This place tried to tell my girlfriend she couldnt eat her sandwich there because its jewish owned and they dont eat bread on passover. They tried to tell her and her 8 year old niece to wrap there food up and go eat outside(while in the middle of enjoying their meal!) Literally everyone there had food from outside and the kitchen in the facility wasn’t open so there wasn’t even any “kosher” food available. Also we are not jewish and this is place for kids of all ethnicities and religions you CANNOT enforce your beliefs on to everybody. The manager was very rude and got way too close for comfort waving his hands in her face and spitting when he was talking to the point they could smell his very bad breath. My niece however loves this place so we will be back and we will see if he does all that waving and spitting when a man is present🙋♂️Please keep your distance from womans faces and maintain proper oral hygene if you are going to come breathe all over people and their food or better yet just…..don’t. I’m sure i can wave my hands a-lot harder than you buddy😉😉
It’s a good place to take the kids on a snow day. You won’t find the rowdy crowds you usually get at chuky cheese and the kids are well mannered also. Just don’t expect the kids to play with yours unless they know him/her.The owners are very interactive with the customers and any issues that happen will be fix right away . Definitely recommend. Wish they had one closer to my house
My family met there today and as soon as we stepped foot inside we went back outside, I believe they where way past there limit of people they where legally allowed to have in there. they had a party going on but clearly over crowwd and more people were going in as me and my family stood outside thinking where to go instead.ashem could be a nice place if it wasnt overcrowded, scary was probably a fore hazard going in in there today, came back on a friday no parties no holidays me and my brother our kids had a blast great crowd friendly people friendly staff especially the lady working the front who has been there for year always has a great smile and polite on the phone we had a great day..most places dont let you in the maze with the kids but being able to go through with your toddler to ensure the older kids dont run into them is a big plus,,
The facility needs to be sanitized thoroughly. It looks like it has never been cleaned since opening day. Google reports they close at 3pm on Friday, then I found out the time is actually 2pm on Friday. I paid full price for 30 minutes play and was disgusted. Additionally, The rollercoaster ride was out of order. I would never go back. It sucks.
My son had his 2nd birthday party here he had a blast and the staff was very nice. I got the bill and was super surprised by how much they added on the bill in just tax alone over 147,on top of my bill of 625. Other than the unexpected total at the end of the party it was a good experience. And the Kosher situation is annoying food was bland and wasted bc nun of the kids wanted it.
My kids loves this place. Before I left my house today 6-3-2021 Kids and action hours was from 11-6pm. So, I went to kids n action and the staff told me to come back later at 1pm. But , the place was having letting school buses and kids to go to the place at 11am. That’s not right. I thought this place was for everyone to have fun . Just letting everyone that this choose their own hours and push people away.
Honestly my Autistic son who is non verbal as well is hard to please. Not when we come here.. He has the time of his life. I recommend to every parent with a child with special needs... Its nice clean and respectful. Workers never ever made me feel uncomfortable. I say this is the spot
It’s really not worth it for a birthday. I love going there just for fun, but I paid 400$ for my sisters birthday yesterday, I had a girl who looks 12 serve us, the package says it comes with food and soda but the soda was enough for only 3 kids so we needed to order extra, plus they don’t make it fun for the birthday kid. They called us over for the birthday cake they just put the cake on the table and leave. You expect them to turn off the lights and wait till everyone comes before showing the cake. The food was only 8 slices of pizza nothing for the adults, and you have to pay extra for other food. The package mentions coins but half the kids didn’t even get theirs and we had to buy our own. It’s not worth the price at all. I’m super disappointed. There’s kids working who don’t know how to run the place, and can’t answer any questions.
A great place for kids and only kid with at being said here the downside. The day my family was there they there were a lot of 16&17 Year old running around like crazy they even knock over somebody child twice. There really should be a age limit. Second is the food. Pizza and fries thats about it. They also had this pizza roll thingy but it still a pizza in a different form.
Did you miss on Corona lately? The place will definitely help you to catch up. Half of adults are without masks and 75% of kids too of various ages (not talking about little ones). The place is very strangely run - they sell masks rights at the entrance but really pay no attention to whats going on inside. Not very clean. The train rides dont sanitize in between and such. Its not the first time out at the times of Corona with the kid, but by far the first one we did not feel safe staying more than 15 min.
A wonderful place for children. The rides are exhilarating, and the soft play areas are great for children. On top of that, the food there tastes great! They have a wide variety of food as well as a large array of fun games that keep kids busy all day! Really a lot of fun for all ages! Honestly a great place to go to on a rainy day!
