There’s a salesperson 👩💼 named Pam who works in the jewelry department who is a delight to deal with. She is so friendly and helpful and is the happiest person in this store.
Prices on some items hard to find. Baby department was good.
Went in to return an item I ordered that was incorrect. Ordered a coat got hair clips instead. Manager would not replace with correct item told me I had to repurchase and fight with online to get money back but he would let me give him the ladies item n refund her money.
Out of every kohls Ive been to the biggest jewelry and fragrance selection along with sunglasses I wish every Kohls had the selection that they did 👍👍
Very aggressive on having you sign up for a credit card, I had to say No three times during one transaction. They also overstuff the shelves and racks which makes it hard to get something out to try on without messing up the whole display.
They do have good sales. Dont have quick check out though. And dont know why they think its a good idea to save the closest four spots for employee of the week or whatever it is.
I didnt spend much time in there because I was just there to return a Amazon package because this is one of the Amazon Return Hubs. But I did stop and buy a couple clothing items on my way out because they had excellent deals so it was a pretty good experience for not initially going there to shop.
Its a hit or miss on their clothes sometimes nothing appeals to me rarely I find something I like. Way too much clearance clothing to have to dig through.
Ive been to the store a number of times in the last years, more so now that Amazon has their return at the store. I love that particular service and I think that theyre getting a lot of people from it. The store itself is fine and I sometimes get some nice shirts there, though the pants never fit properly.
Service was Top notch.. The online sales rep spent literally 30 minutes w/mother to help figure out her order and was kind & considerate the entire time, prices are a touch high tho if not ordered online or purchased as part of some sale.
Customer service has been great and you continue to offer a nice variety of products. However, I am very disappointed in the decision by Kohls to drop My Pillow from your product line. I have been a good customer of Kohls for many years but I have now taken pause to rethink about my shopping habits at Kohls.
Why dont stores offer seating outside dressing rooms for those waiting? Either they dont think about it or they dont care to offer customer comfort for their shoppers. Which is it Kohls?
Cheap, big selection of teen shirts for my grandsons. Marvel and others to choose from. Very pushy on trying to get you a kohls charge card. I dont like that.

So upset cant try on clothes. Said it was a NY State rule but I had just been to old Navy and could try on clothes. They must hold the clothes for 5 days after trying on, and they cant be bothered to do so. I noticed no one was buying clothes. How can they expect to sell much of anything without trying it on first?
Probably like most other Kohls stores. Extremely lacking in consideration for mobility impaired individuals like me. They have a single wheelchair available without a shopping basket and no motorized scooters. Nowhere to sit down inside the store
I love Kohls! Especially this one. There are 3 in my area & I frequent this one the most. It is bih, very organized & clean. The salespeople are so nice & helpful. I wanted to buy my daughter a specific outfit for Christmas last year. They didnt have her size. One of the associates went out of her way to check into other local Kohls. When she saw that another one carried it in the size I wanted, not only did she call over there to make sure they really had it before I drove that distance, but she asked them to please put it on hold for me. I will continue to do all my clothes shopping at this store.
Is it just me, or is it just an uncomfortable experience shopping at Kohls since the Covid shutdown and reopening?! It is too warm in the CP store. Every time I go in (only when I need to) I try to get in and out quickly because Im uncomfortable and frustrated every time. Saturday, should be staffed up. No, 2 registers open in the womens dept. No registers open in the mens dept. The selection of merchandise was very poor. I tried to spend money in 4 depts b4 I could find anything to use my Kohls cash on. The only reason I gave a 2 star rating is that someone at the customer service dept showed pity on me when I asked them to hold my selection so that I could come back to purchase later because I physically needed to get out of there. Niw thats customer service! Thank you
Love it here overall. Just need better organization. Clothes are everywhere and sometimes when I think I found a deal on something, it turns out the item was in the wrong location. Other than that, great place and great deals!

Was a quick visit to do an Amazon return (who knew?). The customer service line was getting long, but they quickly brought in 3 more associates. Responsive and efficient. Very convenient that they take Amazon clothing returns.
I am not a frequent shopper at Kohls - maybe 2 or 3 times a year. It just seems like the days I go, they are in the middle of reorganizing the displays or the items I am looking at are a complete mess on the display. I know its hard to keep on top of those things - I worked retail a long time ago - but its in upheaval when I go there. And I HATE getting bombarded with the Kohls credit card questions at the check out. I politely decline and say I am not interested, but they keep asking any way. The kicker this time was as I was getting my bag the cashier said to make sure I sign up before coming in next time. Just please stop.
I only needed to buy a pair of earrings.I was surprised to see the great selection. And they were on sale! Great discount. Another savings added when I went to check out. Terrific experience.
Ordered on line they gave me the wrong item and when i brought it back to get the right item Lauren in housewares yelled across the store that she was not my personal shopper she should of pulled the right item in the first place

