I am utterly appalled at the behavior of this dealership. Apparently, my account has been noted to not allow my vehicle to be serviced here. I had a bad lease experience in 2020 and I let Cadillac know about it because dealership management didn’t seem to care about this long time Cadillac customer . The team here is not only unprofessional but also immature with holding this grudge. Maybe instead of denying me service you should look at the people you have working for you. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at your dealership until my last lease turn in experience. I am not sure why the team here would hold such a grudge and go to great lengths to note my account to deny service to my vehicle. Not only is this utterly unprofessional, it is immature. Grow up. If you have a problem with me, call me so we can work things out. Don’t try to use your “power” to shun me. What a pathetic move for a highly recognized brand. You can be sure that this new pathetic stunt of yours will be brought to Cadillac’s attention. Very unprofessional and utterly disgusting!
7 hours for an oil change. Service appointment time means nothing. Received better service when my car was covered under warranty and came here for years, now that it no longer is warranty covered I’ll be taking my service needs elsewhere.In response to the owners comment: if you actually checked your records or talked to your staff you would see my name and/or gmail name in your system without a doubt. It actually took longer than 7 hours and I was lied to on multiple occasions throughout the day and your response is one more lie. All I can do is never come back to this place after the horrendous service I received.
Just became cadillac family and love the dealership. We were welcomed when I arrived and was told step by step of how things were going to play out. I was told I could sit inside one of the waiting areas had coffee and a snack and my daughter had her nails done while waiting. Great place in my book. Give it a try you wont be disappointed
Just came from The dealership for one low beam being out in my headlights for my 2012 CTS.The estimated repair to replace the right front headlight bulb.....$175. Left the dealership, bought the light bulb at an auto parts store for $28 (including tax).I headed to my mechanic who installed the buld for me free of charge (I tipped the shop owner and the mechanic anyway).....thats why dealerships are you know what. The people that works there are fine people, but dont go to a dealership for repair, if you dont have to.
We had the most unpleasant experience at King O’ Rourke Cadillac and wasted 3 weeks!! One “hiccup” (as they like to call them) one after another provided so expect plenty of those!! First salesman (Paul D… watch-out!) strung us along a whole week before finally telling us he sold our car right out from under the deal we were working. Then Howie took over (sales manager beware he has little authority still) tells me over the phone they are one of the few dealers that don’t mark up their prices yet after they sold the car we wanted provided a replacement with “only a 2500$ up charge” 🤨 we should have walk after these two “hiccups” but we continued…then last minute they pulled our trade in due to a 20$ broken part 🙄 even tho they knew it was a 2013 and mind you they did not even offer the full value of our trade in we took a 1k hit. Anyhow we decided to continue once again…the final irritating issue was the delivery date changed the day before without even asking us. Then we negotiated to meet halfway and despite all those headaches we had all the checks made everything done and ready, the “top” boss manager cancels the “deal”, even though we and Howie all were in agreement…. the boss pulled the transaction because he didnt like how it was going. That said we had been nothing but pleasant throughout this horrible experience the entire time even till the end!! So…regardless how much you what to spend here….beware you may just be wasting your time and do not expect much respect!! 😔
Recently went to king orourke to lease our vehicle. For the second time, weve worked with Howie and he continued to make our experience a wonderful one! He is very knowledgeable about the inventory, listened to our requests, and really took the time to find us something we loved both times. When talking to him, its like having a conversation with family, which we really appreciate. Paperwork was a breeze as well. We will continue to recommend Howie and King Orourke to our friends and family. Thank you Howie!
I wanted to give great reviews with my experience! My sales person was Steven Giorgi. He was so down to earth and very informative, kind, professional and most of all trustworthy! He did his best to make me happy and the outcome was a fabulous experience. I love my 2021 Encore GX and would highly recommend anyone that wants to buy or lease a car go see Steven. He went above and beyond and really worked hard. What a gentlemen! Thank you again!
