Absolutely love Kohls!Update: Kohls still has the number one customer service team in retail. I called the other day looking for some jeans for my daughter. The woman who answered was extremely busy, because it was a sale day. She also was not issued one of those price guns that tells you whats in their inventory. So she asked what it was I was looking for disappeared for a couple of minutes, came back to verify something, and went back to search for my items. Unbelievable! In the middle of a chaotic sale day, this associate takes the time to rifle through piles of jeans in order to find a specific size for my daughter. And when she was done she wasnt aggravated, in fact she was very apologetic, because they didnt have them. 💯➕
Nice Amazon return center here! I think kohls sells clothing too, so there’s that.

There were two cashiers open. One spent 14 minutes talking to the lady she was helping about coupons she could get. The other one spent 27 minutes chatting with a customer about Christmas presents she got for her family, the woman was already done with her transaction at minute 16 but they decided to stand there and hold up the line to talk for longer. There were 11 people in line including myself (I was next) and by the time I got to the register there were only 4 people behind me, everyone else abandoned their carts and products by the line because waiting 27 minutes for the 2 ignorant old ladies to stop talking wasnt worth the cheap clothes and hand soap that will give you a rash. Literally the worst store Ive ever been to.

The customer service department went above and beyond to help me out last Sunday, July 25th. Because of a glitch with my coupons, I wasnt able to get a refund of $30, so they were able to give $30 in Kohls cash. Much appreciated!
Whats a point have this little things on clothing if it probably doesnt even works? Last time 3 of 5 purchased items had this plastic things, 2 was taken and the last one I had to return next day to take it out. And some clothing with 70% off or so is not really cheap its still way to overpriced

Remember why I stopped shopping there. Did Amazon return got 25% off coupon. Clothes are only going on name brands that are over priced and not well made. Entire store seemed over priced. Ended up with sandals just to use the coupon.
Leggings were on sale and customer service on the floor was friendly. Would not recommend however, the womens selection for clothes and shoes is extremely limited. I will never shop here again.
Customer service here is E-X-C-E-L-L-E-N-T. The white woman with black hair (Im sorry, there is no easier way to describe her and I dont recall her name) at customer service has worked here for as long as Ive been coming... and she is great! She knows what she is doing and is quick and efficient. The other staff are lovely, too!
My favorite one. Always well stocked and friendly staff. However I always seem to have a security tag that never goes off when I leave only when I come back to the store, which is very frustrating to have to keep coming back.
Big thank you to the lady I spoke to in customer service over the phone. I had called another Kohls in Williamsville and received nothing for help really except to call other numbers. Paul, the manager, understood exactly what I needed help with and was more than willing to do so. Afterwards, upon checking out Alexis, the cashier, was extremely polite and reached out for assistance when I showed up in line and gave us a great experience. Great place to shop and amazing staff.
I dont dislike, beautiful items to much money in price
They need to change their policy and re-open the fitting rooms to allow people to actually try the clothes on to find the right fit. Not all stitching is as simple as waist width and leg length. They are going to lose a lot of Business, I know they lost mine till they change this.

Everything here was good. By the book with covid 19 regulations and protocals... everyone had a mask on, my only complaint was that some of the stuff I wanted was to expensive... but the store is nice, and very clean... and very orderly... with lots of employees ready to help...
Black Friday shopping went quickly and I found everything that I was looking for. Staff was helpful during the stress of the day. I was pretty impressed with the man that helped me out. He went out of his way to find a shirt size I needed. Checkout was a lot quicker than I was expecting. All registers were open and worked like a well-oiled machine.

