Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a dealership. Manager Keith was condescending and disrespectful. Even when about to buy a car, he still was rude and belittling. Very poor customer service and disorganized dealership. They made false promises and Keith lies to get what he wants. It is highly recommended to just pass on this poorly run business and go somewhere else. Sad to have to give them even one star after wasting many days trying to work with them.
I had a flat tire. The service dept ordered me a new tire , put the donut on. Called few hours later my tire was in. Went back they put the new tire on. Showed me the nail what was in it . Was happy it was done in less then one day ! They are all very friendly and helpful! Merry Christmas!
Walking in had high hopes that I wouldn’t run into another crappy shop. Turns out my luck wasn’t that good today. Took over an hr for the oil change and tire rotation, that I was willing to ignore. When I got in my car to head home noticed there was grease all over my center console. That shouldn’t happen. Then as I’m driving noticing the grease everywhere else in my car... both front seats and head rest, center console, both doors inside, all over the steering wheel, the shifter, literally everything that was touched. EVEN MY HOOD had nasty prints on it. You would think a white car they might want to WIPE IT OFF. Ridiculous!! No floor mats that they’re supposed to use, no nothing except loads of grease. If I wanted to get that greasy I would have saved the 45min drive and did the change myself!! Not professional at all, you should leave the inside of the car the same condition you got it in!
Chris in service is always kind, happy, and communicates well! Makes me feel informed and not less than because I dont understand cars. As for mechanics, Dave Bartholomew is so good! Hes very thorough, and I trust his abilities to fix cars. Hes so smart and wont stop until he fixes the issues. I have had some major work done to my vehicle, and have walked away knowing that things are fixed, and that I was not gouged in pricing, could still pay my bills after work was completed. I constantly am recommending Ki-Po for service/repair as well as purchasing future vehicles! Thanks for being honest and trustworthy.
Disappointed i did not get a report sheet on my vehicle again. apparently the system is down again? I rely on that report to plan ahead for up and coming maintenance and repairs so feel frustrated when i cannot plan ahead. with 223,000+ miles I do not want any breakdown or expensive surprises.
Love KI-PO, which is really good since I have to take my lease vehicle there for maintenance. Chris back in service had been my guy over the past 3 years- nice, friendly, helpful and informative! This wad the first time Ive had a cabin filter changed on a vehicle. Ever. And now I understand why you need to do that every 20,000 miles. Or sooner- eesh!!They are efficient and I never have to wait long. My car is always returned as clean as I hand it over. Theyve been really great and Ive never had an issue.
From the first phone call to inquire about availability of a vehicle, this was a great experience!!! You would be making a mistake to not buy a Chevy here first!! Jeff and Kieth were absolutely terrific to work with! Jeff was patient and kind. Kieth went above and beyond to help as well. John M. picked up my car and brought it back for me to service the car while I was at work! Wow! Such a wonderful team of compassionate employees. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the car was returned on an empty gas tank. And I hoped I wouldn’t get stuck trying to get to a gas station, in busy stop and go, late afternoon traffic.

Great place to buy an vehicle, so nice very supportive, sales people are great, Brent was my sales person he was great very patient and nice amazing guy. Had a light come on in the truck and service is covering the whole thing. Great dealer ship would buy another truck again from them.
Service department has done a top notch job of servicing and keeping my vehicle in top form. Chris Maggiotto in service has always kept me informed as to the work being done and making sure that I have no surprises when I come in to pick up my vehicle. He also helps me out with rebates and warranty coverage. He does a great job in making sure all my recommended service and maintenance is up to date. Great job to All.
It was so easy to schedule the exact maintenance I wanted on my vehicle on the Website. My appointment was for 230pm for an oil change, all points inspection, and a NYS yearly Inspection and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The customer service and service employees were absolutely phenomenal with helping me, and letting me know when and what my next scheduled maintenance was. Oh and the best part was that it was FREE! I will always shop at Kipo Ransomville in the future. Hands down the BEST!
Jeff Smith, my salesman, was extremely helpful and made sure that everything regarding my recent service appointment was taken care of for me. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. He didnt just sell me the car and walk away, he is always open and available for questions and to help with anything I might need regarding this car. I’ve done my research on the truck I wanted so I knew what I was looking for. Couldn’t get the Trail Boss that I wanted because of the chip issues. I am however extremely happy with my Silverado LT and the salesman (Brent) worked with me and made everything so simple and easy. This was my second vehicle purchased from KI PO In Ransomville. Couldn’t ask for a better experience as I wasn’t pressured into making an Impulsive quick decision.
I had a GM OEM spoiler package installed on my 2019 Impala Premier on April 12, 2021. Very professional job was done by the guys in the shop. It looks as good or better than if done at the factory. (I also have a 2018 Impala midnight edition with the factory spoiler.) Friendly and efficient service department. Nice waiting area. Pleasant experience as always.

