Today, as it’s raining we got a meal of 8 pieces from the drive thru. I couldn’t finish one piece, it was tasteless, ugly and stiff, they took advantage on the rainy weather and got rid of their trash by selling it to people who won’t come back and throw their garbage in their faces.We paid $33.49 for a meal that found its way to our trash can after 5 minutes of opening it.
Many times people say this place KFC is not professional , however one must look at who is saying it . This KFC is the cleanest and nicest place with in NYC . NYC is s dump and we know we have many food places opening but KFC leads the chicken business . What ever you think this KFC is safe and people are consistent with everything they do . The build needs a remodel and the dining room needs to be expanded . This would produce more sales and more people would eat there for lunch . The present staff they have are good and friendly . Before someone says something bad please take time out to view the whole picture for the staff are making the best they can do . I do not know any one there I am a neutral party just saying they have been good to me .
The worst place ever you could imagine newyork horrible service very discussed in customer service route I drove for 29 minutes when I reach there it was still around 6 PM they tell me they have no more chicken I have to wait 35 minutes to get some chicken I regret it why are you in there I love KFC that after this place I promise I never eats KFC anymore In my life I end up spending 40 bucks and I threw the food in the garbage just had discussed in this places I should’ve paid tension to the reviews before I went there
3 trips back to get my order right. 1st no fork for my Cole slaw, 2nd given mashed potatoes not Cole slaw. 3rd refused salt. John Refused to give his name. Another employee told me on the side it was not his real name. His breath stunk of beer and marajuana. Dont go here...
I ordered and was in and out in under 5 mintues. The cashier seem like she was new but she was very helpful into assisting me with my order. Shockley surprised how she took the time to help me out on my options.The only downfall was that the floor was wet and begin 6th months pregnant and standing on a wet floor was a scary situation. One wrong step I could of fallen. I told the cashier who helped me since there was no manager to tell. Beside the wet floor situation food and service was good.
This KFC has always been the worst. They can never get my order right. Theres always something that they do not have which to me is very strange. How do you sell chicken and run out of certain parts? To me personally, that is bad management! There should never be a day where you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant. I always pay extra for breast parts cause I do not like legs and they rarely get that right.🙄 They always get something wrong. I ask for Extra Crispy and they give me Original. Whats the point of ordering what I want if they are going to give me whatever they want anyway?😠
The chicken are well season and well cook. however, must of the time the oil used to fry them taste bitter because it has been used many times. the restaurant itself is very dirty and de organize . the table and chairs are dirty with stain all over. the service is very poor. must of the time ,the drive through is closed. you have to go in the restaurant .
I wanna give 0 out of 5 if I could because I spent $26 here the other day and I almost wanted to demand a refund just from how bad the food was. All the biscuits that I ordered tasted like dough,all the wedges that I bought tasted nasty,even the chicken tenders were terrible. I ended up throwing out most of the food and I usually finish any meal that I buy but it was so bad that I had to throw it in the trash. Im NEVER buying from this place ever again in my life and never recommending it to anyone!
The cashier let 3 people go before me as if I wasnt standing on line. I was standing there 15min before the cashier came to take my order.to rhan be told the chicken wont be ready for 15 to 17min after I payed for my food .... to top it off I was there 25mins before I got my food .
Terrible service. They will ALWAYS mess your order up somehow and then when you ask to have it fixed they will give you a hard time about it.Last time they got my order completely wrong and when I went back in the one employee was trying to help me and be accommodating and another woman (who I assume was the manager) was very rude to me and made it such a difficult process.
So everytime I order their food is good no problem but when me and my mom went for a Uber eats pick up I standed their told the guy the name and everything he left and ignored me while I stand their for 5-10 min thinking it not ready the lady ask me and I said the name and she takes it out from under where it has been their along time ago and the guy never gave it to me
My order is wrong almost every time I go to KFC. When I did call to complain I was told that I had to come right back to bring it to their attention its too late. And they were rude about it even though it was their fault. And on top of everything they charged me for my new order of food.
Screwed up my entire order. Charged me for things i didnt order. Had to go inside from the drive thru and when i got my order it still wasnt right not even the drink. Problem is that whoever took the order can very obviously not speak or understand the English language they screw it up everytime ive ever gone there. Im contacting corporate about this joke of a location and its terrible service. Never going back here again. Its a complete waste of money and time.
This KFC location has turned into a HOT GHETTO UNPROFESSIONAL MESS.I hope Corporate reads this and gets this location in order.Was ordering from the drive-thru....The male worker was nasty, rude and claimed I couldnt make 2 small orders with separate Bills. I was told to order and go back around to order again.I left and ordered from Popeyes.
This is the slowest kfc location I been to in 5 boroughs and dont even know how to control orders and take orders .came in at 633 and left at 710 for 2 chicken Nashvilles and a drink you guys better shutting down been to dunkin donuts that have 2 workers and they been faster very sad