While their selection of goods is nice. I had to inform the cashier 4 times that I didnt want their credit card nor did I want the Kohls card. I understand they have a quota but listen to what your guest says so theyll actually want to come back.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, although I was extremely disappointed in the mens shoes selection. Little to choose from and a lot of missing sizes for what they did have. I didnt end up buying anything but the experience was positive nonetheless because of their staff..
Easy shopping, rug shelves bare, must be time for a new one. Good deals in bath, got 15% off my order ya. They now carry m&ms,ya, my favorite. Oh ya, now hiring 6am shift in the delivery department came the announcement over the PA system. Good times.
5 stars for shopping values, 3 for store quality. Husband & I always do pretty well @Kohls. Their percentage off coupons are well worth having their credit card. Clifton Park store really needs to step up hiring efforts, they need more people. Clothing displays are in disarray, fitting rooms loaded with clothing discards (making sizes harder to find-because theyre all in a pile in dressing room!)and floors in there are dusty!
The sales person was great when I went in today. Friendly and pleasant. The check out person was a little more withdrawn but still did her job.
Plan ahead. The lines can be very long, especially during the day. The pandemic is to blame. You cannot try clothing on in the store. Thankfully, quality hasnt been effected!
I received a broken toy for Christmas for visiting family. The return was easy and quick, but I wanted to exchange and have it shipped back to them. I was directed to a kiosk instead, which would still be free shipping. The one by the shoe dept didnt work (it didnt work months ago and apparently hasnt been fixed). The 2nd one, my savior months ago, now is having touch issues but I did manage to fight my way thru. I debated with 3 stars but I still got the sale price and she checked that before I went to the kiosk.
I stopped into Kohls to do an Amazon return. Totally smooth fast transaction and there was even a 25% off Kohls coupon included on my receipt. Thumbs up !!

It was terrible, the way the store is set up for checking out forces everyone to stand in one line because it was decided that they would only have one set of registers open is insane. The idea is to keep people social distancing but you force them to stand in one very long line and then they can all stand around at the registers. Not a real successful restart.
The staff at this location are always friendly and the customer service is A+! They always have great selection of products and I can always find something for the whole family here.
I buy all my work and casual clothes here for great prices. Honestly cant say enough about this place. I would shop here every day if I could and probably still have some money left over. Thats how good the prices are!
The store is big and clean. It is easy to navigate around and find what one is looking for. The prices are ok but its nice when you find a good deal. They have coupons which is a plus. They have clothes, shoes, jewelry, some electronics, toys and much more.
Good prices, especially if you use the Kohls cash, on name brands like Nike and Under Armor. The store definitely loos and feels like a discount store. It is a step below Pennys in that respect.
Local, convenient, and still a top store in my book despite the COVID. Been there a few times in the past couple of weeks for purchases and returns and the staff are exceptional!

This is a typical department store. A bit pricey if you dont catch a sale or have a coupon. There is never enough registers open so check out is usually annoying because of the long wait. Then when you finally get to the register you are bombarded by there pitch to sign up for a Kohls credit card and they are rather pushy. If you have the patients and time, you can find bargains on the clearance racks.
They have compression socks! But no one seems to know where they moved ladies sock to! Hint, look beyond the jewelry counter.
Pretty good selection. Mens section was a disaster. Clothes everywhere. Dont think a single shelf was organized. One set of fitting rooms that was annoying to go back and forth to.

Less than stellar. I know its the holidays but there wasnt a person dedicated to online pickups. 7 or 8 people from the return line were taken before I spoke up and asked how they were determining who was next. By the time this was addressed, the online pickup line was far longer than the return line.
Went to pay my bill. Staff was quick an curtious.. Clifton Park store seemed much neater and cleaner than the Colonie Store..Also had a good selection.

I used to work at Kohls in Saratoga. I can honestly say that I probably had more customers from Clifton Park than I did Saratoga itself. Having only finally gone to this store this year, after hearing terrible tales about it 5 years ago, I can honestly say it doesnt surprise me. Dirty, cluttered, not well kept, unorganized, understaffed (though this is a Kohls staple. Better to have 5 part-time employees work 15 departments), and just generally unappealing to look at. Let alone a staff that neither greets you in the door, or hold much of a conversation outside of the Kohls GREAT policy, and youre just better off going up to the Toga store.
Online order pick up couldnt have been easier! Close to entrance, too.

