The gentleman at front desk was very helpful. I originally went in for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 glass screen to be repaired, which was going to be an $160 charge. When I arrived, he saw that my LCD was also damaged and replaced both for $235 in under an hour. This is a decent price considering that most places will charge you between $240 and $320 for only a glass replacement for a Note 9. Great job. If I dont update this review, it means my phone is in great shape! 👍🏽
He does great work, and great price. He charged me $85 for my Samsung Galaxy S4 & only 140 for my sisters new I phone 6. Had em done at the same time and only took 40 minutes. If I Crack my screen again Id definitely go right back to this place. Both phones look like new.
King installed my iPad screen protector flawlessly and at a more than reasonable price, less than I was expecting to pay. I brought my own screen protector.I did buy my iPhone screen protector here and found it a bit blurry (the install was perfect). This was when the iPhone X was new though so maybe there weren’t as many good screen protectors.Overall great service and prices!
Location was close to subway and easy to find. Service was quick and friendly. My iPhone 6 Plus screen was shattered but the Apple Store declined to repair it since the phone was also slightly bent. Took it to King and the screen was replaced in less than 15 minutes. Now it looks as good as new.
I came here to fix my phone screens twice and both times were equally fast service, easy and convenient. They take cash only but there are a few atms around. The staffs here are super efficient and friendly. Best thing is my phone works great, just like before.
Never going back to the Apple Store. 15 minutes had my screen repaired and camera lens replaced. Prices are way cheaper and no crowds and lines. Ive cracked my screen many times - and been to many places to fix. This is by far the best and my go to from here on.
These guys are great!! I crack and ruin a screen like every other month for my iPhone 6. The repair is excellent and so is the time in which it is done. I would recommend if you need any repairs you phone, come to this place
I took my iPhone 6 in to have my screen replaced, I was told it would take 30-45 minutes, but to my surprise it took 10-15 minutes tops. I was very pleased with the service. I was referred to them by someone I had just met. I would definitely come back to them. 😃😃😃😃
I broke my phone yesterday and came to King Digital today at 7pm (they Cloe at 7:30pm). The guy there was super nice and changed my screen in 10 minutes and it looked amazing! It works great!Great service - good price!
Ive been going to this place for close to 8 years. Had 4 iPhones repaired here with no problems and excellent service. This Saturday I went to repair my Galaxy S9 Plus with horrible results. Before I did the drive from Queens, I called to confirm he had OEM parts, he said he did, once he made the repairs and I went to pick up, I saw this was not the case. Huge gaps everywhere, inferior parts and had the gall to basically say take it or leave it when I called him out on it. I didnt, and took my broken phone for service elsewhere. It was more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headache.
Really appreciate the sound advice I received here this afternoon. Thought that my phone screen had a small crack. Learned that it was only a $3 screen protector (tempered glass). So relieved. An unscrupulous store employee could have told me to order a new screen and pay for a replacement. Glad that the man behind the counter was honest.
Pretty legit place. Ive asked and shopped around, this is the cheapest phone repair shop i know. Service and quality was excellent. Its been a month since i replaced the glass on an iphone 6. So far so good. Dropped it a few times already without issues. Going to replace the battery next at this location.
I had a broken display on my Galaxy S6 and called in advance to see the availability/time/price. They were quick and accommodating i.e. stayed open a little extra to finish the job even though I showed up close to closing time. Would recommend!

I brought my Samsung s5 with a cracked screen and the repaired and replaced it in an hour. it was working perfectly when I got it back. it is conveniently located on canal street near the n,r,4,5,6 subway stops. there service was quick and very well priced. The LED screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4 broke so I looked around to find the most convenient place to fix it. In Queens I was being charged 200 plus I had to wait 1 week. After looking at a few other places I cane here to Kings and found it reasonable to pay 150 and it would be fixed in only 30 minutes. Overall very satisfied.
Such a perfect experience! My screen was so badly broken that the touch stopped working. They gave me a 30 minutes wait but it was done in 15! Guys are super nice and I got a free glass protector. Word.
Great place! I have had my Iphone6 repaired there 3 times and have been more than statsified each time! They take between 10 and 20mins to change a broken screen. The prices are a bit cheaper than apple repair but the fix is as good! Recommend!

Just walked in and got my cracked LCD screen repaired in 15 minutes. Pretty straight forward. There was also a list of pricing written on the wall which was nice. That way you know what youre paying right away.

Came here with a completely cracked screen after dropping a 15 lb weight on the night before. He fixed it in 20 mins and made sure everything worked properly before I left. Definitely would recommend if youre near Canal St. and need a quick fix!
Recently I visitit the store because two of my iphone 5 had broken screens. Inmediatel the technicians were able to determine was was wrong with my phones. In a friendly and effective manner they were able to make the necessary repair at a reasonable price. I recommend the store highly. While I was at the store a number of peple came and the were able to service their Ipads, tablets and phones. It did not take more than 15 min or 1/2 hour to have their equipment fixed. After checking the results customer from my perspective were very happy.
Great place to fix my phone screen! I always come here every couple months because Im always cracking my phone and he does it for a cheap price of $65! At my old place, I would have to pay $100. I definitely recommend coming here.

