There are few words to truly express the gratitude I have for KOS and the entire crew. The wood behind my walls had so much mold from a hot water leak. It is amazing how quickly the crew was able to get rid of the mold and restore the wood so that I can begin to rebuild. The crew was polite and efficient and they put my mind at ease. They had to tear down plaster walls which I thought would create a mess but low and behold, not one speck of plaster on the floor! These guys are the best. My family and I are very thankful for their hard work and incredible professionalism.
My home suffered water damage due to a plumbing leak. I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance and they arranged for KOS to come out and dry my home. I worked with the rep who was extremely professional and helpful. They dried out what they could and removed wet flooring and sheetrock. They even gave me advice on how to work with other contractors, contstruction company and flooring. KOS team provided the only positive experience throughout this ordeal.

When we bought the house we had white carpet in living room and upstairs, after one year with two kids it turn out in grey color with spots. We are planing to change the carpet but Tom came with his helper and resolved all problems.It is amazing customer service what I had in USA, Very helpful, Very Friendly and High professional people. Two men came to steam clean our carpets and they couldn’t be more friendly and honest. It’s nice having the same guys each time. They were so helpful and worked so hard. We appreciate their honesty.One nice man arrived and did a beautiful job cleaning my backyard furniture. He worked hard and was super friendly.
I have used King of steam 4 times now and each time I gave them a more challenging job. I am shocked each time that they got the job done. Its rare this day and age to have people you can honestly rely on to do what they say theyre going to do in the time frame they say theyre going to do it. Pictured are of how a tenant left the house they were renting. Stains are gone and odor of cat is gone too.

I’ve been using King of Steam for 12 years. Tom and his crew are amazing, hard working and reliable...and can get practically anything out of my rugs. GREAT COMPANY! Tom and his team came, removed and dried everything that was damaged by water in my bathroom. Made the entire process of dealing with my insurance company extremely easy. Very professional. Beyond satisfied, I had them back for more. Had my entire house power washed and a recliner chair steam cleaned leaving it looking brand new. I had a great experience from start to finish. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate and the price was great so I immediately scheduled an appointment. I had my camper furniture cleaned and they did an excellent job. It now looks brand new. The appointment times scheduled were right on target and they called 10 minutes before arriving which worked out great. I would highly recommend.

We had a flood in our finished basement and tried to dry it out ourselves. When it started to smell, we called King of Steam. They ripped up carpets, treated furniture and floors, removed molding, boxes, anything with potential for mold. They steam cleaned the couch too. They did a fantastic job and worked with us to find a price we could afford without compromising quality. They were sympathetic to the fact that we were losing sentimental items due to water damage, and we really appreciated that. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!

King Of Steam is amazing. The owner and other gentleman are always a pleasure to do business with. I usually dont do this but felt its the least I can do being not only did my carpets come looking brand new but the workers were clean cut, professional, and also very friendly! Ive used other carpet cleaning companys before them that did a good job as well but were lacking the professionalism and personality! The dont call them selfs king of steam for nothing! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get carpets, tile, or upholstery brought back to life looking like the day you got it!
I have been using King Of Steam for a while now and his service and reliability is impeccable. Every time I need to have the carpets cleaned, which is around 2 times a year, it is fast and easy. Very knowledgeable about different types of stains and can get 95% of them out. If they can removed they are gone, if not lighten to his best ability. I will continue to use his services as long as I have carpets. I would definitely recommend and I have, his services in the past and in the future.
King of steam came to my house to clean the tile and grout in my kitchen, they came promptly on time and in a professional manor. They had on uniforms which were clean and presentable. Tom, the owner was there to make sure everything went well. They moved my tables and all my appliances to make sure my floor was cleaned 100%. The floor came out great and I will be calling them for my next job for sure.
Absolutely great work. had red wine stains of my brand new carpet, the king of steam crew scheduled my right away, and took care of my issue. it was like it never happened. so satisfied I set them up to do my 4 other rooms. was overly satisfied with the work and price. company goes above and beyond. owner was on job took great interest in making sure I was completely satisfied before they left. When my wife and I bought our house the basement seemed damp to me so I called KOS they came right away to assess the problem, come to find out after they Inspected the basement the previous owners must have had water damage and never had it properly taken care of. KOS got me on their schedule right away dried out the basement and took care of any mold that was forming before it got any worse! 100% recommend KOS

