In all the years Ive gone to Kmart I have never seen it so empty, especially on a Saturday. They didnt have a variety of hardly anything. They especially didnt have fans or air conditioners. Its the beginning of summer I was so surprised, and God forbid security knew were anything was. Smh
They are a great store but they need to correct their pricing on the basic edition and route66 tshirt shelves for men. I was going to buy a shirt from there that said 6.99 and it was really 10$, the cashier noticed they had the wrong sign. Then we started noticing that the shelf next to it also had the incorrect sign. The manager did not want to honor the pricing that was clearly advertised so I decided to buy a different shirt that marked 7.99 and it was really 4.19.
Well, I thought I was in a different world. They have security but it still seems so empty and outdated! You should see the register! Lol They do have cheap things but its more like a thrift store. It makes you feel like you are alone & have no life. No real energy in there. A drag....and everyone drags their behinds. Lol very limited things. They do have a restroom while shopping. Man, they badly need an upgrade or I see bankruptcy. Smh
This location is to the point of bare bones and seems like it is going to close soon. Prices are still high and limited supply. The only positive thing they have going is the Pharmacy staff. They are kind, helpful, and always treated us well. Unfortunately for years Kmart has been falling apart, smelly, over priced, and our only option for those in the neighborhood who travel by foot. We have lived in the neighborhood for almost nine years and one time we saw the store manager in person working. Seriously, I dont understand how one has a job and doesnt do their job when others who need one and are more willing to work are looking. Its sad.
Its just sad. The store is empty there are no customers looks like the quality of merchandise are remnants. I give the store another two months before it just closes its doors and throws up his hands. The staff is not happy theres no energy in the place. And had been a well patronize store at one time there now its just a ghost. A shell of what it used to be. A lot of other quality stores like Burlington and the Gap and and others on and around the area I have just taken all the business away from it. I will miss it I will hate to see it go.
Place has less items than expected. But the cashier Yureil (I believe) was a bit disrespectful. I get that transactions take time and people do have the option to cancel an item before buying it to check the price but thats no reason to be that rude. Were in the middle of a pandemic that doesnt mean manners dont exist.
My friend got vaccinated here and was a good experience. There was no line only waited approximately 5 minutes while all the paper work was filled out. The pharmacist took time to explain the possible symptoms and was clean and very careful. Overall it was a very quick procedure for getting the moderna vaccine. We were very pleased with the service. At the end, the pharmacist asked if my friend was feeling okay, smiled and then said good-bye see you in a month! Would definitely reccommend going to kmart for the covid vaccine.
Is well located. Needs more staff to help the customers, but has good prices, good sales. The clothes are not good quality. Ive been at other kmart and they have better quality clothing. Is a good place to shop in an emergency.If you go early in the morning and during the week the store is not crowded at all.

I order online and do store pick ups . Each time i go ,there are ridiculously long lines however customer service/cashiers are always patient and friendly. My only complaints are: there needs to be more cashiers at the pick up area. I feel so sorry for the people who have to do that job alone. Too many customers for one person to handle. The other complaint I have is that every time I order something on line it says in stock at this location however it really isnt and my order gets canceled.
Customer service sucks in general but in New York it sucks really bad. This Kmart needs more staff to make the payment process faster. The computers are old and slow. The waiting line gets long really quickly due to lack of employees at the cash registers! Prices are decent but things are misplaced really bad. And the price labelling is confusing.
Theres no AC in there so get ready to wait on a line that wraps around the store with a mask on and 4 working registers. If you need any assistance on the floor, you have to walk around the entire store trying to find someone. Just buy online and avoid the entire negative experience 👎👎
Great variety of items from children, women, and men clothing and shoes and accessories at descent prizes. They have a great amount of furniture, and childrens toys. Not a lot of electronics and the cashiers are not all always open. The lines get delayed when people are applying for the credit card. I think there should be a different line for that.
Due to COVID-19 regular shopping lately has been somewhat hectic, however I went to Kmart today to do some Christmas shopping and found what I was looking for and was in and out of there in less than 35 minutes. I was able to get what I needed for everyone on me Christmas list. More importantly, the store wasnt crowded and the cashierres were quick in getting the customers out.COVID regulations are observed and social distancing rules apply here.
