When I moved into my apartment I knew I needed all new furniture. One day I walked passed Kings Furniture store and something said let me try them. I am sooo happy I turned back around. The salesmen are sooo helpful. They delivered my bed the next day. The sales guy told me if I had any problem to give him a call. Recently I went back for a living room set. I love my leather living room recliner set. There were extra surprises to my couch that I found out after they delivered it. It lit up at the bottom of both pieces and instead of 2 reclining 4 seats reclined. Before they delivered the couch I told the sales guy that the pieces under my bed that was holding up the bed was scratching up my floor. He told me he would take care of it. When the men delivered my living room set they built a piece to go under my bed . My bed is sooo comfortable as well as my living room set. My Grandson cant stay out my bed. He falls asleep in the recliner sofa I got from them. The guys that work in the store have great hospitality. I wish I wouldve saw this store when I first moved to NYC because the furniture store I dealt with was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and pieces were missing. They took 6 months to replace it. I will get all my furniture from Kings furniture store from now on. I am very pleased, comfortable and I sleep sooo good at night. You will not be disappointed

Purchased a couch yesterday. Great experience from sales to delivery. Today was my only day off and they accommodated delivery so I did not have to wait till next week. Quality furniture and a great value. Highly recommend.

Me and my fiancee went to this store looking to buy a specific dining room set. The customer service we received was very helpful and courteous. We didnt get the set we came in for, however, we came away with a dining set that was not only beautiful, but for a price that was cheaper than the one we came for. Delivery was right on time, and the delivery man was so polite and professional. The whole experience was so beautiful that my fiancee gave the delivery man a $20 tip. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great quality furniture for a fair price, great customer service, and delivery that is on time . . . within 24 hours of purchase.

These guys were awesome! Customer service was outstanding! Gave me a great deal on my Queen mattress and was able to deliver on my preferred day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bedroom set for an appropriate priceI actually lost my iPhone in the store from jumping on the beds lol but they found it the following week and contacted me immediately! Thanks again guys! I appreciate you all!

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a full size orthopedic mattress that I saw in the store. They delivered me a totally different mattress, which was not orthopedic at all. When I tried to call them the next day they were closed. When I finally got in touch with them they tried to tell me it was the same mattress. When I continued to argue that it was not the same they told me it was a similar mattress by a different company and I shouldn’t pay attention to the label. I went to the store to show them a picture of what they sent me which was a sleep comfort euro top. Again they tried to tell me it was the same and the print on the mattress was different because it was a full sized mattress. I will never order anything from them again. They just lost a potential loyal customer out of me especially when I’m looking for more furniture. Now I have to go and purchase another mattress for the brick they sent me to lay on.

I bought a bedroom set and I received it yesterday. Im so happy from the service and price.I was skeptical because I read some of the other reviews that were bad, but wanted to see for myself. The employees were very nice and helped me with everything I needed. Im really happy I didnt listen and went to this store. I recommend this store to everyone.

These guys are awesome!! Ive been shopping there for over 10 yrs. They are very professional. They were very understanding of my complex rules they have in placed and these guys willing did what I graciously asked of them. The delivery guys were Excellent!! Im very HAPPY with my purchases!!Thank you guys!!!Will recommend my family to shop there!