Not much to say, they brought my LG G2 back to life.I had dropped it and cracked the screen and it wouldnt respond to any touches. I was out of warranty cause I had it since it came out in Sept. 2013 and the warranty expired. I was so close to spending 600$ for the new G4 but I found this hidden treasure place that only charged me 95 to leave it like new. Im so happy right now. Thank you guys so much! :)

Brought my Galaxy S4 yesterday to this place when open, didnt got back to me until I called almost end of day and told me couldnt fix it and dont know whats wrong with it. I guessed they are only good for minor problems and screen fix. Took my phone to where I lived, got it fix for $10, as my problem with unable to turn on phone nor charging is fixed. Too much hype for King Digital, bunch useless techs.

Great place. Apple Store wasted my entire morning because they couldnt figure out if I had AppleCare or not, they even sent me to the AT&T store down the street, all to tell me my AppleCare expired 12 days ago. And of course because theyre corporate drones they wouldnt let me slide. Dont bother with that bs, go to king digital, they fixed my screen in 15 minutes and charged way less than apple. Same quality too. For all we know the same little chinese hands make the screens that go to Apple that make the ones going to King digital.
Came here at 12:30, got out by 12:42. Excellent and quick service. My screen looks like new after I had accidently dropped it. It was absolutely destroyed. Mr. King looked at it, told me the price from his board, and now Ive got my phone looking better than it had pre-crack.

Was charged an extra $25 for my home button but the fingerprint identification no longer works. Also my front and back camera are suddenly no longer working. Very disappointed. Save yourself to trouble.

2022-05-14The hero you need during dark times.Backstory:My iPhone suddenly shut down and was not responding at all. I go visit the Apple store thinking it’s going to be a quick fix.It was not.Apple advised they were not able to help me and said that it was an internal problem.I’m losing my mind. It’s my day off and if this happened during work, I’ll be crying. I’m top of that I’m not able to get my photos or data back. The tech advised other services and data recovery may cost an arm and a leg.I calling vendors left and right and the prices ranged 200 and up to fix anything internal. I’m losing hope at this point but I looked for a place in Chinatown and this store came up. Called them and they said they can do it.I go in and he inspects the phone and gives me a reasonable quote. At this point I’m willing to try anything. I was told to come back 2 days.I’m thinking if this doesn’t work I’m down a hundred something I’ll go back to the previous repair shops. I went back to get my phone 2 days after and it was ALIVE! I’m thanking the guy and feeling so relieved.If you’re having issues with anything internal for iPhones, please give this store a call. You won’t regret it.

2022-03-06The charging port on my iPad Pro 11 2018 was not charging nor connecting to any accessories. This shop fixed it in 3 days. It works great now. But one thing I want to point out is that the communication was not very smooth. I wasn’t hearing anything from them two days after I dropped the iPad at the shop. So I called them and the guy answered the phone asked me to come to the store the next day because he wanted me to take a look at the iPad and decide if I want to take the risk of damaging it if he forced open the iPad so I said yea. Then the next day he called again only to tell me the iPad is fixed and could be picked up. I picked it up later the same day. It was fixed but I found quite a few residues of glue around the screen.

2022-02-26Dont let them fix your cracked screens!! Within 3-4 days of replacing my screen for $70.00+, my prior screen issues exacerbated, which didnt halt my navigation. Now only operational, maybe twice a day. I called them to explain, thinking it was an error in their installation, I visited them again to fix the error. They told me I need to fix my motherboard for addtl $90!?! I think they either did something to my motherboard or did a poor installation or both. Neither offered and then refused to reopen my phone and tighten the connection. Read their reviews of addtl unsatisfied screen repairs below or above!

2022-02-03Amazing Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Iam a Uber driver. My working iPhone broke down. The guy told me he will fix iphone in 20 mins. But within 5 mins he called while I was waiting in the vehicle. Now the phone screen work fantastic!!!!!

2020-10-25My cellphones battery lifespan was nearing its end. I was contemplating getting a new phone which is quite expensive. I went to several stores which handles my accout to inquire about upgrading my phone. Some I felt were quite honest especially on Staten Island. The others were quite dishonest. One wanted to charge me twice for activation and a charge to transfer my data. I can go on and on but lets get back to the subject of the battery. I thought if I can replace the battery, Ill have more time to save up for a new phone. I called one place and they quoted me a price + tax and will take 2 hours. I called King Digital and he quoted half of what the other place charges. Never asked how long it would take for replacement. It was closer so I went there. He said 20 minutes. I looked at my watch and waited outside. Another customer comes in and I figured itll take a bit longer. It took 8 minutes! Yes, 8 minutes! My phone is charging quite well and is holding its charge. Money well spent for a Great job. My opinion is that he charges a fair price and is not greedy. Thank you for taking time to read this.

2021-12-13Went to fix my phone screen on october 4th , the next day it was back to how it was before i brough it in. paid $130 just for it to be a black screen again and they didnt want to get a refund and claimed that “its not there problem” owner was rude n disrespectful.
