I bought my 2020 sportage back in August of 2019. My salesperson was Michael. I have been looking into different possibilities as my lease was ending this coming August. I came back to this location to just see my options a few months back. I wasn’t with Michael so I was given another salesperson who wouldn’t even let me see a car. He just handed me numbers when the whole reason I came was to look at my options. I was also told the Telluride was “too big for me”. Little did that salesperson know, I am pregnant so I do need a bigger car. I was not going to come back to this location and purchase another Kia just from that situation. I kept thinking about how great Michael was 3 years ago so I specifically made an appointment with him yesterday to explore options one last time. Right when I walked in Michael was welcoming and asked what I was looking for. I told him I was leaning towards the Telluride or Sorento because I need space with being a 1st time mother this coming July. He informed me of all the information on the Telluride and the Sorento but also told me that the 2023 Sportage did get a little bigger as well. He was my demo model as he is the same height as my boyfriend to see if there is enough space with the carseat. Even with the trying times of the market, he was upfront but that did not stop him from working with me nor stop him from trying to sell a car….unlike the other salesperson I saw. I purely came to look but instead I left with a 2023 Kia Sportage EX. I didn’t think I would get another Kia (this is my 3rd) but Michael really gives the best customer experience and is determined to do right by his customers. He is the only person I will go to and recommend
I cannot be more pleased with the level of service I received from Huntington Kia. The last two times I bought a car from a dealership were a nightmare. So we were a little anxious going in. However, everybody was fantastic. Nobody tried to upsell us anything or talk us out of our desired car to get us into something more expensive. We were there for quite some time, and we were always made to feel like we were the most important people they had on the premises. An absolutely tension free and lovely experience. Teddy was amazing! We drove our car off the showroom floor. We love our new Kia!From what I understand, this is practically a family operation. It sure feels like it. From the people on the sales floor all the way to finance, everybody was honest and open and just overall fantastic. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.

This dealership was amazing! Everyone was so beyond friendly, the sales department was willing to negotiate with me, the finance department actually took the time to teach me and make sure I understood all the finances about my new lease---I could not say better things about this dealership!!!! In times of hardship for myself, Kia of Huntington stepped up and took a personal interest and assisted me in every possible way. They worked like a team and acted like family. If you have the good fortune to have Archie working he will lead you to the best experience any dealership can offer. I purchased a car from this location today (6/4/22). It had been a wonderful experience. We were greeted and helped by the friendly and cheerful Teddy along with Teresa. We were able to test drive the car around while Teddy explained the features of the vehicle. From there, it had been smooth sailing especially with the help of Anthony who explained thoroughly the financial aspect of purchasing the vehicle. Everything was quick and painless, we spent a total of 2.5 hrs from the time we stepped in to the time we were given the keys to drive our new vehicle. Thank you for all you do. I am not the type of individual to typically leave a rating however, my experience at Kia Huntington does warrant it. Teddy and Anthony has not only gone above and beyond to provide a seamless transaction but has set the bar high for what a true customer experience should reflect. They were both engaging, attentive, and flexible to accommodate my needs in finding a car. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the terms and conditions and provided prompt updates as I was pressed for time. I’ll give Kia Huntington five stars.. I am a sales and service customer. just had my car serviced there and it was phenomenal..no waiting easy to deal with and a complete pleasure. I also bought my car here! george and his staff were great patient and kind. Have already recommended to my family!!!
Went there with the intention to buy a car. First off, they false advertise their prices. Second, found a great car for me and came up with a reasonable deal. They said they would be willing to just accept my car as a trade in and nothing more and still offered me the deal. One of the managers, Joe, said he could do the deal. Unfortunately, we came back on a day where Joe wasn’t there and dealt with a manager named Anthony. Anthony tried getting another $3000 off of me after wanting my $3500 trade in. Come to find out, the price of the car was nowhere near worth what they were offering. I have great credit, a great job for my age, and a great income. No way they should’ve been offering me the deal they came up with and no way I’d give anyone another $3000 on top of my $3500 trade in without any price drop. Ridiculous, and I do not recommend. If you do decide to go, just don’t deal with one of the finance managers named Anthony. Also, they wanted me to get insurance before purchasing a car but wouldn’t tell me the total price of the car? I’m not sure what business they do, but it’s not standard and very frustrating.
Im an out of town buyer, and the kindness and attention that was provided to me over the phone was excellent. Great and easy experience! I was anxious about the process, especially because of the current market. Michael was my salesman and he was transparent and clear. We had already been to a few dealerships and I was not happy. Michael pulled no tricks or double talking, etc. He said what he meant and stuck to it. He also worked with me to get the car that I wanted. This is my 3rd Kia but first time with this dealership. Not going to go anywhere else in the future. Thank you!

Amazing team and vehicle. I shopped around, a ton. Looked at every competitor (Mazda, Hyundai, Honda) and in this insane market these guys were the best - by far. No B.S. , no pressure, just a pleasant buying experience. I needed a new car for my teenager and we couldnt be happier. Dont waste your time, just go here and move on. Oh, I even priced checked with my old HS buddy who owns a dealership in Michigan, and he said Huntingtons price was great.
I was shopping around for a 2023 Kia Sportage. Every where I looked I was getting ridiculous numbers. I was assured they are competitive with pricing etc. Anthony helped me purchase my car. He was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about this big purchase.
I was disappointed with this dealership. When I arrived there were 3 salesmen waiting right inside the door, all motioning that I should choose them. I mentioned to the receptionist that it made me uncomfortable. I also think its very unprofessional.What really disappointed me is, the manager told me there was no equity in my car that I was returning ( a Chevy Equinox) it turns out this was a lie. The next dealership I went to, and ended up buying a car from, told me I had $2,000 in equity, which I was able to put towards my new car.Kia of Huntington also told me they didnt have any incentive programs at that time. However, the next day the salesman called me to say he had great news and that they suddenly had incentives for me. When I asked what the new #s would be he said he didnt know and would have to get back to me later in the day. I heard from him about 3 days later when I was in the midst of purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership.