I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars. I went to work there for a short while being a mechanic/technician for the past 18 years and got treated as I was a guy new into the field with no experience. I have found out that after walking out of there that I am not the only person to do this after the same treatment by shop management. I also found out that the service manager who hired me was fired right after I quit . Seems to be a pattern with a dealership like this . Good luck to whomever decides to roll a toolbox in there and make sure your wheels stay greased up !!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I had nothing but a bad experience all around from this place. From purchasing the car where I leave a down payment and then I am told to wait for a manager only to wait a 1/2 hour and the manager never showed up even after being paged several.times. Not even a phone call after we told the secretary to have him call me as i had to leave, but nothing no call, no apology either for making me wait. Then a week later i come back to pick up the car and there is a paint blemish in the door as well as a chip and scratches which should have been taken care of before I picked up the car but obviously when they prep the car for a new purchase they dont do that good of a job. So I had to come back and get a car which i had to reserve a couple weeks in advance. The day I was supposed to come in and drop off my car and get the loan car they never put it in so I had to wait around for 45 minutes For them to find me the loan a car. When inspecting the car there was probably a little chip that you could barely see and I was so annoyed waiting that I probably didnt even notice it and when I came back they noticed the little chip and now I have to pay $480 which is bull because I shouldnt have even had to come in to get a loan a car in the 1st place if they did their job when I purchased the new car. This place would get a 0 star from me if it could because this is the worst experience Ive ever had at a car dealership from the manager to the service department they are terrible.
I live in Washington State and I just want to say that my car buying experience was great with the dealership. Big shoutout to my salesman Ben S. He was on top of thingse and he explained every detail about the car. I asked him to take pictures and videos and he delivered as promise. And also a big thanks to the finance guy Adnan for making sure the numbers were inline since I live in Seattle. Thanks again!
Jessica at Cadillac went above and beyond to get us our new vehicle during these unprecedented times. This is our third lease with King O’Rourke, and the reason we continue to lease with them is their exceptional customer service and professionalism.Jessica was knowledgeable about on hand inventory, vehicle details, and put us in the perfect vehicle.I should note the service department was also excellent, helped us out with an upgrade, and made us a priority. You just don’t find this level of customer service / appreciation at many places, we will be back again !
One of the best dealerships around. I bring my truck here for service all the time. It doesnt matter if you purchased your vehicle from them or not, they take you right in.I have had bad experiences with other places because I didnt get the car from them had to wait months for an appointment. Not here!
I leased my first Cadillac in December and I was nervous. I’ve never had a luxury car before. It was the best decision! I love my XT5. Mitch was my salesperson and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made my experience/ purchase stress free. The moment I walked in I was treated like family. The showroom and waiting area were clean and I loved the free amenities. Who doesn’t like free WiFi, coffee, and snacks? I recently had my first service done and Jessica was my service writer. She was awesome. She was so nice and told me she would have me out as quickly as possible because I had my daughter with me, and she did. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service department was. From leasing my car to service appointments I have had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership!
Let me just start by saying that I am always skeptical of dealers and have bought most of my cars privately. I called Ben over the phone about a used impala they had and was able to go see it an hour later. After a very fair negotiation process I felt extremely comfortable with the sale and even got the extended warranty... The car had a dent and some other cosmetic issues that were promised to be taken care of. At the time of pickup I was more than happen from what the detail team did and they even threw in two new front tires which I didnt even ask for. Top notch service and I highly recommend you call and ask for Ben hes been doing this for over 20 years and will not make you feel pressured into something you dont want. Thanks for everything guys!
Purchasing a new vehicle from King O’Rourke was a very pleasant experience. From my first contact with the dealership to the delivery of my car, everyone at King O’Rourke was extremely helpful and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The sales staff was very attentive to what I was looking for and there was never any pressure in the process. I would definitely recommend King O’Rourke to anyone shopping for a new Cadillac.
This is the worst GM dealership on the Long Island. Service department is Horrendous. If you want any type of minor service that takes 2 days then this is your place. They asked me to come in for an oil consumption test every 1,000 miles 3 times. My 2nd and third time I made appointments at 9am and not once my truck looked at. The test takes 30 minutes..... I call up and ask what’s the deal and They use the excuse that they’re busy and that the mechanic is taking it into the shop now. They close at 6pm so I went there to get my truck even though they never called me back to update me and what do you know, it was never even looked at again... So what’s the point of making an appointment then ?
I had my vehicle in for service of a headlight, before the warranty expired. they stated that they could not duplicate the problem. I returned a month later and now they stated they now see the problem BUT now state that its out of warranty and said nothing we can do about it. This decision came from the manager (NOT from Aric the service advisor who I have nothing but good things to say about him).Unfortunately after being referred to use their service dept by a very good customer of theirs who purchases many Cadillac Vehicles .I would warn you to research other dealer service options and perhaps purchase your next vehicle from another dealer, because if they would act this way with me it will defiantly happen to you. Very disappointed
I have been theirs customer past one year and each small problem or changing small things I went there. You should be very careful with service adviser. I have very bad experiment with Arik two times and no customer care. Also I got YELL from one of the adviser. she did not take care of my paper which she jumped in my conversion and non stop she screamed to my face.I only listened her :)) I was right my car was there almost one and half week before 4th of the July. I took my car from service and I realized my cruise control is not working and it was working before service. You should check everything before taking back your car. I paid again and again so you should not know how much money I spent past one week. Good luck...also I have manufacturing warranty and extra private warranty ..
