The first time I went for the first oil change and maintenance, I waited almost 4 hours and they billed me for the windshield wiper refill but they never put it in... I came back today with my appointment to check the ing light on my dashboard is on and they tell me that I should leave the car, my car has a warranty and they are supposed to give me a car while they repair or check mine... oh well, it turns out that they dont have cars and I have to go home on foot. My car is super new and its a lease, you must solve your problems and comply with your service and factory guarantee!

2022-05-18Very sad , they replaced my ECM and stole parts from my 2010 Pathfinder. I didnt give them an authorization to work on my car. Dont leave your car overnight. They said. They are a rip-off place. They will invent anything to make money. Tony the shop supervisor said a mechanic made a mystake after the rep. Kelly Chacon said the car was like that. I brought the car running and have to pickup with tow truck.Dont use this dealership.

2021-03-30Koeppel Nissan never disappoints. I leased my car in 2019 and they have taken care of all my service needs. They always go above and beyond customer expectations. They are nice, reliable and organized. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially Todd in the service department has helped me every time and been phenomenal with customer service. Thanks guys!

2021-05-13I really liked the atmosphere there. No pushy sales or finance folks. Nikem Jackson was my sales rep. He was great! He followed up and tried his best to help me. Gerard Baptiste is also great person to speak to as well. They wont BS you.

2021-11-11They do not have real customer service, when the person who has the vehicle case is called by phone they do not give an accurate answer and say that they are going to call you back but they do not. To find the problem that a vehicle has, they take several weeks and even months. We have a Nissan Rogue fix a problem and in almost two months that they have with the vehicle they still have not found the problem. They seem to have no professionalism or deep knowledge of mechanics. In our case, they have not been able to find what is the real problem with the nissan rogue that we have fixed. first they said that the differentials are damaged, then they said that they are not the differentials, that it is the transfer case and finally they say that the problem is in the transmission, ect.ect. They have been with our car for almost two months and they still havent fixed it. I do not recommend that place to have your vehicle fixed.

2021-04-13HORRIBLE service, if you are looking to sell your car look somewhere else unless you want to wait for your check eternally. I sold my car to Koeppel Nissan over 2 weeks ago. They were quick to take my car and all the paperwork and told me I would get the check by the end of the week. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CHECK. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don’t know who they think they are but I this people have proven to be less than truthful and unethical. I can only guess any interaction with this company is just as disappointing. Please do yourself a favor and find another car dealership.Keep in mind I didn’t even had a financing plan with my car, it was literally the easiest paperwork possible. But somehow they still haven’t sent the check for the car that they already took from me.

2021-07-09Every time I take my car here they miraculously find something wrong with it each and every time. They tried charging me $675 just to diagnose my vehicle. Work not done properly either, tires were not aligned properly, broke my speaker cover near driver door, and didn’t install cabin air filter properly

2021-03-15Called and made an appointment a week in advance. Get to my scheduled appointment on time and I wasnt in their system nor was an appointment ever booked by the person on the phone. Was told 15 mins on the phone to reprogram a key fob, told an hour when I got to the place, ended up being there for 2 hours. Services were performed on the car that was not requested or explained prior to doing in order to up-sell. Avoid if you can, go to a different place for service

2021-04-24Havent had any problems, theyre always welcoming and my car has had many problems in the past month. The place is always clean and inviting and everyone has great customer service.

2021-05-02Expensive, but service is impeccable both the mechanics and the office. Unfortunately, their Sales Department is the worst: deceiving and unprofessional.

2021-06-05Best part is the service counter reps. They are always professional and polite. I always look for Kelly or Steven they are the best.