I ordered my 2022 Corvette from Mike Horton at Kipo Chevy in Ransomville, NY. I have had several positive experiences dealing with Mike in the past and this one was no different. My trade in value and deal on the new car were fair from the first offer with no need to haggle. Basil and Paddock didnt come close to Kipos offer. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently when the new car arrived. I was also contacted with an opportunity to purchase a 2021 Vette that came in while I was waiting for my 2022. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles at all. Actually have zero issue sending you down the road with a vehicle that hasnt been properly safety checked. Stay away from them if you are an out of state purchaser. Update!!! The owner of Kipo Chevrolet reached out to me on Saturday to listen to my side of the issue I was having with their used car manager. After a lengthy discussion and some photos Im happy to say he and I were able to come to an agreement on fixing my truck properly. As a business owner myself I truly appreciate his honesty and understanding. There are always issues in business. Its how we handle these issues is what separates the businesses you would actually go back to as a repeat customer. My salesman and the owner of Kipo are stand up guys.
At the advice from the parts manager it would be a good idea to replace my tires. Only the day I choose to do the work,I did not have any one to help get the car to them.NO PROBLEM, I was told they would come and get the car and bring it back when complete!!!! WOW. Money well spent as I feel Iam driving a completely different car. Very satisfied with the professional employees.
John Perry was great right from the moment he saw us walk in. He postponed his lunch to help me find out my trade-in value and work numbers to get a price and payment I thought I could handle. I ended up with a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500, a huge upgrade from my 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500. The truck has been amazing for the first week.Before pulling off the lot, I noticed a chip in the windshield. Turned out the chip was previously filled...not very well. Ki-Po replaced the windshield free of charge to ease my extreme OCD and anxiety that it could crack in the future. John has since become a friend and more like a family member. Ive been recommending Ki-Po to anyone I know looking for a vehicle and to make sure they talk to John. Thank you John and Ki-Po for your family oriented dedication. Im sure Ill return to your lot in the future.P.S. If youre going to see John, bring him a cherry coke!