Kmart at Bruckner no longer has an abundance of household items. There werent any quality mixing bowls or tea kettles. Not as many options than a discount store. Plus they only have a few cashiers open so as usual there are long lines that go very slowly. I wish we had a good, reputable department store in the neighborhood.
Awesome store with a HUGE variety of items: Appliances, Clothing, Pharmacy, health & beauty, jewelry, shoes, food, Outdoors, Toys and more. I cant believe Ive ignored this store for years! Finally gave it a try last Christmas and ended up buying my entire list from there. Ive been hooked ever since. Many bargains to be found here. And things that arent a huge deal but priced ok still end up being a bargain because I can purchase it and enjoy it the same day rather than waiting days or weeks for it to be delivered from Amazon and the like. Its fun to shop in the neighborhood now. You no longer have to travel far for deals and variety. Yay!Also, all the staff Ive dealt with have been VERY friendly and helpful. Even the security guards. Great place to shop.
I ordered extra large tank tops online for in store pick up. I travel all the way there only to receive V NECK T SHIRTS SIZE LARGE!If they didnt have it why did they send me a email to pick it up?Who reimburses me for my time and carfare?I am livid and i feel like they do not value me as a customer.
This particular store did not have scanners price the items we were interested in. 1)We spent more time seeking scanners than actually enjoy the hunt for more items. 2) the associates on the floor pointed us to the scanners instead of accompanying us. 3) the front end cashier ( young man with an assistant) was not hospitable, pleasant and interested on his phone chat. Lastly, the manager that was called to provide us an over ride was not pleasant nor greeted us.Very disappointed with this experience.
Went today to this kmart store and we was charged regular price for about 6 items! We went to help service desk and they took 2 1/2 hours to fix the prices someone came in and fixed it in with no problem after the 2 hours and change ..staff is poorly trained the female who was working with me did not seem to care and never apologized for the inconvenience terrible customer service t..Ifirst they gave me 28 dollars but I knew it was more at the end they over charged me 50 dollars! Worst experience ever
Consider this establishment a great place to shop for several items.I have gotten smaller, more obscure items such as night driving glasses as well as clothes and storage containers.Everything was made with quality and the return policies were fair.It is located off of the Bruckner so it caters to the local community but is safe enough and accessible to persons passing through the Bronx.There is a mini-shopping mall feel to the area as big box stores and restaurant chains and franchises are located nearby.The parking lot is enormous and always has parking.Public transportation is accessible.Do not expect to receive out of this world service as many of the employees and cashiers are in high school.Obviously, on the weekends and during holidays, it is a mad house to shop there.The bathroom is clean.
Terrible customer service, items unorganized. asked if an item was on sale because it was placed under a sale tag and was asked by the girl with black and blue hair in the bottom to go show her where the shoes where at , when I was at the register and the cashier asked her the same thing for another customer and she went to see by her self ... and what bothers me is the disrespectful way she said it , I just let it go because she must be very miserable being so rude when I asked nicely. never ever buying there again.
An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! The store was BARELY stocked.The Winter Clothing was still up, and whatever staff was there COULD NOT answer as to When or IF They will receive New Seasonal Clothing.NO Floor Associates at all, only Thee (3) at the registers.NO SALE ITEMS!The MAJORITY of the items in stock were DUSTY, Discolored... Just Disgusting!
I went to purchase 2 floor fans on the second floor, but no cashiers upstairs. I struggled with these boxes down the escalator, one box ripped open on the way down, I paid for my merchandise, Im waiting on the cashier to bag them or give me a handle for carrying the boxes, she continued to take the next person and totally ignore me. I asked about the bag, she said she dont have big bags or handles. I asked how am I supposed to carried them out,she twisted her neck and said What do you want me to do. How Rude, terrible customer service and that includes the floor manager also. I do have to say the security had the up most customer service, a gentlemen indeed. Kmart need to retrain there staff.
Prepare to age while waiting in line to check out. They either have the slowest computers on earth or the employees are way to slow. They need to have self check out lanes for less than 10 items, because the lines are ridiculously slow and so annoying. The rewards are awesome though.
Kmarts at Bay Plaza is the best to shop... friendly employees... I have to say that I needed help and I ask this young girl employee (I saw her name Ashley Ruiz), and she was so happy and excited to see that I find what I went there for...very very pleasant young lady...I do pray that management there see how important it is to hire someone like her...very very helpful...I wonder if shes in management by now.. thank you Kmart for hiring young polite people like her.