The best thing about this place is the games but a little worrying that they didnt take my partys temperature upon our arrival. The younger staff are nice enough however the older staff are a different story but over all the environment is fun and I would take my kid here again. The pizza is awful though...
For a fun place for kids this place is far from it. It’s DIRTY I noticed a discarded mask on one of the slides and garbage throughout the play area for kids. DARK POORLY LIT place especially for children it should be bright. It seemed scary to use any of the main climbing areas or ball pits all the lights were out. UNSAFE I noticed many of the staff walking around with masks down. The ventilation seemed bad and smelled musty especially bad during time of COVID. Entrance fee was high $$ and you need to pay separately for the train ride $$$. The staff seem nice and that’s why it’s getting one star.
The owner is so cheap and very bad customer service we bought the $22 dollar pass with rides and soft play but they kids don’t wana takes little kids rides so I asked maybe they can offer me a store credit for one kid for future they said no liked $20 they lose a customer and more money a customer spend inside. These people are so cheap and don’t provide a great customers service
This place is great. Kids love it. Had a birthday party here for my son and it was a blast. Although, if you have a toddler, be careful as they can get lost in the play pen, being that it’s huge and several levels high. Might also want to have some hand sanitizer handy but overall a good time.
I had so much fun going here with my kids. The place is spacious enough and has just enough different things to do to be entertained for hours. I saw all kinds of different people there with their kids and they all looked like they were having a blast. Theres food available (of the carnival variety) which is great. My kids really loved it there and their happiness in a fun zone like this makes it all worthwhile.
My kids grew up with this place. Pro: It is very spacious. The soft play maze is amazing. It has a full structure of tunnels, slides and ball pits. 2 hours later my kids still wont want to go home. There are also arcade games and rides with additional token purchase. Kids of all ages can find something they enjoy. Con: 22 bucks per kid on weekends and holidays if you want the action pack - very pricey given there are only 3 action rides there. And when it gets crowded, wait time on the rides can be long. The place is not very clean. Make sure kids wash their hands with soap before they leave. Although signs say socks are required to play, I do see kids barefooted there. And some adults even climb the maze with their shoes on.
Really fun place for kids!!! There is a huge jungle area there is a ball pit and one go cart. There is a mini roller coaster train and a regular train. There is a Kosher pizza Shop for lunch which is very convenient! It is a bit expensive but worth it. There is also games and much more I really recommend going there!!
Kids N Action seemed like the only arcade place I could find in Brooklyn with an option for a small childrens party and a modest budget.I took their 4 kid party package, and to my surprise, besides entrance and party room, it also included pizza for the kids, a bottle of soda and a small ice cream cake.I was able to customize and add a few perks (and 2 more children) and was ready to go. Never having been there before, didnt know what to expect, boy was I ready for a ride, literally. The place is massive, I mean, really huge. It has 3 different rides, a gargantuan gymnasium and a good number of arcade games.Another pleasant surprise was the tokens, for some reason, they seemed to last forever (I still have more than half of what I got) and I realized it was because most machines only required one or two.One of the added perks was bagels, that they get form a local baker, they were even toasted and warm. All and all, excellent service, nice people and a lot of freedom to just allow the kids to be kids without a party animator telling them what to do at every minute. Well be back soon for sure.
RIP OFF!! I used to take my daughter here all the time ! I recently went during the week of Presidents’ Day (I did not go ON Presidents’ Day itself)... and they charged me a holiday/weekend price. When I asked why the extra charge when it’s not a holiday, he said because it’s the same week as a holiday. Then they now charge adults $7 just to get in when adults aren’t even playing on anything. The place is also a mess.. no one is walking around to ensure COVID safety protocols are in place. No one giving out hand sanitizer or reminding everyone to keep on their masks. There was a dirty mask found in the ball pit AND another used mask on the slide. This place is somewhere I will not return to. ALSO poor customer service from the CHILDREN they have working in the front. This young teen boy was being rude to me when my daughter was indecisive of their cheap little prizes. My daughter decided on which item she wanted and he walked away. There was another girl working with him in the front who seen what she did and kindly came over the assist us. We pay so much money to get in and 100 tickets gets you a 10 cents prize.
Super-speader joint. If getting corona is your goal - this is your place. Its like there is no pandemic going on. At the entrance people are packed like sardines, over half the kids dont wear masks, both young and adult, half adults wear mask just for show on their chin, mind you this is one of the most contaminated neighborhoods in Brooklyn - check COVID map. I havent felt safe inside a single moment, every minute staying in that place was a torture.
