Store size seems much smaller than 5 yrs ago. I always shopped Clearance in the past, not much available now.
Overpriced items, doesnt accept coupons or discounts on Named Brands so overpriced store brands only discounted items, still not worth it.
Very clean, neat and organized. Had online pickup order, the only thing better would be signs at the other entrance telling/pointing to the pick up desk. Staff is friendly.
Love all the deals I get at Kohls... Especially being a member. The clothes are good quality with a great variety for every size and shape and style. Watch for coupons and rack up Kohls cash with Kohls free club membership. Ordering online and picking up in-store or delivered to your car in the parking lot is quick & efficient. Returns are hassle-free. Love this store.
I love Kohls! This was the first time in a long time I have actually walked around the store. And of course everythings moved and I couldnt find anything lol. But theres such a great selection and the store is so clean and the employees so friendly its worth the trip.

I went to get the soda stream machine. At the checkout I was charged the full price of$99. Luckily I had the ad with me, as it was on sale for $59.99. There was no trouble getting the sale price. It helps to take the sale ads to the store if inadvertently you are charged the full price.

I never use to shop at Kohl’s until I started using their amazon return. It is so convenient and hassle free, which now I find myself shopping there when I do so. Great store love the sales and of course Kohl’s cash!
Very well maintained store with ample staffing. Staff was kind and helpful. Store was well stocked and had some great deals on sales and clearance items. We purchased 2 beach towels, a twin comforter, a barbie doll, and several childrens outfits for less than $75. The quality of their items is also nice.
I love Khols because I get the best deals. They have updated their clothing lines and made them more modern. I buy most of my work and casual clothing here. I also buy most of my shoes and sneakers here but always wait for a great sale or shop clearance. I also get a lot of great makeup and body products on sale. I really like their sheets and comforters. I always end up spending more than intended. I love earning Khols cash too!!!!

I thought the way you can shop online and have it brought out to your car is a great feature for alot of people.
First time shopping there and it was awesome customer service was fantastic store was sold nice and clean and organized I will definitely go back maybe next weekend when I get paid I loved it

Kohls have a huge variety of quality clothing & shoes.. including plus sizes for Juniors & Womens, as well as, Big & Tall for men. Unique Holiday/Seasonal Decor and household goods. A nice variety of expensive and inexpensive jewelry. Coupons, promotions & sales (as well as earning Kohls cash with a Kohls charge card) = great deals on must have items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Online order p-up and free Amazon returns are quick and easy.

Very friendly service, one of the clerks took the time to direct me to where I to go to find an item for my wife. She did it with a pleasant smile and greeting. During the Holidays, the clerks can sometimes be treated rather harshly and it may impact how they respond to others later. However, she had a wonderful disposition. Anyways, the store was very clean and the cashiers were very courteous and friendly as well. Prices were very reasonable, with a wide variety of brand name items to choose from.

Used to love kohls for their clearance items, even though they were a bit messy. However now its hard to find any good bargains. Clarence and off season merchandise is more expensive than regular items. Christmas effing marked doen by 90 cents in spring is hardly a bargain! Very disappointed. Now they are just messy AND overpriced. Not worth the trouble.

Found the gift I was looking for, at a really great sale price. Unfortunately I couldnt use my coupon because it isnt good on electronics, but Im sure Ill find angering else to use it on. Helpful staff too.
25% off coupon does not apply to a specific brand of shoe, but the brand I picked out was not included in the lengthy paragraph of exclusions on the coupon itself. Cashier starts the interaction with, “you know, this won’t work with your purchase.” Not “hello, did you find everything ok?” Or “let me try to see if the coupon works because some brands of shoes have exclusions.” Instead, when I question the exclusion I’m told to visit the website. I have an idea, quit investing money in all of the offers that include a laundry list of exclusions and try investing in your people and their customer service skills.
Good products, very pricey with some things, but shoes are a great price and good quality. Lots of good sales, clothing for skinny challenged individuals (plus size clothes). Lots of choices in color and patterns. Great customer service. Lines are a little long. Parking is good, trying to get out of the parking lot is a challenge because of traffic, a traffic light whould be ideal.
Love this Store. The staff is ready to help when needed. Constantly organizing and beautifying for a pleasant shopping experience. I witnessed an employee helping a guy put together an outfit. Cashiers who get people out and pleasant in the process. Great job to all.
I love Kohls they have the best clothes. I need a ladies x-large shirts and 16 or18 pants and I always find something to buy.😃 My husband always find clothes for him to and there clothes last a long time. They are worth every penny. I always tell everyone to shop there. Who ever orders there clothes know what there doing. Keep having the great sales.
First time I ever shopped at this store. I gotta admit 99% of the items are pricey!!! But before you go spending 60 on a t-shirt check out their clarence section I got 3 shirts for 12 dollars !!! Thats worth it, I would definitely recommend this place. Customer service is so nice, the ladie that cashed me out was holding a conversation with me. And she was acting like she actually cared we need more people like her !!! I will definitely be back.
Drive Up Pick Up is one of your most important assets right now. Why is it that you have to sit and wait 30 mins? They have one guy, he brings a package out sometimes, sometimes he just comes out to ask you a question at your car. Why??!?? Doesn’t he have the info of what you got and what car you are in by looking at the device in his hand? There is no excuse for a 30 minutes plus wait when there are 4 cars.
I found a lot of great deals there. The store was clean and well stocked. People were wearing their masks and keeping their distance, I felt very safe there.