I cant begin to explain how amazing the team was! Peter specifically helped me out with the purchase of a new car; one that I couldnt find anywhere else.I live almost 3 hours away, so you can imagine my hesitation to work with a dealership so far away. Right from the start, Peter set out to make my experience the best one Ive had by far. We signed all the papers over email, I secured my car, and then they held it for a few days while I figured out logistics to make it down to the dealership. One of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. I walked in knowing the model of car I wanted, and Hunter was amazing. He found exactly the right vehicle for me quickly, and got me a great price for my trade-in. Hunter even stayed after closing the day before thanksgiving to help me finalize everything. Anthony made the financial side of things smooth as silk, he made sure I understood my contracts, and worked to get me a great rate. I didn’t think I would have been able to go in and find my dream car, but with the help of Peter L. and the rest of the Kia of Huntington crew I was able to to do just that. Peter was warm, inviting, and never gave up to make sure we got an amazing deal on my new ‘22 Sorento SX. I went in to get the Kia Sentos and I received the most amazing service, help, and professionalism from the finance manager Anthony Macca. He really made the process go so much easier and less stressful. He took the time to help me go through and understand the process thoroughly . The worst customer service experience ever. I needed work done on the car which they didnt want to do at first nor lend a loaner for a repair that required some time. They first started “they had no loaners at the moment” but ended up having more than 3 loaner cars parked up. I patiently waited for them to fix my car for close to 2 months and after one phone call with no follows up they demanded that I had 48 hrs to bring the loaner or I would get charged. Not being considerate of the fact I have a job and they never called me to follow up or let me know when the car would be ready nor did they even think about asking “when can I pick up the car?”. They also took me around circles to get approval from the manager for a 2nd key I was informed I would receive on the day I purchased the vehicle. I can’t believe I’m being treated in this matter after spending my hard earning money with this company only to be mistreated afterward. I feel as if due to my skin complexion/race I’m not getting any respect because I witness others being treated very well with all respect and courtesy.
Buyer Beware!Recently leased a car from Kia of Huntington and was told on multiple occasions from the sales person that I would get my first two oil changes free. Their sales office called me to see how my experience was and then I was informed I would now only be getting 1 oil change despite what the sales person promised. I asked to speak with the General Sales Manager who never returned my many calls to him. Finally spoke to him after my many attempts and he said he would get back to me after looking into the matter. I left him another message since I did not hear back. While I like my Kia, AVOID KIA OF HUNTINGTON dealership because of the questionable sales tactics and not responding to continued support after purchase. I understand that this is only an oil change but in the big picture this has to with their lack of follow through with an issue I had. There is a lack of communication and the disrespect of not acknowledging a customers issue.
Save your time and money and don’t try to do business with this dealership. My brother went to buy a car there, a day after he bought it, he found a few nails in one of the tires. The tire was low during the test drive which the salesman and manager knew of, but they wanted to blame us for it and they won’t change the tire after a day of buying it. Also they tried over charge him at the end. DONT SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT DOING THE MATH.. they try to rush everything once you like the car. And their prices are not correct. Add 5K on top of listed price.
George or Jorge was awful! Witnessed his interaction with what appeared to be an existing costumer and generally just seemed pompous. Apparently he’s the sales manager. His attitude and treatment was so off putting, taking my business elsewhere.There are plenty of other Kia dealerships. Better yet try a competitor entirely.
I had the best experience at Kia of Huntington. As a young women buying a car on your own can be very intimidating but asad and the team made sure the deal went smoothly. I was in and out with my brand new 2022 k5 in no time! Absolutely amazing people there! Shout out Cathy in finance, asad my sales rep and joe the manager for making my purchase a flawless experience. I appreciate all the help and will be back for sure !
Going car shopping this day and age isn’t easy! The market is tough and you don’t know who you can trust. Luckily we found Kia of Huntington! Jeff was amazing and professional. He helped us find the right car that fit our budget. Kevin was funny and a straight shooter which I liked. And now on to Anthony our financial advisor, when it comes to these guys I usually cringe because I know they are gonna try and up sale the hell out the car. Not this guy! He looked out for us and took care of us! We clicked and that made this process that much more enjoyable! Everyone was kind friendly and helpful. The lounge was super clean and the coffee was delicious! The speed at which they got us into our new used car blew me outa the water! No more hours at a dealership it was one two three! I know where we are buying all of our cars from now on!
My spouse and I have been leasing from Kia for our last 3 leases. We love the cars and will keep leasing from Kia, providing the cars are reasonably priced and they keep improving the vehicles and its features. I also want to mention the excellent service I received from the finance manager, Anthony Macca, as well as sales consultant Kyle Karlsen, and the sales manager, Mike Halliday. They were the dream team that got me in my new Kia, and I couldnt be happier.
My wife and I just bought a car from this location. Or sales person was Danny and this man went above and beyond along with his manager George to make my wife happy and get her the Kia Soul of her dreams. They were incredible to work with!! We will definitely be buying our cars from him in the future!!
It is not an easy time to buy a car, especially if you are juggling kids and work, and need one asap! I called Kia of Huntington looking for a Telluride, and Asad was extremely helpful and accommodating - he answered all my questions regarding pricing and availability. While I put a deposit on a car, he went out of his way to let me know (even via text message) if another model became available so I could decide whether or not I wanted to jump on the chance to have the car earlier than anticipated. It was a truely enjoyable customer service experience, with no pressure involved and fair pricing. A salesperson who is willing to provide a bit of guidance over trying to push a ill-fitted deal on a customer is rare and beyond appreciated. Asad is truly a great person to work with, so if the car buying process intimidates you, give him a call.
Asad was my Kia consultant. Want to say he did an excellent job. The same day and prior the dealers I went to in the same area were lying straight to my face. For a car with MSRP of around 20K, those dealers tried lying straight to me, assuming I didn’t know basic math, and pretend that a mark up of around 10K was just a 10% markup. Ridiculous. But Asad was very good and transparent and at the end I got a great deal on my Kia Forte. Great job to him. However I will say the financial manager lady we met in the end was very bad. Didn’t give us a breakdown of price and had bad attitude, almost made us walk out of it weren’t for us spending so much time three. However at the end we all reached a compromise and situation was resolved.
