They has cleaned my carpets multiple times and always does a great job, doesnt up charge and the prices are extremely reasonable. If you want someone you can absolutely trust in your home, give them a call.

It was a miracle that the heavy stain in my carpet is gone. Much better than expected! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for exceptional carpet cleaning.
Their staff arrived early than i expected. Once he arrived he got to work and did a great job on the carpet. He was quick, reasonable and very pleasant. I would use his services again in the future.
They cleaned carpets and ducts and sprayed to kill mold in the ducts. They took pictures before and after of the ducts so we could see the difference. It sure looked clean after! They explained everything and were professional. I would recommend them.

The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, hard-working, and did a great job. All the stains and odors are gone, at least to our noses. We are pleased him and the work he did.

2022-03-03I originally decided to hire Kips Bay Carpets Care because of their great Google reviews; however, my experience contradicted that of others. I would NOT recommend using this service for the following reasons:1. My carpet technician arrived 45 minutes late2. The stain was not removed from my carpet3. While cleaning my carpet, the technician spilled bleach all over my bed cover and floor, and used one of my towels to clean up the bleach. This resulted in $140 in damages to my belongings4. When I tried to contact the manager of Kips Bay Carpets Care to request a partial refund to cover the cost of the damages to my belongings, I was repeatedly told by his staff that he was unavailable. (For context, I called once a day for four days, and left a message for the manager each day that I called, before giving up.)In light of my experience, I would recommend avoiding this service and exploring alternative carpet cleaning services in the area.

2019-11-07I had my carpets and couch cleaned today and am super impressed with the results! Our tech did the work quickly and yet took great care to be thorough. Ive used other rug cleaning companies in the 5 years Ive lived in my apartment but none had made such a noticeable difference. And... my couch looks sensational again! Thanks Kips Bay Carpets Care! Fast, easy service and the price was totally reasonable!

2018-12-11They were very easy to work with, they were very friendly, polite, meticulous and respectful of my furniture and even put on plastic booties to keep my carpet clean! My sectional was done in about an hour. Each step of the way they explained what they were doing. I couldnt ask for a better experience and best of all the couch is super clean!

2019-01-28Highly recommend this company. leader and crew came in and was very professional. the leader was honest and did a great job removing the stains on my carpet. He explained to me what to expect after he was done and lived upto his words. Ill definitely use them again.
