Nice, small hardware store. Enough of a selection to offer a few options. Very helpful and attentive staff that dont pester you the entire time, but know their stock and can offer suggestions. Its nice to not have to walk through 20 aisles just to get a plunger. As a weird/cool bonus, they have a back section filled with model trains and modelling supplies. I also noticed a good array of snowblowers and mowers in front. Cool local store with good prices.
Great old school hardware store fully stocked ! Friendly greeting walking in the door offering to help find what I needed. Needed a pipe for my kitchen sink, good price easy to find ! I was very surprised to see how much stock was in the store ! Just about thing you would for home repair and more ! Good stock of yard tools , lawn mowers, snow blowers and rental powers tools ! I just walked through the store checking it out and a bonus in the back of the store MODEL TRAINS anything you might want for the train hobby, repairs as well AWESOME ! Much more in this store then Im telling you ! Beats the hell out of the big chain stores! You dont have to walk a 1/2 mile through the store to find what you need !Awesome hardware store ! Stop in and check out for you self !

Been going to Kross hardware for over 25 yrs.Always knowledgeable and always have what I need. So much more convenient then going too lowes or home depot..Plus I support all the mom and pop stores in my community of west babylon.
Took over 3 weeks to repair front wheel drive on my lawn mower. They told me it was a parts issue. Parts came in, still waited over a week. Took 3 calls to get a return call. 45 days after the mower was repaired it stopped working. Horrible service and bad excuses 😠😠😠
Good little hardware store! Good for that item you need but dont want to go to the big box store for. Really good for any small engine repair too.

2022-05-06Went here to buy a full propane after being recommended by Ace Hardware. Full propane tank about $60 and $30 if you have a empty tank to exchange for a full one. Service was friendly and would definitely go back.
