KOManage easily provides the best leasing and property management services in Binghamton. They are an amazing resource as a student because theyre a free service. They helped me find an amazing property for my group and all I didnt have to do anything. I definitely recommend KOManage to all Binghamton students looking for off campus - theyll make sure to get all your desired amenities and ideal location, and very quickly too.
Our company used KOManage for our turnover cleaning of a large apartment complex for the second year in a row. Brock and Austin were always a phone call or text away if not here in person. I want to share with everyone what a positive experience I had concerning renting my college student apartments with KOmanage Student Living. Austin and his associates were simply the best. The young men were professional, prompt, and properly masked during this trying time of Covid 19. They communicated very well and were truly understanding that I as a middle-aged man was weak concerning the proper handling of modern internet technology. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish and I give this wonderful young company my highest rating.

Hands down best company in Bing to help students find off campus housing. Since they work with a majority of landlords in the area, they have tons of options to choose from. They made my friends and I search for a place to live such an easy process. The first place we looked at is the one we ended up signing a lease for. All around great experience and highly recommend using them.

Delt with Brock for nonstudent housing when I was looking for a bigger place. He was very attentative an patient with my indecisive nature. Met with me three times to view a place as I was in between two places. KO manage literally saved me. Holiday weekend, my water heater broke. Morning after it was fixed. I would recommend these guys to every landlord in the Broome county area. They were punctual, friendly, and got it done.

2022-06-16This company has held onto our deposits for 2 years in a row after putting us in terrible living conditions. They ignore service requests and left us in a house that was broken into multiple times while taking 3 months to fix a broken pipe. Our lease has ended a month ago and they are yet to give us back our deposits along with giving excessive charges. I would not recommend using them if you are looking for housing in Binghamton.

2022-06-14This management company will ignore complaint requests and will refuse to pay your deposit back. All of my friends that lived in their properties never received their deposits back. Horrible establishment. If you could avoid renting through them, do so completely.

2022-06-14The worse property management team in Binghamton. They do not take care of service requests and there are always constant issues with the property. They have also been ignoring my roommates and I (8+ tenants) and refuse to pay back our deposits a month passed our lease expiration. Do not rent through them, unless you don’t mind not getting your deposit back and being ignored.

2022-06-14This company gave us a tiny fridge for 8 people and took over 3 months to get us another one. They didnt care about any of our service requests. Meanwhile, they havent responded to us about our deposit when our lease ended a month ago.

2021-10-15This is my second apartment renting from them with all great things to say about them! I have enjoyed both my apartments leasing with them. They even helped me move in this year because I had no one to help me! Every time I’ve asked for something to be done it gets done which I’ve had issues with in the past. I lived in the Binghamton area my whole life and always struggled to find clean, affordable, and safe housing. They have made being a rental tenant so much easier.

The company provide stellar customer service and a variety of services for their clients and the tenants. They are reliable, attentive, very professional, respond to emails, text messages and phone calls in a timely manner. They use the latest software to manage your properties. They understand the needs of the owner and the needs of the tenants. They take really good care of your properties and create a safe and comfortable environment for your tenants. I am very pleased with their work and their services. Overall a great company. I highly recommend them.