Yes you can rudely thank me for the one star as you do other reviews king orouke! 7/1720 I started a over the phone/internet purchase of a 2015 cadillac escalade. After looking for many months I decided what I wanted and began looking. The 12 cars I found in USA fitting the description of what I wanted dwindled down 3 as months went on. The same one available for quite some time seemed like the one! It was closer than all the rest and more within my price range. I am a nurse who has worked hard during The covid pandemic decided I needed a new car as my old one was 17 years old and i worked hard to get something newer to last me. Originally. Bob was my sales person at king orouke but I was not impressed by his attitude or the fact that he tried to downplay my trade in. I declined his offers for my trade and called a different salesperson To help me. Ben was who answered and Seemed nice. I asked lots and lots of questions as I couldnt just drive 6 hours and see it I thought. Sales had come a long way and during the pandemic things would be easier. Wow was i wrong! I have all text messages to prove my story and case. To sum it up I was lied to, things told were not followed through, I was promised things not given. I paid thier asking price of 39999 and the dealership nor ben or sales manager did not deliver! Ex. Car was damaged and I was told via text no dents damage or scratches! Huge lie! There was a 2ft scratch on hood and a hole in bumper. The car was not detailed or even cleaned during covid! I have pictures to prove! Online says car had 30k miles but really had 35k! And all excuses! When we drove 6 hours on a day off to pick up and drive home to get to work the next day we didnt have a lot of time to go though the car. Dealership ensuring me they would take care of everything in my hometown. Then when home the next day taking pictures they said they would take care of everything if i came back there. 6 hours one way for us!!! Impossible with my job. Is this how they do interenet/phone sales? They wont work with us or help us fix these problems! Although They did say They would send us the outer and inner piece that was damaged for hole in number. I have yet to see yet. They actually are screening our calls! When I called to express my frustration with everything to Ben my salesperson he actually hung up on my, then lied and said i was talking to someone else! I and all customers deserve better especially during these times! I expected more out of a large cadillac/gmc/Buick dealership! They did not deliver! How would they feel if I gave them the same customer service as their nurse especially during this pandemic! I will be contacting my local news, king orouke higher ups , bbb and anyone who will listen!
My wife and I purchased a new XT5 on 2/15/21 and had a very pleasant buying experience at KOR. Starting with the receptionist, we were greated very nicely and were asked how she could help. She introduced salesman Steve to us. Steve immediately made us feel comfortable and asked how he could help us. We looked at several cars with no pressure from Steve and purchased a 2020 XT5. Steve introduced to the finance professional, who walked us through the financing without any stress. Upon delivery, Steve introduced us to a Technician who expertly demonstrated the cars features and technology, even helping us set up ON STAR. We were politely asked if we would participate in a short video about our experience, again only if we wanted, which we did. While checking everything out we noticed a key was not working properly, which the service representative corrected quickly. Overall we were very satisfied with our buying experience at KOR. PP &JP, Islip Terrace.
A truly amazing experience from start to finish. Tara , my sales person was literally the best I have ever dealt with in all my years of leasing cars. She was so patient and attentive. We love our new truck and I can’t wait for 3 years to lease my next one with her lolThank you for making my birthday extra special with balloons , gift and card, such a wonderful place. I gave 5 stars a year ago, don’t know what’s happening inside them now? My last experience really disappointed me and even disgusted me. Now I want to share my experience: When I pick up the car from the workshop, I found that my compass showed CAL. At the time, I didn’t notice that when I turned on the GPS the next day, I found that the GPS could not be used. I immediately called the dealer. Tell them what happened, when I drove the car back, they actually asked me to pay for the inspection? I did nothing and spent $1600 from last visit. I solemnly tell everyone here that you must first check when you get the car, or they will put the blame on you. They were also afraid that I would not pay the inspection fee and even discussed in front of me that I should pay at front. This is an insulting behavior.You are a big company and I also like Cadillac very much. After this incident, my attitudowards their service has completed.