When I searched for a new car I must not have put in distance from me and Kipo came up with a car I liked. They are 1.5 hours from me so I didnt want to do business. Brent offered to bring the vehicle to me, had all of the paperwork ready to go if I wanted to buy, and made arrangements for himself to be picked up. Of course I bought the car. WAY above and beyond with customer service! I am so IMPRESSED. Who else would do that?
I took my son to Kipo Motors to look for his first Vehicle. To be fair, things did not start out all that great. The salesman seemed very disinterested and not really wanting to sell us a vehicle. After he delivered his price, I countered and he went off to speak to his manager, when he came back he declared that we were too far apart and wished me luck. We left in amazement that he just didnt seem like he was interested at all in selling us a vehicle. so, I did what most tech savvy people do these days, I came on and gave a 1 star review. A short time later, a gentleman named Cori answered my review. Even though I did not add any comments, he took the time to look at my appointment, spoke to the salesman and sales manager and apologized for me having a bad experience. As he took the time to respond, I felt I would at least let him know the reason for the 1 star, so I called and left him a message explaining what I wrote above. Cori then called me back and listened to my response. He did not get defensive, nor did he try to minimize my objections, he apologized and actually listened to what I had to say. He explained that he was the owners son and that he would love the opportunity to make it up to me. He also explained that being a smaller dealership, they dont mark up their cars to haggle, but rather sell them at fair market value (Which I did notice the vehicle was priced right where it should have been). He also agreed to deliver the vehicle to us if the deal was completed. I can not express how much his sincerity and empathy went to changing my mind about this dealership. We went on to purchase the vehicle, they got us a good rate and were in contact and helpful the whole process. This goes to show that first impressions arent always correct. Me and my son are VERY happy with the deal and I will be shopping at Kipo again for sure, and recommending it to anyone that is looking. They definitely stepped up and showed their true colors. Ive been coming to the service dept for almost 10 years and, in that time, have not had a single bad experience. Everyone is both professional and truly friendly, both the desk staff and the mechanics. I got my last car from Kipo because of the quality of the service dept. and will be buying my next one there, too.
I went with an idea of what I was looking for and left with so much more! The team is very knowledgeable and was able to find me the perfect car within budget. Paperwork was a breeze and they even dropped my car off at home when it was ready just to save me a trip. I would do service there again.
My salesman was very knowledgeable about GM vehicles. I told him what kind of payment I could afford and he promptly let me know what I should get myself into. I was very pleased!! This is the second vehicle I have gotten through him. I will be going back to him again when my lease is up!

Kipo has really knocked it out of the park with our car purchase and service experiences afterward. Provided me with concierge service - bringing the car in from my home for a service appointment, identified the issue, and fixed it immediately. One issue that was occurring - they noticed by driving it themselves and fixed it for us with no issues at all! Even gave the car a wash! Highly recommend Kipo!

This will be the sixth truck I’ve gotten from KIPO. My Brother has gotten two and my daughter one.I have also referred a couple neighbors and they have bought vehicles as well. Great sales department. No B S’ing straight dealing. The service department is is also good to deal with. If you ever have an issue they will take care of you.
I brought in my vehicle for oil change/tire rotation. I had a concern about a piece of foam that was coming up by the windshield and asked if that could be looked at while my vehicle was in for service. The service member checking me in quickly dismissed my concerns and asked if I bought the vehicle or leased it. I stated, I own the vehicle and something is wrong with it and would like it looked at. He then proceeded to Jam the foam down my dash and say o you are fine don’t worry about it. For starters I could have done that myself. I don’t think a 52000$ car should be fixed by just jamming something down and now looks terrible. If these are the maintenance practices normal to KIPO, It makes me wonder if I should be getting anything done to my vehicle in the service department. The service member was more concerned with selling me a cabin air filter and a fuel/coolant fluid. So no I would not recommend anyone service there vehicles at KIPO unless you want an unqualified service desk member dismissing and not fixing things.
I recently leased 2 vehicles from Ki-Po Motors in Ransomville N.Y. The salesman (Greg Taylor) and Mike Monczak (new car sales manager) do a great job. They go above and beyond what Ive seen at other dealerships to satisfy their customers. Ki-Po does great after the sale with service also. When you go in for service they are fast and friendly.

This dealership has the best service I have ever experienced in WNY. From the service writer Steve, to their very qualified service techs, they know how to diagnose and fix the problem correctly the first time. They have been servicing my 06 Corvette for the past 10 years now and I must say they are top notch when it comes to service.
Everything couldn’t have gone any better. I first noticed how clean their service area was. All employees were super polite & very friendly. & I was extremely happy everything was on time and no delays. It’s nice knowing there are still businesses that still care for their customers.
I went out to see a car that had come available in the used car market. I had called on the car several weeks before and they told me it was just in being detailed. I get there and found out that it wasnt being detailed but was actually having body work done. The car was listed as if in excellent condition yet I pointed out several places where the car still showed damage from the rear impact. I also pointed out some areas of rust on the car. The salesman Brian who says hes been there for 10 years was arrogant, condescending and argumentative. When I pointed out these areas of damage and offered a price $2,000 below sticker to handle the repairs, he actually looked at me and said, what? Do you think we wont be able to sell this car the way it is at this price? If he was willing to do that knowing there was damage and yet listing it as in perfect condition, why would I go back to this place?
Went in for free oil change and for my service engine light recently turn on. The service desk found the issue and found out the problem got cover under warranty. They repaired quickly quickly at no charge and I have had no problems since.The service team at KiPo Chevrolet are 5 stars plus 2 they my exceeded exspectations.
Update. I called Wayne ( the owner ) He got right on my issues and took care of everything. He called his collision shop and got me right in. They fixed my car within a week after the parts came in. Approx 2 weeks total. Wayne called me and followed the whole process. Collision shop did an excellent job. Very Happy. Wayne turned a bad situation into a good one. Good experience. Thanks to Wayne.