My recent visit was a bit different as I found all the fitting rooms closed For Your Safety ..ok but I would be good going into one given that social distancing would be assured. Otherwise a great Labor Day sale as always!
Way overpriced now even the clearance which really disappointed me. I am a huge fan if Vera Wang and Jockey undies. Nothing was even a little in sale and Jockey undies are no longer cotton which means more yeast infections for our lil ladies

I like kohls, dont get me wrong. Tons of great clothes and shoes. Theres always a coupon or discount to be found. My biggest deterrent is the dressing rooms. You know, the place Im going to strip down and try on all the things you want me to purchase, is so filthy. Today I went in right when the store opened - 9am on a Sunday morning. Which means nobody used the dressing room before me. All 3 that I ended up using were gross. Didnt try any bottoms on since I wasnt removing my shoes..
Everything is out of stock kinda. Most items are small or 3x. Guess they are sold down on stuff.
Great selection of everything. From clothes to household items to makeup/skin care. Great price points. The only thing that wasnt great was the very long line/wait. They only had two cashiers. Over all a very nice store.
I really do not like to go to places like this. I love to buy things at the Goodwill. I do not ever like paying full price for clothes. But hey! When someone buys you underwear and offers to get it from Kohls I just couldnt pass it up. Its free underwear. The staff was polite here too even though the place was about ready to close.
Nice store but no air conditioning,always to hot to shop long. And that goes for winter or summer. Its like they almost have the heat on in the summer. And then the winter its boiling in there. Love the store wish I could shop longer cant stand the temperature

The ladies were amazing they were so sweet and they carried on a nice conversation with me about their clothes that they have at Kohls! Also the store is very clean! And I see how hard the girls are working to try to keep the fitting rooms clean because people just leave it all over which is very rude and I worked retail years ago and I know and understand how hard those girls work!

Kohls is great. We go in from time to time for their clearance deals on tee shirts and what not. The store is always clean, the staff is always nice, and there is always a huge selection on clearance. We wouldnt normally shop here if it werent for the clearance deals, because their normal prices are quite high. Spent $90 on a pair of jeans, 2 pairs of workout pants, and a graphic tee shirt for the kid.

First time hear. Just stayed in front. Had a return and customer service rep. Was so helpful sweet and nice. They didnt have what I wanted in stock. She helped me order it online and delivered to my home. I had one happy 5 year old. Ty.Im looking into getting sometime and checking out this store more.

First off I was given a bag for my purchase. Secondly I was asked to show my ID and my email for my purchase order. Why is this important? Simply because I wasnt I didnt experience this at the BUFFALO Kohls. Not a single problem with this location. I will drive out of my way to use this store.

In all honesty it seems a little pricey but thats why Im always at the clearance section 😂. Besides that its a great place for clothes. My 7 year old has been looking for a fortnite t-shirt for a while and we found one here! Great selection of pants and shirts and shoes for all ages

I just love Kohl’s. For the *most* part you can find amazing deals, especially with all the coupons and rewards that they offer. Their returns are pretty easy. I often forget about their online price matching, and sometimes you’ll find their items way overpriced compared to a competitor.

Found great clearance deals with yellow stickers but when i got to the register, they rang up the original price. The clerk said she couldnt honor the clearance sticker because they were tagged wrong. Disappointing.
Shopping at Kohls was an uplifting experience today. As I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman, I believe his name was Cole. After I returned an item I went back to get a cart. A very frail and elderly looking lady was talking to him. Cole offered her a cart and she told him no thank you. She then asked for directions to the office. When Cole asked if she needed to speak to someone she said no. She was there to pay her bill. Cole offered her his arm and took her. Awesome job Cole!
I have shopped at Kohls for as long as I can remember. It is a great department store and the prices (on sale items) are not bad. Sometimes you find a steal of a deal. My most recent trip was to return an online order. Customer service was fast and relatively helpful although the woman seemed miserable and lacked the personality that even a wet mop would have had. Surely Kohls could find better people to work the customer service desk.

Like every Kohls location, this place is good for kids clothes. As far as adult clothes, I tend to find the items in the womens section to be made of quality that is only going to last one season. They do have an excellent return policy.
I have shopped here on multiple occasions and have always had excellent interactions with the staff including when I made returns. When I was frustrated because I couldnt find an item for an exact exchange and was going to lose Kohls cash because of company policy even though I was willing to exchange for a more expensive item, the woman who took care of my return gave me a coupon to use to make it up. She was even patient and kind though of was obviously frustrated. They make a good effort to get everyone checked out quickly and pull staff from elsewhere in the store to check out when the line has more than a few people in it. They are always patient and friendly and moved very quickly to speed things up on the few occasions when my toddler started to show signs he was going to melt down. Great store! Ill be back.
Not impressed with Kohls coupon policy. They used to be easy too use, customer friendly. Visited the store over holiday weekend unable to use coupon for 2 seperate transactions. The return policy is customer friendly though.
They are getting ready for Xmas cant wait to shop there again.merchandise is full at Kohls.

