They always pick up at the scheduled time and all the barrels we have ever sent has always arrived at the final destination with no problems. Worst shipping company ever, unprofessional, lies to get your business, and rip off to, when I call I was told $2.25 per lb air shipping, when I took my box @56 lbs, I was charged $210.00 no details on the shipping slip, after 16 days still no box, when i call them was told it’s stuck in Miami, one small box bound for Trinidad, god knows it stuck in Miami, waft. 👎👎
I did not have the time to pack my barrels, I dropped off the items, the owner and her employee packed my barrels. Everything got to Guyana on time and intact. Very professional and trustworthy. I will continue to ship with you.
Absolutely the worst shipping company ever. We shipped a barrel them with food stuff the barrel cane HALF EMPTY ALL OF THE COFFEE, Chocolate, tin goods that we brought nothing was in the barrel just some clothes. When we went on vacation there was absolutely no coffee, sugar, flour, chocolate, Chick pea, black peas nothing we had to go buy in Guyana. We paid for home delivery and when we got there we had to pay duty and pay for the home delivery there. Never again. I think the people who gave this shipping company 5 star are people that works for them.

This is the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. The service and workers are trash. Paid for air shipping and my stuff reached till after 3 weeks and when it reached they charging me to deliver it when I already paid for door to door and a lot of stuff was missing.
Theyre picking up barrels and boxes promising that things are shipping as ususal and then when my item is not in the country, they want to blame it on covid-19. If covid-19 was an issue, you should have said that from the beginning, dont tell people things are shipping normal. How long does it take to get a substitute aircraft or another plane to take over from whatever plane you claim has problems in Trinidad??? Well I definitely learned my lesson now. And its not much of the delay is the problem, is the stick attitude and unprofessionalism of the customer service. There was no remorse or consideration for the delay. The packages i sent to Guyana over the years were delivered door to door with limited interpretations. Whenever a delay presents itself, the staff at King Solomon logistics were great at communicating and presented solutions to Rectify the delay.

Very unprofessional! They tell you your barrel will be there in 3 to 4 weeks so they can get your business and then thats not the case. The woman who answered the phone, unfortunately, I didnt get her name was very rude. Wouldnt give me a chance to speak, kept cutting me off and then HUNG UP the phone. There goes your award for customer service. She kept saying that my barrel is not late. Well if you picked up my barrel the last week in June, and it so call takes 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered then why is today August 12, and the barrel has yet to be delivered?? When I asked for the status, she said I cant tell you that at the moment. My kids went to Guyana for 5 weeks and all their things are in there. No barrel yet and theyve already been there for 2 weeks. Im spending unnecessary money in order to accommodate the barrel not being there. Start telling people the truth as to the exact time they should expect the barrel so they can plan accordingly. I will NEVER use them again, and you cant say I didnt warn you.

If youre shipping to Guyana, they will steal half of your barrels contents and pretend like theres no reason for anyone to want to take the items youve sent. This company is unbelievable. Who in their right mind is going to pay hundreds of dollars to ship barrels that are half empty? Look for a different shipping company. These people are horrible thieves.

Horrible service. They never informed me of a reciept printer issue and never gave me any options for shipping either. Cursed me out on the phone an such. Their front desk person is too busy making personal phone calls too properly take care of customers. And best of all my package is missing and hasnt shown up on date of arrival.

If your barrel is going to Essequibo and the islands, they will take it down to Parika. Don’t worry about standing in line to clear barrels, this shipping company will do that for you. 2022-05-09Worst of the worst. Sent a package over seven weeks ago by air which I was told will get there in a week. Went to Guyana spent three weeks sent the package about 10 days before I went and I am back in New York two weeks since the package did not made it into Guyana as yet. They charge to send package by air and send it by sea. When enquired they are more upset than the customer. They owner yell and scream at you, stating she dont know when the package will get there and she dont cares because it is not her fault. No apologies. They all have different stories to tell. Will never do business with King Solomon again. Too many shipping companies to abused by the those people. I also sent a barrel home delivery hd to pay over twenty thousand dollars when it arrive at home with a little less than a quarter of the stuff gone. I packed the barrel and received it in Guyana so I know how much stuff is missing. All the chocolates and other stuff and the chocolate was for the orphanage. Cargo plane stuck in Miami that is why the package is not Guyana, what I learn from a friend of theirs is that the send the stuff by sea which is cheaper and charge consumer for air. No apologies just rude and unprofessional. I usually buy the barrel from them and send it with Laparkan. Made a wrong choice this time which I regret. I had a religious function which I needed the stuff in package.

2022-04-27Worst company ever to ship with. My mom posted a box by air and paid $150 to have it delivered to Guyana. It was supposed to take 3-5 days to get here. Its now been a month. Everything you call and asked whats going on they keep telling me the cargo plane is stuck in Miami and they dont know when its gonna arrive here. Its soo frustrating. Worst service ever. Never using this company again to ship anything .

2022-03-02I’m only giving 1 star because it’s the only wait I’ll get to write what’s on my mind.This is the worst service I’ve experienced shipping with KS, paid for door to door service from NY to GEO to be getting call from the office in Guyana to pick up at the Wearhouse, when asked about it they said it’s a problem with the manifest. Mind you I’m not the only person had the issue. Timeline given to receive package was way off everytime i the office for an update is next week for the past 6 weeks. Never using this company again to ship anything. Anyone thinking about using this company think twice, I recommend you use a different company. #worstshippingcompany #employeesneedtraining