Worst customer service ever...walked in to do a pick-up 1 person working no separate line for pick-up and 18 people in front of me. I know help is hard to find but this is an ongoing problem at this store and nothing has been done. And curbside pick-up is a joke again 1 person working 2 cars waiting and it took 35mins.
I was shopping for a dress for my sons wedding couldn’t find anything and was frustrated getting ready to leave the store when an angel appeared- Nancy K an associate. She was wonderful ! This Kohls is very nice and organized. I really enjoy going to this one because the lines are always short and the employees are very, very nice. This one has an Amazon returns kiosk which is great because Im always returning stuff and then shopping afterwards.
Our experience could be 10 plus. But when you get all the way home to see that cashier left the security tag on a gift you just bought FRUSTRATING.
Kohl’s has some great deals, which is why I shop there despite the annoyances below:-there are NEVER enough staff on the cash registers. If you choose to shop here you’ll be waiting in line to checkout for at least ten minutes-disorganization. Find a shirt you like but it’s not your size, good luck finding another one!-they have a lot of sales so standard pricing is a bit high in my opinion.-this location is likely to get even busier with the addition of a huge Delta Sonic next door.-items are not always priced or tagged.

This is the third time my son took me his mom along to your store and I am satisfied every time. Especially with the cashiers, 2 of them (today and the first time), were extremely kind neatly dressed polite beyond any measures and just a pleasure that made my day! Im still talking about the gentleman we had today... It was a pleasure to have just met him for that little while and for me to keep thinking about him telling friends and how it still puts a smile on my face. Beyond priceless!

Worst curbside pickup ever at the Lancaster, NY store. Went early at 9:30 am. Waited 1HOUR for my order. No explanation just, please be patient we’re working on it. The girl would come out with a bag and proceed to each car asking your name. Really?? They notified me my order was ready, I notified them I was in spot #3. What’s so tough. You blew it Kohl’s.

Overall I love this store and if you shop smart you can find some great deals. However sometimes service here can be a bit slow. The changing rooms are always clean and their website always has coupons so make sure you check first before checkout.

I had a return experience that will make me never shop here again. When I tried to return an item, I didnt have my receipt, which, according to their policy, should not have been a problem. It was a HUGE problem. They said I couldnt get store credit (no explanation why) but I was to call the 800 number and proceed that way. I tried for WEEKS calling that number to no avail. I would be put on hold, via ROBOT system (your call is important to us...) but no-one ever answered. Once I was on hold for over an hour. I went back into the store to tell them what was happening and they said there was nothing they could do.Thank goodness it wasnt a big purchase or I would have sued.What a ridiculous store!
Its a Nice place for Housewares, Purses, Towels, Rugs, Bedding & things like that, but if you wear any clothes bigger than a size 10, the Clothes DO NOT Fit Right! No Matter WHAT the Size Tag says! They Bunch where they shouldnt, theyre to tight in other places! Their Sizes are NOT TRUE TO SIZE! Skip the Clothes & Get the Other Bargains!
I get that it is busy on black Friday and that does not bother me however, I was treated very poorly by the cashier at jewelry today. She gave a lot of attitude while I asked several questions about their promotions. it was a chore to open up the cases too when I wanted to purchase something. She was huffing and puffing out loud. I get it if you are overwhelmed, but maybe choose a different career or ask for Black Friday off. Were here because we are loyal customers. Treat us with respect! Needless to say after all of her hard, labored work I left without anything at all! They were not even busy either which is what really kills me!