About 20 to get in and have a pass for your child to ride the little roller coaster. Arcade is limited but a few fun ones for the 4 year old. Pretty large play area. Food decent and decent price. Not very clean and that includes the little kitchen. But for a place for a kid to come and run around its good
I’ve been here 3 times so far. The first time there was an incident with one of the kids and my kid but I won’t go in to detail. The manager was very professional and helpful with our situation and it was handled. The place is clean and the hostess was friendly every time I come here. The staff is nice and friendly. The reason why I took off a star is because one of the staff on the rides was not very friendly like the rest and would’ve hoped the person were more outgoing. Other than that I highly recommend this place for a kids birthday party. My kids love coming here and they have fun every time.
Great place for kids to play ages appropriate till 12/13 there are arcades and plenty of space to climb, jump and play in the maze. It is a bit pricey for 18$ a person 1 and over. Parents/guardians do not have to pay. Both my kids had a blast and slept so well that night.
Ive been taking my granddaughter there for 5 years. I will keep talking her. She loves that place. Shes like me, she knows a good thing when she sees it. This place has everything she loves. When you play the games you get tickets, and then you can get small toys, pencils, erasers or tattoos with the tickets. Its a pleasant atmosphere. They sell pizza, fries and drinks. They dont allow any outside food or beverages. For a low fee, you can have a Birthday celebration there.
Good place to keep younger kids busy (6 and under, maybe 7). But the policy on older kids is bad, have to pay full price for 14 and under to go in, even if theyre not gonna be using the jungle gym/ball pit.Arcades and rides are just ok, could definitely use some updating.
Today we celebrated my sons 5th birthday at the center. My birthday boy was filled with joy as well as his older siblings and cousins. Staff was super friendly and very professional. The atmosphere is diverse and loving as families enjoy an evening of family filled time.
I truly enjoyed this place for my sons party. They did everything so we didnt have to. Party bags, cake, even gluten free options.I was very surprised the pizza they had for us was so good. Usually you go to a place like this and the food is meh, but everyone who was eating pizza enjoyed it. My son enjoyed the rides and games. My only complaint is that the lines to get on rides arent organized. There were little kids that would skip after I was waiting online, and no one was telling them to wait. I dont discipline other ppl kids, and no parents around. I thought the worker would scold the kids and tell them to get back in line, but she just looked at me and shrugged. Also I wish they had more seating. Other than that I dont have many complaints. If you go here, parking is very tight, so maybe car pool or train.
Gave it four stars because it was fun for my son (who loved the train; we sat in it together and he was comfortable) and the rides/play areas seemed pretty safe. It was a bit disorderly but I went on the week day and things were kinda slow on the first winter day of the year so I figured that was why. Was super adorable, I liked it.
Amazing place!!!!!!! This place is absolutely awesome. Took my family there for an indoor park experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was ok. The arcades are fun and challenging. Love the little race track in the back. Overall, great experience and perfect for any and all occasions. Rain or shine, go down there and have a blast.
Loved this place until my last visit...Frequently visit this place. Amazing for kids, however over crowded on holidays/weekends, place is big but not huge, there should be a limit on number of kids allowed in the soft play area. For toddlers that dont go to school full time, its good to go during the day before 3. The prices are weird. Its 2$ more for holidays/weekends but I feel like they mark up on days they expect a crowd. It was always 10$ on weekdays and $12 on weekend/holiday. But when I recently went they changed it to $14 for weekend/holiday and $12 for regular day. I dont appreciate this method, as a regular customer I have notice this quite frequently. Sometimes its 10,12 or 14. Really weird, if this goes on I will no longer visit this place, love it for the kids but they dont care for customers. I was getting ready to leave, so put my 2 yr old nieces jacket shoes on etc and she realized she had a few tokens left so decided to do the arcade games for tickets, and this man approaches asking to see her wristband ( it was under her shirt, but she had 2 more layers sweater+jacket) so had to take it off and he waited until we showed him the wristband then proceed to say oh she cant wear shoes on the carpet.. like he couldve said it directly to us without asking to see wristband as proof. After this experience, i am less inclined to visit the place however due to shortage of indoor playgrounds nearby, they have a weird fixation of prices to their advantage. However seems like I will continue to visit until summer is here. The experience at my last 2 visits really ruined it for me and my nieces..