I can’t begin to explain the appreciation and amazing customer service my family and I received from Kia of Huntington a few days ago. I was desperate, car-less with bad credit and chapter 7 bankruptcy on my back. I didn’t have much money to put down especially after the holidays. I honestly wasn’t expecting much to come of my appointment. I’ve heard the same things over and over from other places. “You don’t qualify, we can’t help you” OR “if you’re willing to pay $800/month for something pre-owned with mileage it MIGHT work”Needless to say, most of my experiences have left me feeling ashamed and defeated. There’s nothing worse than sitting in a dealership for 4+ hours, just to hear the words “sorry”. That all changed the minute I sat down with Kia of Huntington. My product specialist was Peter Letsios. He was extremely knowledgeable on every model/package there was to offer. He was kind and sympathetic to my situation. He broke down all the possible options that would be best for my family and I. He didn’t try to sell me something I couldn’t afford. He didn’t try to take advantage of me. He was optimistic we could make something work.Next, we sat down with Financial Manager Anthony Macca. This man is incredible! He was warm, friendly and put me at such ease. He was down to earth and it was obvious he genuinely cared about getting my family and I into a car. He was also super sympathetic to my situation and did everything in his power to get a successful outcome. One of the things I loved the most was the fact he was completely transparent and honest about the “numbers”. He laid out the options that would not only cost me the least amount of money but also the best return on my money in the long run. He wasn’t trying to suck me dry. He really was trying to get me the best deal possible. I was treated like a member of his own family. I was completely overjoyed and in shock when he came back saying I would be leaving in a new 2022 vehicle that night and I wouldn’t have to pay anywhere close to $800+ a month for it either AND I was in and out of the building within 3 hours! I’ll be forever grateful for Mr. Macca’s hard work and dedication. It’s clear he loves his job and he truly cares about his clients. He’s a miracle worker! I 1,000% recommend him and Kia of Huntington. My new car was detailed, washed and came with a full tank of gas. I’m so happy and excited to finally be driving my first brand new car! No more junky pre-owned lemons and greedy salesman’s trying to bury me in a hole. If you’re in search of a reputable car, please visit them! You won’t be disappointed!
As a Kia owner for the last 6-7 years, Michael Halliday, Sales Manager, has only given my other half and I the best options and is a realist and not the typical salesman stereotype you usually hear. This time at Huntington Kia, Michael is the sales manager and we met Kyle Karlsen who was our Sales Consultant and Anthony Macca, the Finance Manager in which all are superb in their job roles. The car industry is very different from the past and there is no-nonsense in regards the reality and truth that they all give about todays car market. I also had communication with the service department where John, Jonathan and Samantha all are well versed in their roles and very pleasant to deal with. I also can’t forget to mention all of the other staff. Barbara was a huge help and listened and answer questions. The rest of the team there all have smiles on and are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. This is the kind of dealership you want to go to.
We just came home from leasing a Kia Sorrento hybrid, our second experience leasing at this dealership. The first one went flawlessly and there were no issues. This time around, Anthony Macca, the business manager, really made the experience stand out. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the financing, answer our many, many questions and and made the process very smooth .He took the sting out of an experience that tends to be very stressful.Teddy from sales was also extremely helpful. He spent a lot of time showing us the car and answering our questions and was not pushy or obnoxious.Our only issue is that although we did the paperwork in advance hoping that the process would be quick,we still ended up spending the entire afternoon at the dealership. Teddy kept checking in with us to let us know we werent being forgotten and providing a timeline, but it still seemed to take a while.
If your looking for a new Vehicle I highly recommend Kia of Huntington. Asad Arif went above and beyond and made shopping for a vehicle a pleasure . He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I threw his way. Anthony Macca took care of the financing part and it was a pleasure to work with him . I will definitely be returning to this dealership to service my new Forte Gt for as long as I own it.
They sold my husband a fraudulent warranty. Their mechanics were not able to fix the vehicle. They refuse to refund the purchase price of the warranty to the auto finance company. They have all the information to do so but they continue with their lies that they either sent the info to the auto financing or they don’t have it. This will be resolved by further legal action.
This is an UPDATED REVIEW from my experience two months ago.If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. After purchasing my car at the very end of December, on my way home (3 hour drive) I noticed that the car, a new Kia Sorento PHEV, was shaking. I called Peter the sales rep, and he mentioned that because I took the car on a warmer day, the tire pressure might be off, and try to adjust that when I get home. Fair enough. The shaking never stopped, even after a dozen different attempts to change tire pressure, rotate tires, rebalance tires, etc.I have over 20 calls to the dealership from the day I bought my car, and they kept saying they were trying to help me. NO THEY WERENT.Buyer beware, once you walk off the lot, they will never treat you like a valued customer. I am disgusted by how this dealership turned their back on me. I had to pay $5,000 to get out of my lease, TWO MONTHS INTO IT, all while asking for a solution to the problem.Take your business elsewhere, youll regret it if you dont.****Original Post Below****I cant begin to explain how amazing the team was! I can not say enough good things about the Kia of Huntington dealership. I bought my first car yesterday and they made the process quick and easy. We were in and out within less than three hours. Assad helped us and we got a terrific deal. They are true to their word and I got the exact deal I saw online with no hidden charges. Kathy in finance was extremely helpful and kind. George the GM was personable and willing to help as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I was in there the other day and so close to leasing a new car. I walked in unsure of whether I was more interested in the Seltos or the Sportage. Both of which were in the showroom. Asad was my salesman and I honestly have nothing negative to say about him. He was great, wasn’t pushy, got me everything I asked for and at great prices for each car. In the end, I chose the Sportage because of its white color and the panoramic sunroof. Everything was going smoothly until I met with the Finance manager. I believe her name is Cathy. First, she tried telling me that the car I was trading in, MY CAR was not under my name. Even after showing her my registration she tried saying that it must have been under someone else’s name. She then proceeded to tell me that my name was not on my car because it was not on my credit report. I told her that’s impossible because again it is under my name and my name only. No one else’s name was ever on MY car. When I asked to look at the report myself, what do you know GM Financial was the second name listed. I said it says GM Financial right here. She looked at it and said yes but that says “paid” so that was an old car. Again trying to tell me things about my own car. (I’ve never had a Chevrolet before this lease.) I said it says paid because it is paid. There are no payments left on the car. She said “oh”. Oh?!!! It took me 2 seconds to see that on the report but the “finance manager” didn’t know what it was?! Pretty scary that’s who they have dealing with the finances. The suv I am in now is my 3rd lease and although a credit score of 700 or above is ideal I unfortunately have never had that and never had a problem leasing a car. She told me my score (which was 71 points LOWER than what I see every single day I monitor it) and told me I could not lease the car without having a score of 700 or above. I told her that number is incorrect, I monitor it on multiple websites daily and it has never been that low. I was more than happy to show her and she said it didn’t matter if it wasn’t 700. I’ve had a Honda, Hyundai and currently a Chevy and was never told this. She told me in order to get the car at the same payment we agreed upon I would need a co-signer. I wasn’t happy however, I really wanted that suv so I was able to find someone who would co-sign for me. I called back that same day, spoke to Asad and reapplied with my co-signer and was still told I was in tier 7 and my payment in which we initially agreed upon would go up 80-100 more dollars. Cathy was not rude however, she was neither helpful nor knowledgeable. Nor did I appreciate someone who I don’t even know trying to tell me things about my car that they clearly know nothing about. Extremely upsetting because I was willing to give them my business right then and there however, I am now totally put off by this location and would not recommend. Place is a scam. They list cars for one price on their site, then tell you they are 17% more. First question I asked when I walked in was “what’s the starting price? Salesman says the price that’s on the site. After test driving the car, and go to sit down to discuss numbers, only then was I told it’s a totally different price. Do yourself a favor and go to Smithtown kia….they don’t play these silly games.

