I had an amazing experience with the Manhasset branch of this dental practice. My son had an emergency dental issue and the office accommodated him immediately (even though they were booked) and provided top service and care. The office manager Marion went out of her way and was extremely helpful, personable and kind. I would highly recommend this office to all my contacts. Thank you to all of them for their amazing care and help!!
My 4 kids have always loved coming to Kiddsmile. Im always amazed at how every single person I have interacted with was nicer than the next. They hire and train their staff so well because they are always bubbly and super kid friendly which puts kids at ease. The office is clean and bright, I never wait,,and its conveniently located on Northern Blvd. Extra bonus points for their adorable tik toks! Highly recommend!!
Such a great office! So happy with my visit today, my young toddler was very comfortable, the staff is very nice. Definitely go here. Followed all covid protocol. Really cool dentist office, wish i was a kid so i could go there
We had an amazing experience with Dr. Yasmine. She was calming and gentle and made the visit smooth and seamless!
We’re are so blessed to find out about Dr. Sharona through our brother who highly recommended her.We came to her as a second opinion because our previous dentist told us that our four-year-old boy has to be hospitalised to take care of his eight problems with his teeth. Dr. Sharona took care of the problem so nicely and did half of the work in her last appointment and tomorrow we have our final job done!She was so caring, patient, professional, sweet and motherly! She said things like let me paint your teeth and let me be a superhero! When my five-year-old daughter heard about these things she immediately said “can I also please go to Dr. Sharona”?We are so blessed to find such an amazing pediatric dentist!
Very nice dental office. Good atmosphere , love to bring my kids here to checkup. Dentists are great. Very helpful too. Always makes me feel that my children are happy because the dentists fix and help pain, etc. Dentists here are wonderful. The dentists give very good and helpful suggestions and tips. Love it here. Amazing and lovely place.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kiddsmiles Pediatric Dentistry!! My son feels so comfortable with the dentists, assistants and staff. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The billing department is very informative. Dentists and assistants are very thorough with the examinations and cleanings. The office is staffed with wonderful women! Nothing goes unnoticed or undetected. The waiting area is colorful and bright, with lots of activities for kids. The examination rooms are clean and each room has a theme. Our visits are just an all around pleasant experience. I highly recommend Kiddsmiles to every parent for their children.
Both my daughter’s have been patients of Kiddsmiles for over 5 years and we love the practice. The hygienists and dentists make the kids feel comfortable and calm during their visit. Everyone in the office is super friendly and appointments are easy to make. They are very accommodating. I have recommended the practice to many of my friends who are also very happy with them.
When I was a kid I never looked forward to going to the dentist. This is totally opposite with my kids. My kids love coming. The rooms are decorated in fun themes. Wonderful staff who know how to get the kids relaxed for their cleanings. Im happy that I found this place and have been recommending Kiddsmiles to all our friends.
Always a positive experience for my child. Weve been coming here since my son was a toddler and the office is so well run. Professional, caring and on time! Every room has a fun theme and a TV to make the experience fun and relaxing for kids. Definitely one of the best pediatric dentists on LI, if not the best!
I took my one year old son for his first checkup and it was such a wonderful experience. The office is so warm and inviting from the coffee corner for parents to the games and smiles as you walk in. The dentist and hygienist were so patient and sweet. They went above and beyond for my son to feel comfortable. I highly recommend Kiddsmiles! 😃
Excellent, IMHO, for kids dental care. Weve been going there for 4 years and always had good, caring hygienists and dentists. Cleanings were always quick and thorough. My daughter had cavities filled and they took very good care of her and that and our concerns.
My son was scared of all the dentists and didn’t allow anyone to treat him for many years. We were lucky to find KiddSmiles in Manhasset. Dr. Yassmin was so patient with him and made him trust her. It took a while but he was able to overcome his fears. It also helped that the hygienist, Dea was gentle and her sweet mannerism made him calm. I am so sad Dea is no longer there. However, I am grateful that he is able to still see Dr. Yassmin and she is able to treat and fix his dental needs. Thank you!
Very professional and warm service is not easy to go to the dentist and my kids love this place everything is explained to them and every treatment is make with respect with the little ones. I highly recommend this dental office super special Flora park location.
My son is autistic and he has diagnosed with ADHD. He had his first visit at Kiddsmiles located in Manhasset today and it went so well. I was impressed by how kid friendly the waiting area is. My son enjoyed playing video games which eased his fear of the dentist. He was so relaxed and comfortable by the time he saw the dentist. The staff are friendly and very patient. I especially recommend this place for anyone who has children with developmental disabilities.
We LOVE this office! We have been going for 4 years, I wish I could go as an adult!We has our sons first visit here and he was happy and at easy. Its been like that even since. Fun play area while waiting, super friendly staff who always help.We gave and do recommend them to friends.