Sales experience was tiresome. Had a sales guy named Bill - very nice guy but he made a few mistakes along the process. Getting the vehicle was a pain. Apparently this is a common experience according to one of their employees. He confirmed that after I asked if I was the only one dealing with this process. A sales manager named Anthony stepped in. very professional and was able to get the deal to close and was on top of his game. If you even decide to get a vehicle from this place (which unfortunately I do not recommend) you should see him.The vehicle has had some service issues (a few recalls and a camera issue where the vehicles camera comes on for some unknown reason at random times and the seat and staring wheel vibrates. The vehicle has been seen a few times by them to try and resolve, but they cannot duplicate the issue. They have worked hard to resolve the issue - I do give them that credit, but the end result is I am still driving around with a vehicle that randomly startles you while driving with the vibrations with the camera.Other service Cons:You have to request for your car to be washed after service (this is a first for me)Picking my vehicle up today I had to walk out to their rear parking lot in the rain to pull my vehicle up to my loaner to swap my items in the rain. When I complained about the service and having to do that I was told I should have just asked for them to grab it. Great customer service is service that is just given like clock work and handled. I feel like I have to state the obvious to this dealership.I have dealt with BMW, Mercedes, Maserati and Infiniti in the past. This is by far the worst service experience I have had. I do love the truck - it is beautiful. Unfortunately the technical issues I am having with the vehicles and the service experience outweigh the beauty of the truck.Its just not worth the headache - get a different vehicle elsewhere guys. What good is the vehicle if you have to deal with issues like this? With speaking with other Cadillac owners they have confirmed for me that they have noticed a decrease in quality from Cadillac over the years. They didnt specify anything about this dealership, just Cadillac in general.Well see where this dilemma goes. But again, just get a different vehicle - dont put yourself through the hassle.
Recently visited dealer to potentially purchase a new vehicle. Never got to sit in, look at, or drive vehicle in lot. I was given convoluted reasons why any of this could not happen. Contacted salesman and Dealer Principle via email of exact events that occurred on that day with zero response.
We dropped our SUV, which is under warranty, off for service on the transmission. King ORourke found a way to fix our vehicle with no parts, just a software update, which made it NOT eligible to be covered under warranty. Had they actually fixed the transmission, this service would have been covered. We are still having issues with the transmission. We will not be purchasing another vehicle or using the service center at King ORourke ever again.
Tommy was amazing, him and I were working for the last month and a half on the perfect car that would fit me and my lifestyle as well as ensuring I would be getting the best price. His patience and insight were amazing. I am now a proud owner of a new GMC truck and couldnt be anymore happier with the decision and the helpfulness of Tommy and the staff.
I’d like to thank Brian (the King), Jeff Pflumm and Robert Schappert and staff of King O’Rourke GMC,Buick, Cadillac. This was an over the phone contract. We traveled 2 hours from almost the last exit in Staten Island before NJ. Not only was the car ready with paperwork but everything was exactly as promised. Not 1 issue. A perfect car buying experience. We will be recommending King O’Rourke to all of our friends and family. We are loyal customers now and in the future. Thank you.

Detail explanation of what needed to be done with my brakes. I appreciate that they were honest and didn’t try to sell Me back brakes explaining the I could wait until my next oil change and have them checked again. A+++ surely gained my trust in your service department. And saved me money as well
Shame on the owner for not protecting his patrons during a pandemic. Yes it is real. Yes masks do work. Yes as a owner your required to be wearing them and enforcing them to be worn, for the protection of your patrons, otherwise your jeopardize our life, liberty and happiness. The fact that the owner peddles some debunked misguided internet fueled misconception to justify not wearing a mask, is not only ignorant and disgusting, but DANGEROUS. Ill take my information from the CDC and the scientists not face book. Take your business to another dealership where true “care for customer” is apparent not only in words but deeds.
It was raining, but the garage door was open and I pulled right in. A service representative greeted me right away and then got me settled in the waiting room. It was over in a jiff, and I was given a car wash voucher to use when the weather cleared. I was back on the road and on my way to work in no time!It was all quite wonderful!Warm regards,Diane

I have dealt with her for all my Service needs over the years, and she has always been very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I Love Cadillacs, and I will definitely continue to use King ORourke.
As I put in my Yelp review, the place is always great. Everyone is extremely attentive. Makes you feel like home. Kathy Altaumura in service is over the top professional and courteous. And being a car crazy person with an extremely rare CTS-V, I am reassured by the way she handles and explains things. I highly recommend this dealer.
