Dont take your car to kings auto on Delaware! I had an oil change done there in August. Following my oil change my car was leaking copious amounts of oil. I took it back to kings where they claimed they fixed the leak. My car continued to leak oil but less of it. I took it back to kings and they told me it was possibly the oil sending unit. They put dye in my oil tank and asked me to come back in a few days so they could assess where the leak was coming from. I did this and they told me there was no more leaking and any more oil leakage was just residual. My car leaked just residual for 10 days. So, I took it back again. They told me I needed a new oil sending unit and it would cost $75. I took my car to a trusted mechanic who diagnosed the oil leak instantly. The seal on the drain plug was not sealing properly and it appeared that the seal was not replaced with the oil change (apparently they are supposed to do that) My oil sending unit works fine. So after wasting 4 visits to kings (because being a single mom I have so much extra time to waste) they couldnt figure out what my mechanic figured in 5 minutes. The only positive thing I can say is... They refunded my money for the oil change and the cost to diagnose and fix the damage they caused. They were also very polite and friendly while they were lying to/trying to take advantage of me.
The friendly, knowledgeable mechanics that were there have relocated. They are no longer open on Saturday and the person behind the counter doesnt know very much about car repair or service. Not recommended until I see better attention at providing what used to be available there, friendly service.
He knows everything about cars. Would trust this Man with any of my cars.
My husband and I have been taking both our car to king auto repair for at least 6 years and we have always gotten great service.

My 05 Magnum Had ISSUES... BUT, after Short & Clear Collaboration WE came up with a Plan We were BOTH comfortable With. 2022-02-21I came in for my NYS inspection and I was impressed by the timely assistance and availability. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would strongly recommend. Pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using their services for future repair needs.

2021-08-27This place was recommended to me I had an issue after replacing my battery in my Jeep, they worked with me to help reset and check the codes for the check engine light. Then to pass my NYS Inspection. Clean bathroom, clean AC waiting room staff and owners were all so accommodating and friendly.As a female I felt I was being told and shown all issues how to fix and get it done.I will be sending my daughter and all her college friends here they are the real deal!!!!

2021-03-23I have had my cars serviced at Kings for at least a decade. Kings is now caring for my fourth car. Will and the mechanics are very professional. They are honest and take great pride in their work. I have learned a lot about the inner workings of my car, and greatly respect the mechanics knowledge. I am very pleased with Kings and highly recommend them.

2017-12-15I had my car towed there with a complicated problem. My car wouldnt start. I had already replaced my battery, starter, plugs, ignition coils and battery terminals. I tried every possible fix I could think of and find online.My car was towed on a Saturday. I spoke to them on the phone and they explained they would have a chance on Monday or Tuesday. They called me on Monday and asked me some additional questions, explaining that a mechanic would look at it on Tuesday.Im certain they spent more than an hour diagnosing the problem. It was a weird fluke, not something common/obvious.They charged me $77 in labour and WERE HONEST about the whole repair.They could have duped me/ripped me off.I am VERY PLEASED with them and will use them again in the future. An honest repair shop is a hard thing to find.(My mom recommended them. There have been several times where they could have had her get work done that wasnt necessary, but they have been forthright and honest with her. ex - didnt need brakes done, etc. Shes a 71 yr old woman and mechanics have tried to goat her before)

2018-01-26I take my car to Kings on Broadway all the time and the guys there are great. Ive never had an issue with my car after leaving there and recommend anyone to that location. There not out to try and get you for more money and will truly take care of you.

2019-07-27They are very good at what they do. They diagnosed my problem with my car very quickly n did my front pads n rotors did at a great job. Cheaper than any other places that I called n found.

2020-02-19It was my first time coming here, and I can tell they werent trying to make quick buck! They even have the decency to give a courtesy call to make sure everything was running good! Owner is pretty cool too! Would highly recommend this place!
