What an amazing experience. I dont write review often. Sam went above and beyond to get me a backordered, sold out Bosch dishwasher and shipped it to NJ the very next day. Everything about my experience with Klearview was awesome. Howard is such a nice guy, and really took the time to find exactly what I need, and secured it quickly (which in these COVID and shipping delay times was quite a feat!). We did everything over the phone and email. He really worked to get me exactly what fit my needs. I took delivery today, and the 2 guys who came for installation (Lee and another gentleman - I feel bad that I dont recall his name) were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They made sure all my appliances worked prior to leaving. Really a wonderful experience!!

There were some circumstances that were unexpected and the team at Klearview did a great job of getting them taken care of, getting the w/d in place with great care and made sure I was happy before they left. There was also a large mess and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I thought their installation charge was a bit high but it was worth every penny! I used them years ago and will continue doing so going forward.

Could not ask for better all around service, first off, thank you to Renata, who searched until she finally found an air conditioner big enough to fit the previously installed wall sleeve. She went above & beyond.Delivery was on time. Both delivery men, Jorge & his partner (not sure of his name) could not have done a better job. They first made sure it was the proper fit then carefully removed the old AC and reinstalled and caulked the new one. Fully cleaned up all debris. Thank you all. I am now enjoying my new AC.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Klearview. Long story short, I get a phone call from my 93 year old mom telling me her air conditioner broke during a heatwave. Mind you, I live in California and taking care of business in Brooklyn by long distance can be challenging. I spoke with Eyal and he immediately heard the concern in my voice. His kindness reassured me everything was going to be okay. I gave him the info I had and he knew which air conditioner would work and we set up an appointment. Great experience working with Klearview. David was extremely helpful in organizing a range delivery in a small kitchen. Jose R. and partner did a great job installing new range and removing the old one and Art or Ernie (not sure which one) the plumber did a great job hooking the gas back up. Everything was on time, as expected, and even with a lower price than other competitors. Will definitely be back next time we need an appliance.
Just received a new GE Washing machine from the Klear View store on Nostrand avenue. The carring professional 2 man team delivered on time and removed my old washer and then fully installed the new washer making sure it was fully operational before leaving. The two men finished the job quickly and effeciantly with courtesy and respect . I was very pleased. Five out of Five star rating.

I am not normally one to write reviews, however the professionalism, pricing, and pleasantness of Klearview compelled me to pen this. I purchased a Bosch washer/dryer and LG TV and installation was smooth, prompt, and fast. They removed and replaced my old washer/dryer extremely quickly. Would give 10 stars if I could. Will definitely purchase from this store again.

Great prices and great service. I tired to buy a dishwasher at AJ Madison and found the service so terrible while I was still in the process of buying that I canceled the order. I am so glad that I did! The price was significantly cheaper at Klearview (by $200) and every time I called I got a real person instead of a ring around.

I just got a large window AC installed by Klearview and had a great experience. Sasha the salesman and the two installers both named Carlos couldn’t have been better. Sasha followed up my in-store purchase to double-check that I had the right outlet, and he made a minor change on the order at my request a couple days later.The two Carlos’s delivered to my walk-up in Manhattan, took away my old AC, and very professionally installed a bracket and a top bar that still allows the remainder of the window to open and installed a nice clear plexiglas panel on the side. Klearview matched the best on-line price and their installation was not overly expensive. I highly recommend them.

Second time ordering an appliance from David and again he and his team were wonderful. Prompt responses to email questions, frequent communication (delivery had to be re-scheduled due to snow storm) and efficient delivery and removal of old washer/dryer. And as before, less expensive than the big box stores!
Just purchased my first appliance from Kleerview. A Bosch dishwasher. They came promptly when promised. Their del/install crew removed old unit and installed new unit quickly and checked for leaks. They found a leak and quickly diagnosed the cause and made the fix. I am a very finicky guy that demands quality from any supplier. I got it.