I purchased a preowned car from Kia of Huntington and it was a positive experience. My salesperson Brandon was a nice guy and highlighted the features of the car I was interested in, and worked within my budget. When I decided to buy the car, I met with the finance person Anthony. Anthony was such a nice man, very down to earth and communicated very well what the numbers were. It was refreshing to have someone who was transparent and communicated well. It was a painless experience and I got the car for the exact number I wanted to pay.
I bought a car from here last week. After a day I found a few nails in one of the tires. I called them to see what they’re gonna do to fix the issue. They completely ignored my calls. I finally got into contact with the service manager, he just blamed it on me and said the inspection they did they didn’t find anything when I specifically told the salesman Asad about this tire during the test drive that it was low and he didn’t even care to fill it up for me before I drove 2 hours to my house.
After a string of horrible dealership (& used car lot) experiences, I was welcomed at Kia of Huntington. The car was promptly brought for a test drive, and we smoothly worked out finances with Teddy. I finally got a car that I love, at a fair price. Thank you to all at this dealership for being prompt, helpful, and kind.

My car has been in their for over a week and still haven’t received a loner car. Plus apparently they claim my car is going to be in the maybe over 4 weeks and i’m spending $40 a day on Ubers & Lyft while they fix my engine.UPDATE: two days later I believe they were able to give me a loaner vehicle, but was finished with my car quicker than they claimed it went from 5 weeks to maybe a two weeks 2 days after getting my loaner. This gentleman in services was EXTREMELY helpful which I got his name he was amazing! Considering i’m a female I love how this Kia location doesn’t through issues with your car at you to get money out of you definitely coming back! 🥰

I began the process of leasing a 2022 Kia K5 Gt Line at the Kia of Huntington. I was originally quoted $31,550 for the car. I put the $500 down to reserve after going over all of the pricing, etc. When the car arrived I even went back to test drive the vehicle and go over pricing once last time. When I called to do the paper work I noticed a snuck in 17% markup fee (+$5,550) on the vehicle. Including my trade in valued at $18k with $12,500 left on the loan, an additional $2k, I was going to be charged nearly $500 a month. While I’m not fully certain it was because of my age, I was nearly robbed of over $5000. If using Kia of Huntington, please be careful and fully re-read your paperwork before signing.

The worst place to buy a car. they sold me a car in November my car has been in the shop more times than I drove the car went back to the dealer they said they can help ran my credit for no reason and try to get me to put 7k down for another car. till this day my check engine light Is still on and the owner his self will not come and speak with you to try and help you out. remind you I have not even had my car for 1 year yet and already had to change the turbo fix the engine and now my cam shaft is messed up and they offer no help at all the worst experience ever. not to mention the finance guy did my loan wrong so now my loan is more than what it suppose to be. I will not stop at this mark my words.
We had a great experience at Kia of Huntington. Buying a car can sometimes be a major headache. Not this time. Between our salesman mike kochman, George Arapian, and Cathy P in finance, we had a pleasant and very smooth sale. We are driving out very happy in our new car.