Kohls had just about all the sizes I was looking for in the items I wanted. The store was clean. The fitting room wasnt overloaded with stuff that needed to be put back. There were a lot of nice items for Christmas and for the home.The most difficult part of my shopping trip was checkout. My cashier confused herself several times with what she had rang in. It took about 3x longer to check out than it should have.Overall I was happy with what I got from Kohls and my shopping experience.

It is very clean inside this store. When you walk in the doors, you smell something really nice, it doesnt stink in here at all. The bathrooms are very clean, very spotless. This story is big. This song is very expensive.

I went to purchase pants for golf. The fitting rooms were closed and I was unable to try the clothes on. So I didnt purchase any. Bathrooms are open, but fitting rooms are closed. Dont make sense.
I understand it’s cyber weekend but your in store pick up needs to be way more organized. I was a lucky one that only waited 40 minutes but there were people that were waiting to the side when I got in line and still waiting when I left, for two hand towels......and they weren’t the only ones. Assositarws were running around with our names on little pieces of ripped paper, coming back 2 or 3 times asking our names or what we had. And when I got there there was only 2 people behind the register. When I left there were 5. Just seems like for a store like yours the in store pick up should be figured out by now, maybe a little hectic on this weekend but nothing like this.
Cant beat the deals. Especially if you do the Kohls dollars thing. My wife does. Its nice to get to see and try on things. Great quality at affordable prices. Just ordered 4 pair of pants cuz I bought a pair of Haggar pants at the store and liked them so much I ordered more in different colors. Great selection of XXL. Cheaper than what you could get on Amazon for the quality brand.

I was looking for an appropriate funeral outfit for my mother. The woman at customer service went above and beyond to help me. She even offered her condolences. I find clothes there to be of fair quality. Never pay full price.
Dont ever go here without a coupon! Theres always discounts & coupons available to save tons of $$.This is the only clothes store that I dont hate going to, go in, find what Im looking for & Im out in 15 minutes. On the other hand, my wife & her sister can spend hours here & not by a thing. Lol. But its rare when they dont find something to buy.
I love Kohls in general but every time I am in store the condition of the womens plus section makes me angry. Piles of shirts are falling over. Racks have all different brands jammed on them. Also they put clearance of other sizes in that section so those clothes are always left everywhere, the floor the other racks, the displays. No other section in womens is in this bad of shape. It is consistently like this, this was not just a bad day.
It should not take longer to check out than it does to shop. Never enough registers open
There’s something about Kohl’s that really is a soul-sucking experience. I can’t get why some people are straight up obsessed with this chain because every time I go, I find myself overwhelmed and underwhelmed in equal amounts. Things are cluttered, difficult to find and their prices are like a shady game. I’d feel more secure at a used car lot than I do when shopping here. The quality of their goods is often lacking as well and I often find myself returning items that I’ve purchased here. It would take a lot to get me to come back in here.
When you have coupons and things r on sale, thats when u get the deals. I also appreciate they planned ahead for their sale and had plenty of cashiers so it was only a 10 min wait when there were about 20 people ahead of me
Very clean store. Its well maintained. Those are things you immeadietly notice when walking through the store. The staff is rather hit and miss. Some staff were very friendly. Others looked like they would snap if you so much as mouthed you were looking for the restrooms. Not every size is available on the floor at all times. It seemed everything I needed was missing my size specifically (XL). I was at a loss and wandered the mens section for 2 hours looking for what I needed. Once found, I was checked out quickly and given great service. Kohls has great brands and the staff can be great, but the shortcomings on top of the prices is really not enough.
Ive always had great service at Kohls in Lancaster.Today, I was picking up an online order. The salesperson came back with two push up bras that looked like they were for young women. They had lace and were pink/purple.When I kindly said that they werent mine, the salesperson said um, yes they are. Then she said is your name xxxx? I said no. I showed her my online order number and the pictures of the items.When she came back with them, she told me that I was all set.I told her that she should listen to the customers better, and I got a painful kind of apology.She was older with medium brown hair. I should have got her name. She shouldnt be in the customer service department.We all have bad days, and nobody knows whats going on in anyone elses life.I have worked in retail. You dont talk to people like that.
I love shopping at Kohls! All staff is amazing, plus they carry a good selection of merchandise in store and online with decent prices. The cashiers are always very personable. Kudos to Kohls!
I was going to buy 3 hoodies but the line was moving really slowly which is understandable. What wasnt understandable was the fact that there were 3 other employees all in the area but not one went to help, instead they all tried to act busy and avoid eye contact w the customers in line.
Every year we go Black Friday shopping and Kohl’s kills our buzz. It seems that most stores have their check out lines figured out except this place. Always expect to wait here at least an hour on Black Friday. Other days, the service is fine but how hard is that honestly?
Online shopping youre super easy you just pull up to one of the parking spots and they will bring it out to your car no need to go into the store and put yourself at health risk
They are ALWAYS out if stock of every item I go to either buy or exchange they are never well stocked of certain items as the other stores are. Customer service acted like they didnt know how to do an even exchange and took my product in the back before seeing if there was a replacement then when there wasnt they tried forcing me to get store credit when I just wanted the original product i brought in to take to another store for an even exchange. Never again!