Great place to treat your kids. We had a blast over there. The place was empty and we had it all for our kids. Its pretty affordable as well. They have a big maze there which is not only fun for the kids, but also healthy cardio exercise... You can really bring kids of all ages as they have something for everyone.
I enjoy taking my kids here. Its the right place for children to have a good time. Either when its too hot during the summer or when its to cold during the winter. Birthday parties can also be done here. Just make sure to call in advance to know the schedule, because this a Hasidic business and hours change through out the year.
I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. We went on Labor day and there were at least 200 kids (not counting supervising parents). I assured the cashier my 1 year old wouldn’t climb anything or go on any slides because there were way too many kids and I would leave him on the floor just to walk around. Unfortunately, they don’t have varying prices for age groups but the cashier let us in. After 5 minutes of being there, this man named Steve came over and kicked us out. Yes- I said “kicked” because he was very inappropriate. He confronted us yelling that my 1 year old didn’t have a bracelet and even stated “we just thought we could walk in and do what we wanted”. Which we didn’t. We explained to the cashier we wouldn’t let our child climb anything. He would be trampled. He is only 1 and when Steve approached us my child was walking and not on any apparatus. Anyway, we asked for a refund because we were uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Steve yelled at the cashier “give them their refund and get them out of here!!!” How disrespectful and inappropriate. As opposed to Steve policing the place for bracelets he should have wiped the pizza sauce from his nose and help improve the facility by either setting a cap of individuals who could physically be in the building and abide by it or explain the rules to us as his colleagues and him were clearly not on the same page. Also FYI- they raise their prices on holidays. Don’t get duped and stay away from this terrible facility. To respond to the owner below:1. Neither one of my children were in the ball pit. I have pictures to prove it. My 1 year old was standing in the entrance near the entrance of the ball pit and I have photos to prove it. He’s one- why would I allow him to enter a ball pit alone? My 3 year old was on the floor playing tag with other children so I am not sure where you are getting this information. The quotes above came directly from Steve’s mouth so if you believe that was appropriate then your facility deserves the 1 star I rated it and it appears others agree with me.
Kids N Action is the #1 place for kids in Brooklyn to have a great time! The variety of games and activities helps kids have hours of endless fun. The jungle gym is great for playing tag, hide n go seek, etc. or just for hanging out and going down the slide! Delicious Pizza, soda and ice cream are served so no need to leave for lunch! Kids and Action has everything you need for a day of play no matter how old you are!!!!
Kids between ages 5-13 would probably have a blast here (when it’s not overcrowded) but younger kids might end up with several meltdowns. The games and roller coasters are meant for older kids but are placed all over and the younger kids are getting distracted by them (hint: all games should’ve been placed in a separate game room). Also, you’ve to explain to your kid beforehand that after playing an hour with games and collecting 300 tickets they might get a super ball or a pencil...This place is relatively large and is not meant for parents who are looking to relax a bit while kiddies are playing as you have to constantly look out for them.Kosher pizza and ice cream on the premises which which would be a great plus for observant Jews except that it’s tasteless at best. The place is usually crowded on Sundays but you will probably be able to find street parking nearby.
The place is not that big for them to have separate price for the soft gym and roller coasters. With multiple children it gets costly. It should be one price and access to everything. But at the end of the day my kids had fun. Something for them to do while on winter break.
Kids love this place. always what to do in the giant climbing gym. just be careful not to lose sight of your kid... go with children old enough to understand how to find you in such a complicated and crowded maze! pizza is convenient if not the healthiest. great place for parties. even what to with toddlers, but only worth it if they have older siblings that can benefit from the rest of it.
Great place to let the kids get their energy out. Price is right and it includes UNLIMITED rides and jungle gym. They also have arcades and ticket games, and prizes to buy with your tickets.Outside food and drinks are not permitted. They have a fresh pizza place inside which also sells fries and beverages. Shoestring fries 🍟 - my favorite :)*** Helpful? click LIKE!!! ***
Nice indoor ball pit but lots of kids. There were two price, one for the ballpit and the others including all the rides like roller coaster and go kart. I paid the full and when I got to the go-kart, the guy stated my daughter was not tall enough so she couldnt go. If they told me that in the beginning, I would have paid for just the ballpit admission. The two prices difference was double and my daughter was so upset. They should have said she was not tall enough in the first place before I paid. Overall, they seems to just want money
Its insanely cool. If you have chlostrophobia, dont get in the tubes. Overall My kids had a BLAST.Only reason i didnt give it a 5 star is because of the food (if i can even call it food) ITS OVERPRICED TRASH. Pizza looked old and moldy. So we went to a pizzeria like 10 blocks away. But i will reccomend it to all my Mommy Friends. Cool Place. Affordable admission price.