I have always wanted write a review for King O’rourke Cadillac/Buick and GMC but it wouldn’t have been appropriate as i was employed by the dealership until recently. My name is David and i want to tell everyone reading these reviews that i have been in the car business for over 30 years and have worked with many different managers in my tenure and have to say that i have never met a more customer friendly focused managemnet team then at King O’rourke. From Anyhony D who’s is the Buick and GMC Manager to Howie M who is the Cadillac Manager and Jim Pflumm who is the General Sales Manager. I thought i had nothing left to learn until i met this team. They showed me that taking care of the customers as well as taking care of their employees is the key to success. They actually make everyone feel like a family and there is nothing better then that. So if you are looking to buy a vehicle from a place that will make you feel like you belong and want to keep coming back then PLEASE do not do yourself a disservice and miss stopping by to at least give them a chance. I’ve worked at Both Atlantic Cadillac and Sun Buick and GMC and the atmosphere is completely different st King O’rourke and i recommend again stopping by to say hello.
I originally said that king orourke didnt do the right thing by a 20 year customer on july 31 when i went into lease a car. i went back on sept 5 and they tried there best to do the right thing by me and put me in a lease. thank you anthony and jim and mark. hope to do business with you in the future.
See Tara she is a fantastic salesperson. She worked side by side through the entire process. I was very impressed with her professionalism from ordering right through too driving my incredible Cadillac off the lot. See Tara she will get the job done!Since this post I have had 2 lemons from Cadillac. One was voluntarily replaced. The second car I had to obtain an attorney. Shaun the owner of king O’rouke King Suggested I obtain an attorney. After I received my money back I ordered a third car from king O’rouke and it was delivered in very poor condition. I walked away from the third car and purchased a car in Pennsylvania because king O’rouke couldn’t fix the third car before I took possession of it. It turned out to be not enough fuel in the tank for the remote start to function. The car was in pieces before I even received it. When I spoke to Shaun the owners son about putting me into another car that runs he said “all I know is the car is paid for and it’s yours” what a guy! After my purchase from hill Cadillac king O’rouke would not service my new CT6V. I now go to Sarant Cadillac which is a much friendly place. Be weary of king O’rouke.PS. Out of 18 months I paid for the cars (2018 and 2019 CT6 platinum) it was in my possession for maybe 5 months total and this is how you get treated.
Worst car place I think I’ve ever dealt with!!! They lie about anything and everything just to benefit them selfs ! Tension between staff constantly and they will never return your phone calls unless benefit them selfs! I seriously have ptsd about going to car sales place and will never get any type of caddie not GMC ever again! Things are not done by the book at this place and gmc doesn’t help at all solve it problems again I was with them for 3years and they did in believing prob not legal or legit sales/leases/Finance car sales! Also want to add that the service station poorly will maintain your vehicle. Try to avoid this place or down the road they will get over on you and you will learn the hard way! Can’t believe these ppl nun the less GMC!!!
Our Cadillacs engine had a timing problem. We brought it into King ORourke for service. Upon arriving, Tom Clark diagnosed the problem immediately and said that theyd take care of it. A few days later, the work was finished, and the cars running perfectly again!Paul Richman
Came in to have my newly purchased, 2004 CTS inspected for NYS, with an oil-change/tire rotation. Immediate upsell on the oil; tires were not listed as rotated on invoice. Then, was told the license plate light was out and that it would be $89 dollars at first to correct it to pass inspection, then $299 because the entire trunk housing had to be taken out. Naturally, I called BS on this and demanded to see my car. As we were walking, service tech Kathy said you own a Cadillac now, these things are more expensive. When in the garage, Kathy and the garage tech seemed to be in discussion over something. I told them to turn my lights on, they did, and both license plate lights lit up fine. I said to please pass my vehicle and finish immediately. With an appointment at 9:30 am, finished at 12:30pm. 3 hours for basic service is unacceptable. I will never bring my car to your location again. This was the first and will be the only time. Thank you.
Horrible experience. Firstly, stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. Their website had advertised a car; the car didnt exist. The rude, unprofessional salesman simply said there might be some like it outside...and went back to his cubicle. UNBELIEVABLE. At a Cadillac dealership?
I like dealing with all the service reps, but Arik really is awesome! I was recently in for normal maintenance, when I was telling Arik about my plans to modify my escalade. He recommended that I speak to Joe in the King Orouke body shop. After my service, Arik took the time to drive me around to the body shop and introduce me to Joe. Joe was great and I instantly felt confident in his work. I dropped my escalade off and cant wait to get it back this week.