I was looking for a specific size in jeans that were on sale, but the only ones I found on the rack were one size higher or one size lower than I wanted. I asked an employee if she had a way of finding out if there were any more in the back, explaining what I was looking for. She scanned the tag and learned there were three in the size I was looking for on the sales floor. She then helped me look through ALL the displays to find them, with success! Just another reason I LOVE shopping at Kohls!
Its a really nice store overall. The cleaninist could use some improvements. They have good deals, if you look really good. They have shopping carts for handicap people that you can sit.
I love Kohls. When I purchase something, I get home to find an email from the store manager in my inbox -- nice, personal touch. And the customer service is always wonderful. I forgot my Kohls credit card, but their system was able to look me up so I could get the discounts. Check out the clearance racks for extra savings --- I grabbed some $45 tops for $10! And love their homeware decorations and wall hangings. I rarely leave here empty handed. Even with the exchange rate (Im Canadian), you can find great value buys.
Walked around the store for an hour looking to spend my Kohls cash. Finally found a tea kettle in black. Price was scratched out but all the others were $29.99. They did a price check.. it was $39.99. Ended up leaving. Couldnt believe the prices on everything. I will try to spend my Kohls cash on line. Wish me luck
The store has changed a lot since I learned it opened in 2005. My advice: 1) Return things as soon as possible w/ the original receipt, gift receipt, or your Kohls charge. 2) Redeem Kohls cash w/in the timeframe b/c many stores do not accept expired Kohls cash. (This is b/c way, WAY TOO many people have abused the Kohls cash coupons.) 3) Kohls has good coupon, return, and exchange policies. Always ask or read what they are BEFORE making a purchase or return. The people who read those policies have fewer hassles @ cashing out or returning. I know this location can get very messy due to the amount of Niagara Falls, Lockport, and Canadian customers they get, who shop the store very hard. It is difficult for the sales floor people to keep up w/ the volume of customers and cleanliness. The fitting rooms are always the hardest hit, even @ other locations Ive shopped at. Worse, people are completely inconsiderate of other shoppers, not really the employees being neglectful. Despite all of that, I found Kohls to have good, honest sales and coupons and I always find it worthwhile to shop there for my family.
Nice clothing but they never have cashiers on Im not waiting 40 min to buy a shirt. Im an in and out kind of guy. The lines are bending around to the back of the store and only two cashiers are on
Departments are not clearly labeled.. A lot of racks and displays were messy.. Went to pay with my card, was told it was rejected (has a zero balance).. But receipt welcomed me by name, and said I have X amount of Kohls Cash earned..? Huh?

Kohls is the nicest department store that is in the area, the atmoshpere is great, very well organized, the products are high quality. One of the last reasons I go out to Amherst to shop. It would be great if they would put one in niagara falls
I buy most of me clothes at Kohls. The Crate and Barrel line of tops are very standardized so I have no concerns buying on-line. They have great sales, even more if you have a charge card.
Very good service clean isle shows alot of respect for their customers no matter the color or creed just a wonderful store some stores see that you are African American they follow you all around the store but not kohls.
Great selection of clothes plus great misellanious items, perfect for gifts for around the holidays. For some reason I have trouble shopping for sizes in between men and boys, so not great for a man-child.
I always shop here for Jewelry. They have the best deals. Sometimes I have gotten more than 70% off. I love there dress clothing and they Apt9 has great towels! Who doesnt love Kohls Cash?
Teenagers. Went in for a couple of supposed sale items, like winter gloves. I was very disappointed in what they had, which wasnt what was supposedly available in the store. Their clothing prices in some cases are comparable to Macys.The place was a mess with stuff thrown all over the place and no sign of anyone straightening it anywhere.I gave up,, went down the street to Walmart and found what I needed for much less.
It was very crowded today for some reason and there were only one or two cashiers available which meant about a 15 minute wait to check out. My cashier was not overly courteous but not rude, either and answered all my questions about returns, if necessary.
Well organized store, even with how busy it always is. And though the lines are long, the sales associates always keep things moving. Ive never had a bad experience at this Kohls location.
As there are no Kohls in Canada, we really enjoy going here. The best time of course is when you get a 30% off coupon, on top of the sale prices! There are not always huge sales but there are times you hit a sale and get an extra percent off! I love the Sonoma bath towels, they are so soft and fluffy. The kitchen towel selection is always great too, theres always something fun for every season and occasion! Theres also great novelty tshirts and fun kitchen appliances. Plus, you gotta love the Kohls cash!

