2022-08-09Person did not show up within 2 hour window, as promised. I called 4 times over the next 1.5 hours. On the 4th call, the customer service rep finally told me the truth and said the technician isnt responding to them. Prior to that, they kept telling me they would get me an ETA for arrival, but they never did. Terrible customer service and not truthful. They simply expected us to keep waiting. This is not a business you want to use. Its not worth it. If they just apologized and said they needed to reschedule from the beginning, it would have been acceptable, but they didnt do that. I wasted so much time waiting and then had to call repeatedly just to get a straight answer.

2020-03-14Kips Bay Fast Handyman Services matched the color of the drawers in our island and made a frame that gives our kitchen a more custom look. His quote was more than I had anticipated for a job this size, but the workmanship was great, and it is difficult to find someone who is willing to do a small job like this so i was happy to find Kips Bay Fast Handyman Services and would use him again. He also stuck to his original quote.

2018-01-26I really appreciated the men that Kips Bay Fast Handyman Services sent to use yesterday. There are several things that need to be done to finish our home, including installation of mirror, chandelier, cabinets, pantry shelf, and bath accessories in all bathrooms. They are very careful in handling the items and very efficient. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. I am truly satisfied with their work attitude. Thank you!