Nothing is priced unless it is priced wrong. When you go to the register and realize the sign was wrong they do not honor the pricing error. So i will not be shopping there again. Oh, the people that can assist you in getting the price that it should be are rude and have no idea about erie county pricing laws.
Was great. I preordered online. Walked in, went to pickup. They had several people waiting to go get packages from storeroom. I was done and back in the car in less than 10 minutes
Can’t give it 5 stars because I’ve always dealt with long lines for checkout or returns. I have dealt with rude customer service many times also. Not my favorite place to be. But I do like their deals at times
Fairly recently remodeled, everything is sparkly and new. Except the clothes. Its all low quality basics that may or may not actually be from this season. All the discounts are total BS because their in house brands are ALWAYS at that price. The bajillion discounts are kinda nice but they dont even work on a lot of outside brands - you know, the things that are actually at their real prices. Its hard to find the clothes you want when everything is a messy pile of different sizes and the one size small they have is on another rack entirely. Unless you want some ironic (AKA hipster trash) t-shirts, clothes a middle aged woman wears to look younger, or basic clothes available at a dozen different retailers without a mountain of coupons, stay away.
OMG... It is so incredibly convenient to return Amazon purchases here. Additionally once youre in the store you feel like shopping!

Store was clean, went in to pick up an order for my wife. Customer service woman was snippy and rude. Half the order wasnt in, the other half was cancelled because it was out of stock. Couldnt pick up the items because despite looking at my license, I wasnt on the pick up slip. Led to my wife and I getting into a fight
Amanda K. was trying to help me out she walked away after giving me an extremely negative attitude to show me where an item was and got side tracked by another person. I asked her where it was she had an attitude still. I saw her later that day again as I came back for another item and upon walking in the store she was on break talking to another worker and stating how bad and hard her job is, the other person now no longer works there and I believe that Amanda herself is unfit to have her position in Kohls since my impression of Kohls is that it is expensive and can simply go to other retail stores but choose not to because employees should be kind and like there job and help out, NOT yell at a customer because they are only having a bad day!
Every time I go here, all the employees are very nice and friendly. The choices available are excellent and the prices are very reasonable, especially their discounts! Always look online for a coupon before you walk into the store!

Worked for this store it’s the most unorganized place.My coworkers were super nice and so helpful but when it came to the one manger he had it out for me.He was the only reason I quiet my job there. Any time this manger was on I was doing 4 people’s jobs when I was supposed to only be on bopus. The manger pulled me in the office and yelled at me for going home sick the night prior.The thing was I already pewked in the bathroom and felt it be bad for customers if I stayed and pewked everywhere. The manger of that night was nice asked for someone to cover for me and sent me home.Even though it was not the best to work for I’ll still go to Kohls just not that one.There deals are just to good to pass up.

Staff always seems to have an attitude. sarcastic and snarky remarks. seems like thecompany will do anything to take my money. like charging me twice for one order then telling me i’d be getting it back in credit... who wants $100 credit when it should have been never charged to their account to begin with.

Overall a decent store. However the kids footwear section is atrocious. Reminds me of the Hertel Avenue Kmart 40 years ago but without the organization, ambiance or motorized, coin-operated ride in front. Sizes and selections seem randomly placed. Been to three area Kohls and they all had this problem.
Great store however, just went in on black Friday, was purchasing jewelry. Has my two young children with me. They were overwhelmed and one gets social anxiety. Anyways, I went to the counter to purchase my jewelry. The clerk sees I also have ONE shirt, after ringing up my other items. (And I get that its black friday, i do understand) But, She says, NOPE NOPE! Cant do it! You need to get into the OTHER line! You can only get your jewelry here. It was ONE shirt. Really? We placed our stuff down and left. ((Not to mention she wouldnt give any jewelry boxes-did not lok just saud, Nope! I dont GOT any! I was not impressed.