I brought my 3 children (7, 5 and 3 years old) for a check up today and each one left happy and excited about the visit. The office and staff are so accommodating making the kids relaxed the minute they walk in. We love going to the dentist now!
This is our 2nd time here.The staffs are great! My 5 year old daughter did not cry at all. She had a great time and 2 cavities were treated. DR.T and staff are so well coordinated, they treated my daughters cavity very thoroughly and fast. Highly recommend this place!
Dr Michele Savel is an excellent dentist. She has a special talent that puts children at ease. My daughters never complain about going to the dentist. My daughters have had multiple cavities filled and it was painless and quick. Her staff is friendly and they send reminders prior to all appointments.
I had quite the opposite experience of the previous commentator. I have taken my daughters several times. The office is lovely for kids, clean and fine for routine check ups. However, when it comes to more serious dental work, one specific doctor seemed indifferent to my concerns. It was cold and impersonal - the type of place where you may likely see a different young dentist every time. I drive about an hour to get there and was hoping to stick with them, but I guess the search for a caring, concerned dentist is back on.
Dr. Michele has been treating my family for the past 11 years. From our initial visit and throughout, she and her staff have been attentive, most knowledgeable and professional. Great to know I can have all 3 of my kids seen at the same time with detailed and personalized care given to each one every time.
I love this dentist office. Everyone is caring and wonderful with the patients. The atmosphere is awesome games and decorations are terrific!!! the Dr.s are excellent in the fact they really show they care. I would recommend anyone I know who has kids to come to this office they wouldnt regret it.
Me and my children adore this place. Every time we say “it’s time to go to the dentist!” They get very excited. When you walk in, you’re greeted with smiling, fun animals! It makes me feel like I am a kid too!! Can’t forget the coffee machine-when I’m feeling drowsy. My kids often get bored too...so, they have video games with tons of different games and remote controls. Now about the staff. Everyone is super kind...when my kids come out they immeaditley talk about the nice conversations they had with one of the staff. It’s truly amazing that my kids never want to leave and always want to go. Definitely 5 stars!!
The office staff, dental hygenists and the Denists are all personable, supportive and go out of there way to make each visit a great one! I have four children that visit Kiddsmiles and each one of them gets a unique and customized visit...and all conveniently scheduled for the same time to make it easy for a busy mom! Thanks for making our visits to the dentist super and free of stress or anxiety!
I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Kiddsmiles. I have a special needs daughter with Autism and is extremely stressed out going to the dentist. Kiddsmiles makes the process much easier and less stressful for my daughter...they get it. With social stories, pre-teaching and the staff at Kiddsmiles we have had more success than ever before at the dentist. Highly recommended for the special needs community.
My son had to get sedated inorder to get his many cavities fill in. As scared as I was to sedate my son, everyone at the practice was very compassionate about my worries and concerns. Dr. Michele (who performed the procedure) was very sweet and reassuring regarding the situation. To top it off, Kiddsmiles sent my son Get Well balloons and a teddy bear. Im very pleased on how Kiddsmiles cares for and treats their little patients!
Amazing! My 5 year old had terrible past experiences with other pediatric dentists, but here he was out at ease and did not cry! The hygienist and dentist were both very patient and sweet. He loved the visit. I couldnt believe my eyes lol
I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone. Im a working mother that like many mothers need to take off to take their child to an appointment and especially with a dentistry like them thats like a teeth factory and are all booked. I had two bad experiences before I decided to change. The first time I went I was told I needed to go back because my child was crying too much, I mean shes three what did you think was going to happen! If I take a day off or half a day for this appointment I need the work to get done. The second bad experience was that I again took off and this time they couldnt see my daughter because she had a stuffy nose and they assumed she would be too uncomfortable even though on this day she was so excited to be there and was in her best behavior. I had asked the doctors to please try since she was behaving so well, but they ignored my request and had me reshedule. That was on 1/9/17, let me just add I changed dentists and on 1/13/17 my daughter was perfectly seen and treated by another dentist and was on her best behavior with her stuffy nose.This place is a factory, and are booked back to back, so if they see that your child is difficult and will take them too long they prefer you to come back 2-3 times ... I mean theyre going to get paid regardless.
They lied and made us wait around an hour, their policy is that younger kids go first. The receptionist was a bit rude and impatient. Constantly getting calls trying to change your appointment times, overall unpleasant experience.
Fabulous pediatric dentist office . My children have been coming for 10 years. All the hygienists and doctors are excellent with the children amd patient even when they are little, afraid and crying. I have recommended them to many of my friends

