This insurance company has been used in my family since I was a toddler! Ive known the employees there since I was little. Joanne is always a very big help, turning 18 a couple years ago I went to her first for help with figuring out what was best for my insurance and Ive been with them ever since. She was wonderful at explaining everything and giving advice on my insurance! Overall Joanne and everyone else that works there are amazing and do great work :)

However, dont let the small town business fool you, they work with all of the major insurance carriers and work hard to get your the best policy for the lowest cost! Weve been with Kneller Insurance for about 4 years and have had to change our homeowners policy several times. Wendi has been absolutely amazing and helpful. She responds to every email within an hour and has been able to resolve every problem weve had within a day; plus, we have managed to get the best rates (I have shopped around to check). Jackie Hennessy and Joanne Myers have been our go to insurance people since we relocated to this area in 1993. Our agent Wendi Wolfe is fantastic to work with. We were referred to Wendi by our real estate attorney. We were weekenders, then moved here full-time during Covid and needed to change residency, licenses, etc. She’s a creative problem solver who often knows what we need before we do. For example, I recently bought a new car, when I called to add it to the policy, she already had the info and had sent the insurance cards to the dealer. Luckily, we’ve never needed to make a claim, I’m sure she’d be equally on the ball if we did.

After having had other insurance companies and agencies over the years I happened to stumble upon the Kneller Agancy in Valatie. I had been somewhat dissatisfied with my current agency and was looking for a change. Boy am I glad I did! After initially talking and getting qoutes from Jackie I made the change to Kneller for all my insurance policies, (home, auto and motorcycle) and have never had the need or desire to look back. Jackies attention to detail, product knowledge, customer focus and availability to talk with me at any time, (especially when I have had the inevitable insurance emergency has been second to none. I cannot express how great Kneller Insurance Agency is and has been for me. Every time I have reached out to Joanne Myers at their Valatie office she has been happy, upbeat, and real easy to work with. On multiple occasions I have needed to add a vehicle to our policy and of course I didnt call till I was just about to go to DMV and yet Joanne had not problem adding the vehicle and having the insurance cards ready for me in no time. I have been a customer for over 25 years and will continue to. Every one of their Valatie employees are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and real human. They go above and beyond including reaching out to me to see how my family is doing as well as sending a card expressing their sympathy for my Dads passing. She is super helpful, patient, supportive and pleasant to work with she has your best interest for everything she does. She is always available if I needed her and when ever I call her she is able to get everything done in smoothest process ever. I recommend Jodie to everyone I talk to. She is personable, efficient, caring and so much more. Even if you call the office to ask a question all the staff are so nice to help you out as well. 2022-06-30Kneller insurance company is by far the best. This is my family’s go to place for all of our insurance needs. I emailed Wendi this morning because I bought a new car and needed insurance cards sent to the dealer. She responded and had everything completed within 20 minutes. She was, as always, polite, quick and efficient. Best customer service hands down! Kneller Insurace Agency is first rate in terms of accessibility and proficiency.