This Kmart is nice and big. Good ptices. But they only had 3 registers open n about 50 people online. After waiting 20 min online manager decided shell open but for cash only. Altogether i waiting online for 30 minutes woth 2 screaming children n only purchased 3 bins. No express lane neither
Place is empty, looks like no one works there. Ive been going here since a child and as of recently going back is just sad. Its hotter inside the building than outside like the maintenance crew hasnt worked there since 2003. It looks like its been looted, empty shelves and products scattered everywhere BEFORE the outbreak.
This store is in Desperate need of Inventory!!! Who is managing this location? I would be more than glad to take over and get some stock onsite.. The store looks neglected and may in fact be next on the list to close. I dont know that to be a fact, however, it does leave you wondering... KMART, PLEASE SEND HELP TO THIS LOCATION. Good sales but the service was horrendous. Nathans cash register wasnt working so we had to order there. Get a paper with the price on it than wait on one of the K Mart lines to pay than to give it back to the staff at Nathans so they can make my meal. Worse service I had there. Than the line is super slow. I was waiting on the line for almost an hour with only 3 people in front of me. Horrible.
I have been shopping at this Kmart for years, walk in, online orders to deliver, online orders to pick up. I have encounter my bit of trouble from products that break right away to not receiving pieces to items and not being able to get them. But today broke the Ive and I am done with Kmart, at least this one. Besides the fact that I never find people to help on the floors, and when there are people some if them are in a bad mood, talking to each other about their personal lives etc.., today this lady just went ahead and portrayed me has a thief. I placed an order online to pick up, went to pick it up, had my son pay for it while I payed for some stuff that I was buying at the regular register . So the cashier did not give my son a receipt and I just left and did not check the order because was running late to pick my other kids up. So when I get home later on I opened my bag to check my order, this people change my order. I ordered 3 items, amongst them, the LOréal voluminous superstar mascara in blackest black and the Maybelline falsies in the same color. The LOréal is $10.99 online and in stores, so they gave me the LOréal voluminous original which costs $6.99 online and in stores, in brown black, and the Maybelline they gave me the correct one except for a brown color. So I go right away to change it, they did not have the $10.99 LOréal I order and payed for so I decided to stay with the one I was given just change it to a black one, when I go to customer service the guy there does not know what to do, his supervisor comes and is trying to do it, they are having issues with the computer, so after almost an hour she gets in the system, since I did not have a receipt she goes on my account, I am thinking she is going to see what I ordered and payed for and refund me, this lady starts telling me that she can not refund me the difference because I did not have a receipt and the item I wanted costs the same price ($6.99.)as the one I was given online, I yell this lady that it does not cost that much, that the price online is the same as in stores $10.99 and I know what I payed for, that in fact I went to my account and made sure of the price to make sure if it was worth it take that trip to the store for an item that costs the same because I was willing to stay with the wrong item in the wrong color if it cost the same, she kept arguing with me, I tell her that the mascara I wanted dies not cost less that $9 anywhere and that the price online was the same as in the store and she needed to refund me $4, why would I steal $4 I go to this damn store almost everyday why would I try to act up. The thing is that she refused to refund me and I was already cursing and that little monster in me was about to start looking for some matches and gas, so I told her that I was not going to waste more of my time for $4 and left. Still thinking of a way to pay back, my problem is not even the $4, is the treatment, the lack of customer service, her insinuating I was trying to steal $4, come on, how low can I be to try and steal $4, if I am going to commit theft I will do it for way more than $4 and definitely not at Kmart, which of course I will not do.
Horrendous, the lines are long and instead of adding more cashiers they close ALL of them to have an end of shift. There is no continuity of service. Worse yet after 17mins of waiting I still have 4 people in front of me. People have been getting nasty due to the long lines and confusion. This REALLY wasnt worth the visit.
I made an online order for store pick up. I received confirmation stating that my order was being processed. It stated that I would receive an email letting me know when I should pick up my item . At approximately 7pm I received a cancellation email informing me that my order was cancelled. There was no explanation as to why. I called customer service to find out the reason and was given numerous excuses that made no sense to me. One repeated excuse was that there was a glitch in the system. Later in the conversation that excuse became another ........... my point is I was given the run around for an air conditioner I paid for. I could’ve went somewhere else if they had even responded in a reasonable time. What hurts the most is that my children had to endure another day of this heat after I promised to bring home an AC.