False advertising! Found a 2018 Jeep Compass on Car Guru. My husband called this dealership before we made trip to find out if they had any fees. He told them we saw the car on car guru and price. He told them we had cash. Carly told my husband there was a $695 fee. We went down there and were told that was not the price of the car. That was the finance price. I’m sorry this isn’t our first time buying a car. The price on car guru does not list finance prices! They list the asking price of the cars. There is absolutely NO FINE PRINT, NO ASTERISK, to show this was a “finance price”. Who would want to deal with you further after being mislead this way? Not only was the price $2000 more , the $695 fee we were told was their fee., well there were more fees on top of that. Acquisition fee? I lost track of what the others were called. $5000 was added to the cost of the car. After being mislead with the asking price we didn’t want to do business with this dealership. This car was for our daughter. I just bought a Dodge Challenger almost 2 years ago off car guru and looked at a lot of dealerships and no one has ever put a finance price as a listing price. False advertising. They have more than one car listed on there too, buyers beware!
This dealer is the most bad I never saw in my life. They lie in everything. Make sure when dealing with them to read everything before you sign anything. I trust this guy and they do me so bad.When you get there they trying to take the price of the car up and up putting some incenseful fees. How can you imagine your down payment is added to the price of the car. The down payment is supposed to be take out from the price. At Huntington kia they adding. They lie. They took my 2000$ down payment for free and put all the price of the car in finance. After a week driving with the car I had the engine light on. I emailed my sale person. Peter, he never responded me back. I called many time is never there. because he knows what they did. 2 week driving the car I had a noise in the break. Called, emailed and leave a voice mail. Never got a answer back. I called and asked to talk with the mechanic manager. He asked me to drive 5 hours there so he can check because I dont live close to Huntington. But I refused because I never know what can be happen with the engine like on and noise in break drive 5h its too risky. He told me he cant do anything for me. And asked me to buy a warranty and went fix my car. I fix my car for 518$ with my own money. Very careful when dealing with this guy. Is full of lies and liars. After 4 months a had a car engine light. I took to kia in my town they told me I need to change the engine. Really 4 months. Am not going to pay anything of this car the bank going to came get the car I dont care I allready call them.
I was hesitant to purchase a new car because I had a bad experience in the past. I had been looking for a new car for almost a year. Kia of Huntington made the process of purchasing a car easy and stress free. The finance representative was excellent! He gave many different financing options. I was not felt pressured as I was in the past with other dealers. The sales representative, sales manager, and the finance representative ensured that I was well informed and I ended up with a great deal on a new 2021 Kia Sportage. I did not have the same experience with other dealers. Everyone at Kia Huntington were so friendly. A few days after the purchase the sales representative called to follow up on any questions. I absolutely love my new car and Kia Huntington for making my experience so great.
Went twice. First time I waited 3 hours after confirming a used vehicle was available. After driving it and going to start paperwork, they finally checked and said that the vehicle was already taken by one of the salesmen? Ridiculous. Second time I had an appointment and showed up to find out that their whole system was down. No heads up or anything. Finally, I got some information about the hidden fees as well. Easily over $6000 in fees, more than 1/3 of the price of the vehicle. They also hide that all advertised prices are not including an extra $2000. Avoid the bull and go to Smithtown Kia!! Smithtown is transparent, friendly, and helpful! Exact opposite of Huntington Kia.
If you read any review on this page to assist you in deciding whether or not you want to pursue doing business with Kia of Huntington, please read this one. I purchased a vehicle from them 5 days ago. I took time to gather my thoughts to ensure I can prevent someone from making the same decision I did. I searched all over for a specific car & found one at Kia of Huntington. I compiled a list of other dealerships with the same car to compare prices, features, & mileage. After communicating with this dealership, I read the reviews because communication with my salesman, Marcus, was already untimely. The reviews on Kia of Huntington were not great but I decided to remain optimistic & put my trust in them. After communicating for roughly 3 weeks by email & phone (whenever they would decide to answer or call me back) I finally flew from Arkansas to New York to pick up the car & sign the paperwork. I’d like to note that I was going to fly up two weekends beforehand, but did not receive timely communication & missed a chance to book a flight. We woke up at 2AM to get to the airport, landed at 11:45AM, we were picked up from the train station by the dealership, & spent nearly 4 hours at the dealership waiting. I was incredibly exhausted but remained patient. When we went to speak with finance, (Cathy), she was going over the paperwork with us for the DMV. Very quickly she switched to gathering our signatures on the paperwork work for the financing of the car. I quickly noticed the numbers on the paperwork were not at all what I discussed with Marcus. I mentioned this & began to ask questions, to which Cathy responded very impatiently “Well this is what the finance deal is. You sure did travel a long way to decide to leave here without a car.” Unfortunately, in my situation, she was right. Last minute tickets for a flight home would have been $1,000 +. I was frustrated & in disbelief. Afterwards we went back to Marcus’ office & he commented on how I seemed visibly upset. I explained to him the issues with the paperwork. He told me to “hold on” & went to get a manager named Kevin. Kevin was zero help. He tried to play the situation down & talked over me when I tried to explain things to him. He stated I probably got confused about the OTD price & agreement due to so many emails back & forth. Marcus & I never discussed detailed price over email. I asked Marcus more than once to provide me with a price break down I could visibly see. I was either told “I don’t have access to that information” or “I’ll have Anthony (the finance manager) contact you.” Anthony contacted me ONCE & during that conversation we did not discuss my down payment or my deposit, nor the final price of the car. Anthony gave me an initial number & payment to which I responded with what Marcus & I had previously discussed. I let him know I had been looking at another vehicle, that was exactly the same, but with less mileage. He quickly responded “I’ve been in this business for a long time. If I were you I’d hop all over that” he said goodbye & hung up the phone. I really wish I would have taken his advice. Instead, I contacted Marcus & Anthony by email to let them know I’d love to talk to Anthony again to discuss the prices in more detail. I wanted to understand why there was an apparent miscommunication between what Marcus was telling me & the finance department. My credit was already ran & approved, so I decided to continue working with them. I never heard from Anthony again. Before booking my flight, I asked Marcus if I should talk to finance beforehand since I did not get a chance before. He told me that Anthony was not in, but the numbers were where we discussed & had not changed. I learned upon arriving this was not at all true. Additionally, the car did not have the advertised mileage, it was 3,000 MORE miles than listed! It was not detailed and had ants all inside of it. This was not just a bad experience, these people are dishonest and manipulative. I gathered all the information I have and reported them to Kia Corporate. Please consider going elsewhere!!

They took their time with me and made my dreams come true. I would highly recommend Kia of Huntington to anyone whos looking for a new car. This dealership is the sweetest, kind hearted people ever! I bought a 2021 Kia Forte and the process was so easy and no complications whatsoever they had me in and out two hours max. Probably the worst experience Ive ever had. The place is extremely busy. When I finally meet my salesman we found the car I wanted quickly and I thought we had reached an agreement. We agreed that is would put 20K down and finance 20K. I gave my down payment, updated insurance, got my phone connected to the blue tooth. Everything was fine until we got to the Finance office. I noticed immediately the numbers were off. i was offered a 5% rate. That rate on 20K for 72 months should have been around $320 or $330 a month. they had my payment at over $400. After waiting more than 2 hours for finance, the terms werent what we had originally agreed to.Then the finance guy (Mike) said that the 10 year Kia warranty is limited and that the word limited is tricky. If I bought a $3500 warranty, I would get better coverage and my interest rate would go down to 1.9%. But somehow, even though the interest was lower, my payment would be higher. At that point we decided to walk out.Now, who know how long it will take to get my down payment back. I cant even shop anywhere else because those $20K are tied up. They said a week, lets see. I will follow up.Oh, and on top of that, they were giving me a hard time over floor mats for my car because they werent on the window list. I have never heard of a new car not having mats. Be careful at this dealer, pay attention to everything, and calculate you payments before you walk into the finance office.----follow up----So I called about a 5 days later to follow up on my down payment and they said the return was processed and that they would email me the reciept. I never recieved the email, so i drove there. When i get there I find out that had inly processed the down payment i had put on one car, but forgot that i had used two different cars. They said it woils take an hour and a half to process the second one, to which i reaponded i could wait. About 20 minutes later, they showed up with the return reciept. The money was back in my account about 3 days later
My husband were going to buy car here; for once let me clarify we have amazing credit. They first off charged us $1995 before signing any contract and once we did get to the contract we did not agree with all the “additional” charges; so we asked for a refund. Now it’s been over two weeks and no refund has been posted on our credit card. Reported to BBB and waiting on the next step because I went there and they said the credit card machine was broken; I called today to speak to the GM and they kept transferring me to wrong ppl. Do yourself a favor and really look at ur contract with Kia of Huntington before signing anything because the finance lady up drew up a bill of sale with “wrong amounts” In kia’s favor. Also the interest rate kia were giving us was 4.0% saying it was the “best”; we got another vehicle at another dealership (Jeep)for 2.5% interest because our new dealership did do right by us. And I agree and can confirm that what happened to us with other ppl saying it ballooned is tru, it qas a horrible experience at Kia never again will go there