We received a fair price on our trade-in. We didnt even have to fight for more money it was what we the amount we wanted. The new SUV was clean, filled with gas and the salesman review all the controls with us before we left the lot. This is our 4th Equinox and Ill never own anything else. The trade-in was a Ford Escape no where as good as the Equinox. Thank You GM and KIPO motors. Very happy KIPO first time customer.
I have been a customer of Ki-Po since they were a dealer on West Avenue in Lockport, NY which is more years than I care to mention. Service is always excellent and the customer care is above and beyond any other dealer I have ever had experienced. I only wish I could still purchase a new Suzuki from them especially the 2019-2020 Suzuki Jimney: if they imported a dozen of these, I would be the first in line to purchase one!
Great experience. Assisted my father in leasing a car with Ki-Po. First time dealing with Ki-Po and they made us feel like life-long customers. Shopping for a new car can be stressful, but Leslie Michael was great to deal with and we came away feeling very happy about the whole process. Well done!
Sales manager John was friendly on phone and in person salesperson was ok ,the truck I was interested in had discounts on it and they were going to give me a military veterans discount but when the salesperson came from seeing the sales manager they agreed on the veteran discount of $1690 but then took away a $1400 discount so I was really only getting $290 military discount plus they loballed me on my trade in. I told the sales person theres something wrong about the price after he came back from the sales manager he tried to b.s. me and tried to confuse the matter but bottom line they tried to cheat me .do yourself a big favor theres lots of other dealers around stay away from kipo.i received a reply 13 minutes after my review/complaint from Keith w. Owner/manager at kipo chev sugesting that he would like to help figure out what went wrong yesterday at the dealership.i called and we did speak he was like a broken record repeatedly telling me that he couldnt give the the $1400 discount when they were going to give me the $1690 military discount .ive never been offered $290 military discount before even though like he said that i was getting $1690 after pulling the $1400 discount it still equals me saving $290 overall. I still fully believe if anyone reads this review along with other good a lot of very not good reviews and still thinks that you want to gamble on the odds that you wont get screwed by sales or by service at kipo good luck.
Service person greeted us as we exited our vehicle inside the building. Escorted us to the service desk and confirmed why we were there and was there any other concerns. We told her of a concern we had, she said other Silverado owners had the same question, a rough transmission shift in a lower gear (CLUNK) seemed like a U-Joint was bad. She said GM stated this normal. This only started happening the second year we owned the truck. Not happy GM is not stepping up to the plate with a fix. She explained the dealership can not do anything about our concern until GM may come forward with a fix. She also looked up any recalls for car that we will bring in for service next month, Service at this place is family friendly atmosphere. We travel 30 miles from our home for their service because we know their service always tries to take care of our concerns and we go home with a smile on our face. Service after the purchase is very important to us, so that is why keep buying from KIPO.
Everybody was polite and professional. The one thing I like about Ki-Po motors is that when I go there I remembered by my name. When I walk in the door I am called by my name, they shake my hand, tell me what is going to done to my vehicle, how long it should take and ask me if there is anything I want looked at or done beyond my initial request.I take time to talk with salespeople as well, getting ideas on new vehicle purchases and possible extras I might like. I have never had anybody push me away, or tell me they are too busy.Even the owner will stop and discuss a vehicle or an extra item.Thats it. I am happy doing business with them.
Briana, as usual, fought for us with an insurance claim. She always goes above and beyond to make our dealings with Kipo so easy and efficient. The technician who worked on our car was so professional and knowledgeable as he explained the situation with our car. We are very pleased with Kipo Chevrolet. We are very loyal customers.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with my car and the service department. This Equinox has been a lemon from the day I purchased it. It has been one major repair after another. The icing on the cake was when my car kept loosing oil and was told that it is normal for a dipstick to not have oil on it. I don’t know much about cars but I do know that a dry dipstick is NOT a good thing. I feel like I am being patronized and treated like an idiot. The last time I had my car towed to Kipo was due to transmission issue. Yet another thing wrong with this car. I was told from Brianna that they would not even look at my car until I gave them $500. My brother in law called and was told the same thing. When Brianna and Chris were confronted with me having my car towed to another repair shop they denied ever saying this. When we told them we shouldn’t have to pay anything that the warranty should cover it we were told rather rudely “how do you know what is covered?” We responded that we read our warranty agreement. This did not go over too well. There was a heated exchange and some yelling just to have them give me car keys. I will NEVER EVER use this repair shop again, and I plan on letting everyone I know know just how they have treated us. I thought if I bought local I would have good service, how wrong I was. I have complained in the past and have gotten no response from anyone. Nice to see how they treat their paying customers.