I’m always hesitant walking into car dealerships because I can’t stand the “pushy sales” aspect of the whole experience. Well let me tell you, they are nothing like that! We were greeted by Leah Maggio who was an absolute doll. She knew her stuff and we walked away with an Escalade that I’m in love with. Go see Leah Maggio, she was so helpful and informative and most importantly worked with us!
They set up an appointment to perform a recall, but when I arrived for my appointment they informed me that they didnt have the parts. They had previously assured me that they had the parts in stock. However they claim now that they have no record of that assurance. Terrible customer service. I drove over 30 minutes to get there for my appointment. A customer service failure.
Well I have been working on getting into a truck for 6 months. I hooked up with Bob on the Cadillac side and Matt finance on Cadillac side to help me. They worked very hard to get me into a truck. We worked on a few different ones. Finally a Gmc became available and they worked on it and got it done. I want to thank them for all there help in getting me into the truck I wanted. Dedication and being persistent really paid off.. Thank you Guys...
Just called this place to have my 2017 Cadillac looked at it’s make a weird sound spoke to EricAsked for loaner car he informed me the earliest is dec 19 I said ok then he asked if I bought the car there I said no he said I’m not supposed to give you a loaner car really I bought the car where are used to live so now that I’ve moved closer to the dealership and try to give them business he’s going to tell me that he doesn’t want my business because I never purchased a vehicle from their shame on you Eric I’ve never heard this before just got off the phone with Atlantic Chevy they welcomed me got me a loaner as well These guys are literally 3 miles away from my house and I will drive 10 miles away to give them business shame on you shame on you shame on you with service like this you guys might not be in business for too long

2022-05-05I made an attempt to address an airbag recall at another Long Island Caddy dealership and the result was not good at all.I got an appointment at King ORourke (very nice phone receptionist) and arrived promptly at the dealership for the scheduled service. I dont live near this location, so I had my fingers crossed. Mike, the service writer, checked me in right away to begin the replacement. All went well within the promised time frame. The only nits to pick were making me wait for a car wash that they couldnt provide, for some reason, and a large greasy palm and fingers impression left on the brushed aluminum glove box valance. No big deal. They did offer a rain check on the car wash? I would gladly return for additional service work as everyone was generally polite and helpful.

2021-10-19I just picked up my new XT6 Premium Luxury and I must say that this was by far the best leasing experience that Ive ever had. Ive leased and financed many vehicles, and many of those experiences were good also. But my sales advisor (Ken B) and the Sales Manager (Vinnie D) here at King ORourke Cadillac, went far and beyond to what Ive experienced in the past. 2022-03-26If youre looking for a new car make sure you stop by this dealership. Ive been looking for a new car and every dealership is way overpriced. I couldnt believe the deal we got on a new caddy. It was about the same price that Kia wanted for a new compact SUV with less options. And the people working at this dealership are fantastic they worked hard to get me the best price.

2022-02-25The back of my SUV slammed down on me. Thank God I didnt have a child in my arms! Ive been waiting weeks for the part. The SUV is useless to me if I cant open the back. ive been on hold now for 25 minutes. No one knows what they are doing in this dealership. A person from parts just came on and said they cant find the part! Its on back order which means this must be a dangerous common problem. Ive been on the phone for an hour now and Ive still got nowhere. It is a circus there!

2022-06-02Service department is a joke. Made an appointment a week in advance to bring vehicle in for full service, including check engine light. Dropped off vehicle at 730am. No communication at all from dealership, called them at 3pm to get status “sorry, we’re going to have to keep your truck” - to find out the vehicle was never even brought into the shop or looked at. Do yourself a favor and buy/service your GMC truck at another dealership to avoid the inevitable frustration that will be had when dealing with King O’Rourke.

2022-05-01Last night I blew a pothole bad on the LIE and for the first time used the on star / roadside assistance to help. This dealership king O rouke was the first to respond to the call, an awesome guy by the name of Anthony showed up about 20 minutes later and had us back on the road within minutes. Took off the damaged wheel, assessed the problem, diagnosed what we should do to fix original wheel. Anthony has been working with Cadillac for over 25 years and knows the newer model Escalades inside and out. This gentlemen really turned a terrible experience of being stuck on the side of the road to an awesome experience. I can’t thank Anthony and the King Orouke team enough. Cheers

2022-03-16Sales is OK, service is TERRIBLE. Wait all day for an oil change and tire rotation and pay $150... Had garbage service first time, and they apologized and offered to detail my car at my next visit - they did SUCH a horrible job that I got the car back dirtier than it was when I gave it to them, and a scratch and dent in the hood to add to it.