Everything was just awesome. I needed an electric stove, in stainless steel to be delivered and installed on Valentines Day before 12.00 noon in Long Island.Guess what ? The truck showed up by 10.30 am, the installer disconnected the old, installed the new and took away the old stove/carton & packing and were gone by 11.00 am.The price quoted to me was very reasonable and EyAl also found me a $50 mail in rebate from the manufacturer which was a nice surprise.EyAl at Klearview Appliances: Thank you for making it happen.I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed with experience at this place yesterday. I asked my friends to buy a small microwave which will be able to fit inside the special sterile box ( they took it with them to fit ). But instead of help they were humiliated and refused to get assistance. Literally, assistants laughing at them and making unpleasant jokes in Russian.I already purchased AC there,everyone was great at that time, I got a wonderful consultant and they even delivered AC to me after hours, I thought this will be the place where I could possibly buy a lot of stuff and recommend it to my friends and relatives, now, I can’t do this anymore.
LONG STORY WITH A HAPPY ENDING..READ PLEASE!!!I have never bought anything at Klearview before as I really didnt know anything about the store as to prices, reputation, service, etc. I always bought major appliances from Sears (out of business), Best Buy or PC Richards. Not too many more stores left.Originally ordered the dishwasher from PC Richards and promised next day early delivery. I even received an email after I left the store stating delivery between 830 and 1130 AM. After 3 time changes that I had to call and find out it was changed to 330 to 530, I cancelled. I called the salesman, told him the story and that I was cancelling as I cannot afford to miss work. I said I would be in for the refund, no need since it was paid by credit card, he would do it from the store. I had a funny feeling and went to the store. Asked for Bob when I got there and got 4 different stories where he was (I THINK HE WAS HIDING IN THE BACK). Refund never issued, got the manager and he gave me my refund.SO WHERE TO GO WAS THE PROBLEM..ONLY ONE PLACE LEFT..THE PLACE I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO IN THE FIRST PLACE...KLEARVIEW. I had never shopped in that store before, didnt know anyone that worked there, but when my wife and I entered the store we were greeted by MICHAEL like he knew us forever. Nice man, NO PUSHING AND HARD SELL, JUST NICE LIKE THE OLD DAYS of the mom and pop shops.Placed the order for same the dishwasher ($175.00 cheaper). Promised early delivery for next day. I was a little hesitant, as MICHAEL WAS TOO NICE, low key, no pressure, answered all questions.An hour or so after leaving the store, I received an e-mail telling me that the dishwasher will be delivered the next morning by 10:30.The next morning I received an email telling me that the dishwasher was on the way to me and to click on the link ... I did and it showed me a map of the truck coming to me and the drivers name. As I watched the truck approaching my house, I went outside to make sure and THERE WAS THE TRUCK.There were 2 of the nicest delivery men I ever met. They disconnected the old dishwasher and brought it down the flight of stairs. They unpacked the new dishwasher and carried it upstairs to the kitchen. The delivery man notice that there was a damage on the door. While he was showing me the damage, he was already calling Michael to let him know. He handed the phone to me and said that I had a choice of receiving a $50.00 credit or they could put a claim in with GE to get me a new door. Told him I would get back to him the next day after my wife saw it. She also discovered that the knob was also scratched (to me I could live with it), but she wanted the parts to be replaced. I called Michael the next morning and told him about the door and knob and my wife wanted them replaced. HE SAID NO PROBLEM, he would notify GE and they would get in touch with me. Ten minutes later I received an email from GE that the parts were already ordered with next day shipping and that I should call the number at the bottom of the email when I received the parts so they could send a repairman to make the changes.SO, WHERE DO YOU FIND A STORE LIKE KLEARVIEW TODAY????? VERY HARD TO FIND, BUT I AM NOW A CUSTOMER THAT WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN I NEED AN ITEM THAT KLEARVIEW SELLS. I walked into the store today , the blond lady sitting at the front pretended that she does not sees me while continuing her very important phone call , when I approached her again saying can I ask you a question she tried to get someone else to come over telling me that she does not speaks Russian .I asked her a question in English, did it in any way sound Russian?It is not acceptable to judge someone by appearance and not even attempt to offer help, it speaks volumes about the store and customer service!!

Went to the store last Wednesday to purchase a TV, it took us 15 minutes to order TV that we wanted and we had it delivered this Friday. Great delivery service, guys came in and installed everything for my elderly parents and took out old TV. No problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this store.

Not only were the prices here much cheaper saving us over a $1000 the sales reps here are very knowledgeable and treat you as a valued customer. Perfect explanations on every item is important when buying these items. Simply the BEST experience is the way to explain the shopping time here. Highly recommended. I purchased an AC, the Russian salesman was very nice and helpful. I was going to write a good review. Then I had to come back because there was an issue. The guy turned 180 on me. I told him there was an issue, he didnt even bother to approach me, i had to explain it to him from half-the-store away. He was rude, not helpful, i heard vitriol in his voice.People, dont deal with Russians, seriously! I used to be Russian, dont want to be one anymore.They either scam you, or, if its a ligitimate business, they are shockingly rude.

His delivery guys are very good and helpful and complete the installation quickly and very clean. After all these positive comments Klearview is also very competitive in it’s pricing. 2022-08-09I am so pleased with the entire transaction and installation of my through the wall air conditioner.Eyal was an excellent straightforward guide to selecting the right one. My trepidation was about the installation. I need not have worried. Raymond and his helper, Manolo, came when they said they would and with professionalism and extreme attention to detail, did a great job. I will recommend Klearview to all my friends. If youre not my friend, go somewhere else to buy your appliances.

2022-05-30I bought a Friedrich window AC from them. They called to say it could be delivered a week earlier than we first planned. They arrived to do the work on the early side of the four hour window & they called before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. They did an excellent installation, very neat, they cleaned up all the mess and took my old AC away. They were done in about 15 minutes. I was very happy with the experience.

Although they initially said I had to wait for hours I only waited 40 minutes thank you Klearview I would highly recommend you to anyone. If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would

2022-08-06LOVED my Klearview experience!! They are the only ones over all Manhattan who could replace my obsolete AC unit and the frame around it on top of my window and perform this custom installation. A BIG thank you to David & Kenny who were SO amazing, professional, fun & friendly and did an AMAZING job!! They are life saviors and I don’t know what I would have done without them during this scorching hot summer!! Thank you so much, guys!!! I cannot recommend you enough!

2022-08-03Alex and another gentleman I do apologize I didn’t get his name installed my AC today. He was amazing. They were on time and informed me when he would be at my house. They was able to remove the bars from my windows because I was unable to, he save my life lol. After they finish installing the AC he informed me about the AC and what he did. They are the best. I recommend this company to anyone who needs an AC and need it installed. Thank you so much for providing me with my AC and having it installed by Alex I truly appreciate. If I could give 100 stars I would.

2022-03-10The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our new compact washing machine today to the top floor of our house on narrow stairs and hallways, and removed the old broken machine, were exemplary. They were skilled, thoughtful, and courteous. They made a worrisome experience pleasant, and we are grateful to them. 2022-06-08Today they brought my new air conditioner, the elevator does not work (repair) and two guys lifted it to me on the 4th floor. Removed the old one and installed the new one. Everything is fast and professional! Everything was checked, everything works, I am very satisfied with the work and service. Many thanks to you and your employees, all at the highest level!