This place has HORRIBLE customer service and is dishonest. Make sure to read the fine print: internet pricing subject to change! My husband gave Amy his credit card to reserve a car (we are out of state). After a week of them telling him (he always had to call- they never called back) it was in the shop I finally called pretending to be a new buyer and Jill said it was there and available. I couldn’t believe it. I started reading these reviews and backed out.
WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. I came from a different state, and they completely switched the terms up on me when I got there. I bought a $30k car, and was told it had been serviced. After driving it out, spent another 2k on the car, it needed breaks, roaters, shocks AND AN OIL CHANGE. The lot took over 2 months to file my paperwork so I can get my tags. I’m a car dealer, and WITH that experience; they are still the WORST experience I’ve ever seen or had in buying cars. Stay away.
My wife and I went into Kia of Huntington ready and willing to buy a car, we met with Jeff who showed us the car we were interested in. The process (which was mainly our fault) took the entire day, but we were taken care of and everyone that we met with went above and beyond for us. The staff from top to bottom are not only friendly, and courteous but make you feel like family. I would recommend Kia of Huntington to ANYONE looking for a car. Tony, and Jeff did everything to make sure we not only got our car, but we were setup perfectly with it and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had!
In September of 2018 we purchased a used Kia Sorento from this dealership.The sales department, especially the “finance manager” use FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES in pushing an “extended warranty” that is a total waste of money. We spent an almost additional 2800 dollars plus compounding interest on the loan and were told that we purchased a full “bumper to bumper PLATINUM WARRANTY” that covered EVERYTHING with the exception of wear and tear like tires, brakes and oil changes.Here we are 14 month post purchase and the car has been in service numerous times with the service department charging us 140 dollars+ just to diagnose a check engine light. This takes approximately 60 to 90 seconds at my regular mechanic for ZERO CHARGE. The error code is a catalytic converters failure that the dealer wants to charge 2000 dollars for and claims it is NOT COVERED by the warranty that was shoved down our throats and totally represented as a TOTAL BUMBER TO BUMPER WARRANTY FULL PARTS AND LABOR for 60 MONTHS OR 60,000 additional miles, WITH A 100 dollar deductible and that everything was covered except brakes, tires and oil changes. When my wife complained to the dealership the “new owner” claimed he only recently purchased the dealership and claimed “ You didn’t even purchase the car from me why should I even help you?” He also claimed that since the extended warranty was offered thru a company they “ didn’t use anymore” we weren’t entitled to a prorated refund as stated in our purchase contract signed by the finance manager of THIS VERY DEALERSHIP. When the finance manager was confronted by my wife, after initially ignoring her and making her wait 45 minutes he gave her a PHONY NAME when asked! You CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!In summation:Let the BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT LET THIS DEALERSHIP BAMBOOZLE YOU INTO PURCHASING A FAUX WARRANTY THAT IS BASICALLY USELESS!!! I will shout from the rooftops and use every bit of social media to alert the public to the LYING CHEATING OWNER, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF OF THIS DEALERSHIP!
I can not begin to express how helpful the gentlemen at Kia of huntington were. Walking into the Kia dealership during hurricane Henri I was filled with nerves and excitement. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the incredible manager Joe. Joe ensured we felt like family our entire stay at the dealership, offering us whatever needed to make us feel at ease during this nerve racking yet exciting experience. My mother and I were then greeted by Asad (my salesperson) answered all of my questions and then some with professionalism and was eagerly willing to help in every way possible. I knew exactly what I wanted in my vehicle and Asad went above and beyond to ensure I got all of the amenities i requested. Asad took the time to throughly walk me through all of the features in my brand new vehicle. Due to extenuating circumstances I had to come back the next morning to sign all the papers for my new lease where i was blessed to meet the buisness manager Anthony, his presence alone just made me and my mother feel at ease. He walked us to his office and instantly made us feel at home with his jokes and smiling face from ear to ear. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure i was able to afford the vehicle of my dreams. To say he was a blessing us an understatement. Anthony literally jumped through any and every hoop to gurantee i would drive away in the vehicle of my dreams for a price i could afford. my grandmother always said you meet angels everywhere you go ans Anthony was for sure a god sent for me in this situation. I am utterly grateful for the kindness and compassion I felt from Joe, Anthony and Asad and the words thank you do not even begin to express how grateful I am for all their help. All of the above employees exceeded my expectations in compassion and ensuring this process was simple and stress free. If you are looking for a dealership where they put you at ease and make you feel like one of their own Huntington Kia is the way to go. I can guarantee you I will be referring any friends and family me never to this dealership when they are looking to purchase/ lease their next vehicle!
I liked the gentleman (Mike) who helped us but the places atmosphere was cold. The receptionist although said hello, she was too busy on her phone. The wait time was minimal so we walked around the showroom. Every single car we asked about needed a premium tacked onto the cost. I get supply and demand due to covid but again, the conversations didnt make me feel welcome. Thanks but no thanks, Ill visit another dealership.
I physically went into 15 different dealerships and this dealership is the best. Everyone greets you with a smile and is very welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with John, who is hands down, the best. He is extremely professional, he does not pressure you into anything, he takes the time to listen, and addresses all of your concerns. After we came to the terms of the purchase, he set me up in my vehicle and took the time to teach me what I needed to know. He provided top notch service and is keen on details. I also had the pleasure of working with Al who is another gem. Both gentlemen were straight forward and didn’t play games with me. I am beyond happy with my experience and purchase at Kia in Huntington. They are truly one of a kind.
Car didnt start jumped it still wouldnt start so bought it to this dealership and they charged me 400 dollars to out a battery in get my car back 2 days later wouldnt start again same exact thing happend as before si obviously was the starter so I tried and be fair and get some of my money back and all they offered me was a free oil change and all the people at the Samantha and the searvice manager John were all very rude would not recommend it to anyone go to smithtown kia much nicer..
I requested several times for safety recall service and appointment request but never get back to me. BUT, I got a call from the sales department and ask me if I am still looking to buy a KIA. I told I bought from other dealer and as soon as I asked the person for a safety recall request says ‘oh I don’t know’ and hung up instead redirect me to their servise department.
This have to be the worst dealership I ever encountered. I called them August 2nd to see if a vehicle is still available, the manger that picked up name was Jillian she was very unprofessional she never sent me the email confirmation for appointment or followed up. Next day I called just to confirm my appointment and I believe they should be the one to call and confirm appointment.. but I called and spoken to the receptionist wanted to make sure the car is still available before coming from another state and didn’t wanted to waste time I was told it’s pending. I’ve called later that day and spoken to Jillian why would you tell me it’s still available but it’s not but she told me rudely that she is going to check and call me back and never called back. Mind you this car was sitting on carfax for about 264 days. I believe today the car was sold because I called and asked if it’s still pending the receptionist said he don’t see it on site. I was never updated or nothing sad dealership and disrespectful manager.
Intialtialy we wanted to just look and test drive the Telluride. We had went to a previous Kia dealership by appointment but wasnt very informative and didnt like the experience. Decided to try another Kia dealership and long story short we ended up with the Kia Sorento. Michael Kochman wasnt even the salesman we had the appointment with but asked if we were being helped and basically helped us from then on. He definitely knew his stuff and was genuinely a nice guy. He was very patient and explained a lot. I didnt feel like he was just trying to make a sale and would definitely recommend Michael to anyone.
First of all thank you to Simon, John, Sal and David! They helped us from start to finish with every aspect and made our buying experience extremely enjoyable. They made us very happy and grateful. We would recommend everyone looking for a vehicle to start here! Very professional and friendly team. He does not want to return me the downpayment of $ 1,000 that I gave him before signing the contract, assuming that the purchase was not fulfilled. THIS IS CALLED ROBBERY WITH A TIE.While I was claiming for my refund another CLIENT ANGRY came in claiming HID REFUND OF $ 500 from A MONTH AGO. This client and I are sending and filling a formal complaint to BBB and KIA Corporation to let them know that this dealer is committing and acting illegally without returning money and leaving the KIA name in a very bad way.2. The finance lady is a person with a very bad temper, without patience, and very arrogant. This lady does not have the ability to explain anything because she immediately gets angry, responds with sinism and sarcasm. DO NOT TRUST HER , SHE LIES saying that 4% interst is the best in other Kia dealer they give 2.6%3. A special thank you to Ashley and Travis, who helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. They also worked with us on our trade-in, making it that much easier for us to get into a newer vehicle. Thank you to Anthony for helping us secure an interest rate and payment that we were comfortable with. We needed to bring our 5 yr old son with us (who rarely demonstrates much patience). Ashley, Travis and Anthony were all very kind and indulgent to him, which was very much appreciated. We plan to return to upgrade our KIA Sorento as well as bring our oldest son car shopping.
I purchased a KIA Sportage from KIA Huntington. The car was pretty dirty when I got it. It is only few miles, but with many bird poos. I opened the car, and engine is very dusty. The sale person Asad promised me to car detail for me, but shamefully a dirty car. He promises me half year car wash, but I got nothing. I am very disappointed with the service.
My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride EX premium. Our salesman Mike Kochman was awesome . He was honest and straight forward. What a pleasure to work with. Anthony the finance manager was also great to work with. He did his job and sold us the extra warranty and was also honest about it. He said that if we were to sell the vehicle at 5 years we would basically be throwing our $ away. Very impressed with the honesty. Thank you . BOY WAS I WRONG......Follow up review.............. I would love to take back my previous review! Just found out we were lied to by the finance manager Anthony Macca. I was preapproved for an auto loan through my bank prior to shopping for a new vehicle. Was told by Anthony that the only way would would qualify for the interest rate was if we financed through Kia auto finance. low and behold i just received a letter from Valley bank on my new auto loan with them ?????? what happened to Kia Auto Finance ??? I left messages at the dealership with my complaint and still have not gotten a response on why i was lied too. So beware of this dealership DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE! you are better off finding another Kia dealership that will not lie to you. Side note....it also took this dealership over 3 weeks to pay off my trade. I ended up losing out over $60 on my previous loan because the dealership did not pay off my existing loan within the 10 day payoff window. I would also like to point out that I work for the Suffolk County Sheriffs Dept and if this dealership is willing to lie straight to my face imagine what lengths they would go to to lie to yours !!!!!! once again AVOID this dealership at all costs.

