Pro: It’s in a beautiful and historic mansionCons: Maintenance is slow. Moved in at the end of May and was told the previous tenant had taken the wiring out of the light fixtures and that it would be fixed. By the time I moved out in mid-September the repairs had yet to be done or even started. This made areas of the apartment that I couldn’t put my own lights in (no outlets within reach) extremely dark.Using the stove kept setting off my smoke detector so I checked it and found a thick layer of grease and debris under the stove top that had accumulated for some time before I moved in. I cleaned what I could and asked the owner if maintenance could help clean it. She said they could but they never did.Also, be careful if you’re near the garages/dumpster in the summer. You will run into skunks and they did spray a few times which made the whole apartment building reek.

This place doesnt even deserve one star...its terrible. It wasnt dirty but extremely old and rundown. Bathtub was disgusting, bed uncomfortable. Dont waste $85...weve stayed in $60 hotels that are 100% better.