Placed a pick up order on 6/1/2020 for a 6 pack of socks. The young man brought me my bag, I immediately noticed the socks were torn apart and one was missing. They searched for another pack and there was none and no refund or discount could be made due to this PANDEMIC. I should have just ordered from amazon at least I would have gotten all six pairs of socks for the same price.

Prices are comparable to a regular department store. No real value shopping here. Merchandise is often messy and out of place. Cant find my size for many different items even when not on sale.
I bought a watch for my husband for his birthday and the watch wasn’t working so I went to exchange it they refused to exchange it and offer me 30% discount so i said I can’t use not working watch so please refund it or exchange it for me the lady called her manager and the manager was even worse she started yelling at the associated.Very rude staff and their item quality is BadThey were violence with me and my wife no respect for the costumers management doesn’t even know how to manage.
We used to be able to use our Kohls cash coupon anytime before and it was great since we live in Canada and dont have the luxury to go to Kohls as we would like too. We do visit the store at least 3-4 times/ year but not at the interval given on the cash kohls schedule to spend it. The cash Kohls incentive always motives us to go back and shop at your store. If only we could spend it immediately after we have purchased at the store it would be great but the way it is at the moment, we are loosing the cash kohl that we have earned from our purchase. I dont think it is fair..............
I normally love shopping at kohls but this location was awful. I did an instore pick up & i go to pick up my item & it was missing pieces to it. (Jump suit without the belt) . They were just going to give it to me like that. & when i asked where it was or if they can give me another one they said no. What do you mean no? So i just ordered an item & youre going to package it even though you know its missing pieces. So i just returned it & walked out. All in all , the one on Delaware is much better & more friendly.

The clothes and small appliances are grossly overpriced, and their nauseating ad campaign of scratch-offs, coupons, and endless mailers is indicative of a business on the edge. Go to TJ Maxx and get the same thing for 40% off, no coupons, no scratch-off and no B.S.
Advertised coupons and kohl cash in ad right next to toys but in the store youre not allowed to use them with toys. That was the whole reason I went there, so I spent 40. on a lego set

I love shopping at Kohls I really do, but whomever was taking care of me at the customer service desk while I paid off my Kohls card was very rude to me. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk to her, got snippy,and acted like I was taking up her day. I only needed a transaction that takes a minute maybe 2. I dont know the training process at kohls but I feel as if common courtesy and customer satisfaction is a given in any work industry. next time I cash out at kohls Ill just pay in cash or my debit card because how I was just treated was ridiculous.

Picked out a pair of Nike sneakers with a digital tag that said $60.00. When cashing out, they rung out as $79.99. The cashier (an older lady with brown hair) called over to the shoe department and was told that they are indeed $79.99. We went back and took a picture of the shoe with the digital tag and she still claimed that it was not the same shoe and became very rude in the process. Didnt call a manager over or anything to try and resolve our issue. We had several other items we were about to purchase and dropped them all and left the store. You lost over $200 in sales and two loyal customers who have a kohls card. Staff needs to be trained in customer service ASAP and Richard in the shoe department is falsely advertising prices.
Stopped in on my lunch break to get 4 pants of Levi 569. 1) while the style of pants were in the right area, the colors and sizes were all mixed together and not in the correct space based on the markings of the display. 2) they had one cashier who was a helpless geriatric employee who moved at a glacial pace and was more concerned with why two of the pants were missing a ink device then cashing me out.TL:DR organized store but unorganized inventory, which was understaffed by less than speedy service.
Prices are crazy. They can afford to have good sales because the regular prices are just ridiculous for what youre getting. Never pay full price for anything in here. If it isnt on sale and you dont have a coupon dont buy it.
Good selection and if you sign-up to their credit card you can get very good deals. Kohls has great wifi signal if you are with the kids and an ipad they will never be bore.