This was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had !I was put in contact with Leslis Michael , explained what I was looking for and the next morning he had it. From that point on it only got better. The following day I drove out of the lot with my Truck.thank you for everything , John Stevens
KI-PO Chevrolet has been my dealership of choice for 10 years now. I have purchased 8 vehicles from them in that time. There is no hassle, no pressure, and no games.I leave excited about my purchase and I want to go show my friends and family.In the past, I used other dealerships, one in particular was a Chevrolet dealership in Lockport, NY. It was frustrating and agonizing to purchase from them. It took all day, and when I left,I was unhappy about my purchase. I usually just went home afterward. This is not the case with KI-PO. I am excited to show my purchase off when I leave this dealership. Im happy to tell my friends of the experience that I had making the purchase. This is what buying a car should be like.Im very happy to have KI-PO in my area. They are a gem in the GM system!
Horrible service ! Told one price for my trade in on Saturday and come Monday after trying to get someone to call me back four different times they say they will give me 3000 less than what they told me on Saturday . Then told they will call me on Wednesday once they tried to figure out what happened and still no answer after trying to reach them again. Very very poor customer service , in fact if I could give negative stars they would deserve it . And they are a local dealership in town , just horrible and very unprofessional . Great disappointment .
KI-PO is a very efficient dealership, that is always able to get my vehicles in and diagnose/repair the problems I have had with them in a timely manner. Good communication with the owner and always have my vehicles back the same day or first thing the following day.
Brought my car in for a serpentine belt (had appointment about an hour before get a call saying they had to cancel due to employee problems then got pushed the following week which things happen I get) fix got it done a day later my muffler is extremely loud I have a 2016 not a 90 or early 2000 they claim it probably rusted out but wouldnt it been seen while on the lift well boyfriend took a look under my car my muffler is crushed! I have had 1 other issues were they forgot to put lugs and nuts to my car never bringing back there again
My first dealing with this company and Wow! Now I see why everyone raves about this place. Honesty, integrity, and everyone working together. I had a slight hiccup in my finances and seeing everyone pulling together and offering their assistance to get me in my new vehicle was humbling. People stayed late just to help put plates on the car, get it detailed, and get all the paperwork in order. Salesman helped each other like it was a small family. Im surrounded by dealerships in Lockport, but like all my friends... Ill be going to KIPO Chevrolet in Ransomville. Why? The same answer you get everywhere else: Theyll take care of you.
A simple part took 4 days just to get to the dealership. First they said it didnt get on the delivery truck on time, then it was sent to another place, then again missed delivery truck. So much drama with this place every time I go here. A $49 dollar part cost $250 to install. Come on it is a simple 3rd break light. Took what, 15 minutes! Time to start writing public reviews about KiPO.
I had previously been working with another Chevy dealer, closer to my residence. As the weeks passed, it became apparent that things had come to a stalemate. Thats when I decided to reach out to KIPO, whose website still showed a build-out that met my requirements. I contacted KIPO on May 19th and picked up my beautiful new Trail Boss on May 26th. Thank you to John M. who was great to work with and made the entire process as easy as possible during this challenging time were all in!
Sales if the vehicle was great. As far as the vehicle its the worst Ive ever bought.from repetitive check engine lights. Now motor has to be pulled to be fixed. Took bake to them for a break squealing they say cant here it thing sounds like a garbage truck stoping half the time. Also exhuast rattle told they couldnt find it. Wasnt hard to see heat sheild falling off. Told them something green dripping under it that would be the a/c that stopped working after warranty was up. Also told them it wasnt charging right told me no prob with charging system. I had to change battery right after. Had an inspection sticker on it 2 months before I bought it must got the codes to clear so they didnt have to put the timing chains in it. Now Im stuck with it an motor has to be pulled. So yes worst vehicle I ever bought an will never go back or recommend them to anyone after the lemon I have.
Leslie always goes above and beyond what is expected with his customer service (which is why we always go back to him at KiPo Chevrolet.) He not only tries to find the best price and car for our family, but also picks up our car for routine oil changes and tire rotations (as we live somewhat far from the dealership and have extremely busy schedules.) He always treats us like a close friend or family member and even brought the kids Christmas gifts this year. We will always be happy to do business with Leslie and KiPo Chevrolet and will confidently recommend him to any of our friends and family who are looking for a vehicle.

