I called Friday night at closing time with an emergency - a problem with the front glass of my car has created a leak in my vehicle that happens if the problem area is not protected, and the crash wrap protection originally put on the vehicle had blown off in a rainstorm. I was told come in at opening Saturday and theyd get me in, which they did. I felt listened to and empathized with as I recounted the issues I have had getting this taken care of over the past month and a half.The solution they came up with, which was different than anything tried yet, looks amazing. When I first saw my car, I didnt think anything had actually been done. The car looked almost normal with black vinyl installed over the area (Please see the final picture). Considering how the masking tape (first try/picture), crash wrap/packing tape combination (second try/picture), and garbage bag/masking tape solution I had to temporarily install myself (third try/picture) looked, that is a huge compliment. I was so impressed and thankful for their help. It was emphasized that if it doesnt work to let them know and they will try something else. Theyve absolutely earned themselves a new customer.

Honest, reliable , great communication and very seasoned professionals. I feel blessed to have found L Zimmerman. Whatever you need they are my go-to now. Look no further, you just found whatever you were looking for. Im at that age where its hard to find this kind of service that isnt trying to take you to the cleaners. Ive been in that rodeo and I am done with that. These are now my people. Thank you for just being you. I got the car back and honestly didnt recognize it. It looks and runs amazing.

Am an employee. Great place to work. We do anything from mechanical and collision repair to detail work. Also offer 24/7 towing if your in an accident or have a breakdown.
