Working with State Farm has been a great experience. They were very understanding and patient allowing me the opportunity to see where I could get the best quote. State Farm ended up being the best option for me after looking at other insurance companies. They gave me a great deal with car and renters insurance and also canceled my previous insurance provider. I have saved a lot compared to my previous provider. They were always polite, helpful and informative. I would recommend State Farm to anyone.

DO NOT GO THERE, they will steal your money. Recently moved there from Avery Arzu and they add renters insurance and hospital insurance and monthly payment plan WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, when asked them why all they said was that I had the same thing in Avery however I knew it wasnt right cuz I always check my things online.Payed everything and now I asked them where are $100.68 that I payed towards one of the cars that they put on a monthly plan and I switch back to 6 months payment plan they said that is LOST. The person I spoke to was very RUDE. Be careful dont let them scam you watch closely

I had such a pleasant experience at this State Farm location! I called Fanni and she made everything easy to understand and digestible. I got full coverage for a fraction of what I was paying with a previous insurer. She broke down exactly what I was paying for AND included discounts that I wasnt even aware of! I’d been searching online for two days for reasonable insurance after having an accident. My other insurance was cancelled, because I had no collision on the vehicle since it was older and I chose not to repair it. Companies wanted $200-$450 deposits because I didn’t currently have insurance, and anywhere from $277 to $364 a month to insure a 2002 Honda Accord!Then Jessika from State Farm called, I’d filled out something online. In less then ten minutes, no run arounds, games, b.s., just bottom line price... she’d already run my motor vehicle history, the accident claim and saw my insurance was cancelled less than a month ago for not having vehicle. State Farm earned my business immediately when Jessika quoted me around $160 for full coverage, comp and collision included, with NO down payment! I was in shock...I even called her back to make sure I understood everything correctly.Very nice, professional, educated, fast, efficient and can not beat their prices. I highly recommend this agency , Jessika and all of the other friendly people that work there. Definitely 5 Stars!

Just walked in today to check out some auto insurance rates & the location in downtown Peekskill is AMAZING. Office is super modern and inviting & the entire staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. I dont know who Kyle is, Ive never spoken to him just get bills from him... Fanni is the only Ive mainly dealt with. She is only supposed to do the quotes and setup but has gone out of her comfort to make sure that any questions or problems I had she learned about and took care of for us... She is awesome! If the office was full of Fannis I would recommend every single person I knew to the office.....the company itself tho needs to stop sending so much mail. I receive about 12 envelopes from them a week.

What I found impressive about Kyle Rourke in particular is that when I make an inquiry about rates, or changing an automobile, they have my information at their fingertips and usually can respond right away. And I should add, you dont have to tread your way through menus. A human being answers the phone, and it seems that no matter who you happen to get in the office, he or she is informed, attentive, and helpful. I really recommend this agency.

I had to deal with State Farms Claim Department due to a bad winter storm that hit our area and a large tree knocked out/demolished some parts of our roof, deck, oil tanks, and the siding around our house. After dealing with the Claims Dept for a few months (because of the back-up they were having in the Tri-state area), we found ourselves at a delay andstand-still with the negotiation for repair costs, and I decided to contact my State Farm agent in our town, Kyle, to see if he had any insight as to what we should do.Kyle was AWESOME!!!! He did whatever he could to reach the proper personnel in the Claims Department and try to speak to the staff to try and get a move-on for my claim, so we can get paid and begin our repairs. He was Godsent! Do not ever underestimate our local insurance agents that work in our communities. If you find a great one like Kyle, they will go above and beyond to help you if you find yourself dealing with an insurance claim! I will recommend him 100% !!!

Since I was a loyal customer of Geico for 12 years, I thought at most he could match what I was paying for auto insurance. A yr with SF-Rourke & engine quits so I was told to pay $100 to suspend my acct. Ok but then monthly bill comes in. I call SF-Rourke no reply, I turn my plates in. I call today to insure new car, nope Im penalized bc they say I didnt notify them by MARCH 10th. Return your calls or maybe notify me about the penalty??

Has helped me source financing in the past for a couple of e46 M3s!Karen and Fanny are always very friendly and helpful every time I call. It’s great to know help is only a quick call/ text a away.No need to shop around then they give you the best rates around.6+ years with State Farm and I don’t see a need to go anywhere else.

2022-04-30Worst insurance office I ever dealt with, they obviously forgot about customer service, the lady there Karen, is Rude and sarcastic, instead of criticizing a customer and blaming them, why don’t you offer a solution to the problem? What a true Karen. Also some agents there are rude over the phone and brush you off. They seem miserable. Please save your money and time!

2022-08-10My boyfriend had an extreme issue and was getting DMV letters for a suspension on a vehicle he didnt have anymore for the 3 months of accrued insurance lapse fees. A few weeks pasted and my boyfriend received the same letter again from DMV with those same 3 months except now it was on the vehicle he just got. His insurance agent Jessika went above and beyond to find out why we were having these issues through DMV for insurance lapse that wasnt valid for the new vehicle he purchased and transferred his plates. Turns out the dealership didnt properly process the paperwork through DMV Jessika did way more than she had to do!!!! She was soo helpful and knowledgeable, she even told us if we have any issues with DMV to please call her again. Its true like a good neighbor State Farm is there!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN JESSIKA 🙌🏽 Youre the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2022-04-19The two gals Ive had the pleasure of doing business with, Jessika and Arianna, have been AMAZING.Ill admit, I get online quotes at least twice a year from most of the large insurance companies to try to save money. Usually, I do find cost savings, but the downside is that insurance companies call for quite some time after requesting a quote online.I hate this process and I send the calls to voicemail. Well, it just so happened State Farm caught me on a day where I wasnt screening calls and I picked up. It was fate. They actually saved me a ton of money, super easy to work with, great customer service, great personality and professionalism, and seriously embodied - like a good neighbor, State Farm is there - which is both cheesy and should make you want to work with this office!Absolutely, no regrets and I likely will stay with this company for quite some time since the rate and service were both so amazing!

I sat with a representative named Jessika who from start to finish was professional, informative & she made the entire process super easy.