Lots to do here for kids, one of the best indoor playgrounds in NY, very affordable, pizza and fries are good, icecream is available as well as parties. Just wish it was a little cleaner. Besides that awesome place for kids. Maze, games, rollercoaster, train ride, ball pits, slides. Sundays very busy....We are regulars!
I wish I could give 0 stars but yea we went and it definitely said its open from 6pm to 11pm but we got there at 7 and they said theyre closing at 8 and we asked why it says its open until 11pm and they said they got private bday party unplanned and we were so disappointed with the very bad miscommunication. It would be good if they post and communicate with other people!!
Very nice place for the little once to spend some play time. I took my son there couple of times already and Thank God every time everything was great! No complaints whatsoever! I would strongly recommend it to any parents who would like their children spend some fun time!
A stomping ground for ill mannered kids and their indifferent parents. Its not cute to wait in line and watch kids skip without meaningful interference from staff or guardians😒it was loud and there was a lot going on, but the kids enjoyed themselves so I guess thats good. I should add, the pizza was good, but they only take cash which seems archaic in this day and age.
Fun place for the kids but pretty crowded and chaotic. They need more order with the train rides they have here, as far as making sire party goers dont get split up and have meltdowns. Also they took way too long to get food to hungry four and five yr olds. But the kids enjoyed it anyway.
Booked a birthday party here from 2-4pm on a Sunday. Lorraine, the lady who helped me book the room was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the place was packed with rough and rowdy kids, however, having a private room to escape to was nice. Things were running behind schedule, but our hostess, Nora, was very sweet and even let us stay in the room longer. The girls at the ticket redemption area could have smiled some, but that wont keep me from going back. If you dont mind the crowd, people going into ball pits with their shoes on, or machines eating tokens, then this is a good place to have a party haha. Perhaps a weekday would be better.
Great place for kids if its a days visit but I dont recommend reserving a party there while the price seem an affordable the catch is that theres no outside food allowed and their food are over priced and a limited considering they dont contain any type of meat. Dont count on reserving it for a Saturday considering theyre closed.
Kids are much older than the place is for. Running around very wild pushing everyone and very undafe. My son got hit many times from big kids ages 14 or so and hes 4. Their is noone that cares to watch over their kids been here rwicw and NEVER AGAIN.i specifically called to ask how busy it is and the gut lied and said not at all nevertheless 500 kids were here. Do not cone here with ur toddler
Horrible place and def a rip off!$18 for entrance per kid! Includes literally 2 rides and the rest are with tokens needed!Tokens are sold separately and each game is 2-3 tokens!Doesn’t accept credit cards cash only!Has an atm which charges $5 for withdrawal fee!Disgusting greedy human beings!!
Hello, I am a parent, came with my daughter to join the playground today 08/19/18 and I saw the guy smoking electronic cigarette freely, how it’s possible??? I told girls at front desk about it, but what surprised me : smile on their faces and answer: I will tell.... to who she will tell? When she will tell? Who going to follow the policies? Absolutely unprofessional responding. It was so many kids around and no actions was takenSent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
Looks nice, but I called this morning and a guy told me that their open form 11am to 4pm, now that I got there paid for parking and they told me that their closed! Smh just wow spend an hour driving to get there too such a waste of time, customer service really sucks! Don’t give people false hopes
My daughter loves playing here but I would never have a party there sorry went to a friends party an people kept walking in the party room an it’s small I get it’s affordable although the ice cream cake was delicious it was so tiny I love carrying my daughter for open play the wristband is worth it the kids can go on the rides unlimitedly the arcade isn’t included you have to pay
I had my baby 2nd birthday here last week on a Sunday from 4-6 and I didnt really enjoy the hosting of the party ...the hostess was boring and yet they want so much for gratuity. I expected more from the host of the party , they should entertain the kids .she did nothing but bring the food and put it down . To be honest, I had better hosting at Chuck E. Cheese for her first bday ...They told us no outside food and while I was there I saw the host of another party coming in with dunkin donuts ..thats real messed up ..kmt. I could have ordered that for my party too..instead of just the one slice of pizza they gave each child. I guess because I wasnt Jewish. SmhOn the other hand, the rides and soft play was very much fun for the kids. I would recommend and return but next time I know just what to do for my party..