Awful. But improving. Somewhat.Seriously these people only want to go home. It used to be, if you had a complaint or return you got the neck (a term described to me by one of the staff) or the eye roll.But the prices are good for NYC, and where else will you get parking thats free? In this city they punish you for driving or having a car. Or a motorcycle. Or a bicycle. Or walking.Wait...NYC doesnt want you to live here at all. But thats another thread altogether...:)
This store should retire. We bought a Samsung TV and it was a total rip off!! The box contained a generic brand TV and on top of that, the screen was smashed!! Thankfully they accepted the return. If they wouldnt I would have submitted a complaint with consumers affairs. NEVER AGAIN!!! Lesson learned!! I had to give a star in order to post this?! That sucks!!
Well a most horrific experience. Decided to do a little shopping early Sunday morning right when store opened. Found what I was looking for , a simple pair of shorts. I go to the dressing room to try them on. I try them on a nice fit. One problem the door to my changing room locked behind me. So my friend finds a manager and explains the problem. She pages some one named Luis who seems to be the only one with a key. Well after 20 minutes and no Luis I complain again and tell them I need to get my belongings. They assured me someone would be there to unlock the dressing room door. 10 more minutes goes by no Luis or anyone who was willing to assist. I then crawled under the door and jimmied my way into my dressing room and got my stuff and let my self out. Still no one shows . now its over 25 minutes that I waited. I spoke to a floor supervisor and explained what just happened . I asked to speak to her supervisor. What a surprise she could not find him. I asked for his full name. This moron told me she did not know his full name because in kmart they are on a first name basis with everyone who is an employee. Lmao. She said she was sorry . but no one attends the dressing room till 1030 am. Fine but put up a sign. Dont have the doors open and then lock behind people. I left my stuff on the floor and bought nothing. The staff there from supervisor to floor people and cashiers looked like they all crawled out of bed and could care less about the customers. Including the security guard who could not speak English. Truley a sad sad experience at this retail giant. But like in the movie rain main. Like Ray said Kmart sucks
As a mystery shopper the Kmart location of Bruckner Expressway you request the manager and it is true managers do actually pass along the request floor sales supervisor ignores customers at the floor as previous complaints it is true unfortunate for a supervisor or manager you would have to wait approximately 5 minutes or even 30 minutes like I did today. Sales superv leticia is very rude and unprofessional she leaves customer and declines to hear the situation .
#1) YOU CANNOT TAKE THE CART OUT OF THE STORE. Not past the security guard who is INSIDE checking receipts. Have a full cart with heavy items? Loyal customer? Too bad! They dont want to pay one of the six employees they have to do cart roundup.#2) 90 degrees today? What is this AC you speak of?#3) The floors are perpetually grungy.This is the WORST.
Most disorganized store in USA if there is in any award, I would give it to this Bronx location. I bought some stuff like bike, outdoor living, camping and shoes. Did comparison shopping and everything is 20-30% more than Walmart. Everything or most item displayed in shelf with wrong item name and price.. was looking for staff for 20 plus minutes for help in mens clothing. Never find one. This place will be out of business soon lime the sister company sears..
Nothing made in America and if there is, I never seen it. No help, depressing music, no prices on anything. No quality. More junk than goods. Untrained staff that are either clueless or just dont give a damn. Probably because they are underpaid and overworked. Latinos that cant speak spanish. And tell those guys to pull up their pants. They look like babies in desperate need of a diaper change.
The Customer Service dept and Electronic dept ........SUCKS !!!!!.... I was left on hold for 30 mins and when they answered they didnt know who I was and they lie about products that will be ordered or new shipments. I had to call the Bay Plaza store to get the answers I didnt receive from the Bruckner store. Just down right disrespectful to the issues I have. Too bad there is no real face I can complain to.Good luck in having your issues resolved with the Bruckner Store employees. I will never go back there....not even to buy the water.
One of the worst kmart stores. The lines are long, the cash registers are old, they ask you a million questions when you are cashing and print 10 pounds of paper receipts with coupons you cant use. Rude staff, lazy and uncaring. The store is in the Bronx so ownership doesnt care as long as they continue to make money. I was shopping once on the first floor on a Monday and there were two pigeons flying around and destroyed a television near the womens section with excrement. I went back on Thursday and they were still there!