King of Steam did an amazing job at our house. We were away and had a big flood from a broken pipe. The team took such great care of our belongings, placing clothes into bags, moving large amounts of other things into the basement to keep them protected. After the job was done, everything was clean and all garbage removed. They responded promptly to our call as it needed to be done emergently. King Of Steam has been cleaning my house for many years. Im Judy the proud mother of 4 cats and two dogs. As you can imagine, keeping the house clean is a Job, it is a job that I only trust King of Steam. They are always on time, professional, the work is always 110% with attention to detail. When they clean the upholstery on my Dog Dangers favorite chair, it always looks like new again. Even though I have been using them for years Im still amazed at the results. Recently, I stated that I need to do my hard wood floors soon and Tom said we do that. with out question I will be trusting King of Steam to my hard wood floors.....

Ive had King Of Steam clean my house for the past two years. I originally called them to just clean two bedroom carpets. The carpets were not horrible by any means but after seeing them cleaned I could not BELIEVE the difference! The guys did such an amazing job (Tom and Matt I think), that I had them give me an estimate for my kitchen and bathroom tile. I waited a few months and called them back for the tile, and could not believe my eyes. I clean my floor religiously, and the grout went from dark to off white - when NOTHING I used (including bleach and a toothbrush) got it even remotely close to that drastic of a difference. King Of Steam was back at my house last week - I had the bedroom carpets done again, along with my living room this time. The same guys showed up, actually a few minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment and waited for me to get ready. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Ive had the big franchises and wasnt satisfied, I tried a few companies I had never heard of, but I will never use anyone but King Of Steam again and would recommend (and have) this company to all my friends and family. This company came highly recommended from a cleaning service unfortunately they never came for the appointment to do my bathroom but I know they did quite a few homes on Dune Road in the Hamptons and everybody one was happy if I can get them to show up here I’d be happy to

I am very very happy with this company. Last year I got my couch cleaned by Stanley Steemer and I got a quote for $75 more than what I paid this time however when they got here they upsold me on a bunch of stuff I did not need so my couch ended up costing me 500 bucks on one sectional! Today Matt and Martin came and did a fantastic job... they got every nook and cranny of my couch and they even offered to bring my heavy bags in for me from my car it was so nice of them. They did not upsell me on one single thing because I did not need it and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this company and those two guys are phenomenal! Thank you guys!
I have used King of steam for some time now and they are absoloutley wonderful. Always ontime, great prices and great results. I have 2 dogs and a baby so I get them cleaned every few months makes a huge difference. The guys are very professional and take there time and never rush unlike a previous company that I have used in the past.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank King of Steam Restoration for their reliable service that they provided in our time of crisis. We had a toilet overflow in our master bedroom upstairs and it ran right through our ceiling onto the downstairs wood floors. We made a phone call to them and they arrived quickly, which helped because this situation was very stressful on my wife, however they were so understanding and gave us enough information about what to do and who to call what to file etc. that it really put our mind at easy! Our technician Matt was extremely profesional, and friendly. He did 5 carpets in my home as well as tile in the bathroom. The carpets were on the verge of being removed due to very bad pet stains. Matt made the carpets look new. An impossible task in my eyes. Matt also took my tile from a tan to a glowing cream. I had no idea that was what was under all that grime. I would recommend this company in a heart beat and I would only request Matt. He went above and beyond with a smile on his face the entire time.

We recently went away on vacation when my father discovered a leak on the second floor under a sink a supply line broke causing water damage to our ceiling on the first floor also going into the basement. We called KOS they came out and had the place under control within a few hours they used very proffesional equipment that lead to less demolition in my home.they dried out the ceiling And walls in place,with out removing them.I am very impressed with their work and will definitely recommend them to any one that is in need. 2021-12-07We had our carpet cleaned. It was the best cleaning we have ever received! Our rug is 15 years old and they made it look like new. Other companies would just get the stains out but they restored the brightness to the rug. It is cream colored and we have 2 children so you can just imagine! They also cleaned the upholstery on our dining room chairs and they look like new. They were very professional and the men who came were so nice and informative. We will definitely be using them again!

Their team was respectful of my time and property by making sure the equipment was working efficiently. They helped expedite the drying process as my pets were not a fan of the blower fans. 2022-01-25These were really nice folks. Very professional, efficient and caring. Work cleaning carpet, rugs, and furniture came out beautifully. We plan to use them again on a regular basis.