Worst kohls Ive ever been to. I love kohls dont get me wrong but the store associates and one particular manager are all rude and pushy to my child every visit. Who doesnt ask how to save $ with what promo codes and coupons are available? I brought my childs therapy puppy in with me and was asked to leave no dogs allowed. I get approached rudley if my child is touching a toy or so forth. My personal experience... Clifton Park kohls sucks. Go to Albany kohls on Central Ave. Their staff is always kind and friendly.
Just be aware, the Kohls cash thing is a scam, it doesnt work like a gift card and you cant use coupons without a ton of exclusions (ie toys or anything else you might buy) But do please circle how I saved $100 on a pair of socks!

We bought ties which were marked incorrectly spoke to manager they charged higher prices and followed up with store manager and head office about issue 3 times but no reply when I followed up fourth time on customer service at head office they said they have no record of my call or complaint. 2022-05-20Didnt find what I needed but got some great deals. Store was clean and seemed to be well stocked. I am not a frequent shopper but I certainly liked the offerings. Staff was kind and helpful.

2022-05-09I was walking into a dressing room. I could hear one employee talking to another, maybe someone she was training. She was talking about what they had planned to do during the shift. She was also complaining about two teenagers leaving the dressing room a mess. And as shes walking out saying they just finished putting away womens clothing, she sees me walking in with a few items. Instead of being a kind human being and saying hello, she looks me up and down and sees my items. I close my door and I hear her say to the other employee Ugh I could just sigh like really just sigh and the other girl goes oh I know. First of all Im a 30 yr old woman I know better than to trash a dressing room. But literally just wait until Im out of earshot to vent about your job. I did not even try on the items. I was so turned off by that employees attitude I wasnt going to even give kohls my money. Not shopping here ever again.

2022-01-19Charged twice for the same purchase:01/15/22 I bought toy and clothes and at the register I gave 5$ coupon. They first calculated right, including coupon, but when I started to pay - amount was changed to amount without coupon.I asked cashier why? and she said because she returned the coupon to me.Coupon was working and she counted my stuff again and asked me to pay one more time with coupon. I asked that she already charged me once, why should I pay once more? And she said she cancelled the first transaction.And now Im checking my bank account and see the I was charged twice for both amounts. 1st for 22.97 and second 28.19. and both of these amounts are approved by store.

2022-03-30I went there looking for clearance plus sized clothes. I saw a couple of winter tops, but nothing really seemed to fit my style??? Besides, the racks of the clearance clothes were a bit tight and disorganized??? In other words, it was very hard to look through them. So I got a bit tired and discouraged. I might go back there later on. Or not.

2022-03-30I just made my last trip to the Clifton Park Kohls for a long while. When nicely asking a question regarding a recently expired $30 Kohls Cash (which is normally honored within a few days of expiring) the floor manager Megan was called over. Instead of explaining politely how the digital Kohls cash expirations work, she scolded me while raising her voice as if I should know the difference. There were zero niceties exchanged. Being in customer service myself, I was not only shocked but embarrassed by the way she handled the entire situation. The clerk, I wish I knew her name- was lovely. Sadly, I will go out of my way to go a little further to the other Kohls.

2021-07-18Had to say Im not interested 3-4 times in regard to the credit card offer. It feels like you have no value as a customer to them if you arent going to sign up for a card. The tone changes completely, they look defeated, as soon as they realize you wont sign up. I imagine this place judges their employees by how many credit card sign ups they get. Its sad to see it play out. I dont want to be a part of this. I dont blame the employees, this is a management issue.I dont appreciate saying no more than once to get a salesperson to stop. I shouldnt be bothered with a sales pitch when checking out either. The sales tactics are malicious. You get a one time only deal to sign up for a card you wont useIve decided Im going to shop elsewhere from now on. I dont want to support what Im seeing done here.

2018-02-11If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would. I was shopping today and came across the jeans in the picture. The sign states $12.99 with an original price of $30.00. The jeans are marked $48. There aren’t any other “pull on pants” to be found in the area. So, I go to purchase them and ask for the sign immediately above the jeans to be honored. Any other department store I’ve been to who has made a mistake on pricing their merchandise has honored the price.... not this Kohl’s! After an associate checks the area to make sure what I’m saying about the price is correct, she says she would honor the $12.99 because that’s what the sign states. The manager is called over and he says to me, “are the pants marked $30 originally?” I say no. He says, “well I can’t honor the sale price.” Even though someone messed up, he’d rather lose a customer and other customers than take a loss and admit they messed up. Way to go Kohl’s!!