First the manager Merlin is horrible she has a bad attitude and wasnt helpful at all. Cashiers are on the phone while attending you which is very rude she left the alarm on my jacket. When I went back and asked the so call manager Merlin to give me a discount. For my troubles of driving hrs she refused. To help and assist me. There for if I can give this place no stars of would.
I will start of by saying i will never in the rest of my entire life visit kmart for nothing. I went on blackfriday and i put some things in layway because they said no money down and i said great after hours and hours in the line, finally my turn is not free i had to 20 sonething dollars up front. My husband sees what i have in the layway and goes and buys the same items as a surprise and 1 week b4 chritsmas he tells me. I like anyone else make another line to retun the items. 2 hours just to get to the customer service line i do my return on December 21 thinking im going to be refunded the young lady said well is going back on card allow 5 business day. Still Jamuary 5th and i havent received my refund. It gets me very upset for me to thru so much to receive my money back when i did the payment the next day the money was out of my account why now i have to wait 14 days for my refund.
Horrible experience.Was waiting on line for customer service for about 40 minutes cause there was one person working at the register and about like 30 people standing on line.As we were next on line waiting to pick up our item we purchased online we found out from the customer service employee Jeremiah that our item was not the one we ordered and it was totally different from what we purchased online.Then the customer service employee Jeremiah explained to us that the item in the store was not found so they substituted the item for something totally different.Me and my wife then explain to Jeremiah that it was so ridiculous for them to do that and unprofessional for them not to email us at least that the item was not in the store so we won’t have to travel so far.Customer service employee Jeremiah was very polite and Professional.I just felt so sorry for him that it was understaff and he was working all by himself.The Kmart manager Anthony Stimatz Should get up from his big behind and help his customers and employees.He should be ashamed of himself and embarrassed of how he is running his own store.
THIS KMART IS CACA! The employees seem to not enjoy their jobs and take their anger towards their customers. Instead of hiring grumpy losers, hire more etiquette people (only a few people like that in this establishment). On top of that, their items are extremely pricy compare to Target. Definitely going back to Target for now on!
Order a tree for store pick up today. Grown women at the customer service desk picking up the phone and asking to speak to people pretending it isnt Kmart and hanging up the phone. Ive called corporate and theyve informed me there is nothing they can do. Maybe if the employees were doing their jobs and not playing games on the phone things would actually get done. Take your buisness to wal-mart.
Kmart must upgrade their computer systems and registers. To shop at kmart one must mentally prepared to spend an hour on the checkout line. The registers are super duper slow and they always gave technical issues. Why, why kmart? You would have much more customers if your registers werent like ancient dinosaurs. Kmart really is a store for the elderly and for people that do not have busy lifestyles or people who simply have all the time in the world to waste. Geeeeeeez!
The lines take to long the cashiers are slow and the registers are outdated they use IBM monitors need I say more. Also the line for customer service is the slowest I have ever has to deal with in a department store I can see why they are struggling as a company and there closing all there stores.
This is the worst k mart Ive ever been in. Super unorganized. Had orders delivers here for pick up n they dont know where anything is. Waited for almost n hour n still no good. Do I have to look for new gifts now! What a waste of time n money. Rum from this store. Hood bugger store for real!
Terrible customer service, employees are very ghetto and under trained. I placed online orders here and they never get it right or try to give you the wrong item. in addition i have placed online orders where they tried to give me open box / return items. I would never buy from this location again.
Rude employer name Jordan with pink hair. very disrespectful. Asked to take an alarm off a purchase from awhile back, told Me couldn’t be done withought receipt, after I told him all that for an alarm he throws the clothes and says You can walk out there’s nothing I can do. Now if I would have said something rude I would’ve been the wrong in the situation.
I like that Kmart because they have everything for a lo price all January and February and March and I cant believe that almost cost 10 dollars our more but everything is less then a hundred dollars plus Skiboards and rollerskates and bikes and phones for 20 dollars so if you think I am lowing just go to Kmart and see for your self oh and they sell phones now because the boss saw that they werent because everything was more then a hundred dollars and thats why they now sell phones thanks for reading my peace by oh and tell me if you like it if you liked it or do you like it just tell me
Meh, its K-Mart. Basically a Walmart-Lite for us city dwellers. Selection is always really spotty but prices are generally good and its conveniently located which is probably the only reason its still here. You can find a steal or two here and there though, so its worth the trip.
