Lance and crew did a great job handling a fuel oil to gas conversion for me and two of my neighbors. He also installed a completely new baseboard heating system in my renovated home. He negotiated fair pricing and delivered on all promises made to us. He is a pleasure to do business with. As a bonus, his office manager Rita is super helpful with great follow up. K&S Mechanical came to our rescue last year when they replaced our air conditioning unit during a particularly hot spell that caused our unit to fail. Meeting the owner, Lance we felt immediate trust. In particular Lance, proved to be knowledgeable and professional and within a day we had a new unit installed. From that day to this K&S has stood behind their job and demonstrated genuine concern for my wife and I as K&S customers. My 83-year old mothers A/C died in a middle of this recent July heat wave. We called the people who installed it 15 years ago but they had no appointments for about two weeks. KS Mechanical had great reviews on Home Advisor so I tried them and after explaining her age, they sent over a tech that evening (after hours). After more diagnosis the next day, it was time for a new one. Thinking that would take forever, Lance came through with not only a very, very good price but was able to secure the equipment and install it the next business day. Just like the first visits, he rearranged the schedule to get my mom back with cool air. Both he and his office team (thank you Rita, too) were extremely responsive and more importantly, CARING. I cannot imagine what their schedule is like during a heat wave and for them to find the time to take care of my mother (and to follow up after the install) is truly deserving of a 5-star review. KS Mechanical performed a preventive maintenance check on my very mature (+20 years) oil furnace. They were prompt, courteous, and non-aggressive. This distinguishes them from several other HVAC service companies Ive had the misfortune to do business with... and they were very respectful of my home, cleanliness, and Covid caution. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and include me in making certain decisions. You get a sense when a company is just trying to squeeze every penny out of you, and this was not the case. I have a furnace that I know needs some work, and they discussed options with me, delaying work that didnt needed to be done right away, so I wasnt making a huge unnecessary expenditure all at once (but if Id wanted to do the work right away, I certainly had the sense they would be ready to go at my convenience).

I found this company business through a quick google search. I spoke with Rita, who was extremely professional and calmed me down with her kind words. Lance showed up to my home and knew what my problem was and immediately fixed my problem. A real gentlemen, who tells it like it is. Work was completed in a timely manner. Our A/C went out all of a sudden. Called K.S. Mechanical (after calling other companies and not being able to get an appointment for weeks). Lance, the owner, came within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem, and was able to get the part we needed. The unit was fixed within two hours and is working beautifully. He was professional and reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone !!