Try to use their coupons, theyll try to make you sign up for their credit card. Or if you dont have it on you you can just type your SS number in(good way to get your identity stolen). Super disorganized and their sales suck.

While the East Amherst Kohls is my preferred Kohls, this Kohls still has very friendly service and a wide selection, and even has several more of those kiosk things than other Kohls Ive been to.
Awesome stuff but prices are a little up there. But sometimes if you search their clearance just right you can find some super awesome deals and some really cute stuff.

Great location, a short distance from the malls. Store is clean and neat. Spaces are available with charging stations for electric vehicles.

Kohls is a fun clothing store to shop at. I can always find cool clothes to wear. Unfortunately sometimes there prices can be a little high.

Prices have become less reasonable over the years. The layout is a little sloppy and can make it difficult to shop. The smaller sizes seem to disappear quickly.

If they dont have merchandise in store, you can order online. It only takes 1 to 2 days to pick up or have it sent to your door for an extra couple days.

Went to return something from Amazon and bought a few items for Christmas.
Many clearances in nikes in store highly recommend coming in over online. Kohls card is easy to obtain even with okayish credit help build credit.
Always have a nice time shopping at Kohls and their customer service is excellent!

2022-05-06Great place for clothing and body sprays/perfume. It smells nice when you walk in. Prices are a bit on the high side, but they have plus sizes up to 24 in women. Men im not sure of, but they do have plus sizes for you as well!

2022-05-31The store is always neat and clean, which is something I really appreciate and I can always find something cute to wear because the the selection is huge. The employees are helpful and friendly. But I think (like all retail clothing establishments these days) they mark up prices and make you feel your getting a deal with their never ending coupons and kohls cash (which, by the way, need to be used in a ridiculous short amount of time). But I would still recommend this store for the variety of clothing and home goods and good customer service!Update: they have added Sephora to the kohls amherst store and I couldnt be happier! I used to have to drive to the Galleria mall to get my makeup products but it is so much more convenient. Thank you Kohls!

2018-09-29I love going to Kohls stores. This location is a great one. I always find lots of clothes I like and great deals on everything from dress shirts, to shoes, to pants. I always try to visit a Kohls when I am close to one.

2021-12-21My fiance it was kind enough to buy me a pair of work boots here. I had never been to Kohls up until then. I am very impressed of the cleanliness and setup of the store. The staff was very helpful as well. I recommend this place to anyone.

2022-01-09Kohls isnt horrible, nor is it great, it just is. During the holidays they go to a queue system for check out which is great, I am not sure why they do not use this all year round. My biggest problem with Kohls are the supposed sales. They often place a price tag with a price so high you wouldnt see the item ever sold at that price, just so they can place another tag that is 30 dollars lower in price and say that you saved money. This wouldnt be an issue except when you search for the same item online and find it 20 dollars cheaper everywhere else. Deceptive practices lowers this stores score.

2022-01-29Kohls is good, but Sephora (in store)was disappointing. A few items I was interested in purchasing had sales/mark downs but when I went to pay I was told the Kiehls cleanser wasnt on sale any more? I feel they should honor their sale signs that were posted.

2022-04-16Hadnt been into Kohls in 3 years (health issues + COVID) and not like it used to be. I was happy to see it busier than Ive ever seen it (Good Friday) but clothing was messy in some areas of mens and womens departments. The lines for womens fitting rooms were long today. Went there for a dress to wear to a wedding and found nearly no business, business casual or more formal dresses. Most were peasant style sundresses meant for under 30 group! I ended up with a Christmas leftover showed to me by an employee. Please note that there were at least 3 women over 45 also looking and we were trying to help each other find something suitable. Without Christopher & Banks, Bon Ton, Jenss, Sears or any other dress shops still in the area, I am shocked that Kohls doesnt feel like they have enough clientele to warrant carrying dresses for the most part. However- STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND POLITE!