This was my first time buying a car and I could not be more thankful that Peter and Anthony Macca were there to help. Anthony in finance and George the manager have the patience of Saints, I wouldnt let them steal $4000 from me, or gaslight me when I called them on it. Im a terrible person. So terrible, because I wouldnt let them steal my money George refused to fix the scratch on my car even though I was promised it would be done. Lesson learned.......never buy a car alone.

The sales manager (Arapian) is a liar. He promised to pitch in an item (cargo cover) during the negotiating process in exchange of a 5 star review, but never fulfilled his end of the deal. He made a complete fool of his customer by sending emails that the item has been mailed.
Great service! Everything went smooth. Made me feel like I could get any car there and they’d make it work for me. I worked with Peter... he was really caring and made sure everything’s was gonna be go the way I wanted it to! My family came along and said this was one of the best experiences they’ve had at a dealership!
Pricing not available on web site. Click on link to ask for price, get emailed response next day with links to two cars, one of which is the car and another option, but no pricing. I thank person for the info, but how much is the car (my original question)? Response: depends on model and why dont you come in for test drive. At this point, I am perplexed, am ready to buy, but need to know the price, a very basic question. I specify the exact car I inquired again. Car was sold. Disappointed that this information was not provided in the beginning, and certainly shouldnt have been advised to come to the lot to test drive a car that was no longer available. Not very scrupulous, and I only gave the generous average rating because unfortunately these types of games happen when car shopping.
Made an appointment w/ Amy through cars.com on 12/26/2020. We arrived at 2 pm and checked in as scheduled. They had me wait for 2 hours and didnt tell me the car I wanted had been sold in the morning. After we found out, we went across street and bought a brand new Subaru Ascent 2021. I am happy how this turned out and feel sorry for the business management and their future victims.
If you want to buy a car and still have them care after you sign on the line do not go here. Worst dealer on the island. Go to Kia of Pequa. Even though I did not buy my car in pequa they were more willing to accommodate me for service. This place will use COVID as an excuse for anything. They should learn to look out for customers to keep them coming. Oh well their loss.

