This was a terrible experience. Even if, I want to give the negative, not the one star. The reception desk is so rude. We make an appointment at 9:00 am, and the staff to do the examination haven’t been here till 9:30am. While the reception explain in an impolite tone. And also when we be questioned before the examination, she also in an impatient tone. One more, I even can’t understand why she can be a reception desk so long time. She was so rude at when my mom use their bathroom, the door maybe has some problems. She was shouted to my mom, that shocked me. I think they should do is repair the door, not shouted to patients.

My experience was outstanding! Dr. Wang and his staff, especially Susan, were kind, informative, and exceptionally good at what they were doing. I had three breast biopsies done, and I was in and out in just under an hour. In the past, I have gone to the other location because it is easier to get to. Having said that, the trip into the heart of Flushing is well worth it. Free parking is provided for up to an hour and a half.

I wish I could rate this place with negative starts! Worst centre with the worst type of stuffs! The centre has nothing but just a bunch of unprofessional, ill mannered asian stuffs who are not even worthy to be cleaners! There is an assistant named Susan who literally shouted at me for wanting to know if I could get my reports bit early. Iv never come across such unprofessional behaviour from a health care provider. Maybe its common in their country.They should go back home to practice there. Moreover, the ultrasound girl wrote wrong reports. Dont know how they hire such unexperienced stuffs to do such important tests. Thats not where it ends. Dr Wang was the cherry top, who was equally and unbelievably rude and ill mannered. I would strongly recommend to choose another centre and not come here even if you live next door! A BIG NOOOO if you want service of minimum standard atleast!

The staff was amazing and the doctor was more than perfect. I’ve had 2 biopsies and the Afirma test done with no problems and procedures done with ease. I will return here definitely for the next one! And if there were 100 stars, I would give them that!

Wish their was a negative star to give , I took my mom to the doctors to get a mommagram and the woman whose name is Sabrina at the front desk was very unprofessional, I asked her if I could fill out the paper work for my mom because she’s elderly , she says no I can’t do that , so I asked why? She says that called skipping the line , I said are you kidding me? Was I at playground or the doctors? All I wanted to do was fill out the paper work and get on with my day while my mom waited to see the doctor ,it didn’t have to be so unprofessional and ignorant! I did not want to skip anyone I just wanted to help my mom before I left. Maby some training on customer service and people skills might help as a solution.

Id rather not give you one star! The reception desk was very rude. It was a Cantonese speaking girl, laughing at the patient! Ive seen so many clinics, and this is the worst reception attitude Ive ever had!

Fauza manoud first of all..learn how to write proper English, second I think you are rude and racist.. Because two places you make reviews only wrote bad comments.. The staff is not bad, the doctor Wen y is a sweet man.. He knows how to treat patients.. I went to a doctor Rehana in Jackson heights and jamaica.. Mostly bengali working there.. But they have worst attitude, bad staff, none dont know what they doing and cant speak proper English.. They are attitude too.. So go see the place yourself and what is difference.. Dont lie in here.. Because Ive been coming here for long plus other friends I sent here.. Nobody has complaints.. And u dont wait hours ok
