Saw these guys at JapanFes, staff are so welcoming and friendly! I am definitely coming back. The gold rush tea and the honey chrysanthemum tea soft serve are my favorites. Egg yolk lava cake is good too, just wish the cake part was a little bigger! l love that their desserts/drinks are not too sweet, just the right amount.

This place is located on the lower floor. The Chelsea staff kindly gave me directions as I wandered around for a while.Delicious dessert, has a great ratio of chrysanthemum and honey. However, the service sucks. The staff was too busy looking at the customer from the next store, despite me standing in front of her, smiling at her, trying to get her attention, and even asking her if she was still open since she was just sitting there.

I’ve been a fan since the pandemic because they created these easy-to-bake kits for their pastries and desserts that were very tasty. I finally got the chance to see this spot in-person and definitely had to try something. They were serving honey chrysanthemum soft serve with strawberry powder and fresh strawberry on top and graham streusel at the bottom. I opted for the cone because ice cream is the best in one… and the graham streusel at the end was a divine surprise to end the bite with. The honey chrysanthemum is probably the first time I’ve ever had this flavored soft serve and it was amazing. Not overly sweet and can totally taste the tea. Will definitely be back

This soft serve was a unique combination- honey chrysanthemum paired with graham crackers and strawberry powder, as well as fresh strawberries. This was so delicious and loved the flavor combination. Looking forward to next months flavor!

The pictures in the reviews look excellent but I did not have the same experience. I had the Strawberry Lava cake ($10) and it was .. okay. Something I might be happy to pay $5 for or maybe heat up from my freezer, but based on the price and my experience I cannot recommend.

Much less options than the branch in brooklyn. we got the lava cakes but were surprised to find out that they serve ice cream in the chelsea branch. its $4 cheaper but the presentation of the cake were definitely not as what was advertised in photos. cakes were still good though don’t get me wrong

The chrysanthemum honey soft serve was really delicious and its beautiful! It looks like its in a small cup but its honestly a pretty decent serving size, probably similar to other soft serves.My only complaint is that because the cup is so small, and they have the pie crust crumbles at the bottom (which I love with ice cream!), its very hard to distribute the crumbles across the ice cream evenly instead of ending with only crumbles at the end. I think even if the cup were just a little bit bigger it would help a lot.
