Good professional staff, I went for an inspection it was quick they tell me how long and price was good, but it is pasd or fail they tell you before hand.
2nd year getting my car inspected here, fast and courteous service. Will be back again!
I like how Madison and Billy always explain exactly what needs to be done and they get it done on time and efficiently. And the prices are very fair.
They prioritize their customers needs and are very informative. Also, its not a long drive from Kings Plaza Mall or my place of residence. They have an okay waiting room with cable television, so Im easily distracted and not bored when Im waiting for the work to be done.
I paid $800 in repair to pass inspectionbut the check engine light is still therethe pass me inspection just to make me quiet for the $800 i paidIll never go back there
They damaged my car light . I went to get my radiator fixed and they said there job had nothing to do with the lights . I know how my car looked and worked before I went here . They refused to do anything about what they broke and damaged . They charged still the same amount even with the damage they did to my car . Never will recommend anyone here !!!
Ive been going here for 10 yrs I needed my engine light check he wanted to charge me 85 just to check code then failed inspection to pay 37 but when I go back I have to pay 27 when other places dont charge you if u pass.

2021-10-18I have been bringing my vehicles to kings plaza auto for many years including the van at my church. Madison is my go to mechanic, I am very impressed with his professionalism and his honesty. He has always made sure that the job was done right. I have never had to take my vehicle back for the same problem twice.

2020-07-17I went for an inspection and I was told that I needed new tires. Madison (the owner) asked if I wanted a price on tires and I said that I have a tire guy and I would come back with new tires(they overcharge at KP Auto Repair). When I came back with my girlfriend for an oil changes, thinking there wasnt a problem, he told me to find a new mechanic. Also, I paid Madison nearly 2 thousand dollars to fix my AC and still doesnt work properly. I only ever went to him because it was conveniently close to my home. He has always been very unprofessional. I was once asked by Madison to stop at a liquor store on a cars test drive. He came out drinking out of a brown paper bag...very unprofessional.

2018-05-29Ive been using this place to service my cars for over 15 years and have only ever been treated honestly and quickly. They are always up front and never charge for things that are unnecessary. In fact, when getting inspection one year, one of my bulbs was dead and the guy replaced it prior to inspection so I dont fail. The best part was that he didnt even charge me. Its rare to find a service station that takes pride in honesty and fair pricing. You will get both here.

2020-07-17Not a professional place. Madison, the OWNER Seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. Refused to do service to my car due to a scenario with bf wanting to go elsewhere for tires since they overcharge for their tires. Very immature and not professional at all after family has been giving them business for over ten years. Meanwhile just went there for an inspection last month. Greedy and not loyal to customers for respecting to want to go to their own people for other purchases. Go spend your money where you can be treated with respect and loyalty.

2020-12-07Go to Pep Boys on Utica. Like the other reviews say, he does over charge. I needed to change my door actuator and he quoted me “a minimum of $2000” because of the labor and diagnosis. Pep boys on Utica (only a two minute drive away) quoted me $150 in labor and the charge of the part.Madison also has a bad attitude, as if only he knows about cars. I’m shocked they are still in business but honestly, aside from attitude it’s just not worth the cost.

2019-08-02I’ve been going to Kings Plaza Auto for years.They are very consistent, reliable, fair and honest.I find them very helpful even if I just want to discuss future work that I like to plan for. They’ll spend the time to give you a scope of work and pricing.They also have a sister shop in rockaway which me and my family have been using for years.Highly recommended.