Jordan (male) at front desk (where you go to pick up your online orders) need to find himself a job that he likes or just learn to be a professional. While in line, I observed this staff member making inappropriate faces and gestures to customers questions. I asked Jordan for help on locating an item in his store since KMART online said this store has the item. Jordan told me 97% of online items are not present in the store regardless of what it says online. Jordan seem to be forgetting Im there to pick up my order that I placed online, which, by the way, were all in his store packed in 3 bags with my name on it.Another corporate giant with not enough of staff to cover the demand, which results in more workload for current staff members. Now it will build up and these are the employees youll get. KMART must fully staffed their stores and pay their staff members sufficiently.
It was ok they only have one cart that was working for people with disabilities we couldnt get to the other places in the store and the line was too to long and people was mad only five or less line the other employees on the floor didnt help they just watch and complain themselves and that was very uncool the workers there to should have not let Customer heard them say that please clean up your store thank you
I was at Kmart in the Bruckner Mall, Bx for 1 1/2 hours with a $498 credit given to me by Sears towards a new TV because the tech was unable to fix my Plazma. The woman at the cashier in electronics told me that Sears and Kmart were one, and told me to pick out a T.V. and my credit would be honored but transaction had to be completed by customer service. I jotted down the TV I wanted. I went to Cust. Svs and waited on a very, very long line and finally I get to Jordan who is clueless. He tells me that he has never done a transaction like that before. He pages team member Dora a couple of times. After about 20 minutes, Dora calls and Jordan explains the whole thing. He comes back and tells me I need a Kmart card and that I had to go to a Sears store. Sears in the Bronx closed down. The nearest one to me is 5 hours round trip. I am retired, dont have a car and my credit expires in 7 weeks. So now I am desparate. Customet Service is key. Once upon a time Sears had it; Kmart has never had it.

2017-10-28This Kmart was great, had what I needed to buy and had a wide variation. Only thing I didnt like was the mess of costumes/masks on the floor from people using but I get it, they clean it at closing hours. Some of the staff are pretty great and some others well, they need some work on being nice. Other than that I had a great buy there and the prices were really affordable.

2018-01-07I practically live inside this store. This location is my favorite. I have a cat, and their selection of cat food, toys and items is amazing. The prices are excellent. I also shop for many household products from bed sheets and toys to electronics and jewelry. A convenient In store pharmacy, bed & bath area, fitness and sports items. I love their bedding collections, many are reasonably priced. Nice weekly/monthly specials and friendly customer service. Overall clean, well lit. Conveniently located within walking distance to buses Bx5, Bx36 and Bx39. A Nathans eatery is located in the lobby, at the main entrance. Ample free parking area. Open until late, but always check out holidays hours.

2021-09-07This was a sad experience. I couldnt count ten customers in the store. Many of the shelves were less than half stocked. They may be gone by Christmas.

2017-07-081) Pretty good selection of stock only few problems many times the escalator dont work and they dont want to pull out the shopping cart to the parking not to happy how things change over the years2) From my second visit I saw they fix one section of the escalator to pull the shopping cart and this time they let too take the shopping cart to wait for a cab and seeing that there are putting better deals. Hope they keep improving

2020-05-05Wow this place changed soooo much from when I was kid! It was so cool and we literally got everything from them, now the once huge bike section is replaced by 20 old helmets and kids stuff...damb

2017-10-11Kmart is a great store with better prices than most dept stores and supermarkets . They have everything if you can find it. Even things that will surprise you when you see it.

2021-09-26I’ve seen this superstore grow and decline. At its prime it was full of deals and customers, a magical place. Now this store is nothing but a husk of its former glory, the incredible electronics section had been removed and reduced to a few isles, the shelf’s are barely stocked, and the store is usually so empty it’s scary to go upstairs. While the store is full of useful items it is not as good as it used to be.

2017-12-21I bought a few things and asked about military discount. I was told by one of the African-American Female Manager they do not offer it for the last 12 years since she has been working there, I showed her the website on my phone that states 20% off regular items and 5% off sale items. the least to say they did not give me a military discount. Disappointed, conflicting information.
