I drove about an hour to get to Krebs, and after being there for todays experience, would drive 10 hours if I needed to. The most incredibly positive experience with Chris, Mike and the the mechanics. It started weeks ago with Brenda who was very helpful in setting up my bike fitting appointment as well as answering questions. The actual place is adorable.. A comfortable and relaxing vibe while they work. I love all the things to buy as well as the mechanics out in front. Very politeThey assembled a new 2021 Giant Road bike flawlessly and Chris did a fitting that was so professional and filled with great advice while educating along the way. Prices are very reasonable and I trust them fully. If every place was run like Krebs, the world would be a better place to cycle. I was overwhelmed by this place. They were all so nice and took the time out to explain everything and show me how to use the items that I purchased. They even said if I run into problems installing the pedals to call them and they walk me through it. So glad I found this place. I will never go anywhere else for my biking needs.

Great staff and service! I bought a bike from them about a year ago. Several people at the store were great in helping me select the right bike. The bike had some brake problems (manufacturers fault), and Chris and company spent a lot of their time making sure everything came out right. Kreb isnt my closest bike shop by a long shot (40 minute drive), but I wouldnt go anywhere else for my cycling needs.

So after my son blew the tire on his bike, dismantled it and left it to be weathered for two months, I ran over to Kreb cycle for a new inner tube ... Fixed! He also had to put the tire back on the bike ... oh and tighten the super loose brakes .. no charge. Only qualm I have is being told it would take a while ... so I left ... and it was done in fifteen minutes ... ya know ... if thats something to complain about. Reasonable prices considering they are the only reputable bike shop in Brookhaven. Very satisfied and highly recommend

Everybody at Kreb’s has been a pleasure to deal with. But Brenda went above and beyond for me. A few weeks after purchasing my bike I picked up a wahoo computer which was defective out of the box. The next day Brenda helped me with an exchange and I was out riding an hour later. Great customer service. Life long customer.

I brought in a 2008 Lemond Poprad for what wound up being a complete overhaul and a new drivetrain. Chris talked with me about the bike, asked about issues, then went over what he could see needed work. We discussed different options and planned a course of action. I picked up the bike today and took it for a spin- it’s fantastic! I’m really happy and will most certainly be back. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience shopping here. I am a guy who used to ride and am getting back into it. Chris could have appealed to my ego and sold me a more expensive bike, but instead he sold me the appropriate bike for the right price. Chris took the time to size my bike correctly. He also took me out for a test ride to make sure I understood how the gears and brakes worked and then again when I got my clip in pedals and shoes. His staff helped download the GPS system onto my phone, a bonus for an old guy! I cannot recommend this store and the way they conduct their business highly enough.

I just bought a bicycle from them and would do so again in a heartbeat. Chris made sure the setup was just right and was very helpful with selecting the right bells and whistles. I intend to be a loyal customer despite the 50 mile distance from my home.

I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable - they know their bikes! The shop has a wide selection of types of bikes (road, multi-use, mountain, beach cruisers, etc.). After choosing a bike, they gave it a polishing and walked me through some basic care instructions. I would definitely recommend The Kreb Cycle to anyone looking for a great quality bike.