Always disappointing, the whole place is greasy, floor is slippery because they never clean, staff are always distracted and have no idea what theyre doing, New people work there every day. You dont trust the cleanliness of the food, It made me hate KFC food after I was a fan.
This kfc is a pain in the a$$, the more important part is that the food is usually fresh and tastes good (for kfc) but they almost ALWAYS screw up your order, so just be ready for it and check your bag, and for some reason you usually end up getting an attitude from the window.Usually Ill go to Popeyes up the street, more of a wait but nice ppl in there and the food is generally better. The service at this location is atrociousand the manager and staff are low grade nasty. They want to make up rules which dont apply when ordering and refuse to make the grilled chicken. Too many KFCs are working under their own rules and this is bad for franchise......DO NOT GO HERE.....TRUST ME
Worst staff around.....the kids that work there are slow,,,unmotivated...and are FILTHY. This place needs to be shut. These are the same kids that want to make like 20 dollars an hour ? They deserve to see the Welfare line their entire lives. Sorry my skin isnt black enough for you. Thank God.
I’m extremely disappointed first of all they got my order wrong I asked for chicken colonel combo instead they gave me 2 chicken little. I was not satisfied with the food the chicken was really dry and looks like it’s been on shelf for some time now. I would never come go to another kfc again. You did me wrong Col. Sanders.
This KFC is INFAMOUS for STEALING customers chicken. If you order and pay for 12 pieces of chicken they will only give you 10 or 11. and if you dont count the chicken in front of them to show them that they have in fact shorted you they will deny it. I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family n i have 2toddlers and the cashiers there n manager was more then helpful to help me to my table and ask me do i need anything thru out the time we was eating and they have the breast and wing there for 5 dollars now so awesome deal
Its really a bad bad place, they always give you small pieces, even when you ask them discretely to give you good pieces because of last experiences, they say Yes and they do the same, I really dont know why people go there at all, I am sure its not the employees, its the management asking them to make most potions small

2021-09-07First of all I’m never coming back here. My bowl was cold and gave me a spoon!!!!! Who eats chicken with a spoon. The drive through chick was hella rude. I only go to kfc for the famous bowl. without that I see no reason to be here. You need employees you care. This chick obviously doesn’t. She should be retrained on how to speak to customers and make people want to come back to this establishment

2022-06-05This is the worst kfc Ive been to in my life, I feel like vomiting after eating here. After seeing the reviews it makes sense and wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered from here. All the food was cold, chicken was cold, over fried and dry and tasted disgusting, mac and cheese was cold and dry and even the coleslaw was dry, fries were also cold and very dry. Do not eat in this garbage place!!

2022-06-26Ordered through Uber Eats. Food came quickly, however, everything was cold. Ordered the popcorn chicken and it was dried out and hard. The fries were cold and greasy. The famous bowl was supposed to be popcorn chicken with mashed potatoes. Well as I said above, the chicken was dried out and hard and the mashed potatoes were nothing like mashed potatoes Ive ever eaten. Needless to say, we will never be ordering from here again !

2022-03-228 pm: The GM, Stephanie Girgis was rude, aggressive and discriminatory in the drive thru and refused to serve me. She stated she had none of the chicken for the order. I asked her to confirm that I heard her correctly that they had no chicken to fill my order eventhough they would still be open for another 1 hr and half (per her stating what time they close). Then she stated that we would need to wait beyond 25 min if we insisted on being served and to leave the drive thru. I told her I still wanted to order and pulled up to the window. There she started becoming irate and telling me to come inside. I then asked her for her name, store location # and contact to corporate because I was not about to go inside to be treated worse. She then threatened to call the cops to get me to leave the drive thru but when I reiterated that all I needed was info to file the complaint, she had a person of color write it (she couldnt even be bothered to write her name herself) and meet me outside. This was a very weird experience and unsure why this lady is so angry about people coming to a chicken place asking for chicken 🙄. Honestly just close earlier if you want to be done for the night 🤷🏽♀️

2022-06-21Worst customer service ever!!! I was yelled at thru the drive thru intercom and when I told the manager I didn’t want the food anymore and What was her name so I could report her, she said no and closed the window. I walked in to get the name and asked some of the employees she told them not to say any thing and she would call the cops on me smh. Worst customer service ever!!! And I was hungry smh.

2022-06-17Horrible place, the workers in the drivethru are very rude. The drivethru worker yelled at me for asking about a bucket meal. She then yelled at me to go all around and come inside for no reason. Very rude workers and the food is old sitting there all day while the workers lie and tell you it was just made! I would never come back here and would not recommend this location to anyone. Go next door to Boston Market!

2022-02-13To be honest, not the best service. I order Pepsi basket in mobile app, but they didnt give me anything. And when I came back asking why? they told me We dont have any Pepsi. They gave me lemonade instead, but Im still disappointed in service.
