I buy a chest of drawers there when they deliver it and left I noticed one of the feet was broken and they glued it up the glue was still wet and falling off I called the store and they told me they would come and replace it and they never did they are not trustworthy check your items good and dont take there word its was not even strong waste of money.

Bought just a mattress from this store . I told them I wont be home then gave them the no of the person home . They dropped bedbug infested used mattress for me in place of new mattress that I payed for. Just in few weeks the mattress rings were out in attempt to push back the rings bugs were out. I took me more than the price for the mattress to clean up my apartment for bedbugs. I will not buy any item from this store. When I mentioned this store some where else the people said the store is not reliable. I just let it go otherwise would have taken them to court.

I bought a platform bed frame from them they didn’t fix it properly and the wood of the bed frame was very old, so my bed kept breaking because of the old wood and i can’t even get a store credit or refund back waste of money!!!

This the worst furniture store ever. I called Monday to ask for delivery on Wednesday. I only get one day off of work, so I ask what time can I expect delivery the driver said between 11-3pm. I called at 2:49pm too see where is my delivery, the answer was you have to wait until 6pm the driver had some personal issues and he told us he never told you a time. So they dont know who to believe. This is very unprofessional, know call to even give me a update on my delivery. All they can do is scheduled for some other time. Money is paid in full so let me guess you received payment so you dont care about the customer. The only reason I gave one star is because thats the only way I can post they Scamming the reviews

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $400. TRIED TO SAY THAT MY CARD DECLINED, BUT MY BANK ACCOUNT CLEARLY SAYS THAT THE MONEY CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. WILL BE FILING A CLAIM WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU. AND A FRAUD CLAIM.

After sales service was very very poor from delivery to the sale from the owner sammy from kings furniture!the quality of the furniture was not what I expected from a reputable brand!