Nice place to shop but under staffed . Wait longer in line then you spend shopping . Nothing is in order when it comes to finding your size . You end up seaching through all shelves. Workers are very nice and helpful if you can find one lol . The pices are wonderful and its worth the time waiting in line for the money you save . Kohls bucks are extremely helpful too .

I dont have a problem with the amozon returns but u have to have someone srrickly working the amozon booth.. I picked up a online order and the girll working the online line left to go help the Amazon returns just as I got to the counter.. Now here I am waiting for her to get back to help me... More people were walking up to the Amazon booth and she was stuck there.. There was only 1 other girl at customer service and she had a line too.. That girl did help me Cuz my girl was stuck at Amazon booth... I will not be doing any more on line ordering to the store.. Vthis is rediculous.... Both the girls were very pleasant even tho they were going crazy trying to help everyone..

Mary Jo at the Lancaster location called me stupid right to my face. I didnt understand how Kohls cash worked and when I asked her to clarify she said, Well all our smart customers get it. Dont worry Mary Jo, I wont have to understand it because I wont be spending Kohls cash or regular cash at your store anymore.
Convenient location, big selection, though I do not like their clothes for ladies. Juniors selection is nice as are their shoes and household items.

I was looking at products, taking my time deciding what to buy, in the beauty department at 6/6:30 ish pm tonight and could hear the saleswomen talking about how they wanted to ‘keep an eye on me’ after I walked away, never acknowledged/greeted me,made eye contact or offered any help when I started shopping.Extremely poor customer service and not the first I’ve experienced at this location.

Just got home to find the security tag still on a shirt. Not a huge deal worth writing a review about but this is the third time in a row, in under a month. Now I have to make a drive back to the store to have it removed. The employees just don’t care, this will be my last visit.
Sales are always good here and staff is very friendly my only issue is the space between aisle can feel cramped all over the store. They have tons of products from clothes to household.

Kohls is Kohls, same thing all the time, overpriced not much different than any store of that caliber. The best time to shop is when the clearance racks are filled, and you can find your size.
I got over $100 off on my most recent purchase. The store workers helped me find the right sizes and everyone was really nice.

The checkout woman was unfriendly with no acknowlegment but a heavy sigh when wiping down the counter.
When I went earlier in the morning the lines were short... when my wife went in the afternoon the line stretched halfway across the store...
Even when lines appear long, they are fast at getting you through checkout. I always use coupons, paying full price here would be silly.
Clean and following cdc guidelines there is also an associate providing hand sanitizer and wiping down carts
Kohls is perhaps the worst employer in the state. If you think that fair and ethical treatment of employees is important, this business should be boycotted as a matter of principal.

2022-06-12Was there at 10:15 am. Store is a total mess. Clothes are thrown on to the shelves, clothes all over the floor. Looked like a junk yard for clothes. Should be ashamed of themselves for the prices they charge. Never going there again. Walmart is cleaner and thats not saying much for Walmart either. I also see more complaints about the mess going back a few weeks. Apparently management dont give a care.

2022-06-26Allow me to explain why the store is a mess. Kohls corporate has terrible payroll. Meaning, they don’t have enough money to have more than 6 employees working from 4 to close. So before we get upset at employees for the mess, let’s appreciate the work that they are putting in. And direct the upset feelings to corporate, and push them to schedule employees. There is no time in a shift for them to fold clothes. They are putting out stock from truck that came a week ago, they’re that understaffed. An average shift is filled with stocking, leaving no time for an associate to organize their area. The store needs to close for a day and just clean up. It’s ridiculous how they’re running with a skeleton crew so to speak. This is just a sign that Kohls as a whole is going under. Thanks for listening.

2022-06-02Kohls has aways been one of my favorite stores. The last couple of times I have visited this Kohls the ladies department has been a mess! Rolling racks in the departments with un wanted clothing, displays in a state of disarray and no clothing folded just stuffed onto shelves.I actually left the store without buying anything because I was so turned off by the total choas and mess the departments were in.

2020-02-03Kohl’s has a wide selections of clothes and they are priced competitively. If they don’t have your size or the color-way that you want, they will special order the item and ship it to your house directly. The cashiers always have a smile and they are so polite. Keep up the good work.

2022-03-03Pretty clean and organized except the plus size section. I have such a hard time finding anything over there for me and seems like they use that section for clearance for other sizes. good selection for big and tall mens though.