When I came in I thought it would be cheaperbut then when I wanted to pay for my sister to get in it cost money to get in and then it cost money to get rides and it was so expensive like 20 30 bucksand also if you want to get games it adds up to like $100 why would you waste the whole Sunday at arcade using only $100 you wouldwaste your money on your daughter for nothing and when youre not going to even get a good price because all the prizes are like so high like everything and then it cost money to do food the kids want for the kids want to go on rides and kids want to get games so yeah and half of the time its not even working the games with putting quarters and it doesnt even go
Place was kinda grubby. WAY too many kids and people in one place. Half of our tokens were eaten by machines that didnt work. The machine/game choices were pretty lame as well. Impossible to understand what is being said over the PA because of the noise which is important as thats how the kids and parents know when its time to eat the pizza and/or cake. Just total chaos. Like a bad nightmare version of a Chuck E. Cheese. Avoid...
Send my kids to kids n action with a credit card for Admission a credit card was excepted but for pizza and games only cash This is crazy I was already back at work I had to go back took me an hour to bring them cashWhy can’t kids n action have package that includes tokens for games and pizza just like Chuck E. Cheese’s has

2022-02-04Very nice and affordable place for kids birthday parties. My daughter had all her birthdays up until 13 celebrated there. She says they have the best ice cream cake and pizza she tried. This place was temporary closed during Covid, and now its back and running. Its good from 2y and up. You get decorated room for 2 hours, but when your time is up and you leave the room, you can still stay to enjoy the facility. They have a coatroom to leave you belongings. They have separate play gyms for small and big kids, arcades where kids get tickets to exchange for prices. They also have rides for different ages. Every time we went, kids didnt want to leave. Highly recommend.P.S. You can come there on regular day for kids to play ( no parties). You will pay for kids only, adults are free to enter. You can buy pizza and fries inside if you want. Good place to spend time on a bad weather day.

2022-01-25Great place for little kids and big kids. Fun for the family indoors rain or shine. Place looks like it could use a good detailing. Nice place to bring the kids full of energy. There is food. There are train rides and bumper cars. There are private party rooms 4 in total.

2022-03-01Best place to take your kids. There is what to do for all ages- something that is not common nowadays. The teenagers/tweens enjoy the arcades (where you can earn a ton of tickets), the elementary/middle school kids enjoy the climbing g as well as the rides and the arcades, and there’s even a special play area for babies. The owner is so so nice and helpful. The place is clean, and spacious so it doesn’t feel crowded. There’s even a pizza store if you get hungry for lunch. I recommend 100%.

2022-02-11They have the largest jungle gym in the area and its enough room for even the adults to really enjoy it especially with the kids. Give yourself enough time to enjoy it with the kids and make the entrance fare worthwhile. Pro tip: get the action pack ONLY if youre sure you want to go on the rides and the karts. You will enjoy it with and without the rides. The pizza is kosher and tastes great but is expensive. The arcade games are also fun, but as an adult I decry the valuation of the prizes. (Just remember that anything there can be purchased at the discount store or even across the street at Amazing Savings at a cost likely less than you spent playing most of the games.) In other words, have fun regardless of how many tickets you get.

2022-06-15This place reminds me of great memories when my kids were younger. A fun place for kids in Brooklyn to spend some energy at the jungle gym. The convenience of having pizza, soda or ice cream at the place is great. Today many similar locations are available but not at these prices and many dont have food.

2022-06-12Came here with my 3rd grade class. They had fun. Still wondering if any equipment there is ever cleaned. How would you clean a ball pit? $18 entrance fee included a slice if pizza. Games are not included you have to purchase tokens to play.

2022-04-12HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to a party here on Sunday. The host did not do her job correctly. She was no where to be found when we needed something like more pizza for the kids. She threw away the birthday cake after 5 minutes without asking if we wanted to take it home. The kids never received a party bag that was paid for and included in the party package. Coffee for the adults was also included in the party package and was never received. I would not recommend for a party at all. Bad customer service.

2021-04-19My kids love kids in action.. I think I posted pictures of my babies happy faces riding all the rides. They enjoyed themselves. The only thing I suggest is they do better with the prizes you get with the tickets you win on the machines. So much tickets for cheap prizes. Besides that everything is great.

2020-06-28I always take my son (1 yr 6 month old) to Kids N Action he has so much fun. You have to watch a bit more the little kids because the bigger ones come to play where they’re not allowed like the ball pit for 2yrs old.. The pizza is AMAZING and the atmosphere the workers it’s really a great place for little ones.. We miss you Kids N Action!!