Excellent service! Dawn took care of me and lets just say I walked in with my used 2009 cobalt and walked out with 2016 Chevy cruze! Im still overwhelmed by customer service. Tom handled the credit aspect of me getting the car I wanted and truly appreciate the hard work and time they put in to allow me drive out with 2016 the day I walked in. Just like the new Chevrolet commercial, if I had to use emoji to represent my feelings about the car and service at kipo I would choose 😃😃😃😃👌👌👌👍👍👍👍
Charged for an oil change i didnt request, allthough it was adjusted. Tires were not marked appropriately after being removed as requested and ordered, damaged rims while loading them in my vehicle. They did order new ones. Service dept doesnt listen, is careless with property and does not follow printed work orders.

2022-04-05Couldnt recommend Greg Taylor enough and all the staff here! Mother has been leasing for about 6 years now with them and was kind enough to be my co signer (mind you currently 18 with no credit). Greg was able to answer all my questions and make the process very easy. Currently finacing a pre owned 2017 volkswagen bought back in October 2020 and she has had zero problems. They take care of their customers and get to actually know them.

2022-06-12I have an older vehicle no longer produced in North America. I found KI-PO Chevrolet had a mechanic with the experience and expert knowledge about my make and model. It had multiple problems because of age and lack of parts being available in North America. I truly like the vehicle and it is unique so i wanted it repaired. Sure enough KI-PO came through for me. KI-PO was able to schedule mutually agreeable appointments and parts were ordered and came in from overseas on schedule. Every problem was taken care of professionally and to my satisfaction. 2022-04-11My service appointment was efficient and smooth. I did a night drop and next day pick up. When it was ready, I received a call containing full information of the problem and resolution.Since pick up, the car is driving much better. The car was left clean and ready for me.

2022-02-06Ive always been in and out in a timely fashion. This time it took 3 hours to put 4 tires on and align. If I had know it would take that long I wouldve scheduled it for another time because this made me 45 minutes late for work. My only suggestion is maybe let people know how long some services could possibly take because I know most times are estimated as things change. That way they can determine if dropping off is better than waiting. Everyone is always very nice and gives me all the info I need. Never had a problem. Love coming here!

2022-03-21As usual we were met in a very friendly manner by Steve . The paperwork was ready for us and our Tahoe was taken in right away. We were advised that the inspection and oil change would take about one hour and the truck was ready in less than an hour. We have been having our cars serviced at Ki-Po for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with the work and the service. We have purchased three Tahoes from Ki-Po starting in 2000 and have never had a problem with any of them or the service provided.