Is there a Zero Rating? I went to Huntington Kia to inquire about a used car they had listed on their web site. Took the car for a test drive and loved it. Once we sat down to talk to our salesman, we were informed that the price on the website was not actually the price. The price advertised is $2,000 less than the real price. Also, they added a $995 fee for service and an additional $695 BS Fee. So before we even had a chance to discuss anything the car went from $29,000 to $32,690. A total of $3,690 in Rip off fees. So beware, unethical advertising policy at best, shysters at worse. These are the guys that give every used car salesmen a bad rap.Took our business elsewhere and will never go back
My expierence was very unsatisfactory. I made the arrangements to drive out and view the car (2018 Kia Soul).... then I decided to purchase the car and pick it up 2 days later with a cashiers check. The price was listed at $11,990. When I called to obtain the final cost with taxes, I was told the FINAL price would be $18,516.91. I was confused how the price had ballooned so much. $6526.91 worth of taxes is not appropriate or fair. I am still confused over the discrepancy. I obviously walked away from the purchase.
Mike Kochman helped me get the new K5, showed me everything I needed to know and helped bring down the price to my budget. Great experience!EDIT!Originally gave them 5 stars before we drove away with the car, but then after looking around there were multiple scratches and dents in my brand new car. Brought it back to get it serviced by them next week. They told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix and they would “take care of it”. 10 hours later I get a call that it was fixed and looked brand new. Come back and nothing was buffed out or cleaned and it was FULL of dust since they brought it to a nearby shop cause their detail guy was “too busy”. You don’t feel like a priority here once you give them money , they don’t care at all. I recommend you go somewhere else
I spent the day there looking for a minivan or suv. Salvatore one of the sales reps was very helpful, he tried his best to find me the best deal possible. No pressure tactics. He was extremely patient and pleasant. I wound up purchasing a minivan!!! I also was given a 55” smart TV for free. I definitely recommend going to Kia of Huntington!!!! I’m a very happy Customer!!!
David was an absolute pleasure in assisting us in purchasing a car for our daughter. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A real people person!!!!!He made her feel at ease on test driving the Kia Soul, as she is a new driver. I had to cancel the deal at the payment stage.I was told by your salesperson that there would be tax and documentation fees as additional charges. Then more than $1100 destination fee was added without informing me at the beginning. This is really dishonest and very unprofessional. Who is going to pay destination fees for a inhouse ready car to pickup???If you go to this dealer, make to sure to get a crystal clear costs breakdown before starting paper works to avoid last minute hassle and surprised costs!!Wasted 2 more hours!!
I bought a 2020 Kia Telluride here and it was a great experience. I ordered a color that conflicted with my family. Fast forward a week and some and it arrived. I arrived on Saturday morning and threw a wrench into things. I said nope cant buy that car with that color. But I ordered it...shame on me. It took a bit of my afternoon to evening but it was my fault since I decided to change the car. I definitely gave them a task to tackle, but they handled it and I got what I wanted. All in all Sal and company took great care of me and was honest with everything. We even shared some stories when he wasnt overwhelmed with customers and deliveries. He was first class with service. I was treated kindly. Truly happy with shopping here. Definitely one of the best car shopping experiences ever. Everything was completed same day and I drove home happily with my new car. My daughter and wife are enjoying the more spacious SUV which we definitely needed. Cheers!

I bought my vehicle here so the parts department had all my information and vin. I went in to the parts department to purchase an oil filter. When I went to change my oil they gave me the wrong oil filter. I was very upset because Michelle who gave me the filter in the first place pretty much made me feel like because I’m a woman I wouldn’t of picked up of being given the wrong oil filter, which completely confused me she had all my info I bought the car there how can they give me the wrong filter!?! Went back to get the correct oil filter at first she was very rude and told me she couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have the receipt. Which I did threw out because I trusted she worked in the parts department that she would of given me the correct filter. After I stated that I also work in the service department and am aware all they need is my last name to pull up my previous receipts. They laugh and Then they move forward to tell me they don’t have any filter and gave my money back. So I’m confused how they don’t have a oil filter for a brand new car I got there! Or they thought I wouldn’t of noticed because I’m a women. Never will go there to buy parts or services they can’t not be trusted and will be very rude even when it’s their fault.
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this Kia dealership as we tried to get a car. Ariel and Anthony were professionals in hearing our needs but when George the owner was brought in to try to close a deal, he kept pushing us to get a lease when we told him we didn’t want a lease. When George saw that we did not commit to his leases he was offering us and when we told him that he was being pushy, he started speaking to us very rude and disrespectful.I would never send anyone here to buy a Kia car if the ownership is disrespectful to the customers that come. Save yourself a trip and don’t stop here.
Had a wonderful experience at kia of huntington, the salesman Mike Kochman went above and beyond to get me into my 2020 optima. The finance team worked extremely hard to get me a good rate that i was comfortable with. I highly recommend anyone looking to get a new or used car to come to huntington kia you will be very pleased with the care just like i was!
Unfortunately the dealership decided to raise my monthly price over $210 when the car was finally ready for pickup after 3 months of waiting. They Could have told me over the phone but instead had me come all the way to the dealer. David is a very nice salesman but otherwise it was a very negative experience. And on top of that they didn’t seem to even remotely care. I leased another SUV elsewhere.
Purchased a used 2017 Honda CRV EXL.Michael my sales person was able to walk me through the entire process, explain the cost, and put me at ease.The Finance manager gave me 3 different options on my loan and was able to explain what best fit my needs.Thanks to Huntington Kia for getting the deal done.I have been driving my new CRV for a week and absolutely love it.In closing i would highly recommend them for both new and used cars.
Best Dealership Experience!Whenever I’ve bought a new car, I’ve tried to avoid dealerships but this time around I sucked it up & went to Kia of Huntington. Not only did I get a GREAT deal on a new car for my wife but the staff in there blew me away with their patience, courteousness, depth of knowledge & handling of my other lease return. I recently purchased a kia I am satisfied with my purchase but dissatisfied with my sales rep Troy. Troy lacked customer service skills, he wasnt empathic and dismissive to a problem that I disclosed to him about the car. Just be weary if you go to purchase a car at the Huntington Kia dealership of Troy.
Never ever get your car serviced from these guys. They are rude and greedy. The lady who sits in service reception with specs is very unprofessional. I have never experienced a receptionist this rude consistently and to think one will experience such unprofessional attitude at a KIA dealership is unbelievable.. I`ll rather drive 40 miles into the city and get my car serived/oil changed there, than experience such bad customer service with below-par work..DEAR management, margins and profits arent everything. Please hire and train competent employees who enjoys their work and not destroy a customers day with their bad energy....

2022-02-16Just bought a car from Kia of Huntington last night. Overall, my experience was amazing. I knew what I wanted coming in, but everyone made sure I left happy. Hunter was my salesperson and he was great with communication and he worked with his managers to negotiate and meet my goals. The entire buying process was effortless. I visited once to test drive and to look at my options and my second time visiting was to pick up my new car. When I got there, the plates were on the car and ready to go, Hunter went over everything I could possibly need to know about the car, and with a few signatures, I was on my way. I will definitely send anyone I know looking for a new car to Kia of Huntington.

2022-02-12I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone that worked at Kia of Huntington, and the K5 that I bought was exactly what I was looking for. My salesman Val was awesome…I felt no pressure plus I was buying the car by myself, which can be intimidating, but felt totally comfortable. The car was not available, but he kept me informed of when to expect the car to come in! The day that I picked up the car it was raining and icy, and by the Time I was going to leave it was dark, and I was really nervous to drive the car home in that weather. So Val offered to drive my car home and had somebody from the dealership pick him up and bring him back, which you cannot beat that service!! I was so grateful for that because I was petrified to drive in that weather with a new car.Also, a shout out to Anthony, the finance guy!! He made that whole process completely easy and explained everything to me in detail! He even offered for me to follow him to the Northern state because I was unfamiliar with the area!!! Totally awesome!!
