Do NOT use this location for U-haul. I did the reservation, had it confirmed, went there and they did not have the uhaul van available. There was one broken down in the back. They couldve called and said the Uhaul is not here, but not. I had to make a new reservation in the college point uhaul which turned out to be a nightmare, thanks to Willets Point Service station. The gas station pumper was super rude too.AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR UHAUL.It is also full service gas and more money.AVOID

Ive been a customer of Kramer for many and always received top service Id rate them at 10+.However Kramer has sold the business approximately 2 months ago. I was serviced today 12/1/20 by the new owner. So far so good!...Kramers was the very best experience in auto service.Big shoes to fill..

Had my Jaguar break down. I was from out of state. I was told to take it to Kramers. They diagnosed my problem which was a little involved. repaired it as quickly as humanly possible. They were in a position to rip me off, and they treated me fairly. what more can you ask for from a shop? Thanks much Ken