It has a cool place for the kids to play while they wait and adults can sip on coffee or tea or just a bottle of water. The staff is great, dont have to wait for a long time. Available parking. They do a good job with the cleaning and give a toys afterwards. Been coming here since they were very young.
This is a great dental place. They are very gentle with my teeth. They always give me lots of stuff to take home. You also get a token for a cool ball. Best dentist ever.!

Some people find the dentist scary, but Kiddsmiles Manhasset Staff is always welcoming and have friendly smilies on. The front desk staff is always accommodating with appointments. I look forward going to the dentist now.
Great place. Dr Yassmin really made my son feel comfortable and had his crown and two fillings done all at once. Would highly recommend Kidssmiles.

I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. I made an appointment 5 weeks in advance and they called and confirmed on wrong week. Finally a day before the appointment I never received a confirmation so I called and left a detailed message. The next day, the office calls me twice but didnt leave a message so I called back. The lady rude as she was had the audacity to tell me whether they confirmed or not I should have written it down. Me being in the medical field all my life, my office wouldnt dare do such a thing knowing if we messed up. I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH SUCH DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR. Im glad I never stepped foot in this office.

I am in the process of looking for an honest dentist for my children. This is not one of them. They are not honest with their billing and procedures. Be prepared to pay a lot of money, even with insurance!

2018-03-28Amazing experience! Brought my 3 1/2 year old for a well overdue first visit knowing there would be some repair work needed. I have anxiety going to the dentist and didnt want my daughter feeling the same way. Every person at Kiddsmiles was so nice, accommodating and comforting (both for me and my daughter). A cleaning and 2 additional visits later our teeth are bug free. My daughter says the dentist is fun...a phrase I never thought I would hear. Thank you Dr. Michelle and staff!

2021-08-26Amazing family-centred care. Clean kid-friendly environment. All staff are professional, from the front desk to the providers in the back. The dentist and hygienist are all patient and thorough. Making appointments are a breeze, whether in the office or over the phone. The waiting room to chair time usually ranges from 15-20 minutes, can be longer occasionally. All in all, I would 100% recommend it to my family and friends!

2021-05-25I came here for a consultation with my 7 year old. I was immediately greeted by very polite staff who very quickly and thoroughly took care of us. We waited about 5 minutes before seeing the dentist who was extremely knowledgeable, gentle and professional. The facility is very clean and kid friendly. I will definitely be using them again and look forward to our visits. Highly recommend.
